Abstract

This study aims to determine motorization innovation in increasing the income of fishermen in the Liukang Kalmas Subdistrict of Pangkep Regency and to determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the innovation. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, data collection is done using interviews by selecting informants through probability sampling. Data is collected from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that boats with motor engines are important to be used by fishermen who are specifically used to search for Torani or flying fish that have high economic value, through motorization innovations fishermen's income is much more increased not only limited to the needs of fishermen families but can provide additional on income. Then the supporting factor is government assistance in the form of facilities for fishermen who are poor and less able in the form of engines or motorboats. While the inhibiting factors are natural conditions that do not support and the cost of repair and operation of the ship resulting in fishermen's income cut.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision by the public to the legislative elections in 2014 in Pangkep. This type of research that is qualitative, as well as data collection was performed using observation and interview techniques. The results showed: public scrutiny of legislative elections in 2014, through direct supervision is done by visiting and performing in locations where objects are monitored as: DPT, campaigning, voting and counting; and Direct supervision is not done without visiting the place of work or object of the supervision is to access the documents of the election by the executive committee elections. This is done to create a fair election, clean, honest and democratic.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat terhadap pemilihan umum anggota legislatif tahun 2014 di Kabupaten Pangkep. Tipe penelitian yakni kualitatif, serta pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pengawasan masyarakat terhadap pemilu legislatif 2014, melalui pengawasan langsung dilakukan dengan cara mendatangi dan melakukan pemeriksaan di tempat terdapat objek yang diawasi seperti: DPT, kampanye, pemungutan suara dan perhitungan suara; dan pengawasan tidak Langsung yaitu dilakukan tanpa mendatangi tempat pelaksanaan pekerjaan atau objek yang diawasi yaitu mengakses dokumen-dokumen pelaksanaan pemilu melalui panitia pelaksana pemilu. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menciptakan pemilu yang adil, bersih, jujur dan demokratis.

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of Corporation Social Responsibility Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty.Ltd in promoting sustainable development. as well as to know the implementation of the Social Responsibility Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty.Ltd program and any factors affecting the implementation. This type of research uses qualitative research with the type of descriptive research that describes or describes the state of research subjects with real facts. The research findings show that the implementation of Social Responsibility Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Corporation Pty.Ltd in Poleonro village, Gilireng sub-district, Wajo district, and implemented well in an effort to improve sustainable development it can be seen from the five indicators, the economic field, the field of education, health, public facilities and environment. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty.Ltd dalam meningkatkan pembangunan berkelanjutan. serta untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program Corporation Social Responsibility Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang)Pty.Ltd dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaannya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriktif yaitu menggambarkan atau melukiskan keadaan subjek-subjek penelitian berdasakan fakta-fakta yang nyata. Informan penelitian seluruhnya berjumlah sepuluh orang, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Corporation Social Responsibility Energy Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty.Ltd di desa Poleonro kecamatan Gilireng kabupaten Wajo sudah ada bentuk dan terlaksana dengn baik dalam upaya meningkatkan pembangunan berkelanjutan hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari lima indicator, bidang ekonomi, bidang pendidikan, bidang kesehatan, bidang fasilitas umum dan bidang Lingkungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs at PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit for South Sulawesi Region, Makassar City. This study used a qualitative research and descriptive research type. Research informants amounted to 5 people. Data collection techniques used  observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the Management of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program of PT. PLN (Persero) Parent Unit for Sulselrabar Makassar City which started from: 1) Planning was categorized as having succeeded in managing CSR programs as evidenced by real programs that really help the community. 2) The organization of the PLN response was fast and involved directly. 3) Providing motivation was important in order to strengthen relationships and become a driver so that the target was achieved. 4) Supervision must be greatly improved to ensure that the ongoing program was in accordance with the plan and involved the community. 5) The community assessment feels cared  because it had been given assistance through the CSR program and was expected to continue.

