Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of literacy and risk management on a person's leadership skill in relation to entrepreneurship. This research approach employs quantitative analysis through deduction by statistically calculating a questionnaire that was distributed to 280 prospective entrepreneur and recent graduates. According to the findings, literacy and risk management variables have a major influence on leadership of an entrepreneur in a comprehensive manner, either partially or impartially. As a result, in entrepreneurship, it is vital to equalize these qualities in order to promote individual leadership, which will benefit a good corporate culture. In conclusion, entrepreneurial skill must focus on the development of the hard skill and soft skill including literacy and risk management that will give long-term benefits in order to maintain a healthy and friendly work culture.

Abstract

Garut Regency’s agriculture sector has the most impact on the region’s GDP compared to other sectors. The Central Statistics Agency reports that the agricultural sector’s contribution was 39.11% in 2014 and will be 37.97% in 2020. The farmer’s inability to manage their crop goods is the primary cause of the contribution decline. The study aims to build a prototype of a mobile application information system for planting and harvesting. commodities based on a geospatial information system. The research method used was field surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) with farmers, farmer group leaders, agricultural extension workers, and officials at Garut Regency Agriculture Office. The designed application is Sitampan which stands for Sistem Informasi Tanam dan Panen (Planting and Harvesting Information System). The users of this application are farmers, farmer group leaders, agricultural extension workers, and Garut Regency Agriculture Office. Each user will have a specific role and access based on their roles. The public can only see the data contained in this application. In conclusion, this app can serve as a platform for information and communication for farmers. Farmers can use this app as a decision-making tool to manage their crops, including when to sell, plant, and harvest. Hopefully, this application will enhance the welfare of farmers, particularly those in Garut district, one of the industries that have the most impact on the Indonesian agricultural sector.

Abstract

The Performance of Study Program is the determinant factor of Higher Education performance. The decrease of the number of students enrolling in the StudyProgram (Prodi), the accreditation result of Prodi, the duration of student studyand the absorption of alumni are the factors of Prodi performance that have notbeen achieved yet according to the purpose of the Institution. The problem ispointed out that only the utilization of information technology has not beenevenly distributed both to lecturers and employees, to unorganized organizational climate, and performance management that has not been effectively implemented. Based on these phenomena, the purpose of this study is to obtain theresults of the study and analysis of the study program performance model affected by management performance with the help of utilization of informationtechnology and organizational climate.Research approach is quantitative. The object of research is the study programin UNIKOM environment with saturated samples amounted to 27 Study Programs. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Theanalysis procedure is path analysis.Research result shows that the performance of study program in the UNIKOMenvironment has not been in accordance with institutional expectations, especially in the acquisition of accreditation; Performance management has notbeen effective yet; Utilization of information technology especially software implementation has not been conducive to service to students, and organizationclimate has not been fully support the achievement of Prodi's performance yet,especially in achieving superior accreditation. This research result generates anew model, which is different from the previous research, where the use of information technology, and organizational climate give very low direct effect toProdi's performance, whereas the performance management shows dominanteffect on Prodi's performance. This means that Prodi's performance will be optimal when it has the use of appropriate information technology and organizational climate conducive in supporting effective performance management

Abstract

The goals of the research are to divulge the implementation of promotion mix strategy and its impact on the purchase decision towards the Go-jek online transportation service. The research-er uses a quantitative approach, descriptive and verified design, and survey method. As much as 100 respondents have been drawn using the purposive approach from the population of the Go-jek consumers. The data collection employs questionnaire and the path analysis procedure has been used as the data analysis technique. The findings of this research are as follows: the varia-bles of advertising, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship fall into moderate – good category; moreover both partially and simultaneously the variables of advertis-ing, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship, as well as direct mar-keting affect the purchase decision.

Abstract

Indonesian Government Takes Bandung’s Retail Stores to Court The shelves should be organized. we’re looking into ways to improve stock monitoring with a web-based. We adopted a Waterfall approach for the construction of this system. When we created the stock tracking website. This study is special since we did not do that. We tried it; we actually tried it out in a shop. The system was tested by them. We wanted to see if the system would actually work well in a real situation. We tested it in. I attempted it. I witnessed what happened. This is basically the definition of black-box testing, right? I used the “Black Box” testing method to see what would happen after just kicking the tires on it. We have just seen the results. The system was working perfectly; all the businesses in Bandung that. The decision to use the web-based inventory system was 100% successful. The main thing is, once we. Our operations improved greatly when we began using it. According to our stock data, transaction timelines dropped by 83%. This new system reduced stock shortages by 90% and was 98% accurate. So, it seems like it helps. More sales and improved performance for business. It’s a fairly suitable solution for smaller and midsized.

