Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Halal Product Exports and Gross Domestic Product on Indonesia's Current Account Balance. The research focuses on understanding how the halal industry and macroeconomic growth contribute to the dynamics of external economic stability. Using a quantitative approach, this study employs time series data from 2010 to 2024, analyzed through econometric methods including the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test, Granger Causality Test, Cointegration Test, and Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model, processed with EViews version 12. The findings reveal that Halal Product Exports have a significant positive effect on the Current Account Balance, whereas Gross Domestic Product shows no significant direct impact. These results suggest that promoting halal product exports could serve as a strategic policy to strengthen Indonesia's external economic position. This study provides insights for policymakers in enhancing export diversification strategies and sustaining economic resilience

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the transformation of the creative economy in the culinary subsector—specifically Palembang's traditional pempek—through the application of digital marketing on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee. Methodology: Using a qualitative empirical approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from 15 pempek businesses in Palembang City. Results: Findings show that 92% of businesses experienced increased revenue and 88% reported higher sales after implementing digital marketing strategies. Findings: Additionally, 85% of respondents acknowledged that social media platforms effectively introduced pempek to younger audiences, contributing to cultural preservation. Novelty: This study offers a new perspective by linking digital transformation and visual storytelling with the preservation of traditional culinary heritage. Originality: Unlike prior studies, this research uniquely integrates cultural branding within digital content strategies, demonstrating how digital marketing not only drives business growth but also sustains local identity. Conclusion: Digital marketing plays a strategic role in enhancing the visibility and profitability of traditional culinary MSMEs while supporting the intergenerational transmission of cultural values. Type of Paper: Qualitative Empirical Research Paper.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze how Islamic business ethics are applied by Muslim fashion traders in Pasar 16 Ilir Palembang and its influence on consumer trust and loyalty. Methodology: The approach used is descriptive quantitative involving 55 respondents from the general public, students, and college students in Palembang. Data were collected using a Likert-based questionnaire that measures the application of the values of shiddiq (honesty), amanah (trust), tabligh (openness), and fathonah (wisdom). Results And Findings:  As many as 50.9% of respondents agreed and 38.1% strongly agreed that traders have implemented Islamic business ethics well. The shiddiq value obtained the highest score with 52 respondents giving a positive assessment, followed by amanah (50 respondents), fathonah (49), and tabligh (48). Novelty And Originality: This study offers a new contribution by focusing the study on the context of traditional markets, which have so far received less attention in Islamic business ethics studies, and emphasizing the application of local values in direct buying and selling practices. Conclusion:  The application of Islamic ethical principles has been proven to be able to build consumer trust and increase loyalty, which plays an important role in the sustainability of sharia-based businesses. Abstract

Zakat is one of the obligatory acts of worship for every Muslim, therefore the understanding of zakat needs to be continuously disseminated to the Muslim community in various ways. Comprehensive Islamic learning needs to be emphasized in order to be able to instill values ​​about the importance of zakat, through formal and non-formal education, socialization about zakat should be held. There is an institution that is mandated to manage zakat, which is known as the amil zakat agency. The role of amil zakat should be central in society to teach zakat, one of which is through advertising in the media. This study was conducted to determine the correlation of the implementation of the Amil Zakat Agency advertisement with the public's intention to pay zakat. The research implementation refers to quantitative descriptive research methods, through data collected from research questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed through a quantitative test with the Pearson Correlation test. The results obtained from this study are that advertisements organized by the Amil Zakat Agency have a positive and significant correlation with people's intentions to pay zakat. This is based on the test results which show the rcount value of 0.901 > rtable 0.3610 so that the alternative hypothesis statement is accepted and the null hypothesis or statistical hypothesis is rejected.   Keywords: Advertisement, Zakat Agency, Intention To Pay

