Abstract

Wasting is a malnutrition condition where the toddler's weight does not match the height or z-score value of < - 2SD. One of the direct factors that affect the nutritional status of toddlers or the occurrence of wasting is a history of exclusive breastfeeding, completeness of basic immunizations and infectious diseases. This study aims to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding, completeness of basic immunization, and infectious diseases with the incidence of wasting in toddlers aged 1-5 years in Tuban Regency. This type of research is cross sectional. The population in this study of all wasting toddlers in Tuban Regency in 2022 was 6,240, and a sample of 400 wasting toddlers from 10 health centers with the highest wasting prevalence in Tuban Regency. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling, a collection method using secondary data from each puskesmas. The results of the study conducted after being analyzed using SPSS 26 for windows with the spearman test obtained (p < 0.05) then H1 was accepted. For exclusive breastfeeding history (p = 0.000), baseline immunization history (p = 0.000) and infectious disease history (p = 0.000).

Abstract

Remaja adalah  salah  satu kelompok yang  mudah mengalami  permasalahan gizi seperti kekurangan gizi dan gizi lebih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara asupan serat dan durasi tidur dengan status gizi pada remaja. Metode penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Sampel santri putri pondok pesantren Kabupaten Tuban berjumlah 200 remaja, ditentukan dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Variabel independen asupan serat, dan durasi tidur, variabel dependen status gizi. Analisis penelitian menggunakan uji statistik korelasi spearmans. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar asupan defisit berat (40%) dan durasi tidur remaja sebagian besar buruk (56%). Hasil uji statistik asupan serat p-value = 0,065 > 0,05 menujukan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan serat dengan status gizi, sedangkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi tidur dengan status gizi dengan nilai p-value = 0,048 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan serat dengan status gizi, namun terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi tidur dengan status gizi remaja putri

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Bhirawa Mitra Sentosa Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine and explain the results of the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Bhirawa Mitra Sentosa Sidoarjo. The sample of this research is all employees who are in the office, namely as many as 53 employees. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption, multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of the physical work environment on employee performance with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. There is an effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and physical work environment simultaneously on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) is a state of malnutrition caused by a lack of food intake for a long time impact to health problems, especially in pregnant women. Malnutrition for a long time in pregnant women impact on inhibiting the growth and development of the fetus. One of the supplementary feeding for pregnant women is cookies. This study aims to determine the nutritional content and acceptability of cookies substituting snakehead fish flour and mung bean flour as an alternative PMT for pregnant women with CED. This study used True Experimental with Completely Randomized Design (CRD), 4 levels of treatment and 6 times of replication. The treatment applied was the ratio of wheat flour : snakehead fish flour : mung bean flour at each P0 (100:0:0), P1 (80:10:10), P2 (70:15:15), P3 (60 :20:20). The results showed that there was an effect of increasing levels of protein, fat, ash, water, Fe, and decreasing levels of carbohydrates. There was a significant effect on the organoleptic quality as shown by the Kruskall-Wallis test (p <0.005) and continued with the Mann-Whitney follow-up test which showed that there were differences in all treatments. The conclusion of this study is that cookies substituted for snakehead fish flour and mung bean flour have an effect on nutritional value and organoleptic quality.

Abstract

Introduction. The current work situation is not in line with expectations desired (the emergence of dissatisfaction at work). Most companies sure ever colored with the phenomenon of employees who have the desire to move (intention to leave). The research aims to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction, OrganizationalCommitment and Job Stress partially or simultaneously on the intention to leave atNahdlatul Ulama Hospital in Tuban. Method. The research uses a quantitative causal and associative approach. The sample amounted to 92 people. Determination of the sample in this study using the method of saturated sampling. Gathering data using questionnaires and interviews, while the analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. Result & Analysis. Research at a significance level of 5% showed that: 1) t-test result on job satisfaction variable is -2.162 with a significance value of 0.033. It means job satisfaction has a negative and significant influence on the intention to leave. 2) t-test on the organizational commitment variable is -2.333 with a significance value of 0.022. It means organizational commitment has a negative and significant influence on the intention to leave. 3) t-test on the job stress variable is 2.241 with a significant value of 0.021. it means job stress has a positive and significant influence on the intention to leave. 4) Determination coefficient test (R2) for X1, X2 and X3 is 0.234, which means the intention to leave can be influenced by job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress around 23.4%, then other factors around 76.6%. Discussion. there is no significant effect significant between organizational commitment variables on employee intention to leave Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital in Tuban, where it is known that organizational commitment has negative influence, which means a high level of organizational commitment will make the intention to leave decrease and vice versa if the commitment the organization in a company is low, the intention to leave the employee will be high. with response time.

