Abstract

Human resources are central figures in organizations and companies so that management activites run well, companies must have and high skilled employees and efforts to manage the company as optimally as possible so that employee performance increases. In the current era of globalization which is full of challenges and intense competition among companies to achieve their goals. One of the company's goals is to get profits or profits and survive in the long term to manage the company with all the organizational resources it has. One organizational resource that has an important role in achieving its objectives is human resources. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sri Indah Aluminum Exxrusions. The method used in this study is quantitative. The results showed that Leadership Style had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t value of 10,866, while the value of t table was 1,98260 so t> t table with a significance value = 0,000> 0.05. Work Discipline variables have a negative and significant effect on Employee performance, with a t value of - 1.044, while the t table value is 1.98260, so t count <t table and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously leadership style and work discipline significantly influence employee performance as evidenced by the f value of 164.153 while f table 3.08 so that f count> f table.

Abstract

The current industrial development in Indonesia is very tight. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on the work productivity of PT Tunas Batam Karya employees both partially and simultaneously. The sample used was 104 employees of PT Tunas Batam Karya. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, determination coefficient test (R2), t-test and f-test. Data from this study were processed with SPSS version 21. The results of this study have a partial leadership style that has a positive and significant influence on labor productivity, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on labor productivity and the organizational culture has a positive and significant effect work on labor productivity. While simultaneous results, leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture have a significant and significant impact on the productivity of the workforce of PT Tunas Batam Karya employees. What has been done What has not been done in software development will be discussed at the end of this thesis.

