Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the form of social interaction and the factors that influence the social interaction of ASD children at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Tulangan. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 2 people selected by purposive sampling, namely children with autistic/ASD disorders aged 9 to 12 years. Data collection was carried out using observation and interviews with significant others, namely shadow teachers, parents and peers. The results of this study indicate that both subjects can bring up images of associative and dissociative social interactions but there are differences between the two subjects caused by factors of imitation of other people's behavior, age factors, parenting patterns in establishing cooperation with children, peer interaction and therapy factors

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine This study quantitatively explores the relationship between emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior correlation with insynthetic techniques. Method: The variable in this study is emotional intelligence towards aggressive behavior. The sample in this study amounted to 289 vocational students determined based on the table of Issacc and Michael with a level of 5%. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a negative association between emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior. Results: The results of the study obtained were proven to have a negative relationship between emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior, namely the significance value of emotional intelligence to aggressive behavior of 0.012 which means 0.012 < 0.05 with an rxy value of -0.133 (negatively correlated). This means that the higher the emotional intelligence, the lower the aggressive behavior. Conversely, the lower the emotional intelligence of the meal the higher the aggressive behavior. Novelty: This research was motivated by the phenomenon in adolescents at SMK "X" in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to characterize the traits and resilience variables of parents of children in SLB Aisyiyah reinforcing sidoarjo who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The newly identified traits and elements that support parents of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in finding resilience in accepting their child's diagnosis. This study employs a qualitative approach. by focusing on three pairs of parents of children with autism spectrum disorder who are between the ages of 28 and 35 and have overcome challenges to become resilient. The interview approach, which includes both field and general notes, is the technique used to obtain the dates. According to the study's findings, every parent of a kid with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) possesses insight, independence, relationships, initiative, creativity, humor, morality, and resilience. I have overcome adversity because I am capable of doing so. Each subject's faith and submission to Allah SWT's will are also influenced by other causes. However, there is a temporal discrepancy in the resilience process amongst the three subject parents of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The support of those closest to you has an impact on this since youngsters with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) must overcome their challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena tenaga kesehatan yang mengalami stres kerja saat bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan resiliensi dengan stres kerja pada tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan sampel 191 tenaga kesehatan dari jumlah populasi 423 tenaga Kesehatan (mengacu tabel Issac & Michael pada tingkat kesalahan 5%) serta dengan teknik cluster area sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala psikologi model likert, yaitu skala dukungan sosial teman sebaya, skala resiliensi dan skala stres kerja. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa linear berganda menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 0.16 for Windows. Hasil uji analisis menunjukkan p < 0,001, artinya terdapat hubungan antara dukungan teman sebaya dan resiliensi terhadap stress kerja. Variabel dukungan teman sebaya dan resiliensi memberikan sumbangan sebesar 22,8%, sedangkan 87,2% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas di dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Anyone, including groups of teenagers who like K-pop on Twitter, can act aggressively. Aggressive behavior is common because they have no self-control and are very fanatical about the idols they love, which causes them to behave aggressively on any social media. The aim of this study was to determine whether the level of self-control and fanaticism of Korean Pop fans influences the frequency with which they engage in aggressive verbal behavior on Twitter. 330 active Twitter users who are K-pop fans participated in this research. This research uses quantitative methods and linear regression analysis to determine the extent to which self-control and fanaticism influence aggressive verbal behavior. The results showed that fanaticism and verbal aggressive behavior were positively correlated (coefficient = 3.176) and self-control and verbal aggressive behavior were negatively correlated (32.022). Other findings from this research include a 78% correlation between self-control and fanaticism and aggressive verbal behavior on Twitter.Siapapun, termasuk kelompok remaja yang menyukai K-pop di Twitter, bisa saja bertindak agresif. Perilaku agresif yang umum terjadi karena mereka tidak memiliki kontrol diri dan sangat fanatik terhadap idola yang mereka sayangi, yang menyebabkan mereka berperilaku agresif di media sosial manapun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat kontrol diri dan sikap fanatik penggemar Pop Korea mempengaruhi frekuensi mereka terlibat dalam perilaku verbal agresif di Twitter. 330 pengguna aktif Twitter merupakan penggemar K-pop yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kontrol diri dan fanatisme mempengaruhi perilaku verbal agresif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fanatisme dan perilaku agresif verbal berkorelasi positif (koefisien = 3,176) dan kontrol diri dengan perilaku agresif verbal berkorelasi negatif (32,022). Temuan lain dari penelitian ini antara lain adanya korelasi sebesar 78% antara kontrol diri dengan fanatisme terhadap perilaku verbal agresif di Twitter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Academic Stress and Academic Self-Efficacy in Raden Paku Wringinanom. Vocational High School students. The variables contained in this study are academic stress as the independent variable and academic self-efficacy as the dependent variable. This research is a type of quantitative research with a correlational approach. The sample of this study amounted to 202 students from a total population of 479 students who were taken with the Stratification sampling technique. The results of the data analysis of this study indicate a correlation coefficient of -0.186 with a significance of 0.008, which is smaller than 0.05, meaning that there is a negative relationship between Academic Stress and Academic Self-Efficacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and psychological well-being for honorary teachers in Taman District, which means that there are two variables in this study, namely: family support as variable X and psychological well-being as variable Y. This study includes research correlational quantitative. The sample in this study was 100 honorary teachers from 125 honorary teachers as a population in 4 high school and equivalent in Taman sub-district. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The data collection technique in this study used 2 scales, namely the family support scale consisting of 34 items with 0.953 reliability and the psychological well-being scale consisting of 33 items with 0.936 reliability. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between family support and the psychological well-being scale for honorary teachers in Taman District. The results of this study indicate that the correlation coefficient is 0.852 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. While the results of the coefficient of determination test are 0.722 (Adjusted R Square) which shows that the family support variable contributes 72.2% to the psychological well-being variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between peer social support and psychological well-being in the elderly at Griya Wredha Jambangan Surabaya. This research is a type of quantitative research, using a saturated sampling method on the existing population, namely 152 elderly subjects at Griya Wreda Jambangan Surabaya. Data were collected using a psychological scale on the variables of peer social support and psychological well-being. The items on the scale were then tested for validity and reliability with the results of item validity moving from 0.659 to 0.864 out of 20 item items on the peer social support scale and item validity scores moving from 0.466 to 0.758 out of 28 item items on the psychological well-being instrument, so that can be used as a valid second instrument to use. The results of the scale reliability test obtained a score of 0.964 and 0.913 on the scale of peer social support and psychological well-being which were greater than > 0.60, which means the research scale is reliable to use. The data obtained were then processed using normality test, linearity test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Through the results of the product moment correlation test, the result is 0.931** or close to 1. It can be said that there is a positive relationship between a person's social support and their psychological well-being. Referring to the significance value where 0.000 <0.05, it means that Ha is accepted, that is, there is a relationship between peer social support and the psychological well-being of the elderly, where the higher the social support received by the elderly, the higher the perceived psychological well-being. Based on the Adjusted R Square value in the tests conducted by the researchers, the results were 56.6% where the social support of friends had an effect on a person's psychological well-being, interference by other variables being studied by the researcher.

