Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan produk suatu UMKM dengan mencari karyawan yang memiliki kualitas dan kreativitas dalam pekerjaan dan tidak tertinggal oleh inovasi dalam perkembangan zaman. Rekrutmen dan seleksi adalah suatu aspek yang penting dalam mendapatkan calon karyawan atau sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kualitas dan keahlian bagi suatu perusahaan. Kegiatan kunjungan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui rekrutmen dan seleksi SDM pada UMKM Braveryproject.id. UMKM Braveryproject.id adalah suatu perusahaan menengah yang bergerak di bidang jasa yaitu konveksi jahit dan sablon. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan kunjungan ini menggunakan studi deskriptif observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara, yaitu dengan mengunjungi langsung objek yang dikunjungi menggunakan dokumentasi. Hasil dan pembahasan dari kegiatan kunjungan ini informasi lowongan pekerjaan di UMKM Konveksi dan Sablon Braveryproject.id dilakukan pada forum khusus “Info Loker Jahit Karawang” yang berada di salah satu media sosial yaitu facebook. Hal tersebut hanya dikhususkan bagi para calon pelamar yang memiliki keterampilan dalam menjahit. Adanya rekrutmen dan seleksi yang efektif dapat memberikan peluang kepada pelamar yang memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan dengan memenuhi kriteria dari suatu pekerjaan.

Abstract

This visit aims to analyze and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase sales at CV. Agent's shop. CV. Ageng Store is a retail company operating in the fashion industry. In today's digital era, digital marketing has become a key factor in achieving marketing and sales success. The method used in this research is a case study that involves analyzing the current situation and developing an effective digital marketing strategy for CV. Agent's shop. During the situation analysis stage, market research and competitor analysis are conducted to understand consumer trends, preferences, and marketing practices by competitors in the fashion industry. In addition, internal company data is also analyzed to identify current strengths and weaknesses in marketing and sales. The results of the situation analysis show that CV. Ageng Store can take advantage of digital marketing to increase online presence, increase interaction with customers, and expand market reach. By using social media as a platform to interact with customers, CV. Ageng Store can increase engagement and build closer relationships with customers

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel fintech payment, pola gaya hidup, dan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan ibu rumah tangga di perumahan Citra Kebun Mas, serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dan menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden ibu rumah tangga di perumahan Citra Kebun Mas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fintech payment dengan pola gaya hidup menunjukkan korelasi yang positif, kemudian fintech payment dengan pengetahuan keuangan juga menunjukkan korelasi yang positif, dan pola gaya hidup dengan pengetahuan keuangan menunjukkan korelasi yang negatif. Kemudian hasil deskriptif variabel fintech payment menyatakan memiliki kategori baik, variabel pola gaya hidup menyatakan memiliki kategori baik, deskriptif variabel pengetahuan keuangan menyatakan memiliki kategori baik, dan variabel perilaku keuangan juga menyatakan memiliki kategori baik. fintech payment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap perilaku keuangan. Kemudian pada pola gaya hidup secara parsial juga menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan dan pengetahuan keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap perilaku keuangan. secara simultan bahwa antara Fintech Payment, Pola Gaya Hidup, Pengetahuan Keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan.

Abstract

Analisis pendapatan UMKM saat bulan ramadhan Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Karawang Tahun 2023 dilakukan sebagaimana membantu pelaku UMKM untuk mengetahui hasil pendapatannya sehingga dijadikan acuan dalam keberlangsungan UMKM. Bulan ramadhan memberikan pengaruh terhadap pendapatan UMKM saat bulan puasa dikarenakan orang-orang mencari konsumsi menjelang waktu buka puasa. Pendapatan yang dihasilkan oleh para pelaku UMKM diperoleh melalui kegiatan yang dilakukan terutama pada saat bulan ramadhan tahun 2023 di Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur Kota Karawang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang di mana melakukan survey dengan turun ke lapang untuk mengumpulkan data pelaku UMKM sebanyak 20. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga terhadap aspek sosial dan ekonomi yang terpengaruh oleh momen tersebut, dan mengetahui tentang perubahan pola pendapatan selama sebelum ramadhan, serta setelah ramadhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai bagaimana pemanfaatan E-Money dan kontrol diri berdampak pada perilaku konsumtif ibu-ibu yang tinggal di perumahan Green Garden Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26.00 untuk melakukan analisis jalur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang kuat sebesar 0,829 antara variabel penggunaan E-Money (X1) dan kontrol diri (X2). Ketika memeriksa pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap perilaku konsumtif (Y), penggunaan E-Money (X1) menunjukkan pengaruh parsial sebesar 0,180, sementara kontrol diri (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh parsial sebesar 0,777. Selain itu, jika dilihat dari pengaruh gabungan antara penggunaan E-Money (X1) dan kontrol diri (X2) terhadap perilaku konsumtif (Y) adalah sebesar 0,867.

