Abstract

Telkom Witel Jaktim has interference report handling for their customers who subscribe to WIFI.ID. however, the handling still doesn't have a system that can support the process. In addition there are constraints and obstacles, such as sales officers who are charged with matters that aren't their obligation, use Telegram as a forum for communication, and others. Therefore, the authors developed the Laravel web-based WIFI.ID interference reporting management information system, which is integrated with Google OAuth 2.0 and Telegram Bot. This research uses the waterfall model which is carried out from the stages of literature study until system testing. By collecting data through direct interviews, a requirement analysis is produced, namely defining actors, system requirements, and use case diagrams and scenarios. Then in the design of the system generated diagram designs and interfaces. The entire design is then implemented using the web programming languages and MySQL. Finally, a validation test with a percentage of 100% valid, compatibility and responsiveness testing with good results, and UAT testing with a percentage received at 100% so that the system can be accepted by end users.

Abstract

Malang State Polytechnic is a state university that is committed to the implementation and development of information technology. This commitment is realized with the existence of the Computer Center UPT (Puskom) as a unit responsible for technology. So far, the UPT Puskom has implemented ISO 9001: 2008 as a supplier service management standard. Regarding security responsibilities for the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008. However, this aspect of risk management is only a remedial program related to nonconformities. With the existence of risk management, this information is expected to strengthen the risk management aspects. Can reduce the risk that occurs. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to do risk management using the OCTAVE-S method. This method uses the knowledge of UPT Puskom staff on the organization's security practices and processes, as well as evaluating the current security at the UPT Puskom. In applying the OCTAVE-S method, an interview process is needed to request information about the current Puskom requirements, find out important assets, as well as infrastructure related to important assets. Meanwhile, the questionnaire was carried out to implement the security practices that have been applied by the Center at present. And observations made to obtain more information that has been obtained to strengthen the information. The results of this study prove that Puskom has 2 important assets, namely academic information systems and Puskom information systems. In addition, there are 5 areas out of 15 security practice areas at the UPT Puskom that do not meet OCTAVE-S standards. From this area, 2 security practice areas have yellow traffic light status, and 3 security practice areas have red traffic light status. Areas of security practice that do not meet OCTAVE-S standards are then mitigated. Based on the law, there are 4 mitigation points, the access control area is 4 mitigation points, the management area considers 3 mitigation points, the design & security architecture area is provided 1 mitigation point, the management area reports 3 mitigation points.

Abstract

E-canteen system is a canteen management based on android system to make ordering food and beverage easier. This whole time, ordering food system based on the application has not been existed. The ordering food system at SMAN 5 Malang is applied manually. The students have to queues to order the menu they are desired. The food vendors also have some difficulty when they don't have small change. And because they can only take orders during the break time, it also impacted their income due the very limited time available. The problems above have inspired the developing of the e-canteen apps. The app makes the transaction easier. The payment now is become cashless. The students are equipped with QR-code features to top up their balance. The cashless payment is used to deduct the balance on the students' apps. When they have sufficient balance on their account for the total payment, it will be deducted automatically from their account by system. While for the insufficient balance, the transaction will be canceled automatically. E-canteen is developed using waterfall model because it was made step by step. The functional requirements testing was done using the black-box method. The test result was proved to be 100% valid from 22 functions that have been tested.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth grew by 5.05%, this growth was recorded in the calculation of the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia in the second quarter of 2019. UMKM has became one of the drivers of Indonesia's economic growth. The popular UMKM in East Java is walnut cattle. An ongoing and continuous learning process is important to continue developing the walnut cattle business and the quality of the results of canary breeding. Learning media that can provide all forms, ranging from visuals and audio is the internet. The internet platform used as a learning medium for canary breeding is YouTube. In this study to make it easier for canary breeders to use YouTube, the author developed an Android-based application using the youtube API to help display videos containing information about canary breeding, and also to support video search and channel search features. This application was designed using the waterfall method. Testing is done by black-box testing method for system testing and beta testing. The result of black-box testing is a system that is built to run according to expectations, and the results of beta testing are applications that are built to be easily understood, have accurate information and meet the needs of canary breeders.

