Abstract

CV. Kisah Kita Event Organizer is a company engaged in services in organizing events in a professional manner. In running business processes, companies still do it manually by inputting data into Google Sheets in the ongoing project monitoring process. This causes problems such as not optimal service due to human error and requires excessive time estimation. From the urgency of the problem, we need a system that can monitor the project and provide convenience in data documentation. The system is integrated with the Trello API to make it easier for users. The analysis and design carried out on this system obtained 17 functional requirements and one non-functional requirement. Then modeled in the form of use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, physical data models and user interface design. Then it is implemented into a project monitoring information system that implements the Laravel framework with the Trello API. And tested using the Traceability Matrix test to track the suitability of the system design with the results that all functionality of the system is in accordance with the design that has been designed. Then tested using the Blackbox testing method in the form of testing the validity of the functional system when it is run and getting the system results as expected. For non-functional testing, use the Sortsite tool and the system results can be accessed through several web browsers.

Abstract

Blossom Your Way (BYW) Studio is a small business engaged in selling K-POP fanmade merchandise. The types of goods managed are divided into two, namely raw goods and ready-to-sell finished goods. Management of ready-to-sell finished goods inventory has taken advantage of the features provided by the marketplace, but for the management of raw goods it still uses manual recording into a book. During this manual management of raw goods inventory, there are problems that arise, namely they often run out of stock of raw goods suddenly when there is a surge in orders that occur during the Marketplace Event. This has an impact on store performance in the marketplace as well as an increase in order cancellations due to delays in packaging and delivery. From the results of the analysis of these problems, a web-based inventory management information system was developed by utilizing the integration of the Telegram Bot API service as a medium for sending real-time notification of the remaining stock of raw goods 5 after a reduction in the amount of stock. The Waterfall method is used in the development of this system, as well as using the Laravel framework. The database is implemented using MySQL. The system is tested using compatibility testing and validation testing. The results of the validation testing using the black-box method produce a 100% valid percentage. And the results of compatibility testing using the Sortsite application show that the developed system can run well on several browsers.

Abstract

Kanjuruhan Regional General Hospital, Malang Regency is a regional hospital that has an important role in Malang Regency and the surrounding area. Since 2020, Kanjuruhan Hospital, Malang Regency has officially become a teaching and research hospital referring to the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020. Kanjuruhan Regional Hospital, Malang Regency is a reference for students who are carrying out educational activities, especially for medical students who are in the medical professional education phase. However, in its implementation, medical professional education activities experienced obstacles, including recording student scores that were still manual, inefficient documentation of student data, and an absenteeism recap process that was not recorded properly, making academic activities run less optimally. Based on the problems that exist, a website-based student score recording and attendance information systems was created that can facilitate academic activities such as recapitulation and recording of grades, and accurate attendance recaps. The student score recording and attendance information systems is built using a waterfall approach. The needs analysis was obtained after conducting interviews and observations at the Education and Research (Diklit) as the person in charge of student academic activities. From the results of the analysis carried out through observation and interviews, 20 functional needs and 2 non-functional needs were obtained. The system implementation process is carried out using the Laravel framework, the MySQL database, as well as the PHP programming language. The score recording and attendance information systems that has been built will then be tested using usability testing to measure the level of user acceptance of features, the flow of activities on the system, and the display of the student score recording and attendance information systems. The results of the usability test show a number of 85.5 which indicates that users can receive information systems and the features in them.

Abstract

Byboot.id is a women's shoe store located in Jombang, East Java. Byboot.id has an online store that has been around since 2018, where the product catalog can be seen on Instagram @byboot_official. Ordering at this store online can only be done via messages on Instagram or WhatsApp. There are problems for ordering online, namely only accepting payments via bank transfer and verification that is still done manually. So that the payment process to verification takes a relatively long time. This problem in ordering and paying has made Byboot.id lose customers. In this research, a website has been created that can overcome the problems that occur in Byboot.id. In payment problems, a payment gateway service is used, namely Midtrans which can provide an automatic payment system. From this study, the results of functional testing using the blackbox method with validation tests were carried out on all system functions and obtained 100% valid results. The results of non-functional testing of the system using compatibility testing show that the website can run on various browsers. As for the results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test, it was obtained a score of 80.5% with a good category.

Abstract

Social media is a digital platform used to gather information. One of the social media in Indonesia that has the most users is Twitter. Twitter is a social media platform in a form of a microblog, that allows users to exchange opinions and share ideas. One of the topics that was widely discussed on Twitter was the implementation of the Pilkada 2020. Pilkada 2020 attracted the attention of many Twitter users because the implementation was carried out in the midst of a pandemic. Tweets or tweets of Twitter users here are used as objects to conduct sentiment analysis on related topics. This analysis process is carried out by implementing the Support Vector Machine algorithm to classify positive and negative tweets. This study uses 400 tweets, consisting of 187 positive tweets and 213 negative tweets. The scores of accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score in this machine learning model are 87.5%, 87.4%, 87.4%, and 87.4%, respectively. This value is obtained using the C parameter of 5, and the max_iter parameter of 100.

