Abstract

This study analyze the effect of employee wellbeing and employee resilience on innovative work behavior mediated by the work climate in the insurance industry in DKI Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach, tested by Structural. Equation Modeling with the help of the Amos program. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The data was collected using a questionnaire which was distributed randomly to all departments of 3 (three) life insurance companies and 3 (three) general insurance companies via a google form. The findings in this study indicate that there is no positive effect of employee wellbeing on innovation work behavior, there is a positive influence of employee resilience on innovation work behavior, and there is a positive effect of employee wellbeing on hybrid work climate., There is no positive effect of employee resilience on a hybrid work climate., there is a positive effect of hybrid work climate on innovation work behavior, there is an effect of employee wellbeing on innovation work behavior mediated by hybrid work climate, there is no effect of employee resilience on innovation work behavior mediated by hybrid work climate, there is no effect of hybrid work climate on innovation work behavior moderated by gender. The findings of this study have management implications that management can improve human resource development to identify and maintain resilience qualities in employees and influence them with specially designed interventions. In addition, a company climate that supports creativity and innovation also contributes to the emergence of innovative behavior in the workplace.

Abstract

This analysis aims to investigate the effect of Risk-Based Audit Implementation and Professional Skepticism on Fraud Detection. The object of this research is 40 out of 88 examiners at the Audit Board of Republic Indonesia (BPK) Representative of Lampung Province who have been certified as examiners. The sample used in this study was a purposive sampling method, namely data collection from predetermined respondents. The research approach utilized in this research is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Version 28.0 software as the analysis tool. The findings revealed that the Risk-Based Audit Implementation variable had a substantial positive effect on the Fraud Detection variable, Professional Skepticism had a significant positive effect on Fraud Detection, Risk-Based Audit Implementation, and Professional Skepticism had a significant positive effect simultaneously on Fraud Detection.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of organizational ambidexterity, innovation capability and leadership competencies on business peformance mediated competitive advantage. In order to maintain business continuity, the software house must be able to improve its business performance. While previous research identified factors that impact business performance in various sectors, this study focuses on how internal organizational factors are in the software house. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the variables to be observed are quantified through an operational definition process. Data of 540 respondents was collected from 18 large-scale software in Indonesia. There are 10 hypotheses developed and tested using structural equation modeling. The results showed that organizational ambidexterity, innovation capability and leadership competencies had a significant effect on business performance and competitive advantage showed a positive and significant mediation influence in the model. The results also provide specific measurement of competitive advantage in the software house industry, managerial implications and suggestions for further research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh strategic orientation, work motivation, work value dan work environment terhadap job performance pada karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia cabang Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden yang didapat sesuai kriteria dengan metode pengambilan sampel sensus sebanyak 120 karyawan dari 3 kantor cabang pembantu. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan software SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategic orientation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance, work environment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance, work motivation memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance, dan work value memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap job performance. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajemen perusahaan agar menyesuaikan jam kerja dengan gaji yang karyawan terima sehingga karyawan termotivasi untuk bekerja lebih giat dan menganggap pekerjaan mereka sebagai sesuatu yang berharga yang dapat meningkatkan work value yang kemudia mempengaruhi peningkatan job performance.

Abstract

The decline in the turnover of tofu and tempe craftsmen in the Semanan area, Kali Deres sub-district, West Jakarta, has caused the tofu and tempeh craftsmen to have to think of strategies to keep their production running and increase sales. In addition, craftsmen are forced to reduce the amount of production compared to usual to prevent oversupply due to a decrease in demand. In addition, the price of the tofu and tempe was also increased from usual to cover the losses received. Among the various factors that can cause it, one important factor is increasing the competence of craftsmen through self-concept. This aspect concerns the positive values and attitudes of tofu and tempeh craftsmen related to the business. The community service carried out aims to increase competence through self-concept in the tofu and tempeh craftsman group in this region. The community service method is carried out using online counseling by providing material and question and answer (Q&A) discussions. The service was carried out smoothly. The measurement of the effectiveness of this abdimas uses a simple descriptive-quantitative by explaining the increase in insight into the competence of the craftsmen in terms of self-concept. In addition, the results of the service carried out were able to provide increased insight into tofu and tempe craftsmen in this region regarding self-concept-based competencies. The most significant improvement was found on a fairly good achievement scale (from 0% to 48%) where 5-6 items were answered correctly by the participants. The importance of the ability to manage creative marketing and sales strategies by utilizing online (digital) media is a recommendation for the next abdimas topic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of customer expectations (disconfirmation) and employee expertise on revisit interest and the tendency to recommend through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative research design with an explanatory research approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to tourists. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS.The results showed that: Customer expectation (disconfirmation) and employee expertise have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. As well as customer satisfaction has a positive effect on return visit interest and the tendency to recommend. This study make a significant contribution to the understanding of the relationship between customer expectations (disconfirmation), employee expertise, customer satisfaction, return visit interest, and propensity to recommend. The results of this study can also help the tourism industry to develop appropriate strategies and programmes to improve customer expectations (disconfirmation), employee expertise, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2020 keberadaan virus covid 19 telah membawa dampak buruk bagi umat manusia. Contoh dampak buruk yang diberikan adalah virus corona yang membuat ekonomi di dunia mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh leader member exchange dan job satisfaction terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification pada karyawan perusahaan farmasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden yang didapat sesuai kriteria dengan metode pengambilan sampel sensus sebanyak 320 karyawan dari 2 perusahaan farmasi yaitu PT Kalbe Farma dan anak perusahaannya PT Bifarma Adiluhung. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional dengan pengolahan datanya menggunakan software 25.0 dan AMOS versi 24. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan sejumlah besar informasi kuantitatif. Kemudian dalam melengkapi data untuk mendukung variabel-variabel yang diteliti, peneliti melakukan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa leader member exchange, job satisfaction, dan perceived supervisor support masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizational identification, organizational identification memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, leader member exchange, job satisfaction, dan perceived supervisor support masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee performance, leader member exchange, job satisfaction, perceived supervisor support memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap employee performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational identification.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work-related Social Media Usage, Social- related Social Media Usage and Knowledge Sharing on Employee Engagement on banking employees in South Jakarta. The independent variables are Work-related Social Media Usage and Social-related Social Media Usage. The intervening variable is Knowledge Sharing and the dependent variable is Employee Engagement. The research was conducted using purposive sampling method by taking samples using google form to employees who work in banking companies in South Jakarta. From the sampling, 157 samples were collected. Data analysing using AMOS applications with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed there was an influence on Work-related Social Media Usage, Social-related Social Media Usage and Knowledge Sharing on Employee Engagement to  support employee performance. There is no indirect effect of Work-related Social Media Usage and Social-related Social Media Usage on Employee Engagement through Knowledge Sharing. This research provides practical implications in increasing employee engagement using working using social media tools.
