Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia, penduduk indonesia yang terus bertambah menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan atas ketersediaan lapangan kerja dan jumlah tenaga kerja, oleh karenanya pemerintah indonesia memberikan kesempatan kepada warga negara indonesia untuk bekerja sebagai pekerja migran, namun hal tersebut perlu diawasi oleh pemerintah melalui direktorat jenderal imigrasi agar mengurangi dampak dari banyaknya pekerja migran yang bermasalah diluar negeri. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis lebih mendalam terkait bagaimana peran dari imigrasi dalam pengawasan pekerja migran indonesia, sehingga permasalahan warga indonesia di luar negeri tersebut bisa ditanggulangi dan mendapat perhatian khusus dari pemerintah indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran dari imigrasi indonesia dalam menanggulangi permasalahan tenaga migran indonesia menggunakan metode kualitatif berbentuk studi pustaka atau Systematical literature review (SLR).

Abstract

The Eazy Passport service is one of the innovations made by the directorate general of immigration to improve passport services to the public collectively, through representatives of immigration offices spread throughout Indonesia. The Eazy Passport service in the North Sulawesi region is carried out by the Immigration Office class I TPI Manado which has been scheduled at the request of Sam Ratulangi University, during this activity the immigration office class I TPI Manado Together with Lecturers and Cadets of the Immigration Polytechnic who are carrying out the Bumi Phura Job Training as well as introducing The Immigration Polytechnic as one of the official schools under the Ministry of Law and Human Rights which focuses on the field of immigration, this activity was presented by Lecturers and Cadets of the Immigration Polytechnic to the Academic Community of Sam Ratulangi University Faculty of Law which was attended by officials, lecturers, staff and students. In carrying out this activity the enthusiasm of the Sam Ratulangi University academic community in making passports exceeded expectations from the class I immigration office TPI Manado as many as 56 people and the responses of the participants in the immigration polytechnic socialization were quite good with many questions related to the registration process, besides that there were discussions related to cooperation opportunities in the field research and independent learning independent campus..

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers families employ various survival strategies, including saving, debt management, enhancing skills, and utilizing technology. These strategies help them cope with the challenges they face and improve their well-being. In terms of remittance management models, Indonesian Migrant Workers families utilize both formal and informal channels for sending and receiving remittance. They alson engage in micro business, such as culinary ventures, laundry services, and handicrafts, to generate additional income and meet their daily needs. However, Indonesian Migrant Workers families encounter challenges in establishing and sustaining micro business, such as limited capital, restricted market access, and lack of business management skills. To address these challenges, training programs, education, and broader market access are recommended to echance the success of micro businesses. The government plays a crucial role in supporting the well-being of Indonesia Migrant Workers families by implementing policies that facilitate the development of micro businesses and effective remittance management.

Abstract

This article aims to show that Local culture can be used as an alternative regulation in establishing a foreigner monitoring task force. The Foreigner Supervision Task Force "Bali Becik" is a unit formed by the Directorate General of Immigration based on the Local culture of the Balinese people. The Nusantara paradigm combined with the ability of artificial intelligence in viewing a phenomenon is the research method in this article. The results show that the "Bali Becik" Task Force is a task force formed based on the Local culture of Balinese culture which is part of the Nusantara paradigm. The value of the Local culture of "Bali Becik" which comes from the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, which is the Balinese philosophy of harmony between humans, nature, and the gods. The task force aims to create a harmonious environment for both tourists and locals by cracking down on illegal activities and promoting responsible tourism

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Immigration Office Class I Special TPI Surabaya, as well as to understand how employees' perceptions of organizational culture and commitment contribute to their performance. The research uses a mix method sequential explanatory approach, combining quantitative surveys of 152 employees with qualitative semi-structured interviews. The results show that organizational culture and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, contributing 87,2% to performance variation. Partially, a strong organizational culture, particularly in terms of employee involvement and adaptability, positively impacts performance improvement. Employees with affective commitment demonstrate higher performance, while those with continuance commitment tend to show lower performance. These findings are reinforced by qualitative insights, where employees who feel involved in decision-making and have an emotional attachment to the organization exhibit higher motivation and performance. In conclusion, strengthening organizational culture and enhancing affective commitment are key strategies for improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Money Follow Program in budget planning at the the Immigration Office of Non-Border Control Kediri and what obstacles are faced in its application in the 2022 fiscal year. This research is a descriptive qualitative research in which data processing is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation in the field. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of the Money Follow Program at the Immigration Office of Non-Border Control Kediri was successful in creating synergy between the facilitative and substantive sections. A holistic-thematic and integrative approach is used to align the program with national priorities. Budget realization increased from 86.95% (2021) to 98.56% (2022), with budget to performance efficiency (86.44) and IKPA (99.97). Success factors involved effective communication, adequate resource allocation, positive attitudes of implementers, and an organized bureaucratic structure. Despite the success, some obstacles still exist. Some employees do not understand the program, spending restrictions due to the PNBP Disbursement Maximum, and policy changes from the Ministry of Finance/Ministry of Law and Human Rights can affect program implementation.