Abstract

Absrak Distribusi kekayaan dalam ekonomi mikro islam merujuk pada cara pembagian dan penyebaran kekayaan di antara individu dan kelompok dalam masyarakat, dengan tujuan mencapai keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan umum. Dalam pandangan Islam, distribusi kekayaan tidak hanya dipandang sebagai masalah efisiensi ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai kewajiban moral dan sosial yang harus dilaksanakan dengan prinsip-prinsip keadilan, keseimbangan, dan pemerataan. Prinsip utama dalam distribusi kekayaan Islam adalah keadilan sosial, di mana setiap individu memiliki hak untuk memperoleh kekayaan sesuai dengan kontribusinya dalam perekonomian, sekaligus menjaga keseimbangan dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan mereka yang kurang mampu. Instrumen utama untuk redistribusi kekayaan dalam ekonomi Islam mencakup zakat, infak, sedekah, dan wakaf. Zakat, sebagai kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh individu yang memiliki kekayaan tertentu, bertujuan untuk mengurangi kesenjangan antara kaya dan miskin. Sementara itu, infak dan sedekah berfungsi sebagai sumbangan sukarela yang dapat memperluas jangkauan pemerataan kekayaan. Melalui redistribusi kekayaan ini, ekonomi Islam bertujuan menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih adil, sejahtera, dan bebas dari ketimpangan sosial yang tajam. Dengan demikian, distribusi kekayaan dalam ekonomi mikro Islam bukan hanya sekedar mekanisme ekonomi, tetapi juga sarana untuk mencapai tujuan sosial dan spiritual yang lebih tinggi, yaitu kesejahteraan bersama dan solidaritas sosial. Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan besar pada sistem pembayaran, di mana Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) menjadi inovasi penting yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta merangkul lebih banyak orang dalam sistem keuangan. Namun, adopsi QRIS di pasar tradisional masih rendah karena kurangnya pengetahuan digital dan preferensi konsumen yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan QRIS terhadap kegiatan ekonomi para pedagang di Pasar 16 Ilir Palembang. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap 30 pedagang yang telah memanfaatkan QRIS selama minimal tiga bulan, yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa QRIS memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi transaksi (90%), otomatisasi pencatatan keuangan (76,7%), dan keamanan dalam proses pembayaran (73,3%). Selain itu, QRIS juga berkontribusi dalam peningkatan jumlah pelanggan (66,7%) dan omzet penjualan (53,3%), yang sejalan dengan konsep kegunaan yang dirasakan dalam Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti preferensi pelanggan untuk melakukan transaksi secara tunai (73,3%), kesulitan bagi pedagang dalam menggunakan aplikasi digital (60%), gangguan sinyal internet (50%), dan kurangnya dukungan teknis (33,3%), yang mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan kemudahan penggunaan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan program pendidikan digital yang berkelanjutan, pengembangan infrastruktur digital yang memadai, serta promosi aktif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan minat terhadap QRIS. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di pasar tradisional serta meningkatkan daya saing pedagang dalam era digital. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic growth through culinary tourism in Kambang Iwak, Palembang city. The obstacle faced by the kambang iwak traders, when the rainy season arrives, the plastic chairs that traders provide for wet buyers and even awards from the government if the Kambang Iwak traders belong to the creative economy class for Indonesian culinary tourism, especially the city of Palembang, there are no awards in the form of additional capital, certificates or placards about the best taste or the most crowded shops visited by people, so that Kambang Iwak traders can be even more creative in marketing their wares which is a culinary icon of the creative economy, especially the city of Palembang. This study uses a descriptive research approach using a qualitative approach. Results in. In this research, Culinary is one of the pillars of the creative economy. Culinary in Indonesia has great potential in Indonesia to continue to grow. The creative economy in Indonesia, especially in the Palembang area, is snacks in Kambang Iwak. Snacks are in demand by all walks of life, both children, teenagers, adults to the elderly, even traders in Kambang Iwak are well known outside of Palembang. Abstract

