Abstract

This study examines the legal status and implications of Bitcoin ownership as a medium of exchange within Indonesia's evolving digital financial system. In light of persistent regulatory ambiguity, the research seeks to understand how legal uncertainty shapes the use and recognition of Bitcoin as a transactional asset. Employing a qualitative socio-legal approach, the study integrates doctrinal legal analysis with empirical findings obtained from in-depth interviews with cryptocurrency users, legal scholars, and financial regulators. The findings reveal that Bitcoin ownership in Indonesia lacks formal legal recognition, as there is no existing state-sanctioned registration system or institutional mechanism to validate cryptographic ownership. Instead, the private key remains the only accepted evidence of control and possession, creating a decentralized system of ownership that operates independently from conventional legal doctrines. Despite regulatory restrictions, Bitcoin continues to be used in informal peer-to-peer transactions, primarily driven by user preferences for privacy, decentralization, and efficiency. This disconnect between legal structures and technological realities generates vulnerabilities for users, particularly in cases involving fraud, inheritance, taxation, or contractual disputes, where no formal recourse exists. The research concludes that Indonesia’s legal framework remains ill-equipped to handle the complexities of decentralized financial assets, posing challenges to legal enforceability and consumer protection. The study recommends the establishment of a voluntary, state-recognized digital asset registration system, along with capacity-building initiatives for regulators. These measures aim to enhance legal certainty, bridge institutional gaps, and support the integration of blockchain-based assets into Indonesia’s formal financial and legal ecosystem.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra di Desa Tulusbesar, Kecamatan Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang yaitu permasalahan pengembangan wisata dimana potensi Desa Tulusbesar belum dimanfaatkan dengan optimal. Tim pengusul pengabdian akan membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan judul “Pelatihan Hospitality English dan Educational Tourism Guna Mendukung Pengembangan Wisata Hijau di Desa Tulusbesar”. Metode yang akan dipakai untuk mewujudkan tujuan khusus tersebut adalah memberikan 2 jenis pelatihan yaitu pelatihan Hospitality English dan pelatihan Educational Tourism di Desa Tulusbesar. Langkah-langkah kegiatan yang akan dilakukan melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari 5 tahapan, meliputi: analisis kebutuhan pengembangan wisata, pelatihan hospitality English, pelatihan educational tourism, praktik mengimplementasikan hospitality english dalam menyambut wisatawan, praktik mengimplemetasikan educational tourism. Dalam pelatihan ini peserta pelatihan diberikan materi hospitality english seperti greeting and self-introduction/introducing someone else, telephone courtesy, general services at homestay, direction and general enquiries at homestay, problems and complaints, making comparisons, giving and receiving compliments, offering help and advice, dan English daily conversation. Hasil kegiatan yaitu peserta pelatihan mampu menggunakan Bahasa Inggris praktis untuk wisata budaya di Desa Tulusbesar, khususnya untuk dapat memberikan layanan yang kind dan helpful (ramah, hangat, dan berkualitas) bagi wisatawan terutama wisatawan asing.

Abstract

 Penyalahgunaan minuman keras oleh remaja merupakan masalah sosial yang terus berkembang di berbagai wilayah, termasuk di Desa Sokosari, Kecamatan Soko, Kabupaten Tuban. Rendahnya tingkat literasi hukum di kalangan masyarakat, khususnya orang tua, turut menjadi faktor pemicu lemahnya kontrol sosial terhadap perilaku anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum dan partisipasi aktif orang tua dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan minuman keras. Berangkat dari teori kontrol sosial dan teori sosialisasi hukum dalam keluarga, kegiatan ini dirancang secara edukatif dan partisipatif. Penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa peran orang tua yang kuat dalam pengawasan dan komunikasi efektif sangat berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan perilaku menyimpang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini mencakup: penyuluhan hukum kepada orang tua terkait dampak hukum dan sosial penyalahgunaan miras, pelatihan pola asuh dan komunikasi efektif dalam keluarga, distribusi media edukasi seperti poster hukum, pembentukan relawan keluarga peduli hukum, kolaborasi lintas sektor dengan pemerintah desa dan lembaga terkait, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan dan penyusunan rekomendasi tindak lanjut. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terbentuk kesadaran kolektif masyarakat terhadap bahaya miras, serta meningkatnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan alkohol sejak dini. Program ini juga berupaya membangun kolaborasi antara keluarga, komunitas, dan pemerintah desa dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat, aman, dan berdaya hukum.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether travel vlog production as project-based learning can improve the speaking performance of tourism industry students and identify tourism industry students’ perception of producing travel vlogs as project-based learning. This research employed a mixed-method research design. The quantitative design utilized a pre-experimental design involving a one-group pretest-posttest. Meanwhile, descriptive qualitative was applied to the qualitative design. In collecting data, researchers employed tests and interviews as instruments. The data was evaluated using a t-test to define the hypothesis. Additionally, the analysis of the interview transcript was applied. Producing travel vlogs for project-based learning has improved the speaking performance of tourism industry students. Students can expand their ideas and creativity to produce a travel vlog. Tourism industry students also positively perceived the travel vlog production as project-based learning. Most of the students felt happy with producing travel vlogs as project-based learning. This research provides recommendations to many people to produce more travel vlogs so that tourists can use them as a guide for their travel activities