Abstract

Communication, Information, Statistics and Encoding Office (Diskominfosantik) of Kabupaten Bekasi is an institute which responsible to manage information and communication for Kabupaten Bekasi region. There are problems regarding the management of IT resources, which is the lack of human resources caused multipled job. Lack of human resource inhibits management of infrastructure and application that are being improve to reach the smart village program. Another trouble is uncompleted standard operating procedure of IT resources management about responsibilities of IT resource and there is no mechanism of IT resource management where all responsible was given to vendor. Evaluation is required to overcome the current problems. Evaluation using COBIT 5 subdomain EDM04 and APO07 is appropriate to evaluate management of IT resource. COBIT 5 is able to detect value of capability level as is and to be and gap analysis. Based on result of this evaluation, capability level EDM04 is in 1st level and APO07 is 2nd level and gap analysis of each subdomain is 1 level. Abstract

Brawijaya University Included in the 10 Best Universities in Indonesia, these achievements can not be separated from the implementation of a good service program. One of them is the implementation of information technology services managed by UB's UPT-TIK. The application of IT risk management that has not been optimal in the organization is one of the objectives of this study, namely assessing the application of IT risk management in UPT-TIK Universitas Brawijaya. This assessment and measurement uses the COBIT 5 framework with APO12 and EDM03 domains. This study also analyzes gaps and identifies risks that exist in organizations. The results of this study the UPT-TIK must complete policy documents and standards and implement risk management activities properly. The achievement of organizational risk management capability is at level 0 in the EDM03 and APO12 domains because the results are inseparable due to limited research access. This organizational capability level gap is 1 level each at level 1 in the EDM03 and APO12 domains.

Abstract

CV. Wisa Tunggal Perkasa is engaged in selling building materials. The author found several processes carried out accordingly so that the process occurs the process becomes obstructed or less effective. Indications that occur in the process of selling goods and purchasing goods. This indication is that there is no inventory calculation and there is no re-recording of goods from suppliers. Based on the allegations, researchers will discuss business processes and analyze potential problems and analysis of problems that occur and then will evaluate business processes on the CV. Wisa Tunggal Perkasa. This study uses a Bussiness Process Model and Notation (BPMN), while for analyzing and evaluating using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method and for conducting business improvement processes using Business Process Improvement (BPI). From the results of simulations of the current business process (as-is) and the business evaluation process (to-be) found when the analysis reached 33.22% in the sale of goods and 24.66% in the purchase of goods. In addition, the analysis of resources with the highest increase was 46.44% in the business process of selling goods carried out by cashier actors and 58.98% by owners in the business process of purchasing goods.

Abstract

Liburan sekolah is a travel agency engaged in services, which offer tour packages and guide tourists in visiting the Thousand Islands tours. To make a tour package booking, visitors must contact customer service via telephone or whatsApp and customer service records each order entered manually. This becomes less effective because customer service must reply to every order that comes in and checks every transaction made by a visitor. Based on this we need an information system that can facilitate visitors and customer service in the process of ordering and registering orders. In the process of developing a system used a method that is carried out sequentially or commonly known as the waterfall method. The results of the needs analysis yielded 15 functional needs which were described in the use of case diagrams and the results of system design were described in sequence diagrams, activity diagrams and database modeling. In the process of implementing the system, the Laravel and mysql framework are used for database storage, at this stage 6 controllers are generated. Based on the results of black box testing shows all functions can run well and is declared valid and based on the results of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test with 10 respondents producing an index value of 89.6% can conclude the system can be accepted. Based on the results of this study produced a tour package booking information system that can facilitate tourists and admins and the transaction process

Abstract

Navila Resto is a business dealing in food sector. This business that is founded in late 2018 performs monthly service and management evaluation. The evaluation is obtained through reports recapitulated by the restaurant's employees at the end of the month. The reports managed in the ledger need to be copied to Microsoft Word and Excel and sent through Whatsapp to be reported to the executives. It is highly inefficient and ineffective. Reports data processed by Navila keep increasing, causing difficulties in the data analysis and the reports are prone to be buried by new messages. From the aforementioned problems, a better development of administration information system for data management is required. This research aims to develop web-based and android-based administration information system through the use of CodeIgniter framework and Reactnative framework. The needs analysis shows that the system requirements include 17 functional needs and 1 non-functional need in total. The result of system functionality test through validation testing of the overall system function for the users is 100% valid. The system non-functionality test is done through System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which was obtained from the questionnaires filled by the employees of Navila Resto as the respondents. The test result is 72.1, with a category of acceptable and adjective ratings of OK.

Abstract

The increased usage of virtual applications as a replacement for many real world activities has risen significantly with the advance of technology. Due to the many benefits of virtual alternatives of real world activities, therefore rises the need of the development of a virtual representation of the FILKOM UB campus area. The visual representation of the FILKOM UB campus area takes shape in a 3D virtual map. The map has plenty of objects that enhances the realism of the virtual area, the objects also adds additional information to the map. The virtual map application contains two modes, an exploration mode and a 3D map mode. With the two modes, the user is able to more freely explore the virtual FILKOM UB campus area. The development of the virtual map application is split into stages such as data collection, analysis, design, and implementation. The virtual map application is made using the Unity3D game engine, the decision to choose this game engine is based on the relative simplicity of the application and the ability of the game engine to display realistic graphics. The objects used on the virtual map were made in blender3D. The application runs on desktop and laptop computers, this decision was chosen because of the limitation of mobile devices hampering the functionality of the application. Testing results shows the application was able to complete all the functional requirements with great results.
