Abstract

The availability of water in a building or building is still difficult to monitor, because the method used still relies on humans. Helps in detecting the volume of water effectively in water reservoirs using ultrasonic hc-sr04 sensors and fuzzy logic. The availability of water in a building or building is monitored when the water in the shelter has run out. This is not good because the availability of water is very necessary and must meet building needs continuously. During this time, monitoring the volume of water storage is done visually. the water is from the top only, so that the information obtained is not accurate. In addition, the container is generally not transparent. So it is difficult to monitor the volume of the water tank. In designing this tool the system is able to work accurately with high input water and the output of tap water using water flow sensors and testing on matlap can determine the fill level seen from the designed rules. The results of the detection of ultrasonic sensors are three led indicator signs, leds blue indicates that the volume of water in the water tank is full, the yellow led member knows that the water tank is partially filled and the red led tells that the volume of water in the water tank has run out and is immediately replenished. From the results of this test, conclusions can be drawn in determining the level status

Abstract

Bidang PPSDK Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir saat ini memerlukan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) untuk mendukung serta memanfaatkan data serta informasi yang ada. dengan adanya dukungan serta peran dari teknologi informasi dan komunikasi masyarakat atau yang berkepentingan dapat dengan mudah mencari atau mengakses data serta informasi yang dibutuhkan. Disinilah dibutuhkan peranan dari arsitektur enterprise yang mendukung dari aktivitas bisnis utama serta bisnis pendukung  yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Framework yang dapat dipergunakan dalam menyusun serta merencanakan strategis sistem informasi di lingkungan bidang PPSDK Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir adalah TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) dengan fokus pada delapan komponen architecture yang terdiri atas : Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities And Solution, Migration Planning, Implementation Governance Serta Architecture Change Management. TOGAF ADM dapat dipergunakan untuk membuat sebuah blue print teknologi pada sebuah enterprise, dimana blue print tersebut dapat dipergunakan serta menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan sebuah enterprise yang dalam hal ini adalah bidang PPSDK Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.   Kata kunci: Enterprise Arsitektur, TOGAF ADM, Blue Print

Abstract

Kopi bagian penting dari komoditi pasar nasional maupun internasional. Secara nasional jenis kopi lokal beragam sesuai nama daerah penghasil mengalami naik turun harga Perlu perencanaan teknologi untuk mengetahui harga kopi ke depan. Peramalan atau prediksi dalam ilmu komputer berkaitan dengan perkiraan berkala produksi, penawaran dan permintaan pada masa tertentu menggunakan alat ukur yang akurat dan teruji. Metode Backpropagation digunakan untuk prediksi harga. Proses algoritma backpropagation antara lain input data, melakukan tahap normalisasi /transformasi data, iterasi, pelatihan dan menentukan parameter jaringan, kalkulasi error, mendapatkan hasil prediksi. Perancangan arsitektur JST, dilakukan penentuan jumlah layer pada lapisan input, lapisan tersembunyi dan lapisan output. Penelitian ini menggunakan Matlab R2013a dengan metode Backpropagation. Pengambilan input, penelusuran error dan penyesuaian bobot berguna untuk menghasilkan nilai prediksi harga kopi. Hasil prediksi harga kopi dari harga aktual 74205 ke hasil harga prediksi 73668 dengan akurasi 99.9928, harga aktual 73892 ke harga prediksi 73175 dengan akurasi 99.9903, harga aktual 77981 ke hasil prediksi 77481 akurasi 99.9936. Kata Kunci: Syaraf Tiruan, Prediksi, Harga Kopi, Backpropagation Abstract Coffee is an important part of the national and international market commodity. Nationally, the types of local coffee vary according to the name of the producing region experiencing ups and downs in price. It needs technology planning to find out the price of coffee going forward. Forecasting or prediction in computer science is related to periodic estimates of production, supply and demand at certain times using accurate and tested measuring tools. Backpropagation method is used for price prediction. The backpropagation algorithm process includes inputting data, performing the normalization / transformation of data, iterating, training and determining network parameters, calculating errors, getting predictive results. The design of the ANN architecture determines the number of layers in the input layer, the hidden layer and the output layer. This research uses Matlab R2013a. Taking input, tracking errors and adjusting weights are useful for producing predictive value of coffee prices. Coffee prediction results from actual prices 74205 to the predicted price of 73668 with an accuracy of 99.9928, the actual price of 73892 to the predicted price of 73175 with an accuracy of 99.9903, the actual price of 77981 to the predicted result of 77481 with an accuracy of 99.9936. Abstract

SMK Nusantara is one of the schools located in Bangko Sempurna District. This school annually conducts a selection of majors for its new students. The course is intended for students to complete the school according to their interests and abilities before continuing to the next level. The establishment of new student selection decision support system at SMK Nusantara using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Based on the information obtained from new admissions team, the number of departments that exist in SMK Nusantara consists of three departments, namely accounting, motorcycle engineering, and computer and networking techniques. The majors are based on the student's choice when enrolling by listing interest for majors 1 and department 2 otherwise the majors are determined by the value required in each department. By using simple additive weighting method is expected to help facilitate the acceptance of new students in determining the majors for each student. This decision support system is web-based so that it can be accessed anywhere by prospective students to register online, after that can be processed to determine the majors of each student. The results obtained in this settlement make it easier for new students to determine and access the majors to be chosen by their interests and talents. Research using this method get 100% result from 3 departments. 30% accounting for engineering, computer and network engineering 40%, and motorcycle technique 30%.

