Abstract

Evaluasi terhadap performa layanan pada platform digital merupakan instrumen krusial dalam menjamin keberlanjutan sebuah aplikasi, termasuk bagi pengembangan aplikasi Qpon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis tren penelitian, karakteristik dimensi, serta perbandingan berbagai model evaluasi yang diterapkan pada platform digital di Indonesia. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dilakukan terhadap 31 artikel penelitian empiris periode 2020-2025 yang bersumber dari basis data akademik. Analisis difokuskan pada pemetaan variabel pengukuran serta kontribusi setiap instrumen evaluasi dalam memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan adanya keragaman pendekatan, di mana integrasi antara model kualitas jasa elektronik dan metode analisis prioritas memberikan keunggulan dalam menentukan perbaikan fitur yang lebih spesifik melalui visualisasi matriks kuadran. Temuan ini memberikan landasan empiris bagi pengembangan aplikasi Qpon untuk memprioritaskan aspek operasional dan perlindungan data guna memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna di pasar digital Indonesia.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam bidang pendidikan mendorong penggunaan e-learning sebagai sarana pembelajaran yang fleksibel dan efisien, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan implementasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji metode evaluasi kesuksesan teknologi e-learning melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan kerangka model PRISMA dalam proses identifikasi dan seleksi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa model yang umum digunakan dalam evaluasi e-learning meliputi DeLone & McLean Information Systems Success Model, Technology Acceptance Model, HOT-Fit Model, serta model lain yang mengintegrasikan aspek teknologi, manusia, dan organisasi. Model-model tersebut menekankan berbagai dimensi penting seperti kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, niat penggunaan, serta manfaat yang dihasilkan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan e-learning dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi faktor teknis dan perilaku pengguna. Kajian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman yang menyeluruh mengenai berbagai pendekatan evaluasi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan mutu serta keberlanjutan sistem e-learning.

Abstract

In the rapidly advancing era of globalization, technology plays a pivotal role in various facets of life, offering manifold benefits. Serving as a vital component in daily tasks and responsibilities, technology has become indispensable. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia has harnessed technological advancements through the KAI Access application, providing customers the convenience of booking train tickets and accessing railway services without the need for physical queues. Despite these advantages, the KAI Access application has garnered low ratings on the Play Store. To enhance user experience and align it with expectations, it is imperative to gauge user satisfaction. This thesis seeks to ascertain the satisfaction level of KAI Access application users by employing Doll & Turkzadeh's End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model, incorporating variables such as Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. A sample comprising 400 respondents, specifically those who have previously utilized the KAI Access application, underwent SEM-PLS evaluation utilizing SmartPLS software. The assessment revealed that Content, Format, and Timeliness exert a significant influence on user satisfaction, whereas Accuracy and Ease of Use lack a substantial impact.

Abstract

Kota Surabaya menghadapi tantangan kemacetan lalu lintas, yang mendorong Pemerintah Kota meluncurkan layanan Suroboyo Bus dan aplikasi GOBIS Suroboyo sebagai bentuk e-government di bidang transportasi publik. Aplikasi ini menyediakan fitur pemantauan bus real-time, informasi jadwal, rute, dan jarak antar halte. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor kesuksesan aplikasi GOBIS Suroboyo menggunakan model DeLone & McLean yang dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan variabel Digital Literacy. Metode yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3, melibatkan 402 responden pengguna aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang secara signifikan memengaruhi kesuksesan aplikasi GOBIS Suroboyo adalah kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, dan literasi digital. Keempat faktor tersebut terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna, yang pada akhirnya turut berkontribusi terhadap tingkat keberhasilan aplikasi GOBIS Suroboyo sebagai layanan e-government di bidang transportasi publik.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menjadikan e-commerce sebagai pilihan utama dalam berbelanja online. SarungIndonesia.co.id milik PT. Behaestex hadir sebagai alternatif platform penjualan di luar e-marketplace besar, namun penjualannya masih rendah sehingga perlu dievaluasi tingkat penerimaan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan konsumen terhadap e-commerce SarungIndonesia.co.id menggunakan model TAM dengan penambahan variabel Perceived Enjoyment, Trust, dan Privacy. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 3.2.9. Data dikumpulkan dari 404 responden dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan Attitude Toward Using. Perceived Usefulness terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, namun tidak signifikan terhadap Attitude Toward Using. Attitude Toward Using berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention. Behavioral Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Actual Use. Variabel Perceived Enjoyment dan Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, sedangkan Privacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan konsumen lebih dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan, kegunaan, kenyamanan, dan kepercayaan dibandingkan sikap dan privasi.

