Abstract

Metode WAFA adalah sebuah perangkat pembelajaran yang cara kerjanya bersistem, memudahkan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran agar tercapainya baca tulis al-Quran sesuai kaidah tajwid. Cara teratur yang dipakai dalam melekasanakan pengajaran WAFA ini menggunakan otak kanan sebagai daya imajinasi dan seni sebab didalamnya menggunakan nada hijaz tiga pola nada. Metode ini digunakan di TPA Al-Firdaus masjid Jami’ Umar bin Khattab dusun Mangempang desa Moncongloe Lappara, Maros oleh para tenanga pengajar dalam proses baca tulis Al-Qur’an. Problemnya adalah kurangnya pengajar yang kompeten sehingga masyarakat cenderung masih banyak kesalahan dalam membaca dan mengeja huruf-huruf Al-Qur’an. Ditambah masih rendahnya pemahaman orang tua tentang keutamaan  mengajarkan anak-anak tentang baca tulis Al-Qur’an secara baik dan benar  serta sedikitnya sumber pengajar yang ada pada anak-anak maupun yang sudah usia lanjut. Adapun tenaga pendidik Al-Qur’an masih mengandalkan orang yang sudah lancar dalam memb-aca Al-Qur’an, sehingga belum mampu memberikan wawasan dalam mengajarkan Al-Qur’an kepada masyarakat. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan laporan data narasi dan studi kasus yang terjadi, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode mengumpulkan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Data yang telah direduksi kemudian diolah menjadi sinopsis yang utuh. Hasil dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada khalayak. Hasil dari penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa metode WAFA yang digunakan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anak mengenal huruf hijaiyah dengan baik dan meningkatkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Quran yang lebih baik serta meningkatnya minat dan menghapal al-Quran yang menyenangkan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kurikulum Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Maumere berdasarkan teori kurikulum Ralph Tyler. Teori ini adalah teori tujuan yaitu kajian historis dalam bidang pendidikan Islam berkemajuan yang berimplikasi pada implementasi pendidikan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Maumere. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. yaitu bagaimana Mahasiswa menafsirkan tradisi agama, dan bagaimana individu secara reflektif memahami pandangan sendiri dan orang lain. Melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi pembelajaran AIK di universitas Muhammadiyah berdasarkan teori Ralph Tyler. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh Berdasarkan teori tujuan Ralph Tyler berimplikasi pada penerapan pendidikan Islam berkemajuan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Maumere. Teori Ralph Tyler dari tujuan pendidikan Islam berkemajuan berimplikasi pada penerapan metodologi pembelajaran dan kurikulum yang up to date terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the factors influencing the decision-making process of Muslim parents from upper-middle economic backgrounds in selecting Islamic-based educational institutions in Palangka Raya. Hasanka Boarding School, as one of the most favored modern Islamic educational institutions, becomes the focus of this study, highlighting the need to examine the underlying reasons and motivations of parents in choosing this school. The research employed a mixed-method approach with case study, using closed-ended questionnaires for quantitative data collection and open-ended questionnaires for qualitative descriptive analysis. The study involved 55 respondents, all of whom are parents of students at Hasanka Boarding School Junior High School. The instrument items were developed based on the framework proposed by Abuddin Nata concerning the factors that influence parents in choosing Islamic education. The findings indicate that religious aspects (95%) are the dominant factor motivating parents to choose Hasanka Boarding School, followed by the quality of education and teachers (91,6%), as well as the school's role in supporting social development and future aspirations (90%). Meanwhile, the integrated curriculum and school reputation were found to be lower in the hierarchy of motivating factors. These findings were analyzed through the integration of several theoretical frameworks, including Maslow's theory of motivation, Lancaster's consumer choice theory, Islamic education theory, community-based education theory, and religious moderation theory. This study contributes to strengthening the understanding of the multidimensional factors that influence educational decisions among Muslim middle-class communities in the modern era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Bigbook as an inclusive literacy tool for instilling multicultural values in early childhood education. The research was conducted at TK Satu Atap Wonco, Baubau City, located within a socially diverse community regarding religion and ethnicity. Participatory Action Research (PAR) was a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The intervention was structured into three thematic sessions: religious literacy, ethnic diversity awareness, and prosocial behavior development. The findings reveal that Bigbook effectively facilitated children's understanding of interfaith symbols and practices, encouraged ethnic awareness through visual representation, and nurtured prosocial behaviors such as sharing, empathy, and cooperation. Beyond serving as a visual medium, Bigbook was a narrative tool that integrated children's cognitive and affective development. The responsiveness and contextual awareness of the teachers significantly supported the success of this inclusive literacy program. This study concludes that Bigbook holds substantial potential as a pedagogical strategy in multicultural education at the early childhood level, offering an adaptive, contextual, and reflective approach. It further contributes to the development of inclusive education policy within pluralistic societies.

