Abstract

Penggunaan layanan telemedicine di Indonesia populer beberapa tahun terakhir namun tingkat keberlanjutan penggunaan aplikasi seperti Alodokter masih menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat perilaku (Behavioral Intention) dalam menggunakan aplikasi Alodokter berdasarkan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2). Variabel yang dianalisis mencakup Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Habit, Price Value, dan Trust. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online kepada pengguna aktif Alodokter dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Habit, dan Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention. Sementara itu Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Price Value dan Facilitating Conditions tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Studi lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi variabel tambahan dan cakupan responden yang lebih luas guna memperkaya pemahaman terhadap perilaku pengguna telemedicine.

Abstract

Implementation of ICT in various services in tertiary institutions needs to be accompanied by good quality. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate to ensure the success of the service. The study aims to analyze the relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality to user satisfaction and then the relationship between user satisfaction to net benefit. In addition, three different system, namely academic information system, student portal and credit point system were evaluated to obtain broader understanding on those relationship. Survey data were collected from 451 students using those systems. SEM-PLS was applied to the obtained data. According to the empirical results, factors affected user satisfaction on academic information system was different than student portal and credit point system. However, it was found that user satisfaction affected net benefit. As a result, the successful factors on academic information system, student portal and credit point system were different. Thus, it was necessary to put a careful attention on the improvement aspect on each of those system. This paper aims to analyze factors affecting online services success to increase user satisfaction.

Abstract

The use of the Learning Management System (LMS) is one form of technological advancement in the field of education used by PT. XYZ, where PT. XYZ provides a learning platform using this method. The Learning Management System method, which is considered a one-way learning method, raises issues where users can only access learning materials in the form of videos but cannot interact with the instructors, making it impossible for users to ask questions related to the material provided. This has an impact on users who are deemed not to be maximizing their understanding and ability to answer questions related to the given material. This research aims to explore the factors of the effectiveness of the Learning Management System at PT. XYZ based on the DeLone and McLean (DLML) model. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The results of this research are that the factors that most influence the success of the Learning Management System are User Satisfaction and Net Benefits, where these two indicators are influenced by System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that these factors have a positive influence, especially on User Satisfaction with the Learning Management System, which is the Net Benefit. This is supported by the results of the hypothesis testing, which show that the original sample has the highest value for the User Satisfaction variable compared to other variables.

Abstract

The development of information technology has provided numerous benefits in the advancement of various organizations. One government organization that has implemented information technology to support its business processes is the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of East Java Province. With the increasing number of information technology services used by the Department of Cooperatives, new challenges and consequences inevitably arise in the service maintenance process when an incident occurs with the information technology services. Unfortunately, the Department of Cooperatives appears to lack a clear procedure and guidelines for incident handling due to the absence of a related SOP. The purpose of this thesis is to formulate a Standard Operating Procedure related to incident handling that can be utilized by the Department of Cooperatives as a standard or reference, particularly in resolving incidents in information technology services. The SOP formulation uses the ITIL V3 framework because this framework includes the Service Operation domain, which contains the incident management process formulated based on best practices. Data collection for this thesis will be conducted through interviews and using the RACI Chart to determine the interviewees. This thesis results in 3 Standard Operating Procedures, 3 Record Documents, 1 Form, and 1 Priority Guide document, all of which are formulated based on the relevant framework and have been validated by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of East Java Province.

