Abstract

Bhur'maen is a social entity in Madurese terminology that is pinned on certain people or forms of society that are accustomed to begging for daily activities in the form of harvests or money whose modus operandi is to visit people's homes. This study aims to understand by describing the phenomenon of social problems in the context of the habits of the bhur’maens in Madura which have been carried on for generations (regeneration), thereby popping the pragmatic model of the bhur’maen community in the perspective of social construction. The analytical approach used is a qualitative approach. In the interest of this research the research paradigm rests on the paradigm of social definition by using the dialectical model of Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann's Social Construction as a theoretical foundation for a sociological perspective, which focuses on the social construction of society towards the reality of bhurmaens in the Tlanakan area of Pamekasan Madura which is stigmatized as a sub-district of bhurmaen . Data collection is done by observation, interview, documentation and focus group discussion (FGD) techniques. The results and in-depth discussion in the research show: First, that the socio-cultural construction of bhur'maen is formed based on the knowledge and experiences of individuals and or actors in understanding the reality of bhur'maens in Madura. Secondly, that the bhur’maen socio-cultural construction is formed based on the values that are held by individuals and or actors in understanding the reality of bhur’maens in Madura. Third, that the socio-cultural construction of bhur'maen is formed based on the recognition (legitimacy), beliefs and beliefs of individuals and / or actors in understanding the reality of bhur’maen in Madura.

Abstract

Penjelasan tentang perilaku manusia atau individu tidak cukup dengan eksplanasi naturalistic dan individualistic meskipun teori itu sudah sangat lama bertahan di kalangan sosiolog tetapi selalu mendapat kritik yang oleh sosiolog kontemporer. Eksplanasi naturalistic dan individualistic perilaku manusia seolah-olah berada dalam dunianya sendiri lepas dari sosial yang mengitarinya. Itulah kritik sosiolog mainstream seperti Emile Durkheim, Max Weber, and psikolog B. F. Skinner. Di dalam sosiologi selain kritik dua eksplanasi tersebut di atas juga ada perbedaan teoretik melihat manusia dalam perannya subjek atau obyek. Meskipun ketiga tokoh tersebut berada dalam perspektif yang sama, sosiologi, tetap menarik untuk dipelajari. Rumitnya melihat peran manusia dari dimensi sosiologis hingga dalam dunia pendidikan mengatakan manusia itu subyek sekaligus obyek pendidikan. Lebih kompleks jika kajian manusia dipandang dari sudut paradigma irfani di luar nalar manusia berbeda dengan sudut pandangan bayani dan burhani. Manusia tidak cukup dikatakan sebagai makhluk unik, misteri tetapi manusia itu senantiasa bersama ruh atau hati dalam arti substansial yang tidak dilihat dalam perspektif sosiologis.

Abstract

The public space and new institutions that emerged and developed within the reformed state institutions became a space for women to access women's representation and involvement which resulted in public policies that were considered important and a priority in the women's movement. Public policy has different impacts on men and women. In addition, public policy also has the capacity to both perpetuate and eliminate gender discrimination and injustice. The study entitled perspectives of male lecturers on women (wives) working in the public Sphere is to describe men's perspectives on women who work in the public sphere. The research method used in this study is qualitative in order to interpret how the perspective of male lecturers towards women who work in public spaces and whether male lecturers who have wives work in the public area provide room for negotiation in the distribution of household roles. The results of the study show that women as wives and workers in the public sphere represent a practice of the Muslim feminist movement which chooses to work not only because it fulfils the economic needs of the family, but also shows the growing awareness of their rights as a form of self-existence and their potential

