Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangankan modul senam lantai dan untuk mengetahui kualitas modul dilihat dari aspek kevalidan dan kepraktisan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan 4-D, yaitu define, design, develop, disseminate. Tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan dikarenakan keterbatasan waktu dan biaya dalam penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas modul yang dikembangakan meliputi lembar validasi, angket kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Produk penelitian ini berupa modul senam lantai kelas VII SMP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) kualitas modul dilihat dari aspek kevalidan termasuk kedalam kategori valid, hasil penilaian ahli bahasa dengan skor 0,077, hasil penilaian ahli materi dengan skor 0,888, sedangkan hasil penilaian ahli media dengan skor 0,759. (2) kualitas modul dilihat dari aspek kepraktisan dikategorikan sangat praktis, hasil penilaian kepraktisan respon guru dengan skor 4, hasil uji kepraktisan one to one dengan skor 4,02, sedanga hasil uji small group dengan skor 4,18.(3) kualitas modul dilihat dari aspek keefektifan tidak dilakukan dikarenakan adanya pandemi (covid-19) dan pihak sekolah tidak membenarkan untuk mengumpulkan siswa dalam jumlah besar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Penerapan Model Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share Pada Pembelajaran IPA Kelas IV SD Negeri Rejosari.Jenis penelitian ini experimental dengan bentuk pretest posttest design.Populasinya seluruh kelas IV SD Negeri Rejosari yang berjumlah 20 siswa.Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan teknik soal berjumlah 7 soal.Data yang terkumpul dianalisiskan menggunakan uji-Z.berdasarkan hasil uji-Z dengan taraf signifikan 5% diperoleh Zhitung > Ztabel (12,91 > 1,64) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar IPA kelas IV SD Negeri Rejosari setelah diterapkan Model Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share signifikan tuntas. Rata-rata hasil nilai siswa yaitu 83,33 dengan ketuntasan belajar 100%. Kata Kunci : ModelTPS, Hasil Belajar, IPA.

Abstract

The issue of climate change is a global problem that is very strategic to be overcome, because it has an impact on the environment. Low ability to understand and interpret climate change data presented statistically is associated with low statistical literacy skills. Statistical literacy is the critical ability to access, understand, interpret, and evaluate statistical information or messages in various contexts. This underlies researchers to design learning trajectories using the context of climate change to train the statistical literacy skills of prospective teacher students. The method used is the design of research type validations studies with the subject of prospective teacher students. This research produced HLT which is able to facilitate statistical literacy skills and successfully identify the level of statistical literacy ability of students who are at low and middle stages.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Produce Discovery Learning Mathematics Student Worksheets in Trigonometry Material for high school students who are valid and practical; (2) Knowing students' responses to Discovery Learning Mathematics Student Worksheets in Trigonometry Material for Lubuklinggau City High School Students. This type of research is development research with the development of the Tessmer model. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The quality of the LKS produced is valid and practical. Valid is drawn from the results of the analysis after being validated by experts based on content, constructs, and languages with an average score of 4.2 with very valid categories. The practicality of worksheets addresses practical criteria with an average score of 3.6 obtained from the analysis of student practicality questionnaire sheets and 4.6 in very practical criteria obtained from the teacher's response questionnaire analysis. (2) Based on the analysis of the results of student responses to the developed worksheet, a positive response was obtained.

Abstract

Statistical literacy is a crucial competence for prospective mathematics teachers, enabling them to interpret, evaluate, and communicate data effectively in addressing real-world issues such as climate change. This study investigates how a structured learning trajectory on measures of central tendency, designed within climate change contexts, can foster both statistical literacy and sociomathematical norms that shape classroom discourse. Employing a qualitative design research approach, the study was implemented in two phases, a pilot and a teaching experiment, involving third-semester students in mathematics education. Data were collected through observations, student worksheets, interviews, and video recordings, and analysed retrospectively. Findings indicate that contextualized tasks using climate-related data, including temperature fluctuations and rainfall trends, enhanced students’ conceptual understanding, interpretation ability, and critical evaluation of statistical information. Importantly, the emergence of sociomathematical norms, such as justification of statistical choices, critique of peers’ reasoning, and negotiation of representational adequacy, played a key role in supporting collaborative meaning-making and refining statistical arguments. The study concludes that climate-integrated learning trajectories, combined with deliberate attention to sociomathematical norms, provide a robust pedagogical model. This integration equips future teachers with the skills to facilitate data-driven, socially negotiated, and context-rich statistical literacy, thereby contributing to teacher education and curriculum development.

