Abstract

Food technology that is increasingly advanced makes people tend to consume fast food, as well as foods that contain chemicals. This causes the tendency of an unhealthy lifestyle and becomes one of the factors that cause stomach disease. Stomach disease can be experienced at the age of children to adulthood. Unhealthy lifestyle means eating patterns that are initially consumptive on healthy foods and then turn into consumptive foods that are less healthy. Not only food, rarely exercise is also likely to cause pain in the stomach. Diagnosing stomach disease is still carried out by conducting face-to-face consultations with health workers, which can take a long time and cost a lot of money. Lack of information on stomach disease sufferers about the symptoms of stomach disease, causes patients not to know the type of stomach disease they are experiencing. This is the goal of research that will build an expert system software that is expected to be able to analyze stomach diseases and help the community, stomach sufferers and health workers in diagnosing types of stomach diseases. The method used in this study is Certainty Factor (CF) or the certainty value of a disease. Expert system software development is done by analyzing software requirements, system user needs. The dataset of this study is the symptoms and types of stomach diseases that occur at the Salido Health Center. The result of the system built is the result of the diagnosis of stomach disease with the percentage of certainty value from the calculation using Certainty Factor. The system will also provide information about the description, causes and prevention of the types of stomach diseases diagnosed. With the construction of an expert system of stomach diseases, it is hoped that this research can be a reference for users in diagnosing stomach diseases. The accuracy results obtained after testing the system is 80%.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children under five years old (infants under five years old) due to chronic malnutrition so that children are too short for their age. According to available data, the stunting prevalence rate in Lima Puluh Kota Regency in 2020 is quite high, at 8.28%. This has become the attention of the central government by establishing Lima Puluh Kota Regency as one of the Regencies/Cities Locations for the National Integrated Stunting Reduction Intervention Focus. The results of this study aim to assist the District Government of Lima Puluh Kota in planning the convergence of programs/interventions as an effort to accelerate stunting prevention and reduce the percentage of stunting under five in Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This research data uses the stunting prevalence rate from 2018 to 2020 which comes from data on the number of toddlers and the number of stunting toddlers from 22 health centers in Lima Puluh Kota Regency. Furthermore, the data was processed using the Monte Carlo method to predict the stunting prevalence rate in 2021. Based on the tests conducted using the Monte Carlo method, the highest stunting prediction rates were found at the Pakan Rabaa Public Health Center and the Suliki Public Health Center with a stunting prevalence rate of 11.70%. The level of accuracy obtained is 93.73%. The Monte Carlo method is suitable for predicting the prevalence of stunting in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, seen from the high level of accuracy from the results of data processing.

Abstract

The hospital is one of the places visited to get treatment services, the hospital also provides treatment services in the form of physical examinations, supporting examinations and also pharmaceutical services to get drugs. Pharmacy services in hospitals are run by a unit or installation which is generally called the Pharmacy Installation. Pharmacy installations must ensure that the supply of drugs is optimally met, so that there is no buildup or shortage of drug stocks. Drug supply management is very crucial because the Pharmacy Installation plays an important role in supporting hospital revenues. Good planning must also be accompanied by proper management and monitoring (controlling) of drug stocks and periodic evaluations. Technology support and information systems will facilitate the management team in planning, managing and monitoring and evaluating drug supplies. In order for the hospital to provide good service to patients, it is necessary for the hospital to have a supply of the drugs needed within a certain period of time so that the patient's medical needs can be met. This study uses data on chronic drug use in RSI. Siti Rahma Padang taken from 2017 to 2019. The data processed in the study were 12 types of drugs. Based on the analysis of these data, there are 5 types of chronic disease. Furthermore, the data is processed using the Monte Carlo algorithm. The result of testing this method is to get predictions of chronic drug use with the right level of accuracy. From the test results obtained 5 types of drugs whose accuracy level is above 80% and 7 types of drugs whose accuracy level is below 80% so that they can help RSI.Siti Rahma in making decisions in the future.

Abstract

This paper investigates public bus route selection where demand is uncertain and evaluates the role of fuzzy logic in the MSA. The uncertain demand data are presented in linguistic form and transformed into fuzzy numbers. The crisp values obtained by the fuzzy logic are used to replace the exact demand in selecting best routes. The patterns of fuzzy data are presented to show capability of fuzzy data in representing exact data.

