Abstract

Long-term Adherence to treatment regimens for chronic disease in developed countries can be as low as 50% and lack of support, motivation, and forgetfulness are the key factors of adherence to current treatment regimens. Other reviewers also noted that there is a lack of medical support for a routine treatment. These problem make patients find it's difficult to carry out their treatment regimen with some factor from their experience. To increase a motivation in adherence to treatment regimens, a tool that can provide reminders and support is needed when undergoing the treatment. Ngobat as an application give support of reminder and gamification which helps users to comply with the treatment regimen. This study uses the waterfall as a software development method, the method was chosen because the functional requirements that exist in the system have been defined since the beginning and there are no changes in the process. Testing of the Ngobat application are functional, compatibility, and reusability test. The functional testing has resulted 100% of test success. Compatibility testing can run on all devices with an API level of at least 21. Usability testing produces a success rate of 93.33% while the System Usability Scale (SUS) produces an average value of 74.5 or with a conversion scale in category B which is acceptable to the public.

Abstract

The Halodoc mobile application on the Google Playstore was recorded as of January 2021 getting a rating of 4.8 out of 5 with around 6 thousand users still giving a rating of 1. Halodoc prioritizes the ease of consulting with doctors through chat features with doctors, purchasing drugs, making hospital appointments and visit without the need to queue. Based on user feedback and preliminary interviews with the Halodoc application, it was found that there were difficulties in finding information and felt uncomfortable with the display of images that were deemed unrepresentative, there were also a complaint to the displays on some of the menus. These constraints cause a sense of discomfort to the user. To find out how comfortable the user feels when using an application, an evaluation of the usability of the application is needed. Based on the evaluation of usability testing to three new user participants and three old user participants from the Halodoc application, a proposed design design was then made as a recommendation for improvement based on the design principles of the Eight Golden Rules. The results of the evaluation of the proposed design get an increase in the usability value, namely the learnability criterion of 1.62 which decreases to 1.13. Efficiency criteria of 89.97% increased to 100.0%. The criteria for memorability are the average number of steps and average clicks from 33 steps and 29.33 clicks to 27.33 steps and 23.33 clicks. The errors criteria got a value of 6.48%, decreased to 0%, and the satisfaction criteria got a value of 81.3 which increased to 90,8 which means it is also above the average score. With the test results that have increased from the usability value, the proposed design can be easily used by users and has resolved user problems.

Abstract

Pentol Buto is the brand name for the pentol produced by UD Berkah Usaha Sucipto. Initially, Pentol Buto sold products through outlets. Over time, in order to maintain competitiveness and expand market share, Pentol Buto launched pentol products in frozen food packaging using a sales system through the website. However, transactions on sales through the website require consumers to upload proof of payment to the admin via whatsapp. The transaction is not effective, because it can allow for an error in the number of payments and must be checked manually. Based on these problems, a sales information system is needed with payment automation features through a payment gateway. The architecture of this research system is based on Service Oriented Architecture. System development applies the waterfall method. The requirements analysis and definition stages produce actor identification, use case diagrams, use case scenarios, and activity diagrams. The system and software design stages are translated into sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and physical data models. The implementation and unit testing stages use the CodeIgniter framework. Functional testing using blackbox testing and obtained results with a value of 100%. Non-functional testing uses compatibility testing with the result that the system is compatible with several browsers, namely internet explorer, safari, microsoft edge, iOs, and android. In performance testing using the jMeter application, it was concluded that the more virtual users did not affect the greater the percentage of error values and the average error percentage was 58.69%.

Abstract

Lava View Hotel is a non-star hotel located in the Bromo Tengger Semeru tourist area, precisely in the East Java area, Probolinggo Regency. Hotel Lava View has not yet fully implemented standard health protocols (WTTC), one example is the use of unsterile menu books and used interchangeably by several customers as well as payment systems that do not require customers to make transactions digitally, which can trigger the spread of the corona virus. To support the health protocol policy, innovation is needed in the food ordering process, innovation that can be done by creating an ordering system via E-Order that will be used by Lava View Hotel customers so that the use of menu books is no longer needed, as well as a payment system that will be made automatically. online through a payment gateway that will be integrated with the food ordering website. This application was developed using the waterfall method for programming languages ​​using PHP and the codeigniter framework. The application development process starts from requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. The testing methods used are black box testing, compatibility testing, and usability testing. The test results on this application show that there is continuity with the system design and the application can run on several browsers.

Abstract

PT. Harrasima Inventory Logistics, has warehouses spread throughout Indonesia that function to store and distribute network modules to all operational areas of cooperating providers. To monitor, record, and manage the process of storing, distributing and repairing module, the warehouse still use manual recording. This method is less effective when stakeholders such as Customers, Supervisors, FSL, Project Managers and Callcenters want to know the availability of modules in the warehouse or the warehouse data cannot be seen in real time. One way that can be used to overcome this problem is to create a system or web-based application that can take inventory handling, inventory recording, inventory processing and module data reporting in the warehouse. This writing aims to design and build a web-based distribution and storage management application for PT. Harrasima Inventory Logistics using the waterfall method. From the requirement analysis of the distribution and storage management application of PT. Harrasima Inventory Logistic produces 145 functional requirements, 1 non-functional requirement and 14 actors. From the results of the requirement analysis 57 functional requirements were designed from 145 functional requirement, a design was made which resulted in 4 controller classes, 17 model classes on the system architecture and 42 entities on the system data structure. The results of unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing of the system show 100% valid while the results of the usability test of the system get an average value of 75.57692 with the predicate Excellent.