Abstract

Agent is one of very important assets for distributors. A better knowledge of the agents and their behavior is required, particularly to support decisions related to the company's business strategy and to manage a better relationship with distributors. Such knowledge can be obtained by classifying agents based on their behavior through historical data, such as the sale and purchase transaction data. One approach that can be done is a segmentation approach can be done by dividing the agents into several segments. In this paper, Data Mining techniques i.e. K-means clustering method is exploredto classify sales agents. By implementing k-means, the knowledge about the best agents can be acquired along with the agents that have least contribution to the distributor.

Abstract

System implementation is a testing process to make it easier for users to carry out the calculation process or process data. by testing it can be concluded whether or not a system is designed. One of them is the implementation of a website-based system to predict sales of cashier applications by applying the Monte Carlo method. Increasing sales of cashier applications currently make developer companies have to prepare quality and feasible software or applications as needed. To maintain an increase in profit, it is necessary to prepare and manage the right human resources. One of them is to simulate to predict future sales of applications by utilizing the Monte Carlo method which has been translated and implemented into a website. From the algorithm, a system implementation is carried out where the calculation process that has been built using Monte Carlo is translated into a website. Website design tools use UML with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The website is tested and implemented whether the system that has been built is working properly and in accordance with the calculations made previously so that this system can facilitate the simulation process easily and effectively.

Abstract

This Decision Support System is related to the Weighted Product method in considering the criteria and weights. The Weighted Product (WP) method is one of the methods used to complete the decision-making system by considering the criteria and weights. Decision-making on the quality of the best swallow's nest is that there are no determination criteria so that it does not provide a maximum decision. This method uses equations to connect attributes and only produces the largest value that will be selected as the best alternative. The use of the Weight Product method produces ranking results in accordance with calculations from the manual with both data showing an accuracy rate of 100%. These results are implemented into a website-based decision support system using PHP and Mysql programming in general the system built has been able to run and can produce ranking data well.

Abstract

Aneka Tani Mandiri Trade Unit is a fertilizer sales shop in the city of Padang. From year to year sales of fertilizers in UD. Aneka Tani Mandiri experiences fluctuations where it is difficult to predict sales increases and decreases every month. The problem that most often occurs in this store is often experiencing shortages and excess stock of goods, this is very likely to occur because many of its items are not sold out and many items are needed by consumers but insufficient stock of goods. Another result is that the profits from the store should be more reduced, with this problem the store must be able to predict how many items will be sold and how many items must be provided in the following month, by knowing the number of items to be sold, the deficiency or excess stock of goods can be avoided. So for that the research was conducted using the Trend Moment Method to predict and predict fertilizer stock that will be provided for the following month. So that will increase sales turnover of the store. By building a fertilizer sales forecasting system using the Trend Moment method which is assisted by the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​can produce ZA fertilizer sales predictions with success rates above 75%.

Abstract

Lecturers as one of the human resources who have an important role in higher education activities need to be maintained the quality of their performance. One of the activities carried out is evaluating and ranking lecturers to improve the quality of performance. There needs to be a Decision Support System that can help in assessing and evaluating lecturer performance. One method in decision support is the Weight Product Method. The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system to determine the best lecturers and rank of each lecturer. The subjects of this study were lecturers at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang using a data sample of 5 lecturers. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. Comparison of the results of calculations carried out manually with the results of calculations using the Weight Product method of 5 sample data used found the best lecturer with a vector V value of 0.0819. This decision support system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. So that this research is more efficient because the time required in the calculation is shorter and produces the best lecturer choice that matches the criteria.

Abstract

Distributing and marketing Starbuck coffee is a very important part of the company PT Vision Logistik Transindo in increasing a profit. Starbuck is a company originating from the United States headquartered in Seattle, Washington, and already has the world's largest coffee shop with 20,336 stores in 61 countries, including Indonesia. In distribution management it is very necessary to determine the Starbuck coffee needed, so that customer demand can be fulfilled. This study conducted data on Starbucks coffee distribution from 2017 to 2019. The data processing in this case uses the Monte Carlo algorithm to predict the distribution of Starbuck coffee. In accelerating data processing, this study applies a Web-based program with the PHP programming language (Hypertext Processor). The result of the test is to get the predicted results of Starbuck coffee with an accuracy level of 90%. So that the results obtained can help the company PT.Vision Logistik Transindo in increasing distribution in the coming year.
