Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital khususnya pada kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kecemasan siswa sering terjadi pada saat kegiatan evaluasi berlangsung sehingga nilai hasil belajar tidak maksimal.  SMA Lab. School merupakan sekolah dengan fasilitas memadai dan salah satu sekolah yang masuk dalam Sekolah Penggerak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu antara lain identifikasi masalah mitra, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pendampingan dan hasil produk pelatihan yang dapat diterapkan guru di sekolah melalui penggunaan evaluasi digital pada pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan tanggal 13 – 20 Agustis 2022. Implikasinya adalah Dukungan sarana dan prasarana sekolah sebagai salah satu kekuatan hasil pengabdian ini nantinya dapat diterapkan di sekolah tersebut. Sekolah sebagai bagian dari Program sekolah Penggerak dapat mewujudkan tuntutan program, yaitu Digitalisasi sekolah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Perkembangan global mendorong transformasi kegiatan ekonomi ke dunia digital. Hal itu menjadikan banyak tersedianya bahan literatur ekonomi berbasis digital dan pesatnya laju media sosial menciptakan aktivitas jual beli masyarakat beralih ke online shop. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan media sosial dan literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan melibatkan 368 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNESA sebagai responden. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa variabel media sosial (X1) tidak berpengaruh terhadap varibael perilaku konsumtif (Y), namun untuk variabel literasi ekonomi (X2) mempengaruhi variabel perilaku konsumtif  (Y). Kemudian variabel media sosial (X1) dan literasi ekonomi (X2) mempengaruhi secara simultan dan bersama-sama pada variabel perilaku konsumtif (Y), dan nilai R Square menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh secara bersamaan X1 dan X2 sebesar 10,5% terhadap variabel Y. Dari hasil penelitian ini memberikan referensi untuk dapat memanajerial kegiatan ekonomi di era digital dan media sosial memberikan ruang lebih untuk meningkatkan literasi ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy, perception of the teaching profession and social environment on teacher interest, either partially or simultaneously. This study used quantitative methodology and involved 60 students of Economic Education Study Program UNESA as respondents. Data analysis technique used regression analysis. The research revealed that self-efficacy affected interest to be a teacher by 49.7%, then, teacher proffesion perception affected only 27.4%, and the social environment affected only 17.1%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari lingkungan keluarga lingkungan keluarga dan efikasi diri terhadap minat belajar ekonomi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Sumber data yang digunakan ialah data primer yang diperoleh dari responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan simple random sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Driyorejo, dengan Jumlah sample sebesar 192. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh (1. lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat belajar ekonomi. 2.efikasi diri terhadap minat belajar ekonomi. 3. Lingkungan keluarga dan efikasi diri terhadap minat belajar ekonomi).

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the implementation of Cambridge curriculum in the field of Economic and to find out the implications for developing student’s character. Method: This research is conducted at Singapore Intercultural School (SIS) Semarang and carried out by interview, observation and documentation. The validity technique used is triangulation. Results: The results showed that the implementation of Cambridge Curriculum at SIS Semarang is very high in terms of the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of learning, and has integrated character education through aspects of school input, process, and output. Novelty: This study combines educational character variables in the Cambridge International Curriculum and the Indonesian National Curriculum with research objects in international schools.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse Indonesia's trends and contributions in ethnographic research through a bibliometric study using the Scopus database from 2013-2022. This research is a type of qualitative research using bibliometric analysis methods. data collection and analysis techniques are carried out in five stages starting with searching for data using certain desired keywords and ending with analysed data. The conclusion obtained from the results of this study is that ethnographic publications increase from year to year. The United States has contributed the most in the last decade, while Indonesia is in fourth place. Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Padjajaran, and Universitas Gadjah Mada are the three Indonesian institutions that contribute to ethnographic research. The analysis also found six clusters in the visualisation of ethnographic research trends, consisting of four main clusters and two secondary clusters. The results of the study have implications and contributions to help researchers to analyse ethnographic research trends globally and provide an overview and recommendations for future research directions. This research provides an overview of the development of ethnographic research in accounting and provides an overview of the novelty of similar research.

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan tolak ukur bagi guru untuk mengetahui tingkat prestasi akademik siswa. Semakin tinggi hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar. Ada beberapa faktor internal yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa diantaranya yaitu factor minat, motivasi, dan cara belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara minta, motivasi, dan cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan 140 siswa IPS di SMAN 1 Sooko. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara simultan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara minat, motivasi, dan cara belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

Academic burnout or academic fatigue is a condition of fatigue in learning that is often experienced by several individuals, especially students. The causes of academic burnout include the learning environment and social support. This study aims to analyze 1) the influence of the learning environment on academic burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students, 2) the influence of social support on academic burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students, 3) the influence of the learning environment and social support on academic burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques through the assistance of SPSS software version 22. The sample used was 222 students from class X of Al-Islam Krian High School, with a simple random sampling technique using the slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is no significant influence between the learning environment on academic burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students, 2) there is a significant influence between social support on academic burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students, 3) there is a significant influence between the learning environment and social support on academic burnout of Al-Islam Krian High School students

Abstract

Heutagogy approach is the development of andragogy learning which focuses on students’ self-determined learning. This approach can be used as an alternative for distance learning. To support the learning process, an e-module based on heutagogy is needed. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to create and analyze the effectiveness of E-Module in Mathematics Economic based on the Heutagogy Approach in distance learning. Research design used 4-D model consists of define, design, develop, and desseminate stages. Examining the E-module effectiveness was using experiment research with one group pre-test-post-test design which involved 66 students of Economics Education as participants. Data collection are carried out with questionnaire and analyzed with several test, namely: Kolmogorov-Smirnov Normality Test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test.The results of this study revealed that: 1) E-module of mathematics economic using Heutagogy Approach feasible as learning media, 2) there is an effect of using E-module of Mathematics Economic using Heutagogy Approach for Distance Learning. E-module can increases students learning outcomes and helps them to study independently during distance learning. For future research, it is suggested to analyze another variabels, such as: students’ critical thinking skills and students’ logical- mathematical thinking ability.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) abroad often face various social, legal, and cultural challenges that can increase their vulnerability in everyday life. One effort to minimize these vulnerabilities is through the establishment of regional community organizations as a platform for solidarity, advocacy, and cultural identity preservation. This community service activity aims to assist in the formation of the Ikatan Warga Ponorogo di Hong Kong (IWPH) — an association of PMI from Ponorogo working in Hong Kong. The methods employed include community needs assessment, facilitation of organizational meetings, formulation of organizational statutes and bylaws, and basic community-based advocacy training. The results of this activity showed high enthusiasm among PMI from Ponorogo to participate in this community as a forum for sharing information, social protection, and preserving regional cultural traditions abroad. Moreover, IWPH has begun to actively voice issues faced by PMI, such as overcharging, gender-based violence, and unclear employment contracts. The establishment of IWPH is expected to serve as a model for strengthening social networks and advocacy based on regional community groups, enhancing the bargaining power of Indonesian migrant workers abroad. This activity also reflects the contribution of higher education institutions in supporting the protection and empowerment of Indonesian migrant workers in various destination countries.
