Abstract

Crowdfunding telah muncul sebagai alternatif pembiayaan yang potensial bagi usaha kecil, terutama di tengah keterbatasan akses ke lembaga keuangan formal. Artikel ini melakukan tinjauan kepustakaan terhadap berbagai studi yang membahas implementasi crowdfunding dalam pembiayaan usaha kecil di Indonesia. Fokus utama analisis adalah pada jenis-jenis crowdfunding, keuntungan, tantangan, dan potensi pengembangan model crowdfunding syariah. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa lending-based crowdfunding mendominasi penggunaan dengan keunggulan akses mudah dan fleksibilitas, namun masih dihadapkan pada tantangan literasi digital dan regulasi yang belum matang. Reward-based dan syariah crowdfunding menunjukkan peluang pengembangan yang signifikan. Studi ini mengidentifikasi gap penelitian terkait minimnya kajian kuantitatif jangka panjang dan perlunya integrasi aspek teknologi, sosial, dan budaya dalam pengembangan crowdfunding. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi peneliti dan praktisi dalam mengoptimalkan crowdfunding sebagai solusi pembiayaan usaha kecil.

Abstract

This service aims to increase the understanding of UMKM players regarding the development of UMKM with their transformation into sharia business. Understanding Sharia business was focused on anti-usury Sharia financing. Apart from understanding financing, they were also assisted in issuing NIB and financing to Islamic banking institutions. The method of this service was Participatory Action Research (PAR), where the team accompanies Padang City UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) actors. Evaluation was carried out by sharing experiences from UMKM actors, feedback, and follow-up. Data analysis used in this service used descriptive analysis. The success of this activity was measured by the understanding provided to UMKM actors regarding the Sharia business. The results of this service showed that UMKM actors  understood Sharia business principles; UMKM actors proved this: 1) Wanting to switch to a Sharia institution in accordance with applicable regulations, 2) Registering as Nagari Syariah bank customers, 3) Registering their business to get NIB because including the requirements for financing files and processing halal certificates, 4) Registering the business to obtain Sharia capital, 5) Filling in the halal certificate issuance form to obtain a halal certificate.

Abstract

Processing figs into food and beverage products will increase the attractiveness to consume this nutrient-rich fruit. One of them is by processing it into syrup. The purpose of this study is to (1) Knowing the effect of the stevia sugar concentration on the physical and chemical characteristics of fig syrup; (2) Knowing the effect of the carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) concentration on the physical and chemical characteristics of fig syrup. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial pattern with two treatment factors, namely the concentration of stevia sugar (A) with four types of treatment levels, A1 = 0% (100% sucrose); A2 = 1%; A3 = 2%; A4 = 3%. Concentration of CMC (B) with three types of treatment, B1 = CMC 0%; B2 = CMC 0.25%; B3 = CMC 0.5%. Each treatment was repeated twice to obtain  4 x 3 x 2 = 24 experimental units. The results show the brightest color produced by 100% sucrose with CMC 0% which is equal to 36.24 (L). The highest sugar content was produced in syrup with the addition of stevia 3% and CMC 0% which amounted to 34.46%. The highest viscosity is produced in syrup with the addition of 100% sucrose and CMC 0.5% which is equal to 365.2 cP.)

Abstract

Cellulose is the main constituent of cell walls in plants, cellulose (C6H10O5) n is a long-chain polymer of polysaccharides, 1,4-beta-D-glucose. Cellulose can be extracted from corn stalks with a yield of 35.61%. This cellulose can be used as a base for making edible films other than starch. Improving the physicochemical quality of edible film can be done by adding a plasticizer, such as sorbitol. The aim of this research is to produce edible film from cellulose corn stalks with the addition of sorbitol as a plasticizer. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design with one factor, namely the concentration of Sorbitol (A) with 6 treatment levels, namely A1 = 0% (control), A2 = 1 ml; A3 = 2 ml; A4 = 3 ml; A5 = 4 ml and A6 = 5 mL. Each treatment was repeated three times in order to obtain experimental units 6 x 3 = 18 experimental units. The product analysis carried out was the thickness, tensile strength, and pH of the edible film. The results showed that the best edible with the highest tensile strength value was obtained when the addition of 4 ml sorbitol was 9.45 MPa.