Abstract

Information technology continues to evolve over time, and this development can be leveraged across various organizational sectors. CV. Warajaya Solve Techindo, an IT Solution company, relies heavily on the implementation of information technology to support its business processes. With numerous IT services sold and used by WaySolve, new risks or problems are bound to arise. Unfortunately, WaySolve currently lacks clear guidelines for problem management. The aim of this thesis is to create SOP related to problem management that CV. Warajaya Solve Techindo can use as a reference or standard for resolving IT issues. The SOP is developed using the ITIL V3 and COBIT 5 frameworks, as both provide activities relevant to the problem management process based on existing guidelines.This thesis involves several stages: Data Collection and Analysis, SOP Document Preparation, and SOP Document Adjustment. The outcome of this thesis includes two standard operating procedure documents for IT problem management, as well as two forms with six actors assigned roles in each activity.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di Negara berkembang penting dalam kemajuan suatu Negara. Kehadiran teknologi informasi dapat mempengaruhi sektor publik yaitu e-government di bidang pelayanan pemerintah yaitu aplikasi SIKS Mobile PKH. Aplikasi SIKS Mobile merupakan bentuk digitalisasi proses penyaluran PKH, Aplikasi SIKS Mobile digunakan pendamping PKH untuk menyesuaikan data penyaluran dan pengajuan bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat miskin. Observasi lapangan menunjukkan aplikasi sering mengalami kendala, yang berdampak pada kinerja organisasi. Dengan itu dilakukan Evaluasi Faktor Adopsi Aplikasi SIKS Mobile PKH menggunakan model UTAUT untuk memberikan saran perbaikan, dan memprediksi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pengguna dalam mengadopsi aplikasi SIKS Mobile. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner ke pendamping PKH Kabupaten Kediri. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 175 responden pendamping PKH. Pengujian model menggunakan SEM-SmartPLS3. Hasil penelitian ini Faktor Individual dan Faktor Evironmental merupakan faktor adopsi aplikasi SIKS Mobile, namun perlu memperhatikan peningkatan variabel Percieved usefulness dan Percieved ease of use pada faktor Technology. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap variabel yang menunjukan hasil positif dan signifikan, untuk meningkatkan niat dalam menggunakan aplikasi SIKS Mobile sehingga akan berdampak pada kinerja pendamping PKH.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kinerja LMS Apiary Academy menggunakan WebQual 4.0 dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Variabel yang diperiksa adalah kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi layanan. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh digunakan, mengumpulkan data dari 87 siswa dalam program studi independen dengan Apiary Academy, yang diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan. Penelitian menemukan bahwa kinerja LMS tidak memenuhi harapan pengguna, sebagaimana ditunjukkan dalam analisis kesesuaian. Analisis kesenjangan menyoroti ketidaksesuaian antara harapan pengguna dan kinerja LMS. Diagram Cartesian IPA mengidentifikasi indikator USQ2 dan USQ3 sebagai yang memerlukan perbaikan segera karena kinerja yang buruk meskipun penting bagi pengguna. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa LMS Apiary Academy membutuhkan perbaikan di area tertentu dan evaluasi berkelanjutan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitasnya.

Abstract

Pada revolusi industri 4.0, perkembangan teknologi kini semakin hari semakin pesat. Peluang ini dimanfaatkan baik oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia. Akan tetapi, belum lama ini para nasabah dikejutkan dengan adanya kasus kebocoran data yang terjadi kepada BSI. Dengan adanya kasus kebocoran data tersebut, tentu hal ini akan berimbas kepada para nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor penerimaan apa saja yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap penerimaan pengguna pada aplikasi BSI Mobile. Menggunakan model konseptual yang mengintegrasi antara model TAM dan Religiosity-Intention. Pengujian yang ada dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik SEM-PLS pada software SmartPLS 4 serta melibatkan 406 responden didalamnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived ease of use memiliki pengaruh terhadap user satisfaction dan intention to use. User satisfaction yang juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap intention to use, serta intention to use yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap adoption. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat digunakan untuk perbaikan dan peningkatan aplikasi BSI Mobile guna mendorong niat adopsi pengguna di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Meskipun telah diunduh lebih dari satu juta kali, DAMRI Apps masih menghadapi berbagai keluhan dari pengguna, seperti informasi jadwal yang tidak akurat dan proses registrasi yang sulit. Tantangan ini menimbulkan pertanyaan mengenai sejauh mana aplikasi tersebut telah diterima oleh Generasi Z, kelompok digital native yang menjadi target utama transformasi layanan publik berbasis digital. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan Generasi Z terhadap DAMRI Apps dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang dimodifikasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3 dan melibatkan 415 responden Generasi Z di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Performance Expectancy (β = 0.321; p < 0.05), Effort Expectancy (β = 0.285; p < 0.05), Social Influence (β = 0.352; p < 0.01), dan Facilitating Conditions (β = 0.276; p < 0.05) berpengaruh positif terhadap Trust. Selanjutnya, Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Decision (β = 0.463; p < 0.001), Purchase Decision berpengaruh terhadap User Satisfaction (β = 0.502; p < 0.001), dan User Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh paling kuat terhadap Repurchase Intention (β = 0.725; p < 0.001). Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa kepercayaan pengguna menjadi faktor kunci dalam membentuk kepuasan dan loyalitas Generasi Z terhadap DAMRI Apps, serta menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan akurasi sistem dan keamanan aplikasi.

Abstract

E-learning is a form of innovation in technology used in educational field, including higher education. University of Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur is one of many universities that have implemented e-learning called ILMU to support the teaching-learning process. The application of ILMU as e-learning has yet to be utilised by lecturers, due to some challenges in implementation of ILMU regarding accessibility and features of ILMU. Meanwhile, successful implementation of a technology requires acceptance from its users. This research was acquited to define what acceptance factors that influence lecturers while accessing ILMU. This study is measured using UTAUT model. The research was carried on by quantitatively distributing questionnaires to 60 lecturers. Data were analyzed and processed using SEM-PLS technique and SMARTPLS 3.0 application. Factors that influence users to receive ILMU e-learning and significantly are effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and behavioral intention. Meanwhile, performance expectancy does not influence users significantly to accept ILMU e-learning. These factors are key indicators to of the implementation and improvement of ILMU e-learning, thus it will develop a better implementation for the lecturers to use and accept it.
