Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan Teknologi Audit Data Analytics (TADA) dalam meningkatkan kualitas audit keuangan. Dengan menganalisis literatur terkait, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa TADA membawa perubahan signifikan dalam proses audit, meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan relevansi hasil audit. Efisiensi diperoleh melalui analisis otomatis data besar, memungkinkan auditor fokus pada aspek analisis mendalam. Peningkatan akurasi terwujud melalui kemampuan TADA dalam mendeteksi risiko dan kesalahan dengan tingkat ketelitian yang lebih tinggi. Keberhasilan implementasi TADA juga menandai perubahan dalam peran auditor, menuntut perkembangan keterampilan baru dalam manajemen data dan analisis canggih. Sementara itu, tantangan etika dan keamanan data memerlukan perhatian serius untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar etika audit dan perlindungan informasi pribadi. Temuan ini memberikan landasan untuk pemahaman holistik tentang integrasi TADA dalam praktik audit keuangan dan memberikan kontribusi pada pemikiran strategis untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam bidang ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) terintegrasi terhadap efisiensi proses pelaporan keuangan perusahaan. Dengan mengadopsi metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak positif implementasi SIA terintegrasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keandalan informasi keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIA terintegrasi mampu mempercepat proses pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan penyusunan data keuangan, mengurangi risiko kesalahan manusia, dan meningkatkan akurasi laporan keuangan perusahaan. Meskipun memberikan manfaat yang signifikan, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti biaya implementasi, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan perluasan kapasitas SDM yang perlu diatasi dengan bijaksana.

Abstract

Abstract Job satisfaction has an important role in the company. If employees feel satisfied then all aspects of the company's targets can develop and can easily be achieved. There are several factors that can influence Employee Job Satisfaction, including the Transformational Leadership aspect which is an external aspect and the Employee Commitment aspect which is an internal aspect. This research aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership and Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction. Different from previous studies, this research adds work environment variables which researchers believe can strengthen the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Commitment to Employee Job Satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The research results show that each variable of Transformational Leadership and Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Running side by side with the researchers' assumptions, the Work Environment variable can moderate the influence of each of the Transformational Leadership and Commitment variables on Job Satisfaction. Abstract

Strong organizational commitment in employees, high work motivation, and compensation are some of the things that a company can pay attention to so that employees can achieve maximum performance and maximum job satisfaction and in the end this will have good implications for the company. This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach. The data used in this research is primary data distributed to 300 employees of Pt. Sinar Mas Agro is spread throughout Indonesia with a minimum criteria of having worked for one year. The data used is analyzed by Smart PLS 4.0. The research results show that all the independent variables used have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on the dependent variable. Abstract

Kosiok Island in Muara Jalai Village has unique potential as a conservation-based tourism destination that requires professional management to achieve superior and sustainable services. This research and community service activity aims to improve the quality of tourism services through intensive training and mentoring for local managers. The methods used included needs analysis, theoretical and practical training, and direct field mentoring. The training covered key topics such as conservation and ecotourism principles, tourist service standards, operational management, and digital marketing strategies. The results of this activity demonstrated a significant increase in managers' understanding of the concept of conservation integrated with tourism, improvements in service operational standards, and enhanced communication and tour guiding skills based on local and environmental knowledge. Ongoing mentoring ensured the implementation of best practices that focus on an educational tourist experience and minimize negative impacts on the environment. In conclusion, structured training and mentoring empower local managers, which in turn will drive improvements in the quality of tourism services, maintain the sustainability of the Kosiok Island ecosystem, and sustainably improve the well-being of the Muara Jalai Village community.ABSTRAKPulau Kosiok di Desa Muara Jalai memiliki potensi unik sebagai destinasi wisata berbasis konservasi yang membutuhkan pengelolaan profesional untuk mencapai layanan yang unggul dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian dan kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki mutu layanan wisata melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif bagi para pengelola lokal. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan teoritis dan praktis, serta pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Pelatihan mencakup materi penting seperti prinsip-prinsip konservasi dan ekowisata, standar pelayanan wisatawan, manajemen operasional, serta strategi pemasaran digital. Temuan kegiatan ini memperlihatkan lonjakan yang nyata pada pemahaman pengelola mengenai konsep konservasi yang terintegrasi dengan pariwisata, perbaikan dalam standar operasional layanan, dan peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi serta pemanduan wisata yang berbasis pengetahuan lokal dan lingkungan. Pendampingan berkelanjutan memastikan penerapan praktik terbaik yang berfokus pada pengalaman wisatawan yang mendidik dan meminimalisir dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terstruktur mampu memberdayakan pengelola lokal, yang pada gilirannya akan mendorong peningkatan mutu layanan wisata, menjaga kelestarian ekosistem Pulau Kosiok, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Muara Jalai secara berkelanjutan.
