Abstract

Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan aspek penting dalam pengelolaan rumah sakit, di mana Pencegahan dan Di Kota Cilegon, jumlah ibu hamil yang menderita anemia meningkat dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Angka kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya penggunaan Tablet Suplemen Darah (TTD). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepatuhan dan keteraturan ibu hamil mengonsumsi TTD dengan kejadian anemia di Kota Cilegon. Mix method dengan pendekatan embedded concurrent digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan kuantitatif awal menggunakan desain cross-sectional dan analisis chi-square, sementara pendekatan kualitatif melibatkan wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview). Frekuensi kunjungan ANC yang tinggi berhubungan dengan kemungkinan ibu hamil untuk mematuhi suplementasi zat besi (TTD) dengan nilai p=0,044 dan OR = 2,389 (CI 95%:1,094-5,218). Paritas yang tinggi berpengaruh pada tingkat anemia pada ibu hamil dengan nilai p=0,032 dan OR = 5,909 (CI 95%: 1,229-28,413) . Adanya hubungan yang kuat antara tingkat kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam menjalani TTD dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil dengan nilai p=0,000 dan OR: 6,308 (CI 95% : 2,717-14,643) . Menunjukkan bahwa ibu hamil yang mengkonsumi TTD dengan kepatuhan yang baik dapat menurunkan risiko anemia. Kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi TTD secara teratur dapat mengurangi risiko terjadinya anemia. Untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengonsumsi suplemen zat besi, temuan kami menyoroti perlunya memastikan ibu hamil rutin melakukan pemeriksaan ANC, konseling, dan pemantauan ibu hamil. Pengendalian kehamilan berpotensi mengurangi prevalensi anemia selama kehamilan.

Abstract

Pupuk kimia mkin mahal dan langka mengakibatkan meningkatnya biaya produksi pertanian di satu sisi, serta kerusakan tanah di sisi lain sebagai akibat penggunaan pupuk kimia yang berlebihan. Solusinya adalah menerapkan teknologi pemupukan berimbang. Pupuk organik menggunakan bahan alami yang difermentasi menggunakan mikro organisme di antaranya adalah memanfaatkan nira air sebagai subtrat dalam produksi pupuk organik cair. Penggunaan pupuk organik cair yang telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan kesehatan tanaman dan meningkatkan produksi hasil perkebunan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) tentang penggunaan pupuk organik cair menggunakan subtrat nira aren adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan petani perkebunan dalam memanfaatkan nira aren dalam produksi pupuk organik cair dan penerapan teknologi pemupukan berimbang. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran andragogy dengan teknik peragaan dan praktek. Sebagai sasaran PKM adalah pengurus dan anggota kelompok tani maju bersama di desa Bukti Tinggi Kecamatan Gunung Sari. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM adalah petani telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan nira aren sebagai subtrat dalam produksi pupuk organik cair, serta mampu menerapkan teknologi pemupukan berimbang.

Abstract

Peserta didik masih belum terbiasa dengan adanya proses pembelajaran berbasis Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) menggunakan aplikasi. Diperlukan sebuah aplikasi yang dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan dan kelayakan tes pilihan ganda berbasis asesmen kompetensi minimum menggunakan aplikasi Plickers. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Menganalisis kebutuhan media evaluasi berbasis AKM yang perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil AKM. Selanjutnya, merancang konsep instrument beserta produk pada tiap butir soal. Dilanjutkan dengan mengembangkan produk yang telah dirancang kepada ahli media, bahasa, dan materi di bidang evaluasi. Melakukan implementasi kepada kelas V-A SDN Tlajung Udik 01 dan mengevaluasi hasil respon peserta didik terhadap produk yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan tes ini memperoleh 80% dari ahli media, 100% dari ahli bahasa, 89,4% dari ahli materi bidang evaluasi, dan 87% dari respon peserta didik. Adapun hasil uji instrument didapatkan bahwa dari 40 butir soal diperoleh 80% valid, 0,951 reliabel, soal dengan kategori mudah 21,9%, soal dengan kategori sedang 79%, dan 100% daya beda soal dikategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tes pilihan ganda berbasis asesmen kompetensi minimum menggunakan aplikasi Plickers sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam materi penyajian data. Abstract