Abstract

The use of technology in the early childhood learning process is rarely found despite the numerous benefits it offers. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the "Jelajah Alam" application in enhancing children's cognitive abilities. Research utilized quantitavive quasi-experimental : one sample pre-test post-test design. Research sample consisted of 19 kindergarten children selected through purposive sampling technique. Data measurement used was Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Testand Coloured Progressive Matrices Test. Data analysis use Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Findings revealed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test score after implementing the "Jelajah Alam" application. Results indicated that the use of the application was effective in improving children's cognitive abilities. Results suggest that by playing “Jelajah Alam” application, enhance their cognitive ability based on their developmental phase. Result imply that by using technology, Parents and teacher have additional fun alternative to enhance their children cognitive ability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena santri yang tidak dapat mencapai psychological well-being secara optimal. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dan religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being santri di pondok pesantren Fadllillah Sidoarjo. Metode pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif desain korelasi berganda dengan sampel sebanyak 291 santri menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak berstrata dari kelas VII sampai XII.  3 skala yang digunakan yakni : resiliensi, religiusitas dan psychological well-being. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan hipotesa penelitian diterima.  Skor F=63,899 dan p=0,000 menunjukkan hubungan positif secara simultan antara resiliensi dan religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being dan memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Variabel resiliensi maupun religiusitas secara terpisah juga memiliki hubungan dengan psychological well-being. Variabel resiliensi dan religiusitas secara simultan memberikan sumbangsi sebesar 30,7%, serta kategorisasi psychological well-being pada santri didominasi skor sedang 40%  dan tinggi 31%. Jadi, kesimpulannya resiliensi dan religiusitas secara simultan dapat mempengaruhi psychological well-being santri. Kata kunci: resiliensi, religiusitas dan psychological well-being, santri