Abstract

This article discusses the Regional Government Strategy in the Management of the Balang-Balang Traditional Market, Gowa Regencyknow the things that affect the local government strategy in the Management of the Balang-Balang Traditional Market, Gowa Regency. ApproachThe research used is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained from interviews, and observations were then analyzed by looking at the program strategylocal government in the management of the Balang-Balang market along with the inhibiting factors found in this study. As for the activities inData analysis in this study are: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that there are programsOne of the activities carried out by the regional government is business development and trade facilities that highlight planning and revitalization effortsmarket, the Gowa Regency government's strategy is to prioritize the improvement of people's market facilities so that the process of improving facilities can operateprioritizing parking facilities which cause congestion problems in the road area near the market but achieving targets for price stabilityin traditional markets are well controlled. In the aspects of leadership, motivation and communication systems, it shows that there is a process of manager interactionthe market with the Department of Industry and Trade to check if there is a discrepancy in the procedure based on conditions that occur in the market and the formCommunication that is considered effective is that the market manager visits the Department of Industry and Trade to deposit market fees every yearweek as well as the reporting carried out explaining market conditions and aspects of human resource management, indicating that there are effortsTo improve market management capabilities, market heads are given training through Technical Guidance which aims to provide briefingknowledge in managing the market.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahs tentang Koordinasi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dengan Kepala Desa dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan di Desa Laikang Kabupaten Takalar. dan apa faktor-faktor yang menghambat Koordinasi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dengan Kepala Desa dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan di Desa Laikang Kabupaten Takalar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan pengambilan informan sebanyak 6 (enam) orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling bahwa informan memiliki pengetahuan dan informasi mengenai permasalahan yang diteliti yakni, Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, Kepala Desa, Perangkat Desa dan Tokoh Masyarakat Desa. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrument berupa; Observasi dan Dokumentasi serta dikembangkan Wawancara terhadap informan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa koordinasi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dengan Kepala Desa dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan yaitu bentuk kerjasama, kesatuan tindakan, dan komunikasi. koordinasi antara Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dan kepala Desa menunjukan koordinasi yang baik, hanya saja dalam pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsinya Badan Permusyawaratan Desa di Desa Laikang belum maksimal terutama dalam menampung aspirasi masyarakat. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komunikasi politik terdiri dari; a). Faktor pendukung koordinasi yaitu masyarakat dan Pola hubungan kerjasama dengan pemerintah desa; b). Faktor penghambat koordinasi yaitu sarana, pola komunikasi, tidak memahmi fungsi dan Tidak ada sosialisasi dari pemerintah desa terkait dengan fungsi BPD.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the labor-intensive program in infrastructure development in Ulubalang Village, Bone Regency. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the positive impact of the program on the progress of village infrastructure. The research method involved field surveys, interviews, as well as statistical data analysis to measure the success rate of labor-intensive program implementation. The results showed that the program significantly improved economic access and increased community access to infrastructure such as roads and bridges. This is seen from the labor-intensive effectiveness theory used to describe and explain labor-intensive in village development, which is viewed from the source approach, process approach, and target approach. In addition, this study found that the labor-intensive program also had a positive impact on improving community skills and participation in village development. The program not only improves physical infrastructure, but also empowers local communities through employment and training opportunities. The success of the labor-intensive program in improving village infrastructure is also reflected in the high level of community satisfaction with the development results achieved.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine how the role of the Social Service in fostering street children in Makassar City and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the city government in handling street children in Makassar City. This study used qualitative research. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation. The research informants in this study were 10 people. The results of the study showed that the aspect of prevention was carried out by patrol activities every day routinely by the Saribattang Rapid Reaction Team (TRC), the advanced coaching aspect was the activity carried out by the Makassar City Social Service for finding out the reason for children taking to the streets by way of identification or assessment in RSPA (Child Social Protection House), and aspects of rehabilitation of street children rehabilitation was the cooperation between the Makassar City Social Office and the Narcotics Abuse Group Foundation (YKP2N). Keywords: Role of Social Service, Development of Street Children

Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Patongloan, Kecamatan Baroko, Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian Thia menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Patongloan, Kecamatan Baroko, Kabupaten Enrekang berupa. 1). Partisipasi pikiran yaitu: a). bentuk keterlibatan masyarakat desa dalam pengambilan keputusan musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan (Musrembang) dan b). keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembuatan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (RPJMDes), 2). Partisipasi energi dalam bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan gotong royong 3). Partisipasi keahlian dalam bentuk keterampilan, 4). Penyertaan barang berupa alat dan perlengkapan dan 5). Keikutsertaan uang berupa kontribusi dana yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Desa Patongloan masih sangat minim dan masih banyak kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembangunan infrastruktur tersebut. Kata kunci: Peran Serta Masyarakat, pembangunan infrastruktur

Abstract

This study aimed to find out thecommunity participation in infrastructure development in the village of Romanglasa, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. This study used a qualitative research by explaining the events that occurred in the field during the research. There were 11 informants consisting of the Romanglasa village head, Romanglasa village secretary, 2 BPD members, 1 hamlet head member, 1 RT member, 1 RW member, 1 NGO member and 3 community members. This data collection used  observation, interviews and documentation with informants. The results of this study showed that community participation in infrastructure development in Romanglasa Village, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency in the form of thought participation was still very minimal seen from how the community did not participate in the planning and decision-making process because the government did not give a big chance the community to be involved in problem formulation so that people were apathy towards infrastructure development in the planning process of Musrembang and RPJMDes, participation of personnel in the form of mutual assistance and community service, participation of expertise in the form of community-owned skills, participation of goods in the form of tools and equipment that could be used to assist infrastructure development work, participation of money in the form of funds or procedure.Keywords: community participation, infrastructure development