Abstract

Introduction. Patient safety incidents type of clinic administration are incidents that occur in the process of patient identification, handover, agreement, informed consent, queuing, referral, admission, discharge of patients from inpatient, transfer of care, division of tasks, response of emergency. Methods. Based on patient safety incidents reports of RSNU Tuban, there were 12 patient safety incidents type of clinic administration (standard 0% or zero accident) during January 2021-June 2016 in inpatient unit. This research and to analyze the correlation between nurse's individual characteristics with patient safety incidents type of clinic administration. This research was an observational descriptive study with cross sectional design. Questionnaires were distributed to 48 nurses that divided into 6 inpatient units. Result & Analysis. The results of this research showed that the lower the nurse's knowledge about patient safety and patient safety incidents type of clinic administration, the higher the nurse's work fatigue, the lower the nurse's motivation toward the application of patient safety program, the higher the tendency of patient safety incidents type of clinic administration occurred in inpatient unit of RSNU Tuban. Discussion. The conclusion of this research are knowledge, work fatigue, motivation of nurse have a correlation with patient safety incidents type of clinic administration in inpatient unit of RSNU Tuban.

Abstract

Introduction. To know people's judgment of the services provided by Tuban public health center to the public, there should be a measure of the level of people's satisfaction with health services. The purpose of this study was to measure people's satisfaction based on Permenpan RB number 16 in 2014 and measure people's satisfaction based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSIndex). Methods. This study was observational. There were 13 health centers in Tuban analyzed. The sample was 450 people who used health services in Tuban public health centers. The first analysis used the data by Permenpan RB No. 16 of 2014, and the second used the Customer Satisfaction Index (CS Index). Result & Analysis. The results of this research-based Permenpan number 16 of 2014 found all public health centers in Tuban had a value of community satisfaction index in either category. By using CSIndex, it was found that the entire public health center had high satisfaction. Discussion. The value of the Community Satisfaction Index in all public health centers was rather satisfactory. Some reconstruction for supporting facilities, such as clean toilets, comfortable and clean waiting rooms, service information, service flow, management improvement, and product marketing should be done.

Abstract

Introduction. The problem in this study is the employee turnover rate of at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban which is still above the predetermined standard of 5%, while the turnover value in 2021 is an average of 7.44%. Turnover is often used by employees to get or look for better conditions, but this can cause losses for the organization they leave. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Turnover Intention on the performance of honorary employees at at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban. Methods. This research was cross sectional design. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling obtained a sample of 71 employees. The analytical technique used was T-test and Kendall Tau correlation to determine the correlation between independent variable (turnover intention) and dependent variable (employee performance). Results & Analysis. The results showed that the value of the Turnover Intention of honorary employees at the Tuban Hospital was included in the medium category and employee performance was also included in the medium category, while the T test showed that the value of sig 0.008 <0.05, which means that there is an effect of Turnover Intention on performance. Honorary employees and Kendal's correlation value of 0.290 have a weak relationship. Discussion. There is an effect of Turnover Intention on the performance of honorary employees at Nahdlatul Ulama Hospital Tuban Tuban, to decrease turnover give rewards to employees who excel, vacation bonuses, and appropriate compensation for employees.

Abstract

Introduction. Response time can cause physical disability and death in patients, the speed, in this case, is an action less than 5 minutes from the patient's arrival at the Emergency department, indirectly experience and education may be related to the length of response time. Based on the problem above, the researcher is interested in researching The relationship between work experience and nurse education with response time for handling patients in the Emergency Installation of RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban. Method. This research uses an analytic survey research design with a cross-sectional time approach. Respondents in this study are all nurses at the RSUD Dr. R. Koesma Tuban were 23 nurses, the technique used in the study was total sampling. The independent variable in this study is work experience and nurse education while the dependent variable is the response time for patient care.The instrument used was a questionnaire, and the analysis of this study used the Pearson correlation test. Results & Analysis. Statistical test results on work experience variables with response time obtained Sig (2-tailed) of 0.04 less than 0.05 then there is a correlation, while for the education level variable obtained Sig (2-tailed) 0.58 greater than 0.05 then it does not have a correlation to response time. There is a relationship between work experience with the response time of handling patients and the level of education has no relationship with response time. Discussion.  Work experience had relationship with the response time of handling patients and nurses need to improve response time of handling patients.

Abstract

Introduction. The Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) was a promotive and preventive program developed by BPJS Health in collaboration with Primary Health Care (FKTP). The target ratio of prolanis patient visits (RPPB) to FKTP in a safe zone was at least 50% every month. The average range of RPPB at Public Health Center Jatirogo, Tuban Regency) from January to July of 2021 was 15% out of 62 registered participants, still below the target of the safety zone determined by BPJS of Health. This study aims to analyze the effect of enabling factors and need factors on the utilization of Prolanis at the Jatirogo Health Center, Tuban Regency. Methods. This type of research is analytic research, with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling obtained a sample of 71 employees. Results & Analysis. The result of this study showed that there was a significant influence between prolanis information (p=0.020) and time conformity (p=0.008) on the utilization of prolanis in Public Health Center Jatirogo, Tuban Regency. Meanwhile, BPJS class, distance, travel time, availability of transportation, type of transportation, social relations, health workers, health facilities, waiting time, and need have no significant effect. Discussion. The utilization of Prolanis in Public Health Center Jatirogo, Tuban Regency is influenced by prolanis information and time conformity of the patients. at Public Health Center Jatirogo, Tuban Regency needs to recollect the information of their patients, redesign the socialization media and conduct a home visit as well as discuss the schedule of prolanis activities with the patients.