Abstract

Statistical literacy is increasingly recognized as a fundamental competence for preservice mathematics teachers because it enables individuals to interpret data, reason under uncertainty, critically evaluate statistical information, and make informed judgments in diverse contexts. Despite its importance, research on statistical literacy has largely emphasized quantitative measurement of achievement, providing limited insight into how preservice teachers experience, interpret, and construct statistical meaning throughout their learning processes. This study explored preservice mathematics teachers’ statistical literacy by integrating quantitative performance data with qualitative interpretations of lived learning experiences through a sequential explanatory mixed-methods design informed by hermeneutic phenomenology. The participants were 36 preservice mathematics teachers enrolled in a statistics course at Universitas PGRI Silampari. Quantitative data were collected using a statistical literacy assessment measuring procedural competence, data interpretation, and contextual reasoning, while qualitative data were obtained through reflective questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Descriptive statistical analysis and iterative thematic interpretation were employed to examine the data. The findings indicated that although most participants demonstrated satisfactory procedural competence, many encountered difficulties in interpreting statistical information, justifying conclusions, and connecting statistical results to meaningful real-world contexts. Qualitative evidence further revealed that participants’ understandings of statistics were strongly shaped by prior instructional experiences that emphasized formula application over interpretation and reasoning. These findings suggest that the development of statistical literacy involves not only procedural proficiency but also interpretative reasoning, reflective meaning-making, self-confidence, and engagement with contextualized learning experiences, highlighting the need for instructional approaches that support deeper statistical understanding in teacher education.

Abstract

The low level of statistical literacy among teachers and pre-service teachers poses a significant challenge to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). This community engagement activity aims to enhance statistical literacy through a workshop that integrates the issue of climate change. The workshop methodology involves conceptual sessions, practical instrument development, and evaluation through pretest and posttest. The integration of actual data from the Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) and the application of the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach are key elements of the methodology. Evaluation results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of statistical concepts and their ability to develop contextual assessment instruments. This approach has also proven effective in fostering critical awareness and data-based thinking skills. The workshop serves as a strategic step in strengthening statistical competencies among teachers and pre-service teachers, which is essential for building a solid foundation of data literacy in educational settings.

Abstract

This community service aimed to improve elementary teachers’ competence in designing contextual mathematics learning using Math City Map at Taman Beregam, Musi Rawas. The two-day training covered preparation, implementation, and mentoring stages. Results indicated an increase in teachers’ understanding of contextual learning from 26% to 82%. Eleven out of fifteen participants (73.3%) successfully created contextual tasks integrating measurement, geometry, and ratio concepts with real park objects. Interview analysis revealed six main themes: learning transformation, technological innovation, adaptation challenges, implementation plans, institutional support, and teacher professionalism. The training effectively enhanced teachers’ innovative capacity in developing contextual, technology-supported mathematics learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between arm muscle explosive power and the results of shooting petanque in Al-Furqoon Junior High School students, Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a quantitative approach with the product moment correlation method. The population in this study were all petanque students of SMP Al-Furqoon. The sample in this study was 20 students.Data collection techniques are using tests and measurements. Data analysis technique using correlation coefficient.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the explosive power of the arm muscles and the results of shooting petanque. This can be seen from the calculation of the product moment rxy is 0,609 and if confirmed by the interpretation table the correlation is in the range 0,60-0,79 belonging to the strong category. Ha accepted The conclusion of the researcher is that there is a relationship between arm muscle power and the results of pentanque shooting in Al-Furqoon Junior High School students, Lubuklinggau City. Researchers suggest to get the right shooting results, it is necessary to increase the explosive power of the arm muscles. Keywords: arm muscle explosive power, petanque, shooting

Abstract

Kajian dalam artikel ini terkait dengan pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik berbasis etnomatematika. Salah satu pendekatan yang potensial untuk mengatasi permasalahan kesulitan siswa dalam memahami konsep-konsep matematika yang bersifat abstrak dalam proses pembelajaran adalah etnomatematika, yakni pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan unsur budaya lokal ke dalam pembelajaran matematika. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis berbagai studi yang mengembangkan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika guna memfasilitasi pemahaman konsep matematika siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 70 artikel yang diperoleh melalui penelusuran di basis data SINTA, Publish or Perish, dan Google Scholar, dengan rentang tahun publikasi 2019 hingga awal 2025. Kriteria inklusi meliputi artikel yang membahas pengembangan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Setelah melalui proses seleksi studi, didapat 15 artikel yang relevan dengan fokus kajian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etnomatematika dalam LKPD mampu meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa, terutama melalui kontekstualisasi materi menggunakan budaya lokal seperti rumah adat, makanan tradisional, tarian daerah, dan aktivitas masyarakat setempat. Temuan ini merekomendasikan pengembangan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika sebagai pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran matematika kontekstual.
