Abstract

Project acceleration is a solution to speed up project completion. Project acceleration has various alternatives, including adding overtime hours and adding labor. This research aims to assess the changes in project time and costs following acceleration efforts through options such as increasing working hours (overtime) and adding labor. The project acceleration method used is the crash program method, supported by the Microsoft Project application. The research results show that for the option of adding overtime hours, with 1 hour of overtime, the cost was Rp 27,011,372,606.28 and the duration was 204.13 days; for 2 hours of overtime, the cost increased to Rp 27,156,499,375.32 with a duration of 199.01 days; with 3 hours of overtime, the cost was Rp 27,307,828,821.71 and the duration shortened to 194.62 days; and with 4 hours of overtime, the cost was Rp 27,465,750,984.13 with a duration of 190.92 days. For the alternative of adding labor, under a scenario equivalent to 1 hour of overtime, the cost was Rp 26,846,481,892.32 and the duration was 204.13 days; with 2 hours of overtime, the cost was Rp 26,797,919,204.37 with a duration of 199.01 days; with 3 hours of overtime, the cost decreased to Rp 26,746,499,142.20 and the duration was 194.62 days; and for 4 hours of overtime, the cost was Rp 26,703,236,580.04 with a duration of 190.92 days. Thus, adding labor is identified as an effective alternative due to its economical cost, even though it results in the same project acceleration duration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengetahuan siswa kelas XI, ketersediaan peralatan fasilitas Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada praktik kerja kayu siswa kelas XI program keahlian Teknik Konstruksi dan Perumahan di SMK Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis statistik deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, daftar checklist, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengetahuan siswa kelas XI TKP tentang K3 sebagian besar masuk dalam kategori cukup baik, (2) Ketersediaan peralatan fasilitas Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) secara keseluruhan masuk dalam kriteria cuku memadai, (3) Penerapan K3 siswa kelas XI TKP sebagian besar selalu melakukan tindakan K3 pada saat praktik kerja kayu.

Abstract

This lowed studied outcomes from students element a cost planning and scheduling of building construction element in choosing the PBL learning model. The researched waste make to determiner how effective the PBL studies model is in improve college studies outcoms through the elements of Cost Planning and Scheduling of Building Construction. The type of researched former attempt researched by affected tentative design form. The number of researched samples used was 45 people: 20 XI DPIB 1 students the attempt class, then 25 XI DPIB 2 the control clases. This attempt classes used Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The researched wased carri off by giving test instrumental form of pretests with posttests. For the test of test questions, has been conducted in clases XI DPIB 2college SMKN 1 Padang within 26 respondents. This studies show that PBL can improve college studies outcomes in the matter of calculating foundation work. This averrage value student sudeis outcom attempt class was 77.95 with control classes waste 61.76. In addition, this effect hypothes testing carried out usee this Indepedent Sample t-Test tes obtain t_count> t_table or 6.038> 2.01669 then Ha is accepted. Therefore, this studied proves that PjBL model could fix the studies achievement of DPIB XI class college on the elements of the Cost Plan and Building Construction Scheduling.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan di SMKN 5 Padang, yang dilatarbelakangi media pembelajaran interaktif belum tersedia meskipun di sekolah memiliki akses internet. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang efektivitas media pembelajaran berbasis web menggunakan Google Sites pada mata pelajaran KJD, dan peningkatan hasil belajar elemen perencanaan dan pengalamatan jaringan kelas XI TKJT. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan test hasil belajar. Subjek penelitannya semua siswa kelas XI TKJT yang berjumlah 32 orang. PTK dilakukan dalam 2 siklus melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Google Sites meningkatkan aktivitas belajar. Indikator kehadiran dan pengerjaan tugas pra siklus 72% menjadi 83% siklus I selanjutnya 89%  siklus II. Indikator pengerjaan tugas pra siklus 61% menjadi 72% siklus I selanjutnya 83% siklus II. Nilai rata-rata kondisi awal 67,42 naik menjadi 74,11 pada siklus I dan 78,86 pada siklus II. Peningkatan siklus awal ke siklus II 11,44 point. Siswa tuntas pada kondisi awal 21 orang dengan persentase 58% naik menjadi 25 orang dengan persentase 69% pada siklus I dan 28 orang dengan perserntase 78% pada siklus II. Ketuntasan belajar siklus awal ke siklus II naik 19,44%. Data diolah menggunakan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara individual, skor rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal.Kata kunci : Goole Sites, Perencanaan dan Pengalamatan Jaringan This Classroom Action Research (PTK) was carried out at SMKN 5 Padang, with the background that interactive learning media was not yet available even though the school had internet access. The research aims to obtain information about the effectiveness of web-based learning media using Google Sites in KJD subjects, and improve learning outcomes for class XI TKJT network planning and addressing elements. This research was carried out through documentation, observation and learning outcomes tests. The research subjects were all 32 class XI TKJT students. PTK is carried out in 2 cycles through planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results show that Google Sites increases learning activities. Indicators of attendance and work on pre-cycle tasks were 72% to 83% in cycle I, then 89% in cycle II. Pre-cycle task performance indicators were 61% to 72% in cycle I, then 83% in cycle II. The initial condition average value was 67.42, increasing to 74.11 in cycle I and 78.86 in cycle II. The increase from the initial cycle to cycle II was 11.44 points. 21 students completed the initial condition with a percentage of 58%, increasing to 25 people with a percentage of 69% in cycle I and 28 people with a percentage of 78% in cycle II. Learning completion from the initial cycle to the second cycle increased by 19.44%. The data is processed using individual student learning completeness, average scores and percentage of classical completeness.Keywords: Goole Sites, Planning and network addressing