Abstract

People's consumptive behavior is strongly influenced by several factors, such as lifestyle and the ease of use of electronic money. This study aims to determine the direct effect of lifestyle and electronic money on consumptive behavior and the indirect effect of lifestyle and electronic money on consumptive behavior. This research was conducted at Al-Jazzera Kondangjaya Housing, Karawang Regency. The number of samples taken was 72, from 246 existing populations. Data collection in this study was carried out through observation using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was path analysis using the SPSS 24 application program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found: (1) There is a strong correlation between lifestyle variables (X1) and electronic money (X2) with a positive correlation direction. (2) There is a partial influence of lifestyle variables (X1) on consumptive behavior (Y). (3) There is a partial influence of the electronic money variable (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y). (4) There is a significant simultaneous influence between lifestyle (X1) and electronic money (X2) on consumptive behavior (Y). Keyword: Lifestyle, Electronic Money, Consumptive Behaviour

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the effect of business capital (X1), labor wages (X2) and length of business (X3) on MSME income (Y) in Majalaya District, Karawang Regency. This study used a quantitative descriptive verification method and data were obtained by distributing questionnaires which were distributed to 92 respondents from MSMEs in Majalaya District, Karawang Regency. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis and the help of the SPSS application version 24. The results showed that the venture capital variable obtained an average score of 4,36, which was categorized as good, the labor wage variable obtained an average score of 4,03, which was categorized as good, the old variable effort obtains an average score of 4,44, which is categorized as very good while the income variable obtains an average score of 4,23, which is categorized as good. The results of the descriptive test show that the variables of business capital and labor wages do not significantly influence MSME income, the magnitude of the influence of these two variables is 1.06% and 0.23%. While the length of business variable affects MSME income, the magnitude of the influence of the length of business variable on MSME income is 52.76%. However, when testing the hypothesis shows that there is a simultaneous effect of business capital, labor wages and length of business on MSME income. The magnitude of the influence of business capital, labor wages and length of business on MSME income is 54.05%. The influence of other variables outside the model is 45.95%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence of a campus on the growth performance of micro, small and medium enterprises on sales results around the campus. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis research. The technique used in this sampling is random sampling, research data collection is carried out by means of the results of interviews and observation techniques on MSME business actors. The number of respondents was 20 MSME business actors. The results of this study indicate that the existence of UBP has prospects in developing a business, increasing business turnover, and generating interest in entrepreneurship around campus. Where there are many types of businesses that can be opened to develop MSME businesses. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how to set the selling price of Taliawang Pak Lalu Grilled Chicken. The method used in this study is direct observation of the object under study and interviews to obtain data on data related to the cost of goods produced and the determination of the selling price of MSME production. The data used are primary and secondary data Data Management Techniques and Data Analysis By calculating the entire cost of production raw materials by including factory overhead costs, labor costs, raw material costs, calculation of cost of goods produced and calculation of selling prices. The results of this study are calculated using the cost plus pricing method in table 12 of cost plus pricing costs in the cost plus pricing method using a 30% mark up, which is Rp. 12,000 with a selling price of Rp. 16,000 so that there is a difference, namely where the selling price set by MSMEs Grilled Chicken Taliwang Pak Lalu is currently higher at Rp. 17,000 per portion, if compared with the selling price based on the cost plus pricing method, which is Rp. 16,000 with a profit achievement of 30%, this can cause a price difference of Rp. 1000. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect and analyze the variables of perceived ease of use, perceived effectiveness and perceived benefits on interest in using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a payment transactions tool for 2019-2020 class students at Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. In addition, this study also aims to determine the factors that most influence the intention to use QRIS. This study uses a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach, with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling and uses the slovin formula. This research was conducted using a likert scale questionnaire which was distributed via google form to 100 respondents to management student from the 2019-2020 class of Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between variables X1 and X2, X1 and X3, and X2 and X3. Partially, perceived ease of use has no effect and is not significant on interest in using QRIS. Then the perception of effectiveness partially has no effect and is not significant on the intention to use QRIS and the perceived benefits partially have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use QRIS. Then simultaneously the variables perceived ease of use, perceived effectiveness, and perceived benefits have a significant influence on interest in using QRIS.
