Abstract

To determine a company's success in generating profits, one can look at the company's ability to use working capital productively. Therefore, it is necessary to use profitability ratios to determine the extent of a company's ability to generate profits for its owners through all of its capabilities and resources. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between working capital and profitability in Serabi MSMEs. The data source used in this study is primary data obtained from the field in the form of observation results. The data collection method was carried out through participatory and covert observation, which involved directly observing the object and participating in daily activities. The data was sourced from the financial reports of Serabi SMEs from March to June 2023. The data was analyzed using profitability ratios such as net profit margin (NPM), gross profit margin (GPM), and return on assets (ROA), yielding percentage levels that indicate the company's effectiveness in managing working capital. The results of this study are as follows: A. There is a relationship between working capital and profitability, meaning that the larger the working capital, the greater the profit obtained. B. Serabi SMEs are not yet efficient in managing their working capital, as evidenced by the NPM calculation, which is still below 5%, so it cannot be considered good. C. Serabi SMEs are capable of generating good gross profit, with the GPM ratio percentage nearly reaching 5%, and the company can be considered satisfactory. D. Serabi SMEs are productive in generating net profit, as evidenced by the ROA percentage exceeding 5%, so the company can be considered good.

Abstract

The modern stage of development of science and technology is characterized by a rapid increase in the complexity of the created technical systems. The management of such systems requires the development of new management methods, since the modification and improvement of traditional management techniques does not always ensure the fulfillment of stringent requirements for management quality indicators. Classical control methods are mainly based on the theory of linear systems, while most real objects are non-linear. The problem of the synthesis of control systems under conditions of uncertainty is currently one of the central problems in the modern theory of automatic control. The complexity of the control object itself, structural, parametric and information uncertainties in the description of the control object, and the complexity of control problems, the multi criteria of optimization problems, the lack of possible analytical solutions, the need to take into account all the properties of disturbances, etc. The solution to this problem requires a search for alternative approaches to the design of control systems, one of which involves the introduction of neural network systems. Neural network control systems are a high-tech direction of control theory and belong to the class of nonlinear dynamic systems. High performance due to parallelization of input information in combination with the ability to train neural networks makes this technology very attractive for creating control devices in automatic systems. Neural networks can be used to build regulating and switching devices, reference, adaptive, nominal and inverse-dynamic models of objects, on the basis of which objects are studied, analysis of the influence of disturbances acting on an object, determination of the optimal control law, search or calculating the optimal program for changing the impact when changing the values of the parameters of the object and the characteristics of the input data. In addition, neural networks can be used to identify objects, predict the state of objects, recognize, cluster, classify, analyze a large amount of data arriving at high speed from a large number of devices and sensors, and the like. The ability to learn according to a given principle of functioning allows creating automated control systems that are optimal in terms of speed, energy consumption, etc. Naturally, in this case, it is possible to implement several principles of functioning and the transition from one to another. They are a universal tool for modeling multidimensional nonlinear objects and finding solutions to ill-posed problems.

Abstract

This research explores the optimization of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for image classification through a numerical experiment. A simplified CNN architecture is trained on a small dataset comprising 100 randomly generated images with a resolution of 28×28. The model incorporates key components such as convolutional layers, batch normalization, max-pooling, and dense layers. Training involves 10 epochs using the Adam optimizer and sparse categorical cross-entropy loss. The results reveal promising training accuracy of 85%, but the validation accuracy, a crucial metric for generalization, lags at 60%. The discussion emphasizes the limitations of the small and synthetic dataset, underscoring the importance of real-world, diverse datasets for meaningful experimentation. The example serves as a foundation for understanding CNN training dynamics, with implications for refining models in more realistic image classification scenarios. The conclusion calls for future research to focus on advanced techniques, larger datasets, and comprehensive validation processes to enhance the reliability and applicability of CNN models in practical applications.

Abstract

Digital identifier is a technology used to prove ownership of a work. At this time, the Digital Object Identifier is a form of implementation of the digital identifier used in every scientific work. Not infrequently there are several cases of theft of ownership or copyright of a work, both scientific works, and certain other works. Watermarking is a technique created to protect the ownership of works. Watermarking techniques can be applied to several media such as audio, video, and also documents, one of which is the Portable Document Format document file. In this study, researchers want to build copyright protection for scientific works. Researchers offer research concepts using a Digital Object Identifier which is always installed on scientific papers to be published. The Digital Object Identifier will later become the basic data in building the Quick Response Code. The Digital Object Identifier of each scientific work will not be the same as each other, this will certainly make the Quick Response Code more unique. The results show that the watermarking process in building copyright protection of scientific works can be very successful Quick Response Code can be read and detected properly without experiencing lag time. Quick Response Code readings from several variations of motion are also not very influential, so it can be concluded that distance does not limit the detection of Quick Response Codes. From this research, researchers can deduce that the watermark is performed on the scientific work not only serves as the copyright protection of that scientific paper but can also be an alternative for other researchers to access the scientific work.

Abstract

Security is a state in which people or things feel safe from ominous or unsettling hazards, which will then cause them to feel at ease and comfortable. There are many ways to achieve security, one of which is via utilizing and deploying technology. The use of security technology has advanced quickly in recent years, from low-tech to high-tech techniques. By using Arduino as a circuit controller to process input from a vibrating sensor and 4x4 keypad, output to a solenoid as a charity box lock, and a buzzer that serves as an alarm in case of theft, technological or automated methods can reduce charity box theft and also increase the security of charity box locks. The charity box security system tool is made to prevent the theft of charity boxes, which frequently happens in mosques. If someone tries to steal the charity box, an alarm will go off, and you need a pin that has been programmed on an Arduino Ide and stored in EEPROM to open the charity box cover, so this tool can stop charity box theft in mosques.
