Abstract

The process of adolescent development, education is an important thing that needs to be considered by parents. The attention given by parents is considered to support adolescent academic achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of parental involvement in education on adolescent academic achievement. The population of this study was high school students in Bandar Lampung City with a total of 351 respondents. This study is a descriptive quantitative study with a simple regression analysis technique using JASP 0.19.3.0 data analysis software. The scales used in this study include an academic achievement scale with a reliability of 0.848 and a parental involvement scale with a reliability of 0.957. The scales were distributed online via Google Forms. The results showed a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.451 with (p <0.001) which means there is a significant relationship between parental involvement and academic achievement. The parental involvement variable provides an effective contribution of 45.1% and the hypothesis in this study is accepted.

Abstract

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) digital financial services have become a global phenomenon, offering ease of transaction by deferring payment. In the context of Islamic economics, this practice has sparked legal (fiqh) debate regarding its compatibility with Islamic principles, particularly the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling). This article aims to analyze conventional BNPL schemes from an Islamic Sharia perspective, identify elements that potentially violate Islamic law, and offer alternative models based on Sharia contracts, such as Murabahah or Bai' Muajjal (deferred sale). The results of the study show that conventional BNPL that charges interest, percentage fees, or late fees that are ribawi in nature are generally contrary to Sharia. The implementation of Sharia-compliant BNPL must be based on a transparent sale and purchase contract, free from usury, and upholding the value of justice ('adl) and avoiding excessive consumption (israf).

Abstract

Fundraising is an activity to organize zakat in accordance with the management function in an effort to distribute it from muzakki to mustahiq so that organizational goals are created effectively and the goals of zakat can be achieved. The distribution of zakat at BAZNAS Banyuwangi to mustahiq is carried out in accordance with Islamic law by considering the priority scale of mustahiq needs in the form of consumptive aids. It means that helping mustahiq in solving their very urgent basic economic problems, and productive aids in order to improve welfare, both individually and in groups through ongoing activities or programs.

Abstract

Maqashid al-Syariah is a concept that refers to the main objectives of Islamic law which is to maintain the basic interests of individuals and society in building an equitable, harmonious and sustainable life. In the context of Go-Jek online services provided to ajnabiyyah women, becoming a driver even though the passenger is a man. Otherwise women are allowed to become Go-jek online passengers even though the driver is a man.

Abstract

This study examines the granting of custody rights (hadhanah) of a child whohas not yet reached the age of mumayyiz to the father based on a decision ofthe Kraksaan Religious Court, which in principle differs from the generalprovisions of Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) thatprioritize the mother as the primary caregiver. The background of this researcharises from the reality of divorce that produces legal consequences concerningchild custody, where the best interest of the child must become the primaryconsideration in determining guardianship rights. This research aims toanalyze the legal considerations used by judges in granting custody to thefather and to assess their conformity with Islamic law perspectives andapplicable legal regulations. The study employs a qualitative field researchmethod, utilizing primary data obtained from field findings and secondarydata from literature, classical fiqh texts, and related legal sources.The findings indicate that although normatively a child who has not yetreached mumayyiz age is entitled to maternal custody, such rights may beforfeited if the mother fails to meet the qualifications of a proper guardian(hadhin), such as abandoning the child, failing to appear in court proceedings,or being unable to ensure the child’s physical and psychological welfare. Inthe case examined, the judge granted custody to the father after consideringtrial facts demonstrating that the mother had left the child and did not showresponsibility for caregiving. This decision was grounded in the MarriageLaw, the KHI, and the opinions of Islamic jurists emphasizing that the child’swelfare and best interest constitute the primary principle in custodydetermination.In conclusion, the judicial decision granting custody to the father does notcontradict Islamic law insofar as it is based on the child’s welfare and themother’s unfitness as a caregiver. This study underscores that the protectionand well-being of the child must remain the central orientation in resolvingcustody disputes, beyond general normative assumptions.Keywords:

Abstract

This quantitative descriptive study aims to analyze the cognitive learning profiles of 11th grade science students at MA Dakwah Islamiyh Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hakim based on Bloom's Taxonomy hierarchy (C1-C6). The research subjects consisted of 27 female students who were tested using an essay test instrument. The results showed that the students' average cognitive score was 89 with a 100% mastery level. However, in-depth analysis revealed a paradox in achievement; students were very dominant at the lower cognitive level (Lower Order Thinking Skills), particularly Remembering (C1) and Applying (C3), but experienced significant difficulties at the levels of Understanding (C2), Analyzing (C4), Evaluating (C5), and Creating (C6). This phenomenon is thought to be influenced by the double cognitive burden of the pesantren curriculum and a strong culture of memorization with minimal conceptual reflection. The study concludes that there is a need to transform the learning model from passive-receptive to active-constructive in order to improve the higher-order thinking skills of santri.