Abstract

PT Haluan Kepri is a media company engaged in newspapers. PT Haluan Kepri always strives to improve employee performance. In this effort, it was found that there were still problems occurring within the company. Conflict Management and Job Stress are the problems facing this company. Wirawan defines conflict management as the process of parties involved in conflict and developing conflict strategies to control conflict to produce the desired resolution. And Hasibuan defines stress as a condition of tension that affects one's emotions, thought processes, and conditions. This research was conducted to determine the effect of conflict management and stress work performed by the company on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of PT Haluan Kepri Batam and the number of samples was determined by 125 respondents using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of multiple regression studies, the following equation is obtained: Y =14,591+0,330X1+0,284X2. From the results of this study, it was concluded that conflict management has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And conflict management and stress work together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT Haluan Kepri Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource availability, leadership behavior, and work empowerment on employee job loyalty at the Lingga Regency DPRD Secretariat. The research method used is quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to all employees. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS version 28.0, which helps in processing and analyzing data. Simultaneous tests were carried out using the F test to determine the joint influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The F test results show that HR availability, leadership behavior, and work empowerment significantly affect employee job loyalty. Partial test (t test) was conducted to determine the effect of each independent variable individually. Partial test results show that HR availability, leadership behavior, and work empowerment have a significant positive effect on employee work loyalty. This research shows that increasing the availability of adequate human resources, leadership with positive behavior, and effective employee empowerment contribute significantly to employee loyalty. Thus, organizations are expected to pay more attention to these aspects in an effort to improve employee loyalty and performance. The results of this study provide important insights for agency leaders to prioritize more effective human resource management and focus on employee empowerment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengawasan, pendelegasian wewenang, dan keahlian kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru PAUD di Dinas Pendidikan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Lingga. Urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada pentingnya memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja guru, yang berimplikasi langsung pada kualitas pendidikan di tingkat PAUD dan pendidikan nonformal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 32 guru PAUD di wilayah tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen pengawasan, pendelegasian wewenang, dan keahlian kerja-memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru PAUD. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pengawasan, pemberian wewenang yang tepat, serta pengembangan keahlian kerja guru secara langsung dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi penting bagi para pengelola pendidikan untuk lebih memperhatikan ketiga aspek tersebut guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih kondusif dan memuaskan. Dengan demikian, kepuasan kerja yang tinggi di kalangan guru diharapkan mampu berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan PAUD di Kabupaten Lingga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty and work motivation on work effectiveness. The object of this research is PT Laras Era Perdana Batam. The sample used in the study was 85 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents to be processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study are partially work ethic has a significant effect on work effectiveness, work attitudes have a significant effect on work effectiveness, work loyalty has a significant effect on work effectiveness, work motivation affects work effectiveness and simultaneously work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty and work motivation have a significant effect on work effectiveness. The R square value of 33.6% means that work ethic, work attitude, work loyalty, and work motivation can affect work effectiveness by 33.6%, while the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other factors not studied in the study.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of social media marketing towards MSMEs performance. The sample size used in this research was 135 MSMEs respondents. The sample was accessed through an online survey questionnaire. Smart PLS 3.0 is utilized in analysis within this study. The findings show that social media marketing has a positive effect on MSMEs performance and technological capability. Technological ability has a positive effect on MSMEs performance and acts as a mediator between social media marketing and MSMEs performance. The limitation of the study is that it was conducted in one geographical area, limiting generalizability to other industries or other regions with varied characteristics. The paper contributes to the body of literature by empirically validating technological ability as a mediator variable between social media marketing and MSMEs performance. These results suggest that MSME managers should invest in social media for both marketing and internal capacity building, put in place technology monitoring systems, and technology alliances with external organizations. Future research is also suggested to test other mediating or moderating variables like technological innovations, market forces, or organizational designs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze: (1) Organizational Learning; (2) Work Motivation; (3) Job Satisfaction, (4) Employee Performance and (5) The Influence of Organizational Learning and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction and the Implications for Employee Performance in Food and Beverage Companies in South Jakarta City.The research method used in this study was a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey. The unit of analysis in this study was the employees of the Food and Beverage Company in South Jakarta, with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional.Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Organizational Learning of Employees in Food and Beverage Companies in South Jakarta City was generally good and Employee Work Motivation in Food and Beverage Companies in South Jakarta City was generally good, Employee Job Satisfaction in Food and Beverage Companies in South Jakarta City is currently assessed good and Job Satisfaction effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Learning and Work Motivation affect Employee Job Satisfaction in Food and Beverage Companies in South Jakarta City. Organizational Learning and Work Motivation affect Employee Performance in Food and Beverage Companies in South Jakarta City. Employee Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in Food and Beverage Companies in South Jakarta City.Work Motivation influences Job Satisfaction dominantly, so Food and Beverage Companies in South Jakarta City must maintain this condition so that Job Satisfaction for employees in the Food and Beverage Company Environment in South Jakarta City remains consistent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital literacy and e-commerce utilization on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Batam City. Digital literacy is an individual's ability to understand, manage, and utilize information technology effectively in supporting business activities. On the other hand, e-commerce has become a strategic tool that helps MSMEs reach a wider market, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen competitiveness. This research is motivated by the rapid development of technology and the need for MSMEs to adapt to the digital era. The object of this research is MSMEs in Batam city with a sample size of 71 MSMEs. The research data were obtained with the help of questionnaire distribution. The data is processed using the SPSS application. The results of the study are partially digital literacy and ecommerce utilization have a significant effect on MSME performance. Simultaneously, digital literacy and e-commerce utilization have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Batam city. From the results of this study, it is hoped that MSME players can adopt digital in an effort to increase the benefits obtained.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of instructional leadership style, task discipline, duty commitment to personnel performance. The object of this research is the police at the directorate of community development of the kepri regional police. The population in the study was 86 respondents. The sample calculation used the slovin formula, so the number of samples in this study was as many as 46 respondents. Research data is obtained by spreading questionnaires to respondents to then be tabulated and processed using spss data processing applications. From the results of the study, it is known that the instruction leadership style has an insignificant effect on personnel performance, task discipline has a significant effect on personnel performance, and duty commitment has an insignificant effect on personnel performance, as well as instructional leadership style, task discipline, and duty commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on personnel performance. Adjusted R Square is 39.2%. This meant that instructional leadership style, task discipline and duty commitment were able to explain personnel performance by 39.2%, while the remaining 60.8% was explained by other variables not included in the study
