Abstract

Program Posyandu Anggrek 4 di rt 06 rw 03 bedahan, sawangan, depok bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat, khususnya ibu dan anak. Namun, kinerja kader masih perlu ditingkatkan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk melakukan analisisi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja kader dan mengidentifikasi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan peran dan kinerja kader Posyandu Anggrek 4 di rt 06 rw 03 bedahan, sawangan, depok. Metode kegiatan ini dengan menghadirkan beberapa peserta atau kader dengan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi. Sampel peserta adalah 15 kader Posyandu Anggrek 4. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini dapat dipengaruhi dari faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja kader dengan adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan, motivasi dan kesadaran, komunikasi dan kerjasama tim serta dukungan masyarakat dan pemerintah. Strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja kader adalah dengan diberikan pelatihan reguler, evaluasi dan umpan balik, peningkatan motivasi dan kerjasama dengan instansi kesehatan. Kesimpulan dari PKM ini adalah Peningkatan peran dan kinerja kader Posyandu Anggrek 4 di rt 06 rw 03 bedahan, sawangan, depok dapat dicapai melalui pelatihan, motivasi, komunikasi, dan dukungan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini dapat acuan bagi pemerintah dan organisasi kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research discusses the social changes that occurred in the society of Medina as a result of the da'wah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, with a sociological approach. Before the arrival of the Prophet, the people of Medina experienced inter-tribal conflicts, social inequality, and a weak value system that held the community together. Through da'wah that is inclusive, gradual, and touches various aspects of life, the Prophet Muhammad succeeded in forming a new social order based on the values of monotheism, justice, and brotherhood. This study analyzes the da'wah strategy, the process of forming the Medina Charter, and the changes in the social structure that are caused, such as the realization of solidarity between people, social integration, and a government system based on Islamic values. With a qualitative approach and literature study, this study shows that the Prophet's da'wah is not only spiritual, but also has a significant impact on the social transformation of society. The results of this analysis are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the role of religion in forming a harmonious and just social order.

Abstract

This research aims to see the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of the organization in the office of the Border Management Department of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun Regency mediated by Inovasi. This study is a quantitative study that uses a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Smart PLS 2.0 software. The results showed that: (1) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the organization in the office of the Border Management Department of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun Regency, seen from the value of t values 2,589 greater than the standard set at 1.96, (2) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Innovation in the office of the Border Management Department of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun Regency with a value of t values of 38,004, (3) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the organization in the Office of Border Management Section of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun Regency with t values of 13,525, (4) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the organization in the office of the Border Management Department of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun District mediated by Innovation with a value of t values of 40,493

Abstract

Tradisi pernikahan di Indonesia mencerminkan kekayaan budaya yang sarat makna sosial dan spiritual, salah satunya adalah praktik berciyay pada masyarakat Tanjung Harapan, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai maslahah yang terkandung dalam tradisi berciyay serta relevansinya dalam konteks sosial dan ajaran Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografis dan analisis menggunakan teori maslahah, melalui observasi partisipatif dan wawancara dengan tokoh adat, agama, dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berciyay berfungsi sebagai sarana penguatan solidaritas sosial, simbol perlindungan spiritual bagi pengantin, serta pengikat harmoni antarwarga, dan dapat dikategorikan sebagai maslahah tahsiniyyah dalam kerangka ‘urf shahih. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelestarian tradisi lokal dapat berjalan seiring dengan nilai-nilai Islam selama dilakukan secara kontekstual dan adaptif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memperluas cakupan analisis maslahah dalam studi budaya lokal serta menawarkan pendekatan pelestarian tradisi yang tidak hanya normatif, tetapi juga kritis dan transformatif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explore how Islam and Malay as an intertwined entity influence the formation of political institutions in the Sultanate of Palembang, especially influencing the appointment and succession of the Sultan. This study is the result of qualitative research based on a literature review using interpretive analysis techniques. In the practice of Islam in Indonesia, cultural values ??of non-Islamic religions are maintained and practiced by Islamic entities such as practices in the replacement of the King and Sultan. A theoretical approach to society by looking at the evolution of kings approached to explain the history of state administration and the transition of power, combined with Elite; Political Culture, and Cultural Politics. The results of this study found that the system of appointment and change of power in the Sultanate of Palembang, namely the existence of its characteristics associated with a blend of Malay and Javanese culture. Differences in political culture greatly influence the process of succession that occurs. Malay culture which emphasizes more on its economy in the maritime field and Arabic symbols will be different from Javanese culture which is more agrarian and syncretic.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kompensasi dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Depok. Sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan siginifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Depok, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y= 22,723+0,520X₁ dan nilai ????ℎ???????????????????? 3,250 > ???????????????????????? 1,671 dengan signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. (2) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Depok, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 3,231+0,874X₂ dan nilai ????ℎ???????????????????? 5,933 > ???????????????????????? 1,671 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Depok, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = -1,100 + 0,296 X₁ + 0,712 X₂, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,753, nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,1%, serta nilai ????ℎ???????????????????? 37,234 > ???????????????????????? 3,159 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

