Abstract

This study explores the role of financial literacy as a mediator in the relationship between lifestyle, the use of financial technology, and the consumptive behavior of students at Institut Teknologi Petroleum Balongan. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through surveys and analyzed using the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results from partial variable testing indicate that lifestyle does not have a significant direct influence on students' consumptive behavior, as the calculated t-value did not exceed the critical t-value, leading to the acceptance of the null hypothesis. In contrast, financial technology has a significant impact on consumptive behavior, with a calculated t-value of 6.977, exceeding the critical t-value of 1.968, and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.1). Additionally, both lifestyle and financial technology significantly influence financial literacy, with t-values of 5.079 and 4.959 respectively, both greater than the critical t-value, and significance values below the α level of 0.1. However, financial literacy was not found to significantly affect consumptive behavior, as indicated by a t-value of 1.017, which is less than the critical t-value, and a significance level of 0.309 (p > 0.1). These findings suggest that while financial technology directly shapes consumptive behavior, lifestyle primarily affects financial literacy without directly influencing consumptive habits. The results imply that enhancing financial literacy may not directly mitigate consumptive behavior; instead, it could be more effective in guiding lifestyle-related financial decisions.

Abstract

Barber Shop merupakan salah satu jenis bisnis yang sedang meroket. Mengambil momentum kembalinya tren rambut era klimis dengan menggunakan pomade, fenomena menjamurnya barbershop seolah tak terbendung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei atau wawancara. Pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Barber Shop D’Rio di Bandung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Barber Shop D’Rio di Bandung, pengaruh Kepercayaan Pelanggan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Barber Shop D’Rio di Bandung. Dan penaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 63 responden menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian hipotesis uji t dan uji f. Hal ini diketahui variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dengan nilai (sig) <0,005 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 0,000 < 0,005 dan 3.440 >2,000. Variabel Kepercayaan Pelanggan dengan nilai (sig) 0,005 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 0,000 < 0,005 dan 5.871 > 2.000. Dan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan dari hasil analisis didapat Fhitung sebesar 41.386 > Ftabel 4.00 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Dari uji ANOVA diperoeh Fhitung 41,386 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Hal tersebut menunjukan Fhitung (41,386) > Ftabel (4,00). Probabilitas signifikannya 0,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan store atmosphere dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Shegia Coffee & Eatery Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei, kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian diambil dari 98 konsumen Shegia Coffee & Eatery, jumlah sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling dimana siapa saja yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh koefisien korelasi f sebesar 493,762 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.001 < 0,005. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere dan gaya hidup secara bersama-sama berhubungan dengan keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Shegia Coffee & Eatery, sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Store atmosphere dan gaya hidup bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 91,2% terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen Shegia Coffee & Eatery, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 8,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan bagi Shegia Coffee & Eatery untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dengan memperhatikan aspek store atmosphere dan gaya hidup konsumen.

Abstract

Primary education plays a critical role in building the basic skills required for students' future academic success and social development. This research focuses on strategies for combining primary schools to optimise education services for the community, which previous research has not discussed in terms of local authority. The research method used a qualitative approach of the case study type. Data were collected using interviews, observations and documentation, analysed by reduction, display and conclusion and confirmed through triangulation and depenability. The results of this study illustrate the importance of efficient decision-making strategies for regional education leaders who continue to listen to input from their members, including through swot analysis, optimising services, and meeting future challenges. Contribution of this study is how optimation of esecution of the leader with swot in eraly is giving positive. This research provides a view that local leadership must be able to use its role in updating the state of education so as to create a more qualified and appropriate national education institution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi aktual tingkat produk reject pada proses produksi Abon Layers di PT SLM serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, menggunakan data reject selama bulan April 2025. Teknik analisis meliputi Pareto Chart untuk memprioritaskan jenis reject utama dan Fishbone Diagram untuk memetakan akar penyebab berdasarkan kategori 5M (Manusia, Mesin, Metode, Material, dan Lingkungan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga jenis reject dominan adalah sampah dough (38,5%), kerusakan oven (27,6%), dan reject packing kulit sandwich (21,7%), yang bersama-sama menyumbang hampir 90% dari total produk cacat. Penyebab utama berasal dari kurangnya disiplin operator, fluktuasi suhu oven, ketidakkonsistenan SOP, variasi bahan baku, serta kondisi lingkungan produksi yang tidak stabil. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah perlunya penyusunan SOP baru, pelatihan ulang operator, kalibrasi mesin berkala, pengawasan bahan baku, dan pengendalian lingkungan produksi untuk menurunkan tingkat reject dan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi Abon Layers. Abstract