Abstract

Training on the utilization of household vegetable waste into liquid organic fertilizer in Bangle, Sukorame District, Lamongan Regency, aims to increase the awareness and skills of the younger generation in processing organic waste into useful products for agriculture. This program involves the collection of vegetable waste, a fermentation process with the help of EM4 (Effective Microorganisms 4), and the production of quality liquid fertilizer. Prior to the training, participants faced challenges in the form of a lack of knowledge about waste management and dependence on chemical fertilizers. After the training, participants demonstrated significant improvements in understanding and practical skills, with successful application of techniques that reduce waste, improve soil fertility and support plant growth. The success of the training is measured by the application of the techniques taught, positive changes in waste management habits, and tangible results in agriculture. Suggestions for improving program effectiveness include improving initial education, providing adequate facilities and equipment, ongoing support, and using technology. This training makes an important contribution to sustainable agricultural practices and environmentally friendly waste management.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan meningkatkan perilaku sabar anak kelompok B di RA Attaqwa 31 Azzumar melalui permainan estafet bola. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kesabaran anak, seperti sulit menunggu giliran dan tergesa-gesa saat bermain. Penelitian menggunakan model Hopkins dengan dua siklus yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 12 anak kelompok B dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan. Pada pra siklus, hanya 25% anak yang berada pada kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Setelah tindakan pada siklus I, jumlah anak yang mencapai kategori BSH meningkat menjadi 58,33%. Pada siklus II hasilnya meningkat hingga 83,33%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa permainan estafet bola efektif melatih kesabaran anak, khususnya dalam menunggu giliran, mengendalikan diri, dan menyelesaikan tugas dengan tekun. Dengan demikian, permainan estafet bola dapat dijadikan strategi pembelajaran di RA/PAUD untuk mengembangkan aspek sosial-emosional, terutama kesabaran anak, melalui kegiatan yang menyenangkan dan bermakna

Abstract

This research aims to determine the working relationship between the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body based on Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Seeing the importance of the village government system which must be carried out based on applicable regulations. This research method was carried out using normative legal research using a statutory approach. The Legislative Regulations Approach is an approach that looks at and analyzes statutory regulations relating to village government which is the subject of research. The data in this research is secondary data in the form of laws. The research results found that village government law, in accordance with Law Number 6 of 2014, confirms the partnership between the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD). Villages have the authority to regulate government affairs and community interests. The Village Head is responsible for governance and development, while the BPD plays a role in drafting village regulations, gathering community aspirations, and supervising the performance of the village head. The Village Law and related regulations regulate the roles and authorities of both to prevent conflict. This collaboration is regulated in Village Regulations to ensure the effectiveness of tasks and prevent conflicts. BPD is also involved in managing village funds and democracy, making an important contribution to holistic and transparent village development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the position of customary criminal law in national criminal law. National criminal law in Indonesia is the legal framework that regulates criminal acts throughout the country. The Criminal Code (KUHP) is the main criminal law basis which provides norms and sanctions for various types of criminal acts. This legal research method is normative legal research which carries out library research. The specification of this research is that the research method used is analytical descriptive. The source and type of research data is secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. The data analysis method was carried out normatively. The results of this research show that the position of customary criminal law in national criminal law creates complex and varying dynamics depending on a country's legal approach and policies. In general, customary criminal law has a relatively separate position in national criminal law, often recognized as part of local cultural heritage and traditions. However, challenges arise in integrating customary criminal law with national criminal law to achieve a balance between cultural diversity and the protection of human rights.

Abstract

Tourism village is a village that has various characteristics and uniqueness, and therefore designated as a tourist attraction. Tourist village is a form of community empowerment since the village is run and managed by local community. In addition, it also drives utilization of local resources and development of local businesses. Studies have shown the impact of tourism village toward the village economy since tourism is a substantial economic base for developing an area. Situated in Tumpang, Malang Regency, Wringinsongo village has a lot of potentials, namely agriculture, fisheries, creative industry and tourism. One of which is a natural swimming pond called Sumberingin. However, number of visitors are relatively low because very few people, particularly those living outside Tumpang, have heard about this attraction. With adequate promotion, Sumberingin swimming pond can be a major tourist attraction. Therefore, Polinema decided to conduct a training on video-making and editing for members of BUMDes Tirta Jaya Kreasi. The objective is to provide some assistance to promote Sumberingin swimming pond. The findings demonstrated that the training increased the participants’ knowledge and skills in video-making from several interesting angles.

Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce poses challenges in trade supervision, including the potential for monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of existing regulations and provide policy recommendations to create a healthier and more competitive digital trade ecosystem. The method used is a juridical-normative approach with an analysis of regulations and cases of business competition in e-commerce. The results of the study show that although regulations are available, their implementation and supervision still face obstacles, such as low awareness of business actors regarding legal regulations and lack of coordination between supervisory institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, educate business actors and consumers, and increase supervision based on digital technology to ensure compliance with competition law. This study is expected to be a reference in developing policies and law enforcement in digital trade in Indonesia
