Abstract

Marketing management is the activity of analyzing, planning, implementing, and controlling programs that are structured in the formation, development and maintenance of profits from exchanges/transactions through target markets with the hope of achieving company goals in the long term (Assauri, 2013). ). MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) are productive business units that stand alone, which are carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors for economic development (Tambunan, 2012; Suci, 2017; Wibowo & Arifin, 2015; Susilo, 2012; Oktafia, 2017). Pandansari Lor Village, Jabung, Malang Regency which has extraordinary potential in agriculture, namely in the form of food crops, especially bananas and cassava, so it is known as the village that produces the largest food crops in Malang Raya. This can be proven from the high economic activity in the banana and cassava agricultural sector. However, in the midst of high economic activity, the MSME sector is not considered optimal enoughKEYWORDS: Marketing management, Pandansari Lor

Abstract

Garbage that is not managed properly can cause the environment to become dirty and cause river siltation that results in flooding. The amount of waste production is in line with the number of population, the higher the rate of population growth, the greater the rate of waste production. Waste management can not only be done downstream, but also start from upstream. Many programs have been carried out in waste management, one of which is the procurement of waste banks. The waste bank program encourages the public to sort before depositing inorganic waste in garbage banks. Inorganic recyclable waste, such as plastic bottles of used mineral water can be economically valuable by means of being in tubes on garbage banks, while organic waste such as leftover vegetables and fruit can be further processed into eco-enzymes. This activity aims to transfer knowledge and technology of processing organic waste into ecoenzymes, so that the community can participate in maintaining the sustainability of the earth. The methods of activities carried out are extension and demostration. This activity can achieve the goals in accordance with the objectives, this can be seen from the participation and enthusiasm of the community during the activity. Keywords: Producing Waste based Creativity, PPKM Covid-19

Abstract

Learning innovations continue to be carried out in order to fulfill the learning curve. These innovations have spawned a variety of models, approaches, strategies and learning methods. From teacher-dominated learning to actively engaging learners. This paper systematically reviews and discusses several scientific works. The results revealed that the service learning environment is a product of learning innovation, namely the acquisition of knowledge based on critical thinking, personal experience and ability and active involvement in addressing problems in the community or community. This model and strategy was born from the theory of association learning, namely open learning that focuses on self-inquiry, divergent thinking and heuristics-based learning). Keywords: Open learning environment, Service Learning

Abstract

Brochures can be used as interesting learning resources in classroom learning, because of their simple and practical form. There are many studies on fish analysis and morphometric analysis, but so far, researchers have not found any results related to the morphometric results of fish caught by fishermen in Dufa-dufa Village. The type of research used is qualitative research and then continued with Research and Development (R&D) research with a 4-D model. The population in this study were all types of fish caught by fishermen from Dufa-dufa Village on each ship. The sample in this study was each species of fish taken from the catches of fishermen in Dufa-dufa Village, where three fish samples were taken from each type of fish whose weight was not too much different from other fish. The data analysis technique used is morphometric data analysis and analysis of the validity of brochure teaching materials. Based on the measurement of the morphometric character of each fish, it shows that the one with the largest morphometric size is tuna in sample 3 of the catches of the fishermen group at PPI with an average total length of 39.7 cm and the smallest morphometric size is mackerel in sample 3 of the catches of fishermen. at Fishbone Beach with a total length of 16 cm. The validity of the Pisces morphometric material brochure that was developed shows the "valid" category. This means that the brochure teaching materials are suitable for use in schools as teaching materials in learning. Keywords: Morphometric Analysis, Teaching Materials, Brochures, Fish, Fishermen.

Abstract

In order to teach future generations, preservice science teachers must possess critical thinking skills. However, relatively few studies have examined these skills at the tertiary level, particularly in elementary school science teacher education departments. This study sought to determine the effect of collaborative group investigation (CGI) learning and self-efficacy on the critical thinking skills of students. With a non-equivalent control group design and a 2 x 2 ANOVA inferential statistical test, a quasi-experimental design was implemented. The subjects of this study were forty science teacher candidates who took the Environmental course at a university in Indonesia. A self-efficacy questionnaire and a test of critical thinking skills constituted the research instruments. The results indicated that the collaborative group investigation group received an average score of 62.2, whereas the direct learning group received an average score of 48.8, with an Fcalculated of 87.626 and a significance value of 0.000. The data analysis revealed substantial differences between the collaborative group inquiry group and the direct learning group in terms of critical thinking skills.  The interplay between learning strategies and self-efficacy affects the critical thinking skills of pupils because collaborative learning practices can engage students actively through teamwork, idea exchange, decision making, and shared responsibilities

Abstract

Collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills are becoming increasingly important in the modern workplace. Integration of learning activities, research, and community service was discovered to be an effective way to develop these abilities in students. The present study employed a mixed-methods sequential explanatory design to examine the effect of the service-learning model on seventeen college students. Observation, interview, and a problem-solving test were used to collect the data. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The quantitative data analysis was performed using the parametric pretest and post-test design. The results showed that participants’ problem-solving skills improved after being exposed to the service-learning model, indicated by the significance value of more than 0.05 in the non-parametric Wilcoxon test. Likewise, the qualitative analysis indicated that 95% of the participants considered the SL model effective in improving their problem-solving skills, especially the abilities to explore content, identify problems, solve the problems, and communicate scientific concepts.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis dedication presents a detailed overview of how ecological discourse can increase environmental awareness and knowledge among children and adolescents. The aim of this activity is to educate children and teenagers about the importance of protecting the environment, the impact of environmental damage on society, and stopping practices that damage the environment. This service was carried out in Rua Village, Ternate Island District. The results show that children and teenagers are aware of the environmental problems that occur. Environmental problems identified in the Rua sub-district include poor waste management, such as throwing rubbish into the sea, rivers, and beaches; cutting down trees, which results in floods hitting the village; and abrasion, which causes landslides on the coast. After education was carried out, children and teenagers were able to recommend several solutions related to the problems that occurred, such as planting more trees on the coast and in the forest, providing rubbish bins in schools and public places, making and installing notice boards prohibiting littering, and cutting down trees.

Abstract

The implementation of character education is currently faced with various challenges, including the lack of collaboration between formal education institutions (schools), non-formal education (community), and informal education (family). Character education implemented in schools is still theoretical and textual and does not touch the context of daily life based on the local wisdom values of the local community. This research investigates local wisdom-based character education management in the ternate context through a teacher, parent, and community collaboration model. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through focus group discussions (FGD), in-depth interviews, and observations to explore stakeholder perspectives on character education. This research data was analyzed descriptively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this research reveal the success of character education management through three main programs at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, namely the sigaro malaha (doing good) community formation program, which brings together elements of the school, family, and community. The dodoto se biasa program (teaching and habituation) for students, and the maku gawene pekan program (Embracing Each Other) in order to strengthen family attitudes and instill social character in children. These results have an impact on the holistic development of children's characters such as tolerance, collaboration (cooperation), responsibility, empathy, and love of the environment
