Abstract

This community service program assesses the implementation of Betutu fish (Oxyeleotris marmorata) domestication in the Tempuling District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, as part of a community empowerment program aimed at enhancing local fish farming practices and promoting sustainable aquaculture. The program focused on introducing various technologies, including the use of tarpaulin ponds with a water recirculation system, fish feed formulated from local bycatch and EM4, and digital water quality monitoring. These innovations have successfully increased Betutu fish production by 20%. Additionally, the program introduced digital marketing strategies through social media and e-commerce platforms, resulting in a 20% increase in product sales. Beyond economic benefits, the program also enhanced the technical skills and entrepreneurial capacity of the local fish farming community, thereby strengthening their economic independence and improving social welfare. With efficient production capacity and effective marketing strategies in place, the program is poised for sustainability and offers a solution to the declining Betutu fish population. This initiative serves as a model for community-based technological empowerment that can be replicated in other regions, accelerating local economic development and ensuring long-term societal well-being

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem manajemen data berbasis cloud computing menggunakan Google Cloud Spreadsheets pada Toko Zura Vapestore. Permasalahan utama adalah pencatatan manual yang tidak efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Sistem dikembangkan dengan model Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta aksesibilitas data secara real-time. Sistem juga mengurangi risiko kesalahan pencatatan dan meningkatkan kinerja operasional toko. Disarankan agar UMKM mulai mengadopsi teknologi cloud untuk mendukung digitalisasi bisnis.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional karena mampu menyerap tenaga kerja serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, banyak UMKM masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan jangkauan pemasaran, rendahnya efisiensi operasional, dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kondisi ini menyulitkan pelaku UMKM untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen yang semakin mengutamakan transaksi berbasis daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan website e-commerce terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM Dua Putri. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan platform WordPress dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang mendukung proses pembangunan cepat dan melibatkan pengguna secara langsung dalam setiap tahapannya. Tahapan penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui perbandingan data penjualan sebelum dan sesudah implementasi serta kuesioner kepada pelanggan dan pemilik usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan website e-commerce berbasis WordPress mampu meningkatkan volume penjualan, efisiensi transaksi, memperlancar pengelolaan pesanan, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Pelanggan dapat melakukan pemesanan dengan lebih mudah, sedangkan pemilik usaha dapat mengelola produk dan memantau transaksi secara lebih terstruktur. Secara keseluruhan, sistem ini meningkatkan produktivitas, kualitas layanan, dan mendukung proses transformasi digital UMKM Dua Putri. Implementasi ini membuktikan bahwa adopsi teknologi e-commerce dapat memperkuat daya saing usaha kecil di era digital. Abstract

This study examined the population dynamics of Banana Prawns (Penaeus merguiensis) in the waters of Sungai Bela, focusing on sex ratio, length-weight relationship, and natural recruitment patterns. The results show a dominance of female individuals in the population with a sex ratio of 1:1.19 (male : female), which may affect reproduction processes and population sustainability. The length-weight relationship demonstrated a negative allometric growth pattern, in which body mass grew faster than body length. Shrimp recruitment patterns show seasonal fluctuations, with recruitment peaks in July and October, which are influenced by temperature, salinity, and food availability. This study highlights the importance of continuous monitoring of the sex ratio and recruitment patterns, as well as management based on environmental factors, to support the sustainability of P. merguiensis populations. Sustainable management, including habitat conservation and catch control, is essential for maintaining ecosystem balance and ensuring the sustainability of shrimp stocks in the future.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan usaha ritel menjadi kunci efisiensi di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi Point of Sale (POS) berbasis web pada Outlet vu2t. Sebelumnya, pengelolaan data transaksi dan pelanggan dilakukan secara konvensional, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan dan kesulitan dalam pelacakan riwayat pesanan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi kebutuhan sistem, perancangan antarmuka, serta pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan platform berbasis web dengan integrasi WooCommerce. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tersedianya sistem POS yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengelola akun, memantau riwayat pesanan, serta mengakses menu kasir (POS) secara terintegrasi melalui satu dashboard. Implementasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan akurasi data penjualan dan mempermudah operasional harian di Outlet vu2t.

Abstract

Investment activity is an activity that cannot be separated from decision analysis because investing requires an analysis of appropriate decision-making in order to minimize failure or maximize profits. Investing in coconut commodity business activities is a promising business for investors. However, to maximize profits on investment, proper analysis techniques are needed. In this study, the authors used the SWOT and QSPM methods in analyzing investment decisions in the coconut commodity business in Indragiri Hilir district. From the results of the investment decision analysis carried out, there are several important recommendations that can help coconut farmers and business actors be mutually beneficial, among other things: Increasing the promotion of buying and selling coconuts Innovating coconut trading businesses Increasing the capacity of business owners and their workforce through a series of government training and coachingIncreasing the frequency of transactions.

Abstract

In the industrial world, determining the amount of raw material inventory is an important issue, because raw material inventory has a direct effect on the course of production. Errors in determining inventory can paralyze all production activities, because raw materials are the initial materials or media in the production process. If the raw material inventory is too large compared to the company's needs, it will add to the burden on maintenance and storage costs in the warehouse, as well as the possibility of depreciation and a decrease in the quality of raw materials, so this will greatly affect the cost of raw material inventory. And vice versa, if the inventory is too small it will result in a bottleneck in production. Based on the description above, the researcher conducted research at a workshop company in X city. The object of the study was to calculate the cost of procuring AWS welding wire raw materials at the company using the EOQ method. The results showed that the raw material requirement for AWS welding wire in period 9 could be known economically, namely = 77.9817 kg for AWS welding wire. Purchase frequency for AWS welding wire 11 times. The total cost of TIC supplies in period 9 for AWS welding wire = IDR 7,800.00/Kg. To determine the number of orders and the right time to order is when inventory is at point 34.30099 Kg with a reorder amount of 77.9817 kg for AWS welding wire.

Abstract

The community service program was carried out in Kecamatan Kempas, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Riau, aiming to empower coastal communities through optimization of Google My Business (GMB) to expand the market for local products. The coastal communities in Kecamatan Kempas have abundant natural resource potential, yet they face challenges in marketing their products due to limited digital literacy and access to online marketing platforms. This program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach consisting of needs analysis, training, mentoring, and evaluation stages. The training involved 40 participants consisting of local entrepreneurs, fishermen, and village officials. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills in creating and optimizing GMB business profiles, managing product photos, responding to customer reviews, and utilizing GMB insights for business decision-making. After the program, 85% of participants were able to independently manage their GMB accounts and experienced an average increase of 35% in online customer inquiries. This program demonstrates that Google My Business optimization can be an effective strategy for expanding the market for local products in coastal areas and improving the economic welfare of coastal communities in Kecamatan Kempas, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Riau.