Abstract

Apotek adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang farmasi berupa obat-obatan. Obat-obatan bersumber dari beberapa supplier. Dengan banyaknya supplier menyebabkan sulit dalam menentukan supplier yang bagus. Untuk menentukan supplier yang baik, maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Data yang diolah berupa data-data kualitas, harga, petunjuk kegunaan, garansi, pemesanan, pemenuhan pesanan, dan pelayanan. Penilaian dapat dikembangan dengan kriteria yang akan di jadikan acuan untuk perengkingan supplier yang ada. Penilaian dari masing-masing kriteria diperoleh dari penilaian pemilik Apotek Mama Jakarta itu sendiri. Dengan adanya pemilihan supplier nantinya akan memudahan untuk membandingkan hasil kinerja supplier. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan metode ini mampu mendapatkan supplier terbaik. Pengambilan keputusan ini membantu pemilik apotek dalam melakukan evaluasi terhadap supplier.

Abstract

Gigi dan mulut adalah organ tubuh yang sering mengalami gangguan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya perhatian terhadap kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Untuk mengatasi gangguan penyakit gigi dan mulut, masyarakat membutuhkan konsultasi dengan dokter spesialis guna mendapatkan hasil diagnosis terhadap penyakit yang diderita. Untuk membantu pekerjaan dokter dalam melakukan diagnosis terhadap suatu penyakit maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang memiliki kemampuan dan cara berfikir seperti dokter tersebut, hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem pakar (expert system). Didalam sistem pakar membutuhkan sebuah metode salah satunya adalah metode forward chaining. Penelitian ini menghasilkan diagnosis penyakit gigi dan mulut beserta perawatan penyakit tersebut. Dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada spesialis dalam mendiagnosa penyakit gigi dan mulut. Serta dapat memudahkan pasien dalam melakukan konsultasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi transaksi penjualan ban. Optimasi ini akan mempengaruhi penentuan persediaan ban di gudang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah C4.5. Data yang diolah adalah data transaksi penjualan ban pada CV. Roda Inti Mas. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah dapat mengatur jumlah persediaan dengan baik, sehingga tidak terjadi kekurang atau kelebihan stok. Sehingga penelitian ini sangat membantu dalam pengaturan optimalisasi transaksi ban.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (Decision Support System) dirancang untuk menghasilkan berbagai alternatif yang ditawarkan kepada para pengambil keputusan, karenasebagian besar proses pengambilan keputusan yaitu bentuk pemilihan dari berbagai alternatif yang akan dipilih, melalui mekanisme tertentu, dengan harapan dapat menghasilkan sebuah keputusan yang baik. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk pemilihan keputusan adalah Profile Matching yang dapat membantu menemukan solusi atau alternatif untuk sebuahmasalah. Metode ini dapat membantu pengambil keputusan pada situasi yang ada di mana terdapat banyak alternatif keputusan dengan beberapa aspek, untuk pemilihan siswa terideal untuk menjali peserta olimpiade matematika. Adapun seluruh proses yang dilakukan menggunakan Profile Matching didapatkan hasil akhir pada pe-ranking-an siswa yang memilikikecocokan paling dekat dengan siswa ideal untuk menjadi peserta olimpiade matematika

Abstract

The Medical Record contains records and documents of patient identity, examination results, treatment, actions and services provided to the patient. Medical records are very important for patient care because with complete data can provide information in determining diagnostic and clinical decisions. The completeness of the medical record determines the quality of the services provided. Regarding the pattern of the tendency of disease suffered by a group of people still not excavated to be used as a reference when doing panyuluhan or prevention of disease. Finding a common pattern of disease groups in the community based on the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) -X. In this study used the classification method with algorithm C4.5 with the amount of data as much as 709 sourced from the Medical Record of General Hospital General Hospital (RSUD) Major General H.A Thalib Kerinci. Determination of the next analysis is to apply the grouping into several attributes, namely group of regions, age groups, disease groups and groups of sex. Further data is processed and done by using Rapid Miner software. The results of the calculation is a pattern that can be used to analyze patterns of disease tendency experienced by the community.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to predict the outcome of student's competency exam of the medical profession (UKMPPD) using Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). Data obtained from the Faculty of Medicine Universitas Riau’s student database in 2015 which amounted to 170 data. Input variables were membership status, length of study, and grade point average. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using MATLAB software by setting the number of membership function 2 2 2 and Gbell membership function. The results showed that the method is able to predict the outcome of UKMPPD with Mean Average Percentage Error (MAPE) 0.07%, minimum 0.00%, and maximum 0.44%.