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini karena adanya pekerjaan tambahan atau perbaikan pada pekerjaan pembesian berupa penambahan tulangan agar sesuai dengan gambar yang telah direncanakan. Terdapat defect pekerjaan perbaikan/repair pada pekerjaan kolom dan balok yang permukaannya tidak rata, yang diakibatkan oleh vibrator beton pada saat pengecoran atau adanya bekisting yang cacat, sehingga permukaan yang dihasilkan tidak sempurna. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001: 2015 yang dilaksanakan oleh kontraktor dan mengetahui faktor– faktor apa yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Labor dan Lokal Kuliah Jurusan Seni Rupa (FBS). Pendekatan mixed methods dipilih dalam penelitian ini agar hasil yang dicapai tidak hanya luas dalam cakupan, tetapi juga mendalam dalam analisis, sehingga dapat mengurangi kemungkinan kesalahan interpretasi atau ketidaktepatan hasil. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001: 2015 yang dilaksanakan oleh kontraktor pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Labor dan Lokal Kuliah Jurusan Seni Rupa (FBS) sebesar 89,8%, persentase tersebut termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam penerapan sistem manajemen mutu yaitu beberapa sumber daya manusia yang kurang terampil dan para mandor yang telat membayar upah kepada pekerja yang berdampak pada keterlambatan dalam proses pengerjaan proyek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi program kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Departemen Teknik Sipil Universitas Negeri Padang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya minat mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program kewirausahaan meskipun telah tersedia berbagai program seperti Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW), Program Pembinaan Mahasiswa Wirausaha (P2MW), dan Wirausaha Merdeka (WMK). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan angkatan 2022–2024 yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Pengantar Kewirausahaan. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha, dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,927 > ttabel 1,980 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik implementasi program kewirausahaan, maka semakin tinggi pula minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penguatan program, sosialisasi, serta pendampingan secara berkelanjutan guna mendorong mahasiswa untuk menjadi wirausahawan muda yang mandiri dan inovatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diangkat berdasarkan latar belakang belum adanya media penunjang pada mata pelajaran Dasar-dasar Konstruksi Bangunan dan Perumahan khususnya pada materi Pekerjaan Konstruksi Kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media miniatur rangka atap yang valid dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai media belajar mata pelajaran Dasar-dasar Konstruksi Bangunan dan Perumahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reseach and Development yang mengadaptasi model Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination atau biasa disebut 4-D. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa angket validasi media pembelajaran untuk ahli media dan ahli materi, serta angket praktikalitas media pembelajaran untuk siswa. Hasil validasi media miniatur rangka atap menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran dapat dikategorikan valid dengan tingkat kevalidan oleh ahli media 1 sebesar 81,4%, ahli media 2 sebesar 83,7%, ahli media 3 sebesar 75%, ahli materi 1 sebesar 97,5%, ahli materi 2 sebesar 96,2% dan ahli materi 3 sebesar 92,9% dengan kategori sangat valid; praktikalitas media miniatur rangka atap berdasarkan penilaian oleh siswa sebesar 82,1% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Dengan demikian media yang dihasilkan dapat dinyatakan sangat valid dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai media penunjang pembelajaran.