Abstract

Bullying is becoming more and more prevalent and is very concerning. Both victims and perpetrators can experience serious mental health issues. To overcome this, it is important to strengthen the mentality. As Ibn Sina said, the human soul is the controller of the body and mind. If a child's mentality is disturbed, his learning ability and attitude will also be affected. MIN 1 Malang City has taken a good step by running the Anti Bullying program with the strategies that have been implemented. With this article. The research aims first, to find out the anti-bullying education strategy in an effort to strengthen children's mentality at MIN 1 Malang City. Second, to determine the success of the anti-bullying program at MIN 1 Malang City. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study research type. Theresults of the study are by having a significant strategy in efforts to strengthen children's mentality, namely with spiritual education through Islamic values. Socialization that teaches bullying recognition, empathy, and emotional support, social skills. Scouting activities teach independence and self-confidence. Reward teaches the consequences that will occur if individuals do bad things. Advice warns students and establishes closeness between teachers and students. The success of anti-bullying education cannot be separated from the support of all and a holistic approach. Bullying semakin sering terjadi dan sangat mengkhawatirkan. Baik korban maupun pelaku, keduanya bisa mengalami masalah Kesehatan mental yang serius. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penting untuk memperkuat mental. Seperti yang dikatakan Ibnu Sina, jiwa manusia adalah pengendali tubuh dan pikiran. Jika mental anak terganggu, kemampuan belajar dan sikapnya juga akan ikut terpengaruhi. MIN 1 Kota Malang telah mengambil Langkah baik dengan menjalankan program Anti Bullying dengan strategi yang telah dilaksanakan. Dengan adanya artikel ini. Penelitian bertujuan pertama, untuk mengetahui strategi Pendidikan anti bullying dalam upaya penguatan mental anak di MIN 1 Kota Malang. Kedua, untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program anti bullying di MIN 1 Kota Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian yaitu dengan memiliki strategi yang signifikan dalam upaya penguatan mental anak yaitu dengan Pendidikan spiritual melalui nilai-nilai islam. Sosialisasi yang mengajarkan pengenalan bullying, empati, dan dukungan emosional, keterampilan sosial. Kegiatan pramuka mengajarkan kemandirian dan kepercayaan diri. Reward (diberi pahala) mengajarkan konsekuensi yang akan terjadi jika individu melakukan hal yang tidak baik. Nasihat menginatkan siswa dan menjalin kedekatan antara guru dan siswa. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the curriculum transformation that occurs at Darussalam Gontor Modern Boarding School from the perspective of Ralph W. Tyler, a curriculum expert who put forward the theory of curriculum objectives, emphasizing the importance of setting clear goals in curriculum development. This study uses a qualitative approach that focuses on collecting data through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. Research respondents consisted of administrators, educators, and students of Darussalam Gontor Modern Boarding School who were involved in curriculum transformation. Data analysis uses pattern matching, explanation building, and time-series analysis. The validity of the findings is ensured through construct validity, reliability and credibility criteria. The results of the study show that Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School has carried out a substantial transformation in its curriculum development process. This transformation is based on identifying the needs of students and society, as well as re-evaluating the desired goals of Islamic education. Implementation of curriculum transformation is carried out through adjustments to curriculum content, teaching approaches, and improving evaluation. It examines the curriculum transformation at Darussalam Gontor Modern Boarding School from the point of view of Ralph W. Tyler, a well-known curriculum expert. Applying Tyler's theory of curriculum objectives, this study emphasizes the importance of setting clear goals in curriculum development. This perspective provides a unique framework for analyzing the curriculum transformation process.

Abstract

Since the new order era, the Indonesian education curriculum has undergone eight revisions, from the 1968 curriculum to the most recent, the Merdeka Curriculum. Each curriculum has its unique characteristics, including the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum which are currently being implemented. Madrasas are the subject and aim of the research, namely explaining the dynamics of madrasa curriculum development in 2013-2023. Using a qualitative approach with a type of literature review, data sources from relevant books and journal articles, and data analysis using condensation, presentation and conclusion. The results of the research show that in the 2013 curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum there are certainly developments in terms of curriculum based on the continued development of science and technology. The 2013 curriculum is designed to improve character education, increase locally-focused education, and create a fun and friendly educational environment. The independent learning program is a flexible program focusing on essential material, character development and student abilities. The Islamic education subjects found in madrasas consist of four groups: Al-Qur’an Hadith, Fiqh, Aqidah Akhlak, and SKI, all of which are regulated by Minister of Religion regulations under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