This research is motivated by the diversity of students' social and cultural backgrounds in the learning process. Diversity or difference is not a barrier to learning; instead, it is an important element that can be utilized by teachers as a learning resource to create an inclusive learning environment. The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Pancasila Education through the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were fourth-grade students at SDN Panaragan 1, Bogor City. The results of the study show an increase in learning outcomes from the pre-action stage (36.3% of students achieving mastery), to the first cycle (71.43% achieving mastery), and the second cycle (92.86% achieving mastery).The implementation of CRT was carried out by integrating local culture into the learning process through regional songs, traditional games, and interactive digital-based media. The conclusion is that the CRT approach can improve students' learning outcomes by creating more inclusive and meaningful learning experiences. Furthermore, the implementation of CRT in this study reinforces the finding that culture-based teaching can help students understand and appreciate their own cultural identity as well as that of others, thereby fostering an inclusive and harmonious learning environment.The implications of this research cover both theoretical and practical aspects. For instance, schools and teachers can enhance educators' skills in applying CRT through training or seminars, which are expected to develop outstanding and professional teachers. This study also opens opportunities for further research, suggesting that CRT can be applied not only in formal schools but also in non-formal educational institutions

Abstract

The influence of the problem- based learning model on the results of learningmathematics nets build space. Thesis of Elementary School Teacher EducationStudy Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Pakuan University2024. This research is a quasi-experimental study. This study aims to determinethe differences in mathematics learning outcomes of space building nets throughthe Problem Based Learning model. This research was conducted at CipayungState Elementary School 04 Depok City Class V A, and VB in November oddsemester. The calculation of N-Gain Model Problem Based Learning is 79 withhigh criteria, and the N-Gain value of conventional models is 73 with high criteria.So that the N-Gain in the experimental class with the Problem Based Learningmodel is greater than the conventional model control class. Researchers alsoconducted a normality test with a liliefors test of both normally distributed samplesbecause the values of both samples were smaller than Ltabel. In the ProblemBased Learning class group, the Lcalculate ≤ Ltabel value was 0.03 ≤ 0.177, in thecontrol class group, the Lcalculate ≤ Ltabel value was 0.046 ≤ 0.177. Then in thehomogeneity test the data is homogeneous because it is smaller than X2 table,obtained values of 1.12 ≤ 1.98. Furthermore, in the hypothesis test, a tcount of7.89 was greater than the ttable of 2.01063, indicating that H0 (null hypothesis)was rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) was accepted. Based on the resultsof the research above, it can be stated that the Problem Based Learning modelhas differences in the results of learning mathematics building space nets, in otherwords that the Problem Based Learning model is more effective than conventionalmodels in learning mathematics building space nets.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah berlangsung lebih dari setahun dan masih belum menunjukkan tanda-tanda akan segera berakhir. Dampaknya sangat luas dan mempengaruhi berbagai sektor, termasuk UKM. Para pelaku usaha tersebut secara langsung mengalami penurunan omzet bahkan menutup usahanya. Sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi atau mengatasi dampak pandemi di sektor UKM, kampus bisa menjadi motor penggerak. Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat tidak ketinggalan juga berkontribusi, namun dengan mempertimbangkan situasi pandemi dan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat secara langsung dengan jangkauan yang luas dan untuk memutus penyebaran Covid-19 maka digunakan strategi webinar online, yaitu peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UKM di Indonesia. di tengah pandemi yang memberikan solusi terbaik.

Abstract

This paper discusses the development of learning videos based on Canva in order to be suitable use as varied, creative, and innovative learning videos on theme 7 of sub-theme 1 learning 1 regarding ethnic and religious diversity in my country in class IV-B SDIT Asalamah. With the development of this learning video, the students become more interested and enthusiastic to learn in class. The research method used by the author is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE methodology (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Learning video media uses the Canva app, which was designed and tested by linguists with a 100% rating. It is categorized as feasible, 94% of the material expert reviews are rated feasible, and the media review test is rated 100% as very feasible. The small group test indicates an average score of 73.33% with a feasible category and the large group test implies an average score of 95.06% with a very feasible category. The results of the pretest and posttest are also produced with N-gain at 0.72, which means that the students can follow and complete the learning process properly. Thus, it can be concluded that the developed learning video media is suitable to be used by teachers and students in the learning process at SDIT Assalamah Depok.

Abstract

The processing and utilization program of banana in the village of Bulakan is motivated by the efforts to restore the family's economy after the Sunda Strait tsunami disaster. One of the great potentials that has not been well utilized for economic purposes in the village of Bulakan is banana. The solution offered is the processing and utilization of bananas to be processed products. The purpose of this program is to provide both knowledge and skills to the people of Bulakan Village in processing bananas into crunchy chocolate bananas so that the management of processed banana products becomes a good and sustainable management system as well as improving the economy. The method used to overcome these problems through the problem identification, socialization, training in the cultivation of bananas, marketing, reflection and evaluation. The program was carried out in July 2019 in Bulakan Village, Cinangka District, Serang Regency, Banten. An important change in society is changing the community paradigm from selling bananas directly to processing bananas into crunchy chocolate banana products.