Abstract

The high number of work accidents in Indonesia shows that there are still many workers who ignore the issue of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and its implementation procedures because they prefer to work based on experience. In the implementation of the Muaro Mais - LubukGobing Bridge Construction Project, it is necessary to apply HSE in the project environment because of environmental factors that are at risk of causing work accidents such as high rain intensity, the use of heavy equipment, and river flow that can change at any time so that it can be risky for the implementation time of the project. To reduce the rate of work accidents, it is necessary to have a safety system and work health system to create safety and workhealth systems for workers with It is hoped that the construction project can proceed on time. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of HSE on the Muaro Mais – LubukGobing Bridge Construction Project, West Pasaman Regency on the project implementation time by analyzing data using SmartPLS software version 3.2. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to workers on bridge construction projects. The results of this study show the Leadership and Administration Indicators of construction service providers (X1) on Punctuality (Y) with a p-value of 0.28 1 > 0.05, a t-statistic value of 1.079 < 1.96, and an original sample O = 0.272. Work Safety Inspection Indicator (X2) against the variable Punctuality (Y) with a p-value of 0.677 > 0.05, t-statistic 0.416 < 1.96, and original sample O = 0.143. Occupational Safety Management Indicator (X3) on Punctuality (Y) with p-value 0.269 > 0.0 5, t-statistic 1.105 < 1.96, and original sample O = 0.272. The R-Square result for the punctuality variable (Y) is 0.198, meaning that the effect of implementing occupational safety and health (X) on punctuality (Y) is 19.8%. The remaining 80.2% was influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem encountered, namely the lack of use of media in the learning process of Software Applications and Building Interior Design. This research uses the type of research and development (R&D). This development model refers to the development model (DDD-E) with 4 stages, namely Decide, Design, Development, Evaluate. The subjects of this research were media experts, material experts and class XII Competency Design Skills Modeling and Building Information, SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat, 30 students. This research instrument is in the form of a validation sheet to obtain product validation data, and a student respondent questionnaire to obtain product practicality test results. The research results show that the validity of the material is in the very valid category with an achievement level of 88.4%. Media validity with an achievement level of 90.65% in the very valid category and practicality test with an achievement level of 89.53% in the very practical category. The conclusion of this research is that the learning media developed is valid and practical for use in the learning process Software Application and Building Interior Design class XII Competency Design Skills Modeling and Building Information, SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

The implementation of the MBKM Program in the Civil Engineering Department at FT UNP was investigated to analyze its effectiveness and challenges. This descriptive qualitative study aimed to explore how the program is executed, the obstacles encountered by students, and the advantages it offers. Through interviews with six MBKM participant students and three department lecturers, data analysis revealed 17 codes, 10 sub-themes, and four main themes, including MBKM programs and activities, experiences and skills, administrative concerns, and challenges faced. The findings underscored the program's positive impact on students' skill enhancement, practical exposure, and holistic understanding of professional environments. Participation in activities such as PMM, Kampus Mengajar, and Magang Merdeka facilitated practical experiences, networking, and skill development, albeit challenges like administrative issues and credit conversion were identified. Overall, the MBKM Program significantly contributes to students' personal and professional growth, emphasizing the importance of effective coordination between stakeholders to optimize its implementation.
