Abstract

This research aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of the school-based management model at SMA Negeri Linggang Bigung. This type of research is qualitative case study. Data were collected through interviews and observations at two high schools in Linggang Bigung. The informants in this study included the Principal, Curriculum Vice Principal, Student Affairs Vice Principal, teachers, and students. Data were analyzed by organizing, deconstructing, reconstructing, interpreting, and concluding. Triangulation techniques were used to test the validity of the data, specifically technique and source triangulation. The school-based management model implemented at SMA Negeri Linggang Bigung is School-Based Quality Improvement Management (MPMBS).The results indicate that MPMBS planning is carried out by analyzing needs, formulating vision, mission, and targets/objectives, analyzing infrastructure, and involving parents and the community. In terms of organization, SMA Negeri Linggang Bigung exhibits autonomy, partnerships, active community participation, openness, and accountability. Regarding implementation, SMA Negeri Linggang Bigung has a safe and orderly school environment, quality mission and targets, strong leadership, expectations, staff development, repeated evaluations, as well as intensive communication and support from parents and the community. The supervision conducted at SMA Negeri Linggang Bigung is in accordance with content standards, process standards, competency standards, educator and educational staff standards, infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, and assessment standards. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the MPMBS model at SMA Negeri Linggang Bigung involves careful planning, inclusive organization, structured execution, and standard-based supervision. This has implications for academic performance, student character development, and school management effectiveness, which in turn affects parental satisfaction and students' future prospects.

Abstract

Era digitalisasi mempengaruhi karakteristik peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Kedekatan peserta didik dengan aplikasi teknologi memunculkan ketertarikan yang tinggi dengan hadirnya teknologi dalam pembelajaran dalam bentuk media pembelajaran. Di lain sisi, kehadiran teknologi merupakan tantangan bagi para. Ketidakfamiliaran guru dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi digital, pengalaman pembelajaran konvensional, ketidaktersediaan fasilitas pendukung, serta terbatasnya informasi pemahaman dan penggunaan teknologi menjadi alasan guru belum menggunakan media pembelajaran digital. Fenomena ini menarik perhatian sekolah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, sekolah menginisiasi pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Materi pelatihan yang diberikan berupa pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Canva, Screencast O’matic dan Kahoot sebagai aplikasi pembuatan media ajar. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah agar guru di SMA N 2 XIII Koto Kampar mampumerancang media pembelajaran mandiri berbasis digital yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kegiatan pembelajaran pada lingkungan setempat. Sejumlah 17 orang guru menjadi peserta pada kegiatan pelatihan media pembelajaran digital. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dengan pemberian pengetahuan dilanjutkan dengan praktik mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan media pembelajaran yang diberikan memberikan manfaat teoritis dan manfaat praktis. Berdasarkan angket yang disebarkan pada akhir kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa secara teoritis, 57.35% peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang aplikasi media pembelajaran yang diajarkan dan secara praktis 55, 87% peserta menyatakan mampu menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang telah diajarkan. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam kegiatan diantaranya support fitur laptop tidakmendukung, akses jaringan internet sulit, dan ketidakfamiliaran peserta dalam penggunaan aplikasi.

Abstract

Pesisir Selatan Regency is the second poorest region in West Sumatra, with a poverty rate that has remained steady at an average of 7% from 2018 to 2022. This study aims to explore the impact of religion on poor Muslim households in the Lengayang District of Pesisir Selatan. Using a qualitative descriptive research method, the study involved 150 respondents. Data was collected through documentation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and analysis of interview results.The findings show that religion positively influences the consumption patterns of poor Muslim families in Lengayang. These families practice selective consumption, choosing only necessary items that are halal, clean, simple, and not excessive. This behavior aligns with Islamic principles and is influenced by their low and irregular income, as well as the rural lifestyle. The spiritual life of the community is deeply rooted in Islamic traditions and teachings, which guide their daily lives. However, the study also found some negative impacts. Many people express frustration over the high costs of education and living, as well as dissatisfaction with government support. They feel that assistance is insufficient and often misdirected. Some are skeptical and no longer trust that filing complaints will bring any positive change, as they have seen little improvement over time.

