Abstract

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Lean Six Sigma mediated by Good University Governance to the Performance of 26 Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah private universities in Indonesia. Methodology/approach – The methodology using quantitative approach with Structural Equation Model (SEM) of the AMOS analysis. The study having samples of 245 respondents filling the online questionnaires from 26 private universities spread across all islands in Indonesia. Findings – Based on the results of the study, it is studied that both directly and indirectly Lean Six Sigma mediated by Good University Governance deeply positive and significant impacted to the performance of private universities in Indonesia. The practical implications of this study such as Six Sigma variables have a positive effect on the performance of 26 Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah private universities in Indonesia, although there are areas that need improvement, especially in the campus physical arrangement and infrastructure. Novelty/value – The value of this study such as giving contribution to the theoretical and its regulations implementation of Lean Six Sigma and Good University to support the university performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a structured literature review on the constructs of employee motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance, and empirical evidence on the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction, and performance. 20 (twenty) papers published during 2017-2021 that investigates employee motivation, job satisfaction, employee performance, and the relationship between employee motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance were reviewed. The results of the review show that employee motivation and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee performance or in other word employee motivation and job satisfaction are the determinants of employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Job Satisfaction dan Transglobal Leadership terhadap Employee Performance pada perusahaan PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul. Penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dan pengumpulan data secara non probality sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner yang menghasilkan sebanyak 40 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengolahan data yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelilitian ini adalah : (1) Terdapat pengaruh dari Job satisfaction terhadap Employee Performance, (2) Terdapat pengaruh dari Transglobal Leadership terhadap Employee Performance. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ini diharapkan dapat menambah implikasi penting bagi perusahaan PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul dalam meningkatkan Employee Performance melalui praktik Job Satisfaction dan Transglobal Leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Transglobal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul. Penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dan pengumpulan data secara nonprobality sampling . Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuisioner yang menghasilkan sebanyak 40 responden dengan metode purposive sampling . Abstract

The research to analyze and test the influence of brand image and e-service quality on e-loyalty with e-satisfaction as an intervening variable for Shopee consumers in Semarang City. The population of this research is Shopee consumers in Semarang City. Data was obtained using an online questionnaire via Google Form, namely 65 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square analysis (SEM-PLS). Analysis is assisted by the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The research results show that e-service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y1), brand image (X2) has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction (Y1), e-service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), brand image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), customer satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y), customer satisfaction (Z) improves e-service quality relationships (X1) to customer loyalty (Y), customer satisfaction (Z) increases the relationship between brand image (X1) to customer loyalty (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Service Quality and Promotion on Consumer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable for customers at Sulawesi Grilled Fish.  The dependent variable used in this research is Consumer Loyalty (Y), the intervening variable used is Customer Satisfaction (Z), while the independent variables used are Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2). The sample in this study was 96 respondents.  The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria being that the respondent is at least 18 years old and has made at least 2 purchases.  The analytical method used is Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity.  Composite Reliability, Inner model. The results of the research conducted show that Service Quality and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, the Service Quality and Promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has an effect positive and significant towards Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Transformational Leadership dan Ethical Leadership terhadap Employee Creativity yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan perusahaan jasa transportasi darat di Jakarta. Pengujian hipotesis (hypotesis testing) digunakan sebagai rancangan penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 180 sampel. Teknik uji instrument seperti uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan software spss & AMOS versi 23 digunakan dalam menganalisis data pada penelitian ini. Hasil hipotesis yang dapat disimpulkan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Transformational Leadership yang dimediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Creativity, sedangkan untuk variabel Ethical Leadership yang dimediasi Organizational Citizenship Behavior memiliki pengaruh terhadap Employee Creativity. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberian inspirasi bagi pimpinan perusahaan atau organisasi untuk bisa mempertahankan semua variabel dengan mempererat ikatan antar pemimpin dan karyawan, menjadi pemimpin yang bisa menjadi panutan dalam berperilaku dan juga memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan, serta penerapan jam kerja yang fleksibel bagi posisi karyawan tertentu untuk peningkatan ide-ide dan inovasi karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh politik organisasi terhadap kinerja individu di perusahaan sektor manufaktur. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menguji tiga hipotesis: (1) terdapat hubungan positif antara dominasi kelompok atau individu dengan kinerja individu, (2) terdapat hubungan positif antara praktik penghargaan organisasi dan kinerja individu, dan (3) terdapat hubungan negatif antara perilaku politik karyawan dengan kinerja individu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah divalidasi, yang diadaptasi dari penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa dominasi kelompok dan praktik penghargaan organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, sedangkan perilaku politik karyawan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja individu. Koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 59,7% variasi dalam kinerja individu. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola politik organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti perlunya tindakan strategis untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan produktif, serta mengurangi dampak negatif dari perilaku politik di tempat kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial reward dan employee engagement terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational commitment pada PNS di Kabupaten Karimun. Data dikumpulkan dari 150 responden Pegawai pemerintahan di Kabupaten Karimun dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mencari rata-rata dan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Sebelumnya instrumen telah diuji dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dimana terdapat 1 item pernyataan tidak valid, serta dilakukan pengujian model dengan Goodness of Fit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitment memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara employee engagement terhadap job performance. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian, Pemerintah Kabupaten Karimun perlu memastikan bahwa gaji pegawai cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar, termasuk pengeluaran rumah tangga. Hal ini penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai. Selain itu, penting untuk meninjau kembali distribusi tugas, memastikan tugas tidak terlalu membebani, dan memberikan waktu istirahat yang cukup.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Motivation Strategy and Leadership on Service Quality in hospitals, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in the influence between Motivation Strategy, Transformational Leadership, and Transactional Leadership on Service Quality of medical personnel. This study uses a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The unit of analysis is medical personnel at military Hospital, with a sample size of 200 respondents. Data collection was done through questionnaires, and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SMART PLS version 3.0. The results showed that of the 7 direct influence hypotheses, 4 hypotheses were supported, and 3 hypotheses were not supported. Meanwhile, of the 3 indirect effect hypotheses, 2 hypotheses are supported, and 1 hypothesis is not supported. Job Satisfaction is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the influence between Motivation Strategy, Leadership (Transformational and Transactional), and Service Quality. This study provides theoretical contributions in the field of strategic health management, as well as practical implications, such as the importance of leadership training, development of individual-based motivation strategies, and improving work environment support for medical personnel. The limitation of the study lies in the cross-sectional approach, which does not allow analysis of long-term changes. The originality of this study lies in the integration of Leadership (Transformational and Transactional) and Motivation Strategy variables in the context of a military hospital, by highlighting Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study fills the gap of previous research by analyzing more deeply the influence between Leadership, Motivation, and Service Quality in the military hospital environment.