Menjaga kerukunan antar umat beragama merupakan hal yang sangat penting sebagai syarat utama untuk merawat integrasi nasional. Maka dari itu, proses pendidikan dibutuhkan untuk menanamkan nilai nilai toleransi beragama siswa dari sejak usia dini, agar mampu melahirkan generasi muda yang mampu menyikapi perbedaan sebagai sebuah keberagaman yang ada di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi beragama di SMPN 2 Donggo Kab Bima NTB. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Data penelitian di peroleh dari kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam, guru agama katolik, guru agama protestan, dan siswa. Adapun data lapangan yang dikumpulkan, diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui kondensi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi beragama pada siswa SMPN 2 Donggo di wujudkan dengan beberapa cara yaitu: pembelajaran yang di dalam kelas, program kegiatan sekolah, dan keteladanan yang dicontohkan oleh guru dalam setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas maupun berbagai kegiatan sekolah lainya. Nilai-nilai toleransi beragama telah diterapkan oleh siswa SMPN 2 Donggo di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat. Yaitu melalui pergaulan antara siswa lintas agama tanpa memandang perbedaan agama sebagai penghalang persatuan dan persahabatan di antara siswa.

Abstract

In the context of its activities, since the NU Muslimat was established, it was almost all the archipelago had the same activities called religious activities, which included (1) manaqiban (2) dibaan, (3) reboan, (3) Muslimat Hajj Association and, (4) recitations with themes around the pillars of Islam. But there is a phenomenon of shifting understanding of the elite and NU Muslimat members to the themes of recitation and the movement of political da’wah, especially at the place where the research was conducted. The activities at NU Muslimat carried out not only as a routine activity of the Muslim community but also for the wider role of the NU Muslimat in general and its members to occupy strategic positions in the government or legislative members. From the above phenomena, the objectives of this study are to understand the culture and political understanding of NU Muslimat citizens in East Java. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documents. Data analysis was carried out using the Interactive Analysis Model of Miles, et al. Dalam konteks kegiatannya, sejak Muslimat NU didirikan memiliki kegiatan yang sama yang disebut kegiatan keagamaan, yang meliputi (1) manaqiban (2) dibaan, (3) reboan, (3) Ikatan Haji Muslimat , (4) kegiatan pengajian dengan tema seputar rukun Islam. Tetapi ada fenomena pergeseran pemahaman elit dan anggota Muslim NU dari kegiatan-kegiatan di atas ke tema-tema gerakan dakwah politik, terutama di tempat di mana penelitian dilakukan. Kegiatan-kegiatan Muslimat NU yang telah dilakukan tidak hanya sebagai kegiatan rutin, tetapi untuk peran yang lebih luas dari Muslimat NU pada umumnya dan anggotanya untuk menduduki posisi strategis di pemerintahan atau anggota legislatif. Dari fenomena di atas, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: untuk memahami budaya dan pemahaman politik pada warga Muslimat NU di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Model Analisis Interaktif Miles, Hubermen, Saldhana.

Abstract

The study is conducted because of the appearance of many new beliefs in Islam, which has had considerable influence for Indonesian Muslims, regardless the fact that the beliefs have mostly been classified as a cult. The purposes of this study are to investigate the new phenomenon in the religious act, involving the change of understanding from ideals-rationality view to pragmatic-materialistic view, and to focus on the phenomenon of the emergence of new faiths in Islamic society in Indonesia. This study is aimed to answer the following questions: (1) What motives lie behind the change of religious understanding from ideals-rationality view to pragmatic-materialistic view in today's Muslim group?; (2) How does the changing process of religious understanding occur in the Muslim group?; (3) Why do religious people today tend to be pragmatic-materialistic oriented and leave the religious teachings that have been previously understood? Qualitative approach is used to examine the research questions. The research result shows that there are three kinds of typology of Muslim groups which experience a shift in religious understanding from ideality-rationality belief to pragmatic-materialistic belief. This happens because there is a gap between the quality of faith and the desire to become instantly rich. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan memahami gejala new act dalam beragama yaitu fenomena pergeseran pemahaman spiritual dari idealitas-rasionalitas ke pragmatis-materialistis dalam beragama. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada fenomena munculnya kelompok-kelompok atau aliran-aliran baru dalam masyarakat Islam di Indonesia. Secara rinci penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyan berikut ini. Apa yang melatarbelakangi adanya perubahan pemahaman agama dari idealitas-rasionalitas ke pragmatismaterialistis dalam beragama masyarakat sekarang ini? Bagaimana proses perubahan keberagamaan itu terjadi pada masyarakat Islam? Mengapa umat beragama sekarang ini cenderung kepada pemahaman agama secara pragmatismaterialistis sehingga kehilangan orientasi dan meninggalkan ajaran-ajaran agama yang telah dipahami sebelumnya? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis data terdapat tiga macam tipologi kelompok muslim yang mengalami pergeseran pemahaman agama dari idealitas-rasionalitas ke pragmatis-materialistis. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya kesenjangan antara kualitas keimanan dengan keinginan untuk menjadi kaya secara instan.
