Abstract

Batu town square is one of the tourist destinations in Batu city which is located in the center of Batu city and is an icon of the city. Batu City is also the number one tourist destination center in East Java with more than three million tourists every year. Batu City Square is a cheap tourist attraction which is the main destination for tourists visiting Batu City before heading to other tourist objects in this city. The tourism manager of Batu City Square, namely the Tourism Goverment, needs to know the perspective of visitors as evaluation material in building better infrastructure and services. Acquisition of visitor review data for the Batu City Square tour was obtained from the Tripadvisor website with data collection techniques using web scraping. Reviews from Tripadvisor will be categorized into two classes, positive and negative. Before classifying, text preprocessing is carried out to process the data into more structured data for research needs and to weight words using the Term Frequency - Inverse Document method. Classification is done using the Support Vector Machine algorithm. Classification uses data of 240 positive and negative data for classification in each Kernel. The best results in testing using the Support Vector Machine algorithm are testing on the rbf Kernel and a C value of 50. The Cross Validation used in this test is as many as 8 folds and produces an average value on the parameters and the number of folds, namely accuracy of 89.58%, precision of 90.73%, recall of 89.48%, f-measure of 89.45%, and specificity of 91.27%.

Abstract

Pets are susceptible to various diseases and as owners, they are responsible for taking care of their pet's health. However, the comparison of the number of veterinarians and pet owners in Indonesia is not balanced, especially in remote rural areas. This phenomenon can trigger the need for online pet disease consultation services. to ensure that the application design made based on the needs of pet owners has a good level of usability, and can meet the expectations of pet owners, a user experience design is needed in accordance with the application design flow that produces a design with a good level of usability and user experience.The design of the user experience of the pet disease consultation application is carried out with a human-centered design approach. The design process begins with analyzing the context of use for pet consultation applications, then analyzing user needs, namely pet owners, followed by designing pet disease consultation application solutions, and testing the design of pet disease consultation application solutions that have been made using the usability testing method to 5 pet owners with the results of effectiveness testing getting a score of 100% testing, and in efficiency testing getting a score of 100%. After that, user perception measurements were taken using the user experience questionnaire method with "good" results in the aspects of attractiveness, and clarity, and "excellent" results in the aspects of efficiency, accuracy, stimulation, and novelty. After a series of tests, it was found that the solution design showed positive user perception because each test score was above the test average.

Abstract

Norilyascake is a food business that was founded in 2017 with the business of producing and selling birthday cakes that serve customers with a business to consumer business model. Along with the development of technology, Norilyascake wants to maximize their marketing, especially on search engines as a form of taking advantage of technological developments. Currently, norilyascake has implemented their marketing via Instagram. However, SEO optimization cannot be done because Norilyascake does not have a website or page. So, this research begins with creating a website using Wordpress, using the address https://norilyascake.com. After creating the website, it is then continued with on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimization (SEO) optimization by utilizing the Yoast SEO, Elementor and Fast Velocity Minify plugins on WordPress. The method used is research and development or implementative. This is to test the effectiveness of the implementation of on-page SEO and off-page SEO in terms of performance, the number of visitors and the ranking of the norilyascake.com website on the Google search engine. Based on the results of website analysis, on-page SEO analysis, off-page SEO analysis and competitors, with Who.is, Yoast SEO, Elementor and Fast Velocity Minify it can be seen that norilyascake.com requires optimization of on-page SEO and off-page SEO to align norilyascake.com with Google's algorithm rules to compete with websites that are at the 10th rank of Google SERP. In addition, after the analysis is done, the author will implement on-page SEO and off-page SEO on norilyascake.com. Based on the results of the test, there is an increase in performance, visitors, and search engine rankings. Improved performance from 1 query, 22 impressions and 5 clicks to 19 queries, 295 impressions and 43 clicks. Visitors also experienced an increase, with the highest total being 92 visitors with a percentage of 80% new visitors and 20% returning visitors. There is also an increase in the SEO authority score. Moz's Domain Authority increased five points from 0 to 5. Meanwhile, Ahrefs's Domain Rating increased seven points from 0 to 7.

Abstract

Mount Budheg climbing tourism is one of the popular tours in Tulungagung Regency and has also become an icon in this Regency. On this climbing tour of Mount Budheg, they still carry out their services manually, starting from buying tickets or paying for entrance tickets. This raises problems such as the large number of visitors queuing when they want to enter the Budheg Mountain climbing tour, visitor data collection which will take a long time, and also payments that will be squandered when visitors have very large nominal amounts of money. Based on the description of the problem, the technology design for climbing Mount Budheg was carried out by building an E-Ticketing Information and Service System (Online Booking) by utilizing the Midtrans Payment Gateway. This information system will be designed based on the System Development Life Cycle Method or can be called System Development Life Cycle with the waterfall model. This information system is used by two actors, namely prospective climbers and also the admin. Has functional needs with a total of 13 and 2 non-functional needs. All of these needs will be designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Next is the database design stage or what can be called the Physical Data Model (PDM) then the interface or system interface design stage. The results of this design will be implemented into programming code with the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, with the Laravel Framework and MySQL database. In the testing process of this research consists of BlackBox testing, Compatibility testing, and Usability testing. BlackBox testing has 13 test scenarios and gets 100% valid test results. Compatibility testing uses a tool called SortSite which has the result that the system can run smoothly in all browsers without losing its functionality. Usability testing has a usability percentage value of 87%, this percentage explains that this e-ticketing or online booking information system can be accepted by users with very decent criteria.