Abstract

Perkembangan inovasi layanan digital di sektor perbankan mendorong adanya strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang lebih adaptif terhadap kebutuhan nasabah. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk menghadirkan fitur Wondr Multicurrency sebagai layanan transaksi global yang memungkinkan nasabah bertransaksi menggunakan berbagai mata uang secara praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang diterapkan BNI Cabang Cianjur dalam memperkenalkan dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan Wondr Multicurrency kepada nasabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemasaran dilakukan melalui penguatan media sosial, khususnya Instagram @BNI46 dan @Cabang.Cianjur, yang berfungsi sebagai kanal penyebaran informasi, edukasi fitur, serta pembangunan citra digital. Di samping itu, komunikasi langsung melalui customer service dan relationship manager turut berperan dalam memberikan pemahaman mendalam kepada nasabah yang membutuhkan penjelasan tatap muka. Kombinasi kedua strategi ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan awareness, minat, serta tingkat adopsi awal fitur Wondr Multicurrency. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pemasaran digital dan konvensional sebagai bentuk komunikasi yang komprehensif dalam mendukung keberhasilan pengenalan produk perbankan digital, sekaligus memperluas jangkauan layanan dan memperkuat kepercayaan nasabah terhadap inovasi berbasis teknologi yang terus berkembang secara signifikan dalam industri perbankan modern.

Abstract

Indonesia, as an agricultural country ranked 51st out of 78 countries in the 2021 Food Sustainability Index (FSI) and with a low performance in the Sustainable Agriculture category (ranked 71st), faces serious challenges in global food security due to the lack of accurate agricultural land data. This problem hinders efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 2 on zero hunger for food security and nutrition, and SDG 12 on sustainable consumption and production in the efficient use of resources. To overcome this, the Precision Agriculture Ecosystem Map has emerged as an innovative solution, integrating IoT devices, Edge Computing, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for GIS-based plantation mapping. This system provides farmers with accurate information on land characteristics, crop requirements, planting season determination, and recommendations for fertilization and irrigation, and even predicts the risk of crop failure. This innovation is expected to increase agricultural productivity in a sustainable manner, optimize resource use, reduce waste, and significantly contribute to national food security and farmer welfare.

Abstract

The Indonesian technological landscape is undergoing a fundamental shift, characterized by a 92% AI adoption rate in the workplace. As Digital Product Managers evolve into strategic AI-powered orchestrators, there is a growing need to understand how this technology influences career transitions. This research aims to analyze the influence of Generative AI usage intensity on digital entrepreneurial intention among Digital Product Managers in Indonesia. Adopting a quantitative descriptive-correlational design, the study surveyed 50 professionals selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings demonstrate that Generative AI usage intensity exerts a strong, positive, and significant influence on digital entrepreneurial intention. The model explains 77.2% of the variance in the dependent variable. AI integration provides significant weekly time savings, which professionals reallocate as cognitive assets for business experimentation and strategic planning. By lowering technical barriers and democratizing prototyping, Generative AI acts as a psychological catalyst that enhances self-efficacy and mitigates perceived risks. These results provide strategic insights for policymakers and talent developers to bolster the national digital entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strategic role of technology infrastructure in accelerating entrepreneurship ecosystem maturity and its impact on national economic productivity. Addressing data distribution biases in the digital economy, the research employs rigorous Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using World Bank WDI data. The model examines three constructs: the exogenous variable Technology Infrastructure (TECH) (measured by secure internet servers, fixed broadband, and high-tech exports); the mediating variable Entrepreneurship Ecosystem (ENT) (proxied by domestic credit and trademark applications); and the endogenous variable Economic Productivity (PROD) (evaluated via GDP per person employed, patents, and industry value added).To ensure multivariate normality and minimize outlier effects, the study applied Natural Logarithm (Ln) transformations to skewed variables. Analysis using Jamovi reveals that technology infrastructure is a critical foundation that significantly creates a conducive entrepreneurship ecosystem. Consequently, this strong ecosystem mediates technology’s impact, enhancing long-term economic productivity. The findings suggest that investment in digital infrastructure—particularly cybersecurity—and strict statistical validity are vital for policymakers to drive innovation-based growth and avoid the middle-income trap.

Abstract

This study examines the communication strategies implemented by PT. Seatap Teknologi Berkarya in building brand identity through the Instagram platform. As a wedding planning company established in 2018, Instagram serves as its primary medium to showcase portfolios, establish emotional connections with potential clients, and expand service visibility. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation of the @seatapwedding account and a literature review related to digital communication and branding. The results indicate that the company utilizes several approaches, including visual style consistency, storytelling in messaging, direct audience interaction, and the optimization of Instagram features to strengthen brand identity. Furthermore, client testimonials and collaborations with various vendors enhance public trust in the services offered. The impact of this research demonstrates that an integrated visual communication strategy effectively transforms social media from a mere portfolio gallery into a powerful tool for public trust conversion and brand legitimacy within the competitive wedding industry. Practically, these findings provide a strategic reference model for creative service providers to optimize digital platforms for building emotional resonance and long-term reputation. This study also contributes to the development of digital communication literature regarding the significance of emotional branding in establishing the credibility of service-based companies.
