Abstract

This article discusses the benefits of Instagram social media as a promotional platform for Yuustories Florist in Karawang. Instagram has become an effective platform in expanding brand reach and building interaction with customers. Through a descriptive approach with an observational approach, this visit explores how Yuustories Florist utilizes Instagram to reach the right target market, increase customer engagement, showcase product creativity, and increase sales. The results of this visit show that the use of Instagram provides significant benefits to Yuustories Florist. By utilizing Instagram's features, such as posting attractive images and videos and organizing the feed well, Yuustories Florist managed to increase their brand visibility among Instagram users in Karawang and surrounding areas. In addition, interaction with customers also increased through comments, direct messages, and other interactive features. This helped Yuustories Florist build close relationships with customers and increase brand loyalty. In this article, relevant case studies or proof of success are also presented that show how Yuustories Florist has achieved tangible benefits through comparison of customer engagement, and increased sales achieved by Yuustories Florist

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Perkembangan Usaha dari tahun ke tahun yang dijalani oleh pemilik usaha serta Kinerja Karyawan pada UMKM Shans Juice. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, kami melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik usaha dan melakukan pengamatan. Hasil dari penelitian kami yaitu perkembangan usaha yang dijalankan mengalami peningkatan yang bagus terutama saat pandemi covid-19 namun pada kinerja karyawannya cenderung di tingkatan sedang karena saat melakukan pengamatan ada beberapa kesalahan saat melayani konsumen dan karyawan yang terlibat dalam UMKM Shans juice ini mengikuti target pasar yang dituju. Mereka mempekerjakan anak muda dan berjumlah tujuh orang meliputi cooker,barista, dan kasir. Tetapi hal tersebut terlihat kurang fleksibel, dalam 1 (satu) orang bisa bekerja menjadi semua bagian tersebut, dengan begitu Peraturan dalam bekerjanya perlu ditetapkan dan di tingkatkan agar lebih jelas dan ketelitian karyawan perlu pengawasan lebih

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure is one of the stages or parts that must be carried out in all fields because this part is very important for the sustainability of operational processes and is also very useful for fulfilling and achieving desired targets. The purpose of this environment is to find out whether structured operational standards will facilitate business owners and employees in carrying out their tasks well and producing consistent product quality. The method used in visit was descriptive and qualitative methods. Data collection techniques, namely, using interview guides, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the visit showed that the implementation of standard operating procedures in Garis Tangan coffee shop business has been effective. From the planning of operational standards in Garis Tangan coffee shop business, it can be concluded that this visit was carried out to measure the effectiveness standard operating procedures in increasing the efficiency and consistency of business operations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of warung senang-senang as a means of social interaction for young people and the people of Cikampek who come not only to enjoy the food menu but are willing to linger there just for social interaction. Currently, there are a lot of activities that occur in happy stalls such as confiding, organisational meetings, doing assignments, discussions, business meetings and several other activities that make happy stalls a public space for social interaction. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection done by observation, interview The purpose of this visit is to find out the process of social interaction as a promotion in happy-happy shop.

Abstract

Tujuan kunjungan ini untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan tentang kepuasan konsumen atau pelanggan pada rumah makan Mie Kocok Nampol Karawang yang akan mengefektifkan kegiatan pemasaran. Metode kunjungan yang digunakan yaitu melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik rumah makan ini. Adapun objek kunjungan yang dilakukan yaitu Rumah Makan Mie Kocok Nampol Karawang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kunjungan ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan yaitu melakukan video observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil kunjungan ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan rumah makan Mie Kocok Nampol Karawang dalam berbagai berbagai aspek pelayanan, seperti kecepatan pelayanan, keramahan staf, fasilitas tempat, kebersihan, kualitas makanan, dan merespon atau menanggapi keluhan dan komplain dari konsumen agar memberikan jaminan kenyamanan dan keamanan terhadap produk yang dibeli konsumen dan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan.

Abstract

A successful positioning strategy will create a customer-focused value proposition. A product positioning strategy is a product strategy, part of a marketing strategy. Strategy is needed against the background of the current situation with many similar products that can lead to increasingly fierce competition. The goals of a company must be achieved properly, the company must use the right positioning strategy in order to compete with competitors. This article aims to determine the effectiveness of the product positioning strategy to increase sales through resellers implemented by the Elibed business. The data used by the author in this article is a type of qualitative data. The data sources obtained are secondary and primary data. The method used by the author is Observative with a SWOT analysis approach. The techniques used in data collection are : Observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study with SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the sales strategy only through resellers faces various threats, but Elibed has strengths from an internal perspective. The strategy that can be done to increase sales of Elibed MSMEs is to take advantage of strengths in terms of internal through long-term opportunities with a diversification strategy (Product or Market).