ABSTRAK             Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peranan Koordinasi Satpol PP Kecamatan Cilandak dalam menertibkan pedagang kaki lima di Kelurahan Cilandak Barat Kecamatan Cilandak. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah Koordinasi Satuan Tugas Polisi Pamong Praja Kelurahan Cilandak Barat Dengan Satuan Tugas Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Cilandak dalam Pelaksanaan Penertiban Pedagang Kaki Lima dengan di tinjau aspek Kepemimpinan dan Komunikasi dengan sub aspek, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Pengambilan Keputusan, Proses Komunikasi, Saluran Komunikasi dan Media Komunikasi.             Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan telaah dokumen tehnik analisis data yang digunakan  adalah analisa kualitatif. Informan dalam Penelitian ini adalah Wakil Camat, Kasatgas POL PP Kecamatan Cilandak, Wakil Lurah Kelurahan Cilandak Barat, Kasatgas POL PP Kelurahan Cilandak Barat dan beberapa Anggota Satpol PP.              Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang Peranan Koordiasi Satuan Tugas Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Cilandak Dalam Pelaksanaan Penertiban Pedagang Kaki Lima Di Kelurahan Cilandak Barat Kecamatan Cilandak Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan adalah : Dititik beratkan pada Aspek Kepemimpinan dan Aspek Komunikasi Sedangkan Variabel lain yang mendukung dengan adanya keberadaan pedagang kaki lima yang telah diatur oleh Peraturan Daerah No: 8 Tahun 2007 Tentang Ketertiban Umum  bahwa setiap orang dilarang berdagang/berjualan diatas trotoar, halte, saluran air, tempat penyebrangan orang serta tempat umum lainya. Kata kunci: kordinasi, kepemimpinan dan komunikasi

Abstract

Discourses about professional ethics of judges started out from the reality of law enforcement officials (especially judges) that ignore the values of morality. Although the professional actors (judges) already have a professional code of ethics as a moral standard, apparently it has not had a positive impact, especially not being able to change the negative image of society on the face. One way to uphold the rule of law is to uphold ethics, professionalism, and discipline. The code of ethics of the judges profession in principle contains moral values ​​that underlie professional personality, namely freedom, justice and honesty.

Abstract

Mangrove restoration is a strategic step in maintaining fisheries sustainability and biodiversity, aligned with efforts to achieve SDG 15 (Life on Land). This study aims to examine global research trends related to mangrove restoration and its impact on fisheries productivity for the period 2022–2025 through a bibliometric and systematic review approach. The methods used include bibliometric analysis of scientific publications from international databases to identify research patterns, author collaborations, and key keywords. This study is followed by a systematic review to synthesize empirical findings related to the relationship between mangrove restoration and fisheries productivity. The study results show that mangrove restoration consistently increases fish stocks, strengthens coastal ecosystem resilience, and supports biodiversity recovery. Furthermore, the integration of local knowledge in restoration planning and implementation has been proven to enhance long-term success prospects and strengthen community involvement. These findings underscore the importance of expanding the scale of mangrove restoration globally, adopting participatory approaches, and strengthening the synergy between science and local wisdom to support the sustainability of fisheries resources and achieve SDG 15 targets. Thus, mangrove restoration not only contributes to environmental preservation but also to the sustainable improvement of coastal community welfare.