Abstract

The sociological approach to Islamic Religious Education Material (PAI) is important and relevant in an increasingly complex and diverse society. The background to this approach can be found in the social challenges faced by modern society, including religious pluralism, interreligious conflict, and rapid social change. In this condition, Islamic religious education needs to align the understanding of religion with the understanding of social realities that influence and are influenced by religion. This study examines the sociological approach in PAI material to create students who deeply understand Islam in a social context. This includes understanding how Islamic teachings influence social structures, norms, values, and social interactions. Another goal is to promote tolerance, interfaith harmony, and critical thinking skills in students. The method used in this study is the literature review method with a qualitative approach. The sociological approach in PAI material concludes that this approach provides a solid foundation for students to integrate religious and deep social understanding. This helps students become individuals of noble character, tolerance, and positive contribution in an increasingly diverse society. Thus, the sociological approach to PAI is important in preparing a generation capable of facing and overcoming social and religious challenges in modern society.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai spritualitas di SD 1 Pakunden Ponorogo danmengetahui penanaman nilai-nilai spiritualitas kepada siswa yang ada di sekolah tersebut.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menguraikan dari penelitiansecara tertulis maupun dari hasil wawancara secara langsung kepada informannya. Teknikpengumpulan data, untuk penelitian ini, melakukan secara langsung dengan observasi,wawancara kepada lembaga sekolah yang dibutuhkan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datamenggunakan analisis kualitatif berbentuk dengan urain kata-kata serta analisisnya dibagidalam tiga bagian yaitu 1) reduksi daya, penyajian data, dan terakhir penarikan hasilkesimpulan.Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, sekolah SD 1 Pakunden Ponorogo sangat baikdalam menerapkan nilai-nilai spiritualitas kepada siswa dengan cara sholat duha bersama-samasebelum mulai pelajaran, dan membaca Al-Qur’an dan murojaah juz 30 sehingga hafalannyatetap ingat dan tidak mudah lupa. Selain itu guru mengajak siswa senam maupun ice breakingsebelum dimulai pelajaran sehingga menambah semangat dalam belajarnya. Selain itu gurumenanamkan nilai-nilai spiritualitas cukup baik juga kepada siswa dengan mengajak berburusampah dengan cara membersihkan sampah yang ada di lingkungan sekolah serta ada jugakegiatan jumat bersih, semua ikut membersihkan sampah yang ada di sekolah maupun kerjabantik mulai dari guru, siswa, dan kepala sekolah ikut andil juga sehingga siswa mencintailingkungan, hidup bersih, dan terbiasa mencintai kebersihan.

Abstract

In the current era, the learning process needs to be carried out in an integrative manner, especially as technology has developed to such an extent. The learning process is not only carried out technologically, but also contains intellectual, moral and skill elements. This article aims to discuss how the PAI learning process is carried out in an integrated and holistic manner. This study uses descriptive qualitative research in the form of library research. Excavating library data focused on several concepts regarding interdisciplinary approaches, PAI learning, and similar relevant concepts. Data analysis uses a content analysis model. This study found that interdisciplinary PAI learning is part of integrated learning. Interdisciplinary learning will essentially provide students with a holistic learning experience, because there is general subject matter content included in the learning. PAI material can be integrated with several subjects, such as science, social studies, civics and information technology. Integrated learning is realized in integrative thematic learning which combines competencies from several subjects as representatives of scientific disciplines into a network of certain themes. Its relevance is increasingly evident because the newest curriculum, the independent curriculum, does not eliminate it but instead enriches it with an open attitude to other relevant approaches.