Madrasahs really need mastery of spiritual values in the performance process to strengthen the practice of worship in a narrow sense and in a broad sense, so that all attitudes, speech, actions and even certain social skills contain elements of worship. Principal leadership requires mastery of spiritual values as work guidelines and also the development of life values in the context of managing educational institutions. This study aims to examine the opportunities and challenges of applying the concept of spiritual leadership for madrasah principals and school principals. This study uses a literature study approach or literature review, by examining various literature sources in the form of books, journals, research reports and procedings from international seminars. The results showed that the spiritual leadership of madrasah principals is a prerequisite that must be fulfilled by prospective madrasah principals and becomes a value and moral that must be upheld by the entire madrasah community. The spiritual leadership of the principal becomes a guideline in behavior, action, speech and social skills development, for the entire school community towards meaningful education.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing and halal branding in fostering consumer trust toward halal MSME products in West Java, with a focus on the mediating effect of socio-religious perspectives. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from Muslim consumers and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the proposed relationships. The results confirm that AI-driven marketing and halal branding significantly enhance consumer trust, both directly and indirectly through socio-religious values. Notably, the integration of AI with culturally sensitive, faith-based branding emerges as a novel strategy to strengthen trust in halal MSMEs. The study contributes to the literature on Islamic marketing and digital consumer behavior by highlighting the synergy between technological innovation and religious-cultural values. Practical implications suggest that MSMEs should prioritize AI-powered personalization while embedding socio-religious messaging in their branding. Future research could explore demographic moderators or longitudinal designs to generalize these findings.

Abstract

This study intends to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Dajin Indonesian Brothers Cirebon. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. The type of data used is primary data obtained through surveys and observations using SPSS for Windows version 24. Secondary data is obtained from company data and from several books and journals that can be accounted for. The sample for this study was 74 respondents who took a probability sample using the Slovin formula. The results of the study based on the coefficient of determination showed that the level of influence of motivation (X1) on work productivity (Y) was 59.7%. The size of the influence of the work environment (X2) on work productivity (Y) based on the coefficient of determination of 74.4%. The effect of motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) on work productivity (Y) is 76.2%. In other words, productivity (Y) is influenced by motivation (X1). The work environment (X2) is 76.2%. The remaining 23.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this survey.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service (PKM) is to help increase the economic value of the community from the sale of Batik Ecoprint, improve public knowledge by processing and to utilize natural resources, and produce environmentally friendly products (go green). This method is in the form of training to make batik works by using natural materials such as leaves that are around residential residents with the subject in Plumbon District, Cirebon Regency with the following stages: 1). Preparation stage. 2). Implementation stage The implementation of the training. 3). Lecture and simulation methods (direct practice). 4). Evaluation stage As an indicator of the success of community service. Implementation The results of the implementation of making motifs using the eco print technique show that: a) Activities can be carried out according to plan, b) Materials that have been planned can be carried out well, c) The results of the work of activity participants become personal property and tote bags can be used in dily activities and even sold d) The success of the activity participants in the skills of making eco print technique motifs with the guidance of mentors and the enthusiasm of the participants from the community element.

Abstract

Fenomena terkini menunjukkan bagi organisasi sektor publik untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka semakin mendesak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak perencanaan dan evaluasi anggaran terhadap kinerja organisasi di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dengan memasukkan standar biaya sebagai variabel moderasi. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi perencanaan dan evaluasi anggaran sebagai variabel independen, kinerja organisasi sebagai variabel dependen, serta standar biaya sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal komparatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik sampling yang diterapkan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 54 orang. Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan anggaran dan evaluasi anggaran masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Sementara itu, pengujian regresi moderasi dengan pendekatan nilai selisih mutlak mengindikasikan bahwa standar biaya memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dalam memoderasi hubungan antara perencanaan anggaran dan kinerja organisasi, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi hubungan antara evaluasi anggaran dan kinerja organisasi.