Abstract

Penelitian menjelaskan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya Islami di MTs. Tahfidz Yanbu’ul Qur’an Menawan Kudus. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui suatu kejadian di MTs. Tahfidz Yanbu’ul Qur’an Menawan Kudus dalam konteks pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya Islami. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan data non statistik.Temuan penelitian: 1. Karakter religius, yaitu seluruh murid menjalankan nilai-nilai karakter berbasis budaya Islami seperti; shalat tahajud, membaca Asma’ul Husna, shalat berjamaah setiap waktu, setoran hafalan al-Qur’an, shalat dhuha, berdo’a, membaca wirid sesudah shalat maktubah; 2. Karakter jujur, seluruh murid berupaya menjadikan dirinya sebagai orang yang bisa diprcaya dalam menjalankan semua peraturan yang telah ditetapkan madrasah; 3.Karaketr disiplin, seluruh murid menunjukkan perilaku tertib dan patuh terhadap semua peraturan dan ketentuan madrasah; 4. Karakter cinta tanah air, semua murid telah menunjukkan rasa kesetiaan dalam mengikuti upacara bendera setiap hari besar nasioanl, khususnya upacara bendera di madrasah. 5. Karaketr tanggung jawab, semua murid melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya dalam kelancaran hafalan al-Qur’an dan setoran hafalan setiap hari kepada pengasuh atau kyai.

Abstract

Strengthening Student Character Through Learning Management Aqidah Akhlak at MI Masholihul Huda Krapyak Jepara.This study aims to explain the strengthening of the character of students through learning management of aqeedah morals at the Masholihul Huda Krapyak Jepara madrasah with a qualitative approach. Collecting data in this study through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques are through reduction, display, and verification. In conclusion: 1) the preparation of an implementation plan for aqidah moral learning includes: religious, honest, disciplined behavior, responsibility when interacting with family, friends, ustdaz, and neighbors; 2) the implementation of aqidah moral learning is in accordance with the initial planning, namely: the implementation of religious behavior, honesty, discipline, responsibility when interacting with family, friends, ustadz, and neighbors; 3) the evaluation process is carried out by the head of the madrasa as well as the curriculum sector; 4) Strengthening character education includes religious, honest, disciplined and responsible characters. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penguatan karakter peserta didik melalui manajemen pembelajaran aqidah akhlak di madrasah Masholihul Huda Krapyak Jepara dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya melalui reduction, display, dan verification. Kesimpulannya: 1) penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran aqidah akhlak meliputi: karakter relegius, jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab ketika berinteraksi dengan keluarga, sahabat, ustdaz, dan tetangga; 2)  pelaksanaan pembelajaran aqidah akhlak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal yaitu: terimplemetasinya karakterrelegius, jujur, disiplin, tanggung jawab ketika berinteraksi dengan keluarga, sahabat, ustadz, dan tetangga; 3) proses evaluasi dilakukan kepala madrasah serta bidang kurikulum; 4) penguatan karakter meliputi: karakter relegius, jujur, disiplin dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang problematika na>sikh dan mansu>khdalam al-Qur’an. Al-Qur’an merupakan sumber ajaran Islamyang turun atau wurudnya tidak sekaligus, tetapi secara bertahapselama kurang lebih 23 tahun. Tulisan ini bertujuan untukmendalami persoalan na>sikh dan mansu>kh dalam al-Qur’an.Penulis menggunakan metode semantik dan konten analisis dalammemahami problematika nasikh > dan mansukh > dalam al-Qur’an danhadis. Hasilnya penulis temukan ada 4 (empat) model na>sikh danmansu>kh dalam al-Qur’an, yaitu : 1). Ayat al-Qur’an dinaskh olehayat Al-Qur’an, 2). Ayat al-Qur’an di naskh oleh hadis, 3). Hadisdinaskh oleh Hadis, dan 4).Hadis dinaskh oleh ayat al-Qur’an. Paraulama dalam hal na>sikh-mansu>kh ini terjadi perbedaan pendapatyang cukup tajam, ada yang menerima secara mutlak dan adajuga yang menolak secara tegas. Tetapi ada juga yang memilahmilah dan membatasi sehingga nampak sedikit sekali adanya ayatyang dinasakh, bahkan tidak ada sama sekali. Mereka melakukantehnik mengkompromikan dan mempersesuaikan ayat-ayat yangdiduga nasakh-mansu>kh dengan tehnik am dan takhsis maupuntehnik rekonsiliasi.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the reinforcement of the character trait of peacefulness in students through the habitual communication practice of the "3S" approach ("senyum," "salam," and "sapa") or smiling, greeting, saying hello at Taman Todda Qur'ani Early Childhood Education (PAUD) School in Jepara. The research employs a qualitative approach, with the study conducted at Taman Todda Qur'ani PAUD School in Jepara. The primary data sources for this research include the principal and teachers within the school environment. Data collection techniques involve interviews, observations, and documentation related to reinforcing the character of peacefulness through the habitual communication practice of the "3S" approach. The data analysis process involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings indicate that the habitual communication practice of "3S" effectively strengthens the students' character of peacefulness in the early childhood education environment of Taman Todda Qur'ani PAUD. Indicators of peaceful character include speaking politely to others when resolving conflicts, avoiding physical force, and demonstrating mutual love and care. The character of peacefulness is an attitude that fosters a sense of calm, safety, and comfort within society.