Abstract

Dilatarbelakangi oleh gagasan yang disampaikan oleh presiden Joko Widodo mengenai core value ASN yaitu ‘BerAKHLAK’. Maka, ASN dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat sehingga pelayanan dan kinerja pegawai akan menjadi tolak ukur kepuasan masyarakat. Dalam pelaksanaannya kinerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang bersifat situasional pada pemimpin. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu pemimpin juga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Segala bentuk prestasi dan inovasi yang ada di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Bogor tentu tidak dapat terlepas dari adanya campur tangan pimpinan, dikarenakan pegawai akan bekerja sesuai dengan arahan yang diberikan oleh pimpinannya. Maka, bentuk gaya kepemimpinan perlu dipertimbangkan, apakah gaya kepemimpinan yang ada akan meningkatkan atau mungkin akan menghambat kreativitas dan prestasi pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Bogor. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, bagaimana kinerja pegawai, dan bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan yang ada pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (Mix Method) kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 118 orang yang kemudian ditarik sampel sebanyak 91 orang. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil model regresi Y= 7,449 + 0,614 X. Dengan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,8%, selanjutnya didapatkan nilai thitung sebesar 8,840 > ttabel 1,986 yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil pengujian uji t. Dengan demikian hipotesis diterima dan memiliki bukti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan bernilai positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Bogor, serta memiliki gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja pegawai yang baik.

Abstract

Informasi dan teknologi membuat masyarakat semakin sadar akan kebutuhannya, termasuk kebutuhan akan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Dalam mengimplementasikan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik, tidak terlepas dari kontribusi kinerja pegawai. Beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan menempatkan motivasi dan kompetisi sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih dalam apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan kompetensi khususnya pada kantor imigrasi sebagai garda terdepan dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi keimigrasian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 21,29%. Koefisien regresi yang bernilai positif ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja. Kemudian kompetensi juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,88%. Koefisien regresi yang bernilai positif ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi akan membuat kinerja semakin baik.  Motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Sukabumi. Oleh karena itu, motivasi dan kompetensi memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Semakin tinggi motivasi dan kompetensi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi dan kompetensi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 77,17% terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penggunaan digitalisasi saat ini sangat berpengaruh dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik, salah satunya melalui Aplikasi M-Paspor. Sehingga penting untuk dikaji bagaimana informasi mengenai Aplikasi M-Paspor dapat tersampaikan kepada masyarakat, salah satunya melalui media Instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan penyebaran informasi mengenai aplikasi M-Paspor melalui media sosial Instagram dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pelayanan paspor di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas III Non-TPI Kalianda. Selain itu, untuk mempermudah pelayanan pendaftaran paspor pada aplikasi M-Paspor dengan menghadapi tantangan dalam penyebaran informasi, terutama pada pemohon yang berada di wilayah kerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas III Non TPI Kalianda yang gagap teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan tinjauan pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pelaksanaan penyebaran informasi Aplikasi M-Paspor telah memenuhi dimensi komunikasi publik akan tetapi jangkauan, kemampuan dan keterlibatan masyarakat pada media sosial masih minim, sehingga diperlukan upaya strategis yang telah diuraikan pada penelitian ini. Melalui upaya strategis yang telah dirancang diharapkan dapat menjadi pedoman dan acuan tersendiri yang diwujudkan oleh Kantor Imigrasi Kelas III Non TPI Kalianda dalam bentuk Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pengelolaan Konten Media Sosial Kantor Imigrasi.

Abstract

Abstract (In English). This research aims to obtain empirical evidence on the factors that influence the Quantity of Human Resources on Employee Performance at the Class I Non TPI Manokwari Immigration Office. As times progress, human resources will be required to be able to do everything, especially in the public service environment. There are many service activities in this office and the lack of personnel working at the Class I Non TPI Manokwari Immigration Office is the reason why this research was carried out. The object of this research is the Class I Non TPI Manokwari immigration office and the ranks of support offices under it such as the Passport Service Unit, Public Service Mall. The data used in this research is primary data using a questionnaire distribution technique aimed at respondents, namely employees of the Class I Non TPI Manokwari Immigration Office. The sample used in this research was 38 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research was simple regression analysis using the SPSS test tool. The results of this research confirm the hypothesis formed. Quantity of Human Resources has a significant effect on 80,5% employee performance at the Class I Non TPI Manokwari Immigration Office.