Abstract

PT Tobisa Global Indonesia is a company engaged in agriculture where its activities are selling organic plants, namely Moringa. Currently PT Tobisa Global Indonesia wants to improve the quality of its services. However, existing business processes are still running manually, starting from the ordering process to payment. Based on the problems obtained, a solution is provided, namely the development of a web-based Moringa sales information system that is integrated with Midtrans as a payment gateway and RajaOngkir as a shipping gateway to simplify the process of purchasing, payment to delivery. The method implemented in this development uses a waterfall with an MVC architecture and uses the MySql database and the Laravel framework. The tests used on this system are validation, compatibility, and UAT (user acceptance testing). Black box testing is a method used for validation testing to test functional requirements to get a 100% success rate. As for compatibility testing using the SortSite application with compatible results showing that this system can run well on various web browsers. The user acceptance testing used aims to test whether the user's needs have been fulfilled to get a test percentage result of 80%. These results fall into the feasible category which indicates that the Moringa sales information system is in accordance with user needs so that it can provide user satisfaction.

Abstract

Non-fungible tokens are a way to record, verify, and track the ownership of an asset, both physical and digital, in the form of artwork, music, in-game items, domain names for websites, sports highlight videos to digital products. NFT's popularity in Indonesia started to rise when an account owner on the OpenSea NFT marketplace platform named Ghozali Everyday sold a collection of selfies of himself with sales of more than 1.5 billion rupiah. The popularity of the NFT trend has also triggered people in Indonesia to participate in selling resident identity cards in the form of KTPs which are then used as NFTs. The misuse of this trend has led to many positive, negative and neutral opinions from the public regarding the development of NFTs in Indonesia, one of which is through social media Twitter. A company engaged in the software house sector, Technobit Indonesia, has a similar product in the form of an NFT marketplace application. Technobit Indonesia is re-development taking into account the public's view of the current NFT, thereby delaying the release of their marketplace application to the public. Based on these problems, a classification method is needed that can classify tweet data that discusses NFT in Indonesia. This study uses the Random Forest Classifier method as a classification method for sentiment analysis. This research has several stages, including data collection, preprocessing, weighting of words with TF-IDF, Random Forest classification, testing and analysis. The test results using the best result parameters get an average of 93% for precision, recall, f-1 score, and accuracy with a total of 500 trees and a tree depth of 100 trees.

Abstract

The number of work programs in the Department of Information Systems (DSI) Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya is currently not in line with the support of an easy work program monitoring platform. Currently, the monitoring process is carried out using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel which have several weaknesses including data that is not yet fully integrated, an unattractive appearance and difficulty in customizing the platform. Departing from these problems, this research developed a mobile-based monitoring application for departmental work programs. In this study prototyping was used as a development method, this method is very suitable because it prioritizes user needs for the application being developed. The stages of the prototyping method include initial requirements, design, prototyping, customer evaluation, review and update, development, testing and maintenance. From the results of the implementation, testing was carried out using the black box method for all functional requirements of the application, the results of which have gone well according to the desired input and output. While on the user acceptance test questionnaire, the application that has been developed has a user acceptance rate of 93,5% which is entered in very good criteria.

Abstract

Semester Study Plan or Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) in Indonesia is a study plan document for one whole semester created by lecturer or a group of lecturer as a guide to reach the study goal for students. However, every documents created by lecturers doesnt have a standart even though they already received a template to create the study plan. Based on that problem, the lecturers need a system to make the documents easier to create according to the standarts. To create a good information system we need to focus on the user interface because with great Ui the system we create can be more appealing and keeping the user to stay and use the system. This research will create a web based user interface design using goal directed design. In this method there are six steps to create a design, the steps are research, modelling, requirement framework, refinement, and support. FIGMA is chosen to implement the UI prototype. After the protytpe is ready, usability evaluation will be conducted. There are two versions of this prototype, the first one with 69 score and the second with 75 score. Based on the results, it is recommended to use version two of the design with more improvements to increase the user interface usability.

Abstract

Every individual will not be spared from mental health problems. Therefore, proper handling must be done to prevent more severe problems from occurring. Counseling is one way to avoid these problems. The Faculty of Computer Science is one of the faculties at Brawijaya University with counseling guidance services currently under student services. However, over time there are problems with resources experienced by the counseling guidance service. So the counseling service coordinates with the faculty's student executive board to initiate peer counseling services to increase students' awareness of the importance of mental health and overcome the existing counselor resource problems. In its implementation, the registration, data collection, and reporting process is still carried out separately, which can confuse students using the service. The author offers a solution by utilizing the Flutter framework technology to develop a mobile information system that can help simplify the counseling guidance process. The research was conducted using the waterfall method, from the needs analysis stage to the conclusion. The implementation results in an information system that can handle the administrative process of counseling guidance services. The main features of this information system are counseling guidance scheduling, counselor scheduling, counseling history recording, and writing final counseling reports. Additional features, such as user profiles and notifications when certain activities occur, are also developed. The information system successfully obtained valid results for all test cases using the validity testing method. For usability testing, the system got an average score of 85,47 using the system usability scale method, which is included in the acceptable category on the acceptability range, level B on the grade scale, and excellent rating on the adjective rating. This score considerably increased from the previous system's score, namely 52,75.