Abstract

Rimpu represents one of the local cultures that has undergone acculturation with Islamic teachings and has become an identity for Muslim women in the Bima area. This study aims to identify the Islamic educational values contained within the Rimpu. The research method used is qualitative, with data obtained through interviews and documentation and data analysis performed using data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings show that Rimpu embodies values of morality, worship, and aesthetics. Rimpu reflects a personality that preserves, maintains courtesy, and upholds modesty between men and women in terms of morality. In terms of worship, the use of Rimpu signifies compliance in covering one’s aurat, reflecting devotion and worship to Allah SWT. Aesthetically, the colors and motifs on tembe nggoli, the main material of Rimpu, hold deep meanings and philosophies in line with Islamic teachings. This study concludes that Rimpu is not just clothing but also a medium that integrates religious, social, and aesthetic aspects, reflecting the identity and values within the Bima community society. AbstrakRimpu mewakili salah satu budaya lokal yang telah mengalami akulturasi dengan ajaran Islam dan menjadi identitas bagi Muslimah di daerah Bima. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terkandung di dalam Rimpu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi serta analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rimpu menggambarkan nilai-nilai akhlak, ibadah, dan estetika. Dalam aspek akhlak, Rimpu mencerminkan kepribadian yang terjaga, sopan santun, dan menjaga pandangan antara perempuan dan laki-laki. Secara ibadah, penggunaan Rimpu menandakan kepatuhan dalam menutup aurat, merefleksikan bentuk penghambaan dan ibadah kepada Allah SWT. Dari segi estetika, warna dan motif pada tembe nggoli, bahan utama Rimpu, memiliki makna dan filosofi mendalam sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Rimpu tidak hanya sebagai pakaian, tetapi juga sarana yang mengintegrasikan aspek keagamaan, sosial, dan estetika yang merefleksikan identitas serta nilai-nilai dalam komunitas masyarakat Bima.

Abstract

Since the new order era, the Indonesian education curriculum has undergone eight revisions, from the 1968 curriculum to the most recent, the Merdeka Curriculum. Each curriculum has its unique characteristics, including the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum which are currently being implemented. Madrasas are the subject and aim of the research, namely explaining the dynamics of madrasa curriculum development in 2013-2023. Using a qualitative approach with a type of literature review, data sources from relevant books and journal articles, and data analysis using condensation, presentation and conclusion. The results of the research show that in the 2013 curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum there are certainly developments in terms of curriculum based on the continued development of science and technology. The 2013 curriculum is designed to improve character education, increase locally-focused education, and create a fun and friendly educational environment. The independent learning program is a flexible program focusing on essential material, character development and student abilities. The Islamic education subjects found in madrasas consist of four groups: Al-Qur’an Hadith, Fiqh, Aqidah Akhlak, and SKI, all of which are regulated by Minister of Religion regulations under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

This research analyzes the differences between Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. It also discusses the empowerment of Islamic educational institutions in the Society 5.0 era. This research uses a qualitative approach with types of literature. The research results show that (1) Industrial Revolution 4.0 emphasizes the power of disruptive technology in the manufacturing industry. However, the Industrial Revolution 4.0 places less emphasis on development aspects for society because it is more focused on the economic realm. Meanwhile, Society 5.0 is a futuristic concept that aims to create intelligent humans with the help of Industry 4.0 technology, and (2) proposals for empowering futuristic educational institutions that would be appropriate in the Society 5.0 era, namely: increasing literacy, multicultural education, entrepreneurship-based education, and character education. These four proposals align with the six profiles of Pancasila students in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the approach of institutional transformation in Islamic education inside pesantren, with the aim of establishing a sustainable educational institution. The work is guided by a single problem formulation: How may pesantren attain sustainability through institutional change in Islamic education? This study employs a qualitative research methodology with a literature review framework. This study employs a content analysis methodology for its analysis. The dataset utilised in this investigation comprises scholarly journal articles and conference proceedings. The acquisition of all literary works is accomplished by conducting a search on Google Scholar using specific keywords: “Pembaharuan, Pesantren, Pendidikan Islam”. This study demonstrates the long-term viability of institutional transformation in Islamic education within pesantren through many approaches: 11) Diversification in pesantren leadership; 2) Diversification of educational institutions; 3) Integration of the Classical education curriculum with religious education with science; 4) Technology-based education; 5) Responsive to the times; and 6) Restructuring of educational institutions. This study enhances comprehension of the methodology employed by pesantren in rejuvenation, ensuring their continued relevance to contemporary demands while upholding their historic principles.