Abstract

Internet is a medium used to collect information such as news and information related to institution or daily work. One of the media used for dissemination and providing information is sman5kotabogor.sch.id. According to SMAN 5 Bogor IT Team, website never been analyzed or improved since created in 2017. The hypothesis regarding “are users satisfied with the website?” arises because lack of user experience data. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze user experience and usability of website. To measure user experience, researcher use meCUE questionnaire consisting of 5 modules and 10 aspects. Usability data collection was carried out based on usability metrics from ISO 9241-11 and data was collected by task testing, interviews, and answering system usability scale (SUS) questionnaire. Based on results evaluation of meCUE questionnaire, website have a total value of 1.7 which included in positive category. Analysis also produces negative values ​​on intention to use, commitment, and status aspects. In analysis of usability metrics, satisfaction value is 63 or below acceptable and produces normal effectiveness and efficiency values. Improvement according to meCUE questionnaire resulted in 12 improvement (RP) to fix aspects with negative value and improvement based on usability metrics resulted in 9 improvement to improve usability aspects.

Abstract

Sipindo mobile application (Sipindo Indonesia Information System) is an agricultural application that provides easy access to android-based agricultural information that is Indonesian agriculture. From the grouping of problems using the Heuristic Evaluation method found by users, a total of 46 problems were found. The most problems found by users are in the principle of match between system and the real world which amounts to 14 problems, visibility of system status which amounts to 11 problems, User control and freedom which amounts to 8 problems, aesthetic and minimalist design which amounts to 7 problems, error prevention which amounts to 5 problems, and recognition rather than recall which amounts to 1 problem. grouping problems using the Think Aloud method that users found found a total of 55 problems using the Severity rating table. The most problems found by users are found in task 1 as many as 13 problems, Task 4 as many as 12 problems, task 5 as many as 8 problems, task 6 as many as 7 problems, task 7 as many as 7 problems, task 8 as many as 4 problems, task 3 as many as 3 problems, and task 2 as many as 1 problem.

Abstract

RT 001 is one of the RTs in RW 013, Buliang Village, Batam City. The problem felt by RT 001 is the repetitive process of recording citizen data and the use of paper media that takes time for RT administrators to obtain complete and accurate citizen data. Based on this, this research seeks to create a user interface design for a web-based citizen administration information system to assist RT administrators in recording citizen data, which allows residents to update data independently and stored in the system so that RT administrators can access it through the system. This design produces a high-fidelity prototype that is divided into two user groups, namely RT administrators and residents using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method as the design method. Testing was conducted using Usability Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure aspects of user satisfaction. The effectiveness aspect in the user group of RT administrators and residents received an above-average score of 100%. The efficiency aspect in the RT management user group received a result of 0.085 goals/sec and in the citizen user group received a result of 0.0922 goals/sec. The user satisfaction aspect in the RT management user group received a score of 79.5 and in the citizen user group received a score of 77 so that both received a Good predicate in the adjective category.

Abstract

Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) Brawijaya University (UB) has student organizations that can be used to accommodate the interests and talents of students which are divided into 2, namely Autonomous Institutions (LO) and Semi-Autonomous Institutions (LSO). The problem experienced by the treasurer of LO / LSO FILKOM UB is that the data collection of money in and out is still manual using several platforms. Too many platforms make the treasurer confused and less careful in recording so that data collection errors occur. Based on the existing problems, this research aims to create an organizational finance application user experience design that can help overcome the problems experienced by the treasurer and members of LO/LSO FILKOM UB. This design uses Design Thinking method because it focuses on users so it can overcome problems that are not yet clear. This research produces a mobile-based application design in the form of high-fidelity prototypes for two user segmentations. The resulting prototype was tested using the UEQ method to find out the design of the user experience designed has solved the problems of potential users. The test results are that the organizational finance application on both systems is in the positive category with a mean value range of 1.563 - 2.050.

Abstract

Local Tax Service Agency of Kabupaten Sidoarjo (BPPD Kab. Sidoarjo) in implementing e-government utilizes a website to assist local tax services and disseminate information about local taxes online for the community and taxpayers. The BPPD Kab. Sidoarjo website itself has several usability-related problems, such as navigation redundancy, placement of important information that is not highlighted, and navigation menus that confuse users. Based on these problems, it is necessary to evaluate usability and improve the user interface to use the website. The research approach uses the Human-centered Design (HCD) method used to design user interface improvements and the heuristic evaluation method to find heuristic problems based on 10 heuristic principles. The problems found in the initial design were then improved based on the evaluator's suggestions and HHS guidelines. The initial design found 46 heuristic problems and the solution design found 23 problems. From the comparison of the evaluation results, it can be said that the solution design is able to reduce usability problems and there is an improvement in usability value on the user interface of the BPPD Kab. Sidoarjo website.
