Abstract

This study aims to develop the CIVIC-GO application based on a digital board game as a learning medium for Civic Education that integrates the local wisdom of Tulungagung, Indonesia to enhance students’ critical thinking skills. The background of this research lies in the need for more interactive, contextual, and innovative Civic Education learning aligned with 21st-century demands, since conventional methods tend to be theoretical and less engaging. The research applied the ADDIE development model consisting of needs analysis, design of the application, prototype development, implementation through small and large group trials, and evaluation of the product. The subjects were eleventh-grade high school students in Tulungagung selected using a multistage cluster sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and feasibility tests conducted by media experts, material experts, and students as users. The results showed that CIVIC-GO obtained a feasibility score of 91.5% from media experts, 96% from material experts, 88.8% from small group trials, and 89% from large group trials, with an average of 91.3% categorized as very feasible. These findings indicate that CIVIC-GO is not only effective in increasing students’ motivation and engagement but also strengthens their understanding of Pancasila values through the integration of local cultural contexts. The implication of this study highlights that incorporating local wisdom into digital learning media can enrich the learning experience, foster students’ cultural identity, and provide an innovative alternative for Civic Education in the digital era.

Abstract

Elementary school students are required to learn about the digestive system. Direct observation is challenging because the human digestive system is inside the body. The latest advance in technology that allows simultaneous 2D and 3D visualization is augmented reality. This investigating aims to discover how augmented reality-assisted media influences student learning outcomes, especially on material about the digestive system. This investigating uses an experimental design with quantitative methodology. A quasi-experimental investigating design was adopted. The investigating population was all fifth-grade students at SDN 6 Ngunut. The investigating sample was class V students. Multiple choice objective tests, as well as non-test instruments such as questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, were used in this investigating. The hypothesis test used a paired sample t-test, and the results showed that the count was 8.013, t-table dk = 30-1 = 29, and the significance level (????) = 0.05 was 1.660. Hypothesis test findings show that the t-hitung> t-table (8.013 > 1.660). The result is that H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. Thus, it can be said that using media related to the human digestive system, activated by augmented reality, significantly impacts student learning outcomes

Meanwhile, studying coding for elementary school age sharpens logic and keeps up with developments in technological sophistication. The aim of this research is to produce LKPD (Learner Worksheets) that are valid and practical. The development of this LKPD uses the ADDIE development model. The research results show that the average validity of LKPD experts, material experts and learning experts is 94% in the "Very Valid" category. Meanwhile, practicality was obtained from a questionnaire given to 15 students and an average score of 95% was obtained. So the results of developing LKPD recognizing alphabet letters, coding combinations for grade 1 elementary school students are very valid and practical.

Abstract

Organizations can achieve success through their resources, especially human resources. Therefore, employees become the driving force in making a real contribution to the organization's success on an ongoing basis. This study aims to determine the variables that affect teacher performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used the associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 37 respondents drawn into samples using non-probability sampling using saturated sampling / total sampling methods—data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis is that organizational culture affects teacher performance. Thus, the second hypothesis states that teacher performance is affected by compensation, meaning that the more appropriate the prize, the more teacher performance increases. The third hypothesis is that teacher performance is influenced by organizational culture and balance that can simultaneously improve teacher performance. This research is expected to make theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

This research aims to provide an overview of the integration of Islamic moral values that can influence the formation of student character in organizations. Additionally, it seeks to present the essential values for building student character in an organizational environment and to offer an Islamic moral development approach that can be effectively applied within the culture of student organizations. This study employs a qualitative approach, specifically library research. In the analysis process, the researchers used Miles & Huberman's content analysis. The stages carried out include data accumulation, which involves reading, recording, and managing the necessary research materials, followed by displaying the data, data condensation, data reduction, data verification, and conclusion. This process aims to provide insights related to the phenomenon while offering solutions to the core problem that is the focus of the research. Upon completing the data analysis process, the researchers formulate conclusions in the form of descriptive findings. The results of this research indicate that the integration of Islamic moral values plays a significant role in shaping student character within organizational environments, particularly in fostering honesty, responsibility, and social awareness. The values that can serve as a foundation for this formation include trust, mutual assistance, and respectful communication. These values underscore the importance of maintaining ethical standards in interactions and collaboration within the organization. This can be instilled through knowledge, habituation, and exemplary conduct (uswah hasanah).

Abstract

This study examines how active learning strengthens Islamic values in Islamic Education (PAI) classrooms, addressing the long-standing dominance of cognitive-oriented instruction. Using a qualitative descriptive design, data were gathered through interviews with teachers and students, classroom observations, and document analysis. Findings show that active learning promotes deeper engagement with religious concepts and facilitates the internalization of Islamic values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and cooperation. Collaborative and contextual learning activities successfully foster a participatory classroom climate that supports continuous value formation. Theoretically, this study reinforces the relevance of student-centered pedagogies in value-based learning. Practically, it highlights the need for teachers to design activity-rich lessons that integrate character formation. Future research is recommended to develop evaluation models grounded in Islamic values to balance cognitive, affective, and psychomotor outcomes.