Abstract

This article discusses employee planning at UD frozen food SMEs. anchor. In his case, UD. Anker had a hard time dealing with perishable products. based on this, the authors found the cause of the fast perishable frozen food products, namely due to the low knowledge of proper and correct inventory management by UD employees. anchor. The business visit aims to find out the application of manpower planning and aspects that influence the manpower planning process at UD. anchor. The use of the method in this article is an observational descriptive method with an interview instrument that is given questions to the owner of the UD. Anker as a source for making articles in March 2023. The results of the interviews that have been conducted are that there are obstacles in running the UD business. Anker because of the lack of aspects in the process of implementing workforce planning in UD. anchor. The advantage in running the business is that UD. Anker can provide jobs to the surrounding community. Weaknesses in running the business are the low level of knowledge of UD employees. anchor.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat kegiatan pembelajaran yang ada di Daycare Halima Qur’ani metode yang kami gunakan yaitu observasi langsung dengan narasumber kepala cabang Daycare Halima Qur’ani. Daycare ini berdiri sudah dari tahun 2014 kurang lebih 9 tahun sudah memiliki 2 cabang. Daycare yang secara sederhana adalah penitipan anak yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan anak secara pendidikan dan kognitifnya, penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya upaya untuk menciptakan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang berkualitas, sehingga mampu bersaing dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Jasa pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sumbernya yaitu lembaga pendidikan yang menyediakan jasa tersebut. artinya jasa pendidikan dihasilkan dan dikonsumsi secara serentak pada waktu yang sama. Jika peserta didik membeli jasa maka akan berhadapan langsung dengan penyedia jasa pendidikan, dengan demikian jasa lebih di utamakan penjualannya secara langsung dengan skala operasi yang terbatas. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan dapat menggunakan strategi bekerja dalam kelompok yang lebih besar, bekerja lebih cepat, atau melatih para peserta didik agar mampu membina kepercayaan. Misi lembaga pendidikan ini untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan terpadu dengan agama menyelenggarakan pendidikan dengan mengasah kecerdasan intelektual, emosi, spiritual dan sosial, menyelenggarakan pendidikan dengan sistem full day maupun half day, menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang islami, berkarakter dan amanah. Hasil dari kunjungan kali ini menunjukan bahwa adanya lembaga jasa yang mendidik anak-anak sejak usia dini.

Abstract

MSME is a business potential that is highly encouraged by the government. Where the performance of MSMEs is very necessary so that the goals of MSMEs are met in terms of HR competencies owned by MSMEs determine the course of MSME performance, the next stage is in the form of a Simple Financial Management Model. The current condition of the macro environment is not very conducive for the implementation of MSME activities. MSMEs also carry out and form business networks to expand MSME partnerships, and facilitate cooperation with other parties so that MSME performance can run well. Efforts to improve performance are very important especially those related to HR competence, macro environmental conditions and business networks carried out by SMEs. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of HR competence and how to manage its finances, macro environment and business networks on the performance of food SMEs in Tekwan Tareng35 Karawang. So this research is useful to add references about the condition of MSME performance related to HR compensation and financial management, macro environment and business networks. From the results of this research, it was carried out using two methods, namely direct observation and interviews at one of the eating businesses, namely Tekwan Tareng35, to be precise in front of Singaperbangsa Karawang University, it can be seen that at this time in 2020 the Tekwan Tareng35 business already has 4 HR staff. Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu mesin penggerak ekonomi kerakyatan yang memberikan kontribusi penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Selain itu, UMKM adalah suatu jenis usaha yang dapat bertahan di saat krisis ekonomi seperti yang pernah dialami Indonesia. Seblak merupakan salah satu makanan yang sedang diminati oleh banyak orang saat ini. Meskipun banyak seblak tetapi seblak ini paling banyak diminati, karna harganya yang murah, makanannya yang enak, dan tempat yang nyaman. Tujuan artikel ini dibuat untuk memenuhi UAS mata kuliah Ekonomi Manajerial dengan cara mengetahui hasil pengelolaan keuangan seblak prasmanan RC. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan observatif. Hasil wawancara, beliau membuka usaha ini dikarenakan beliau suka makan seblak prasmanan dan harus keluar kota karena sebelumnya beliau belum menemukan seblak prasmanan di Karawang. Pembahasan pengelolaan keuangan pada Seblak Prasmanan RC belum dapat dikatakan sempurna, dikarenakan sistem pengelolaan keuangannya masih secara manual(catat sendiri). Kesimpulan yaitu pengelolaan keuangan seblak prasmanan RC masih belum dikatakan sempurna, karena masih memakai cara pencatatan manual.