Abstract

Sharia Compliance in Islamic Financial Institutions is compliance, fulfilment of basic values and absolute prices. As an institution that carries the name sharia, KSPPS is expected to provide a better understanding for the general public directly, because its role is closer to the community. This study aims to determine the extent to which the performance of DPS will affect the course of the development of KSPPS in the village. Qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used were documentation studies, in-depth interviews, analysis was done by narrating the results of interviews, which were then processed again by the author. The result of this research is that sharia compliance has not been fulfilled in the performance of DPS in KSPPS Padang City. The author found that the appointment of DPS is only seen from the point of view of the community store around KSPPS or the village alone, besides that there is also concurrent work so that there is also no standard procedure from the institution on the performance of the DPS. The selected DPS should have integral scientific qualifications, namely understanding the science of muamalah fiqh, sharia and modern Islamic financial economics. It is not the qualifications of all majors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the behaviors of Waqaf Ar Risalah Foundation employees in West Sumatera apply Islamic consumption patterns. Islamic consumption behavior patterns are measured by the values, principles and norms and ethics of consumption in Islam. The pattern of Islamic consumption behavior is a form of consumption by a Muslim that is not only to meet physical needs, but also to meet spiritual need so that in consumption behavior, a Muslim always shows his Islamic law. The main research method used was descriptive qualitative. The research sample was determined as many as 150 respondents. The data collection used was a documentation study, in-depth interviews. Analysis was carried out by narrating the results of the interviews which were then reprocessed by the author. The research results show that there are differences in consumption behavior patterns of employees in terms of income levels and the number of dependents before and after there is one family member who tends to be consumptive which is not fully in accordance with Islamic consumption behavior. This research is expected to provide benefits for Waqaf Ar Risale Foundation employees as learning material so that they continue to pay attention to elements of Islamic consumption in their daily lives.

Abstract

AbstractHuman resources are one of the most critical assets in organizations, both in the private and public sectors, playing a significant role in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, the efficiency and productivity of human resources must be enhanced. This study aims to: (1) analyze the influence of personality traits (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness) and interpersonal communication on organizational commitment at the Palopo City Health Office, and (2) identify the dominant variable among these factors that most significantly impacts organizational commitment. The research employs multiple linear regression analysis, supported by descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that: (1) personality traits (neuroticism, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness) and interpersonal communication have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; (2) Conscientiousness is the most dominant variable influencing organizational commitment; (3) the coefficient of determination (R²) test result shows a value of 0.735, indicating that the independent variables influence the dependent variable by 73.5%, while the remaining 26.5% is affected by other factors not included in this study; and (4) both the simultaneous and partial tests demonstrate that all independent variables significantly affect the dependent variable, either collectively or individually.Keywords: Personality, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational CommitmentAbstrakSumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu aset penting organisasi, baik di sektor swasta maupun publik, yang berperan signifikan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, efisiensi dan produktivitas sumber daya manusia perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian (Neuroticism, Extraversion, Openness to Experience, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness) dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap komitmen organisasional pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Palopo, serta (2) mengidentifikasi variabel dominan di antara variabel tersebut yang paling memengaruhi komitmen organisasional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, didukung oleh analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepribadian (neuroticism, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, conscientiousness) dan komunikasi interpersonal secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi komitmen organisasional; (2) variabel Conscientiousness merupakan variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi komitmen organisasional; (3) hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,735, yang berarti bahwa variabel independen memengaruhi variabel dependen sebesar 73,5%, sedangkan sisanya, yaitu 26,5%, dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini; (4) hasil uji simultan dan parsial menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen, baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen.Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, Komunikasi Interpersonal, Komitmen Organisasional

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Berkelanjutan telah menjadi fokus perhatian dalam konteks bisnis modern. Artikel ini membahas praktik-praktik terbaik dalam manajemen SDM berkelanjutan dengan judul "Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Berkelanjutan: Praktik Terbaik untuk Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Karyawan dan Kinerja Organisasi". Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana praktik-praktik seperti keseimbangan kerja-hidup, dukungan psikologis, dan aspek kesehatan secara keseluruhan dapat memengaruhi kesejahteraan karyawan dan kinerja organisasi. Selain itu, artikel ini membahas dampak positif implementasi tanggung jawab sosial dan lingkungan dalam konteks manajemen SDM berkelanjutan terhadap persepsi stakeholders dan kontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the Work Environment partially has on Employee Performance, to analyze how much influence Work Motivation partially has on Employee Performance and to analyze how much influence the Work Environment and Work Motivation have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance, this study uses a quantitative method because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The number of samples in this study used saturated sampling, the sampling technique of which all members of the population were used as samples, this study consisted of 46 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and observations. Based on the results of partial testing of the Work Environment on Employee Performance, the t-value was 1.363 <2.017 (ttable) and had a significant number of 0.180> 0.05. Based on the decision- making criteria, it can be concluded that H1 is rejected, this indicates that there is no positive and significant influence between Work Environment and Employee Performance. And based on the partial test results of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, the calculated t value is 3.531> 2.017 (t table) and has a significant number of 0.01 <0.05. Based on the decision-making criteria, it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, this indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation and Employee Performance. While based on the calculation results in table IV.16, the calculated F test results obtained are 34.246 when compared to the F table (alpha = 0.05 df = 3.21), then the f table value is 3.21 with a significant value of 0.05. So that the calculated F value > F table (34.246 > 3.21) and significance (0.001 < 0.05) then there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Work Motivation Simultaneously on Employee Performance