Abstract

The Primary Service Integration Policy is an effort to coordinate the integration of primary health services into a single, comprehensive unit that aims to improve access to health services in the community, especially promotive and preventive services, especially at the UPTD Ciwandan Health Center, Cilegon City. This study aims to analyze the implementation process of the Primary Service Integration policy towards improving access to health services at the UPTD Ciwandan Health Center, Cilegon City in 2024. The focus of this study is to identify challenges, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement in the process of increasing access to services.This study uses a mixed-methods approach through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, combining quantitative analysis of Primary Care Integration service data. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively, while qualitative data were analyzed thematically. The research sample consisted of 99 respondents consisting of policy makers, policy implementers, and policy recipients. The collected data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe the pattern of integrated services, while thematic analysis will be applied to interviews to uncover problems that occurred during the implementation of Primary Care Integration services regarding access to health services. 99 respondents knew about the Integration of Primary Services implemented at the UPTD Ciwandan Health Center, the majority of respondents (93.93%) assessed that the Integration of Primary Services was running well, the highest result was in ease of service (46.46%), while ease of access to services (21.21%).  The implementation of the Primary Service Integration (ILP) health service policy has been carried out well by the UPTD Ciwandan Health Center throughout 2024 and has provided results in its implementation such as ease of service and ease of access to services, which of course in the implementation process has obstacles and several shortcomings that need to be corrected. ABSTRAKKebijakan Integrasi Layanan Primer adalah suatu upaya untuk koordinasi penyatuan pelayanan kesehatan primer menjadi satu kesatuan secara menyeluruh yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan dimasyarakat khususnya promotif dan preventif khususnya di UPTD Puskesmas Ciwandan Kota Cilegon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses implementasi kebijakan Integrasi Layanan Primer terhadap peningkatan akses layanan Kesehatan di UPTD Puskesmas Ciwandan Kota Cilegon Tahun 2024. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi tantangan, hambatan, serta peluang perbaikan dalam proses peningkatan akses layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pendekatan campuran (mixed-methods) melalui kuisioner dan wawancara mendalam, dengan menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif dari data pelayanan Integrasi Layanan Primer. Pada data kuantitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara  tematik. Sampel penelitian ada 99 responden terdiri dari pemberi kebijakan, pelaksana kebijakan dan penerima kebijakan. Data yang dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan pola pelayanan teritegrasi, sedangkan analisis tematik akan diterapkan pada wawancara untuk mengungkap masalah yang terjadi selama pelaksanaan pelayanan Integrasi Layanan Primer terhadap akses pelayanan Kesehatan. Sebanyak 99 responden memgetahui tentang Integrasi Layanan Primer yang di implementasikan di UPTD Puskesmas Ciwandan, mayoritas reponden (93,93 %) menilai Integrasi Layanan Primer sudah berjalan baik, hasil tertinggi pada kemudahan layanan (46,46%), sedangkan kemudahan akses layanan (21,21%). Implementasi kebijakan pelayanan kesehatan Integarasi Layanan Primer (ILP) telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh UPTD Puskesmas Ciwandan sepanjang tahun 2024 dan memberikan hasil pada penerapannya seperti kemudahan layanan juga kemudahan akses layanan, yang tentunya dalam pada proses penerapan memiliki hambatan dan beberapa kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki..

Abstract

The implementation of the Regional Public Service Agency Financial Management Pattern (PPK-BLUD) in community health centers aims to improve the flexibility and effectiveness of service management. However, its impact on overall managerial performance has not been widely evaluated. This study aims to analyze the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) system in relation to budget management at community health centers in Cilegon City and to provide evidence-based policy recommendations. This study is qualitative, using in-depth interviews with informants at nine community health centers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, exploratory questionnaires, and document reviews. Data validity was strengthened through manual triangulation of sources and methods and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Most health centers demonstrated financial efficiency and effectiveness above 90%. However, there were no new service innovations, service quality remained in the “good” category, and human resource training averaged below 30% of the total healthcare workforce. A gap exists between actual and ideal performance in BLUD implementation. To address this, it is necessary to strengthen performance-based financial management, improve a service culture oriented toward public satisfaction, develop service innovations, and plan human resource training based on all employees' needs. BLUD implementation has shown progress in financial efficiency but has not yet been optimal in terms of new service innovations and human resource development. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach can serve as a strategic evaluative tool to drive managerial transformation at health centers.