Abstract

The Department of Tourism and Culture (DISPARBUD) of Trenggalek Regency is a government agency authorized in terms of tourism. There are various fields that exist in the Trenggalek Regency DISPARBUD, one of which is the marketing field which is responsible for marketing or tourism promotion. DISPARBUD wants to add to its tourism marketing method that does not currently exist with the desire to create a mobile application that can provide information to tourists about tourism objects in Trenggalek Regency. With these problems, DISPARBUD offered to develop an E-Tourism information system. System development in the form of a web application for admins that can be used to view, add, change, and delete tourism object data, as well as a mobile application in the form of Android which will be used by users to access tourism information. The development of the E-Tourism information system was developed using the waterfall method. This system utilizes an API so that the web admin application and the user's mobile application can be connected to each other. Then testing is carried out starting from API testing which results in the API being able to run and being accessed by the user's mobile application, black box testing with validation testing which shows that all functional requirements of the system have been met, compatibility testing shows that web admin applications can be run on different browsers and mobile applications can be run. on different android versions, as well as usability testing with the SUS (System Usability Scale) test which shows this system has received acceptable criteria in the acceptable range and got a B grade scale.

Abstract

The increasing number of Corona Virus spreads in early 2021 because there were many violations of health protocols became the basis for the rules for the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). PPKM rules are implemented with the aim of reducing the transmission of the virus. PPKM until March 2021 was successfully implemented according to its objectives, marked by a decrease in the number of virus spread from Malang City initially being in the red zone to the green zone. Information development related to PPKM can be followed through social media. Twitter is a social media platform that connects users through instant and short message exchange communications. From social media Twitter users can send text messages called tweets with a maximum limit of using characters up to 280. Twitter as a social media to find out information and public opinion that develops about PPKM rules. Each tweet has a positive and negative sentiment value. Sentiment analysis aims to classify an opinion written through a tweet. This study analyzes tweets with the topic of PPKM Malang City. Sentiment analysis is carried out by classifying text data in the form of tweets into positive and negative sentiment classes. The classification process is implemented in RapidMiner Studio software with the K-Nearest Neighbor classification method and Chi Square feature selection. The main processes in sentiment classification are preprocessing, term or text weighting, feature selection and classification. Testing and analysis were carried out using three methods, namely testing based on comparison with manual calculations, testing based on variations in the value of k, and testing based on variations in the percentage of features. The best accuracy result from the classification process is 82%. The accuracy results were obtained during testing with a value of k = 3 and a feature percentage of 100%. The percentage of features used in the classification process affects the accuracy where the smaller the feature value used, the smaller the classification accuracy value.

Abstract

Today, the printing industry is one of the ways to carry out marketing and promotion of a product. One of them is PT Ajitama. It is a company that focuses on the printing industry. The products produced by the company are banners, posters, paper bags, and others. Right now, the media that the company uses to provide their services order is through email, and this media is seen as ineffective and inefficient. This study aims to facilitate the customers in making their order and performing their transaction at PT Ajitama. The method used in this study is design thinking. Design thinking is a method that focuses on user experiences, and it consists of some stages, namely, empathizes, defines, ideates, prototype, and test. On the testing of usability, there are 10 participants from 2 categories, namely, the people who have used PT Ajitama services, and the probable customers, and among them, there is 1 category of combined data between the 2 categories mentioned previously. From the three aspects tested, they are averaged and resulted in the final score of usability. The final score of usability obtained from the category of the people who have used the service is 80,7, hence it is categorized as A (Excellent).

Abstract

Data management at the Nurul Islam Islamic Boarding School includes violations students, permits, and also the progress of the takhossus science of students. This data management process is still uses manually by recording it on paper. This of course has the risk of losing data which of course can hinder the boarding school and parents in monitoring students. To overcome these problems, a web-based application was built to make it easier for Islamic boarding schools to manage data and also parents in monitoring the progress of their sons and daughters. This application is built on a web platform using the waterfall method. Obtained 5 actors, 50 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement in the elicitation of requirements to build this application. In the design results, there are 4 designs, namely sequence diagram design, class diagram design, component design and interface design. The results of this design are then used as a reference for implementing this application which results in the implementation of program code, database implementation and interface implementation. This application was tested using 3 tests, namely unit testing, integration testing and validation testing which resulted in 100% valid. In addition, the application is tested using compatibility testing which shows that the application can be used properly using the multiple browsers tested.

Abstract

The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic changed the world in a short time, spreading rapidly on a wide scale and causing many fatalities. The Bureau of Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) predicts that almost all regions of Indonesia will enter the transision period season. In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, with these extreme weather changes, it is recommended that people stay at home, maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle, exercise diligently. Exercise is important for body fitness, but excessive exercise actually decreases immunity. That's why many athletes are more susceptible to Covid-19. With the development of this app, users get a type of sports recommendation that suits the weather conditions.This Android-based Weather-based Sports Recommendation System during a Pandemic is designed with FITT principles which is a great way to monitor exercise programs. The system will detect the location and weather around the user and provide sports recommendations according to FITT's advice and principles. Functional testing of applications is conducted in the blackbox method by obtaining a valid 100% value, and non-functional testing is conducted in sus method with a value of 74.5 which is well categorized and has a Grade B..