Dalam mengelola zakat, pastinya sangat diperlukan strategi yang matang dalam pengelolaannya. Strategi yang bagus, menjadikan sebuah pengelolaan zakat yang awalnya tidak terencana atau tidak tersusun menjadi rapi dan terkelola dengan baik. Di Indonesia, zakat sendiri memiliki peranan yang penting dalam pengelolaan ekonomi. Zakat diperuntukkan untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Dengan adanya zakat, permasalahan kemiskinan yang ada di Indonesia akan bisa sedikit berkurang jika dalam pengelolaannya memiliki strategi yang matang dan terorganisir. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan zakat dalam pemberdayaan umat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah zakat sebagai pemenuhan kesejahteraan umat, pemberdayaan dapat dilakukan melalui pembagian zakat yang dibagikan secara merata. Dalam pengelolaannya, Zakat sendiri dikelola oleh beberapa lembaga zakat yang berperan penting dalam mengelola keseluruhan zakat. Dengan strategi yang digunakan dalam mengelola zakat, beberapa lembaga tersebut dapat mengorganisasikan zakat secara baik dan tertata. Beberapa lembaga yang berperan dalam pengelolaan zakat tersebut adalah lembaga Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS), beserta Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ). Kedua lembaga tersebut berperan aktif dalam pengelolaan zakat yang nantinya akan disebarkan ke setiap masyarakat yang kurang mampu. Dengan menggunakan sistem pengorganisasian yang matang, beserta strategi yang memang ditujukan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat, menjadikan lembaga-lembaga tersebut sangat efektif dalam mengelola sistem zakat untuk pemberdayaan umat.

Abstract

Reksadana syariah menjadi salah satu pilihan investasi yang populer dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia. Faktor makro ekonomi suatu negara merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi NAB reksadana syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor makro ekonomi yang mempengaruhi NAB reksadana syariah Indonesia, yang diantaranya IHSG, Nilai Tukar, dan SBIS terhadap NAB Reksadana Syariah Indonesia, dengan periode waktu 11 tahun, dari 2011-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder time series yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Alat bantu uji statistic menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap reksadana syariah, hal ini dikarenakan mata uang yang tinggi akan membangkitkan semangat para investor untuk melakukan investasi, dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Sementara itu IHSG dan SBIS tidak berpengaruh terhadap reksa dana syariah dan secara Secara simultan variable IHSG, Nilai Tukar dan SBIS berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap NAB reksadana syariah Indonesia. Karena terdapat keseimbangan di pasar aset seperti uang, obligasi, saham, dan bentuk kekayaan lainnya, maka NAB  reksadana syariah mengungkapkan hubungan antar variabel makro ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini memberi dasar bagi para manajer investasi untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi NAB reksadana syariah Indonesia, agar dapat lebih bijak dalam menentukan kebijakan investasi, sehingga dapat memaksimalkan imbal hasil dan meminimalisir kerugian.  Sharia mutual funds are a popular investment choice among Indonesian people. A country's macroeconomic factors are the main factors that influence the NAV of sharia mutual funds. This research aims to examine the macroeconomic factors that influence the NAV of Indonesian sharia mutual funds, including the IHSG, Exchange Rate, and SBIS on the NAV of Indonesian Sharia Mutual Funds, over a period of 11 years, from 2011-2021. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used is secondary time series data which was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The statistical test tool uses SPSS 21. The research results show that the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on sharia mutual funds, this is because a high currency will arouse investors' enthusiasm for investing, and vice versa. Meanwhile, IHSG and SBIS have no effect on sharia mutual funds and simultaneously the IHSG, Exchange Rate and SBIS variables have a positive and significant effect on the NAV of Indonesian sharia mutual funds. Because there is balance in asset markets such as money, bonds, shares and other forms of wealth, the NAV of Islamic mutual funds expresses the relationship between macroeconomic variables. The results of this research provide a basis for investment managers to understand the factors that influence the NAV of Indonesian sharia mutual funds, so that they can be wiser in determining investment policies, so that they can maximize returns and minimize losses.

Abstract

Dynamic pricing is an important strategy in the highly competitive e-commerce industry, including on global platforms like Shopee. This strategy enables real-time adjustment of product prices based on changes in market demand, competition, operational costs, and customer preferences. This research aims to explore the implementation of dynamic pricing strategy on Shopee in the context of global e-commerce. The theoretical framework used includes the concepts of pricing and consumer behavior as a basis for analysis. The results show that Shopee utilizes dynamic pricing to enhance competitiveness through strategic promotions such as flash sales, thereby expanding market share and increasing cross-border transaction volume. However, the implementation of this strategy also poses ethical challenges as well as significantly affects consumer behavior. Therefore, the management of dynamic pricing should be done judiciously by considering transparency and customer trust in order to maintain loyalty while optimizing company profits.