Abstract

Problematic financing is referred to as Non-Performing Financing (NPF), which includes financing with delinquent collectability and financing with doubtful collectability that has the potential to become delinquent. This study aims to examine the factors causing Non-Performing Financing and the handling strategies for Murabaha contracts at KSPPS Risalatuna Berkah Sejahtera. To achieve the objectives of this research, the author employs a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used are documentation studies and in-depth interviews. In terms of problematic financing, KSPPS Risalatuna Berkah Sejahtera has been ineffective due to factors such as the lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic and natural disasters, which resulted in an uncertain income for the customers. The strategies for handling Non-Performing Financing implemented by KSPPS Risalatuna Berkah Sejahtera include reducing installments, meaning providing long-term settlement time, and lowering profits by using collateral. KSPPS Risalatuna Berkah Sejahtera also seeks to resolve problematic financing through social funds and penalty funds from other customers; however, this is often not done in a timely manner.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate an integrated food security management using the Food Security Monitoring Information System, called “SIPEKAN” (Sistem Informasi Pemantauan Ketahanan Pangan) in Gunungkidul Regency, Yogjakarta, Indonesia. This study is a research and development-type of research (Research and Development) with the development model presented by Plomp (2013). The target groups are the community, farmers, agricultural extension workers, the agricultural service, the trade service, and the local government of Gunungkidul Regency. This research is expected to provide an integrated food security management equipped by the Food Security Monitoring Information System, called "SIPEKAN", which can be one answers to ensure food security in Gunungkidul Regency. By using SIPEKAN, it is projected that the community/farmers will easily sell their agricultural products, agricultural field workers will easily input agricultural potential data in each assisted area, the agricultural office and trade office will easily monitor product availability in each area in Gunungkidul Regency, and the Gunungkidul Regency Government can also employ the monitoring results provided by information system as a basis for policy making.

Abstract

School-Based Management (SBM) is an educational management approach that grants schools autonomy to manage resources and make independent decisions by involving principals, teachers, parents, and the community to improve education quality. This study aims to describe the implementation of SBM at Linggang Bigung Public Senior High School as a strategic effort to enhance school quality. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research focuses on the planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision processes of SBM at SMAN 1 and SMAN 2 Linggang Bigung. Data were collected through interviews with principals, teachers, students, and parents, as well as through documentation analysis related to SBM implementation. The findings indicate that the implementation of SBM successfully created a learning environment more relevant to the needs of students and the community, while also increasing transparency and accountability in school management. Evaluations conducted at both schools showed significant achievements in academic performance and student character development. However, follow-up actions on evaluation results still require optimization, particularly in strengthening corrective measures and improving facilities and infrastructure. Furthermore, the principals’ leadership, characterized by adaptive and transformational styles, effectively motivated teachers and staff to innovate in teaching practices. In conclusion, active participation from all stakeholders—including teachers, students, parents, and school committees plays a crucial role in reinforcing SBM implementation, which in turn contributes to comprehensive improvements in education quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan self-efficacy  terhadap terhadap kreativitas guru PAUD di Kota Medan.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan koefisien determinasi melalui SPSS. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 1.377 guru TK di Kota Medan, dengan sampel sebanyak 310 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Yamane Dari data  analisis regresi liner berganada menunjukkan nilai Y = 4,933 + 0, 034 +  0, 019 + e dapat dijelaskan bahwa Nilai koefisien  variabel Dukungan Sosial menunjukkan sebesar 0, 034 (< 0,05) maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap Kreativitas artinya Hipotesis  (H1) diterima. Nilai koefisien  variabel self Efficacy menunjukkan sebesar 0, 019 (< 0,05) maka disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap Kreativitas artinya Hipotesis  (H2) diterima. Serta Nilai konstanta sebesar 4,933 menunjukkan bahwa variabel Dukungan sosial dan Self Efficacy adanya pengaruh terhadap kreativitas.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada bayi (0-11 bulan) dan anak balita (12-59 bulan) kibat dari kekurangan gizi kronis terutama dalam 1.000 hari pertama kehidupan sehingga anak terlalu pendek untuk usianya. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan tingginya kejadian stunting pada balita. Penyebab langsung adalah kurangnya asupan makanan dan adanya penyakit infeksi, faktor resiko yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting pada anak umur 12-24 bulan adalah rendahnya tingkat kecukupan energi, protein, seng, berat badan lahir rendah dan tingginya penggunaan pestisida. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tujuan menghasilkan sebuah rancangan penanganan stunting dalam struktur model. Prosedur pengembangan terdiri atas dua tahapan, yaitu pra pengembangan meliputi: investigasi awal dan desain serta tahap pengembangan meliputi: evaluasi dan revisi. Model Sinergi Pentahelix adalah konsep sinergi berbagai lembaga dan instansi baik itu dari unsur pemerintah, swasta, perguruan tinggi, media dan masyarakat dalam rangka penanganan stunting di Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Dalam hal ini seluruh stakeholder memiliki andil yang sangat strategis dalam upaya penanganan ini, karena disadari bahwa stunting penyebabnya sangatlah kompleks, dan tentu saja hal ini berimbas pada penanganan yang harus melibatkan banyak lembaga dari berbagai bidang

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the level of education and work motivation has on the performance of Class II Palembang Harbormaster and Port Authority Employees. In this research, the research method used is the explanatory survey research method, which seeks to highlight the relationship between research variables and test the hypotheses that have been prepared previously. The researcher used an explanatory survey method because in this research he tried to find the relationship between the research variables, namely: employee work ability (X1), employee work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y). Based on the research results, several conclusions were obtained, as follows: 1) The magnitude of the influence of education level on employee performance at the Harbormaster's Office and Palembangn Port Authority is influenced by the dimensions of skills, knowledge and work experience, 2) The magnitude of the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Harbormaster's Office and The Palembang Port Authority is influenced by the dimensions of expectancy, instrumentality (performance-reward link) and valence (attractiveness of rewards).