Abstract

The use of the Learning Management System (LMS) is one form of technological advancement in the field of education used by PT. XYZ, where PT. XYZ provides a learning platform using this method. The Learning Management System method, which is considered a one-way learning method, raises issues where users can only access learning materials in the form of videos but cannot interact with the instructors, making it impossible for users to ask questions related to the material provided. This has an impact on users who are deemed not to be maximizing their understanding and ability to answer questions related to the given material. This research aims to explore the factors of the effectiveness of the Learning Management System at PT. XYZ based on the DeLone and McLean (DLML) model. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The results of this research are that the factors that most influence the success of the Learning Management System are User Satisfaction and Net Benefits, where these two indicators are influenced by System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that these factors have a positive influence, especially on User Satisfaction with the Learning Management System, which is the Net Benefit. This is supported by the results of the hypothesis testing, which show that the original sample has the highest value for the User Satisfaction variable compared to other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze research trends related to the intention to use fitness applications through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The review was conducted by identifying, selecting, and evaluating relevant studies published between 2021 and 2025 using Google Scholar, Scopus, and SINTA databases. A total of 17 articles met the inclusion and quality assessment criteria. The results indicate that the UTAUT2 model is the most frequently used model in studies on fitness application usage intention. Several UTAUT2 variables, including Performance Expectancy, Hedonic Motivation, and Habit, are identified as the most dominant factors influencing usage intention. In addition, PLS-SEM is the most commonly applied data analysis method. This study is expected to serve as a reference in determining relevant models, variables, and research methods for future studies.

Abstract

Digital platforms have become a primary source of location-based information for tourism destinations and play a significant role in shaping tourists’ decision-making processes. This study aims to identify research trends, types of digital platforms, theoretical models, and key variables influencing the use of destination location information through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The literature search was conducted using Scopus, ScienceDirect, Sinta, and Google Scholar, covering articles published between 2021 and 2025, with 20 studies meeting the inclusion and quality assessment criteria. The findings indicate that social media and travel applications are the most dominant digital platforms used. Theoretical model frequently applied include UTAUT2, TAM, TPB, and hybrid models, with UTAUT2 emerging as the most comprehensive framework for explaining user behavior. Significant influencing variables include performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, habit, facilitating conditions, and perceived trust, while price value tends to have a limited effect. This study systematically maps theoretical models, variables, and empirical findings related to the use of destination location information on digital platforms, providing a structured conceptual foundation for future research on tourist behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of game-based learning technologies using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The SLR process involved several stages, including the formulation of research questions, article searching, article selection based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and quality assessment. A total of 18 articles were identified and analyzed to examine the implementation of TAM, the external variables incorporated, and the relationships among variables within the model.The findings indicate that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness consistently serve as the core internal variables influencing the intention to use game-based learning technologies. Furthermore, most studies employed modified versions of TAM by integrating external variables aligned with the characteristics of educational games, such as enjoyment, social influence, self-efficacy, and motivation. The relationships among variables demonstrate consistency with TAM’s fundamental constructs, particularly perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. These results confirm that TAM is an appropriate and relevant model for analyzing the acceptance of game-based learning technologies in the field of education.

Abstract

AbstrakPemanfaatan Generative AI (GenAI) dalam pendidikan tinggi semakin berkembang karena mampu mendukung aktivitas akademik mahasiswa. Namun, penggunaan teknologi ini juga menimbulkan persoalan terkait etika, ketergantungan, dan keakuratan informasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana sifat individu membentuk alasan mendukung dan alasan menolak yang selanjutnya memengaruhi niat mahasiswa dalam mengadopsi GenAI. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan kerangka Behavioral Reasoning Theory. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring kepada mahasiswa program sarjana di Kota Surabaya yang pernah menggunakan GenAI untuk aktivitas akademik. Sebanyak 425 respons dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan PLS-SEM melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sifat individu berperan dalam membentuk alasan mendukung dan sikap positif terhadap GenAI. Alasan mendukung juga berpengaruh terhadap sikap serta memediasi hubungan antara kelincahan individu dan sikap mahasiswa terhadap GenAI. Selanjutnya, sikap positif mendorong niat adopsi GenAI. Sebaliknya, alasan menolak tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap, dan kelompok referensi tidak memperkuat hubungan antara sikap dan niat adopsi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa niat adopsi GenAI pada mahasiswa lebih banyak dibentuk oleh sikap positif dan alasan mendukung daripada alasan menolak maupun pengaruh sosial.Kata Kunci: Generative AI, Behavioral Reasoning Theory, niat adopsi, sifat individu, mahasiswaAbstractThe use of Generative AI (GenAI) in higher education continues to grow because of its ability to support students’ academic activities. However, its use also raises concerns regarding ethics, dependency, and information accuracy. This study examines how individual traits shape reasons for and against GenAI adoption, which subsequently influence students’ adoption intentions. This quantitative study applies the Behavioral Reasoning Theory framework. Data were collected through an online questionnaire administered to undergraduate students in Surabaya who had used GenAI for academic activities. A total of 425 responses were analyzed using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS. The results indicate that individual traits contribute to the formation of reasons for adoption and positive attitudes toward GenAI. Reasons for adoption also influence attitudes and mediate the relationship between individual agility and students’ attitudes toward GenAI. Furthermore, positive attitudes encourage students’ intentions to adopt GenAI. In contrast, reasons against adoption do not influence attitudes, and reference-group influence does not strengthen the relationship between attitudes and adoption intentions. These findings indicate that students’ intentions to adopt GenAI are shaped more strongly by positive attitudes and reasons for adoption than by reasons against adoption or social influence.Keywords: Generative AI, Behavioral Reasoning Theory, adoption intention, individual traits, undergraduate students
