Abstract

This study investigates the impact of sustainable social entrepreneurship on economic inclusivity in rural areas of Indonesia, using a quantitative analysis with 125 respondents and data processed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that sustainable social entrepreneurship significantly influences economic inclusivity through key factors, including access to resources, equitable opportunities, participation in economic activities, and income distribution. The model explains 68% of the variance in economic inclusivity, indicating strong predictive power. These results emphasize the transformative potential of social entrepreneurship in addressing socio-economic disparities and fostering equitable growth in rural Indonesia. The study contributes to the theoretical understanding of inclusive development and provides actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners aiming to promote sustainable rural economies.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of digital value-based pricing strategies in optimizing the competitiveness of tourism destinations in the digital era. This background highlights the need for an approach that integrates technology and a deep understanding of consumer behavior to create perceived value for tourists. The study aims to identify effective, relevant, and competitive pricing strategies in digital value-based tourism marketing. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA framework, combined with bibliometric analysis to ensure the validity and relevance of the research data. The results of the study indicate that digital value-based pricing strategies, which utilize data analytics and personalization, can increase tourists' perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty while driving the economic sustainability of tourist destinations. The conclusion of this study confirms that digital value-based strategies are not only relevant but also able to create satisfying tourism experiences, support marketing innovation, and have the potential to become a long-term trend in the tourism industry.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic banks must be able to compete in the digital era along with technological advances in the financial industry. Islamic banks that are relatively new are often considered less popular and less experienced, hence they must take note of the growth and expansion of customer loyalty, especially in mobile banking services equipped with assistive intelligence (AI) to achieve competitive advantage. The aim of this research was to identify the elements that motivate Generation Z’s allegiance to AI-powered Islamic mobile banking. Generation Z residents of Surakarta made up the study’s population. Sampling used purposive sampling with 100 respondents. The approach used was quantitative and analyzed using IMB SPSS version 2023. The results of the study showed that service quality, trust, and satisfaction were determining factors for the loyalty of generation Z to Islamic mobile banking equipped with artificial intelligence (AI). Meanwhile, customer loyalty to Islamic mobile banking among Generation Z was not significantly impacted by religiosity. With this study, it is hoped that Islamic banks can increase customer loyalty by developing the determining factors for customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and brand image on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Tokopedia. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The data used are secondary data with data collection techniques through literature study and primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires with 100 respondents. The sampling method used is the probability sampling technique. The design of hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F test. The results show that partially brand ambassadors do not affect purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand image affects purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variable brand ambassador and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions, with a correlation coefficient of 0.838, which is a very strong relationship, while for the coefficient of determination of 70.2%, meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 70.2% has an effect between brand ambassador and brand image on purchasing decisions, the remaining 29.8% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi merupakan suatu kondisi yang ditandai ketika seseorang mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah sistolik ≥140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik ≥90 mmHg. Evaluasi penggunaan obat bertujuan untuk memastikan penggunaan obat antihipertensi secara rasional,meningkatkan ketetapan dan keamanan penggunaan obat penderita hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien hipertensi dan evaluasi penggunaan obat antihipertensi pada pasien hipertensi berdasarkan rasionalitas di Indonesia. Literatur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari jurnal-jurnal yang telah diterbitkan secara nasional. Literatur yang digunakan adalah literatur dari tahun 2016 hingga 2021 yang dapat diakses bentuk full text dalam format PDF. Untuk mendapatkan jurnal tersebut, peneliti menggunakan search engine seperti Google Scholar dan dengan kata kunci: evaluasi; rasionalitas; penggunaan obat antihipertensi; pasien hipertensi. Hasil studi literatur sebanyak 7 jurnal menunjukkanbahwa penggunaan obat antihipertensi di Indonesia yang paling banyak digunakan golongan Calcium Channel Blocker (CCB), yaitu amlodipin, Angiotensin Converting Enzyme Inhibitor (ACEI) yaitu captopril, golongan Angiotensin Receptor Blocker (ARB) yaitu candesartan dan golongan diuretic loop yaitu furosemide. Pada evaluasi rasionalitas terhadap penggunaan obat antihipertensi di Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan kriteria tepat indikasi, tepat pasien, tepat obat dan tepat dosis dari 7 jurnal dengan rentang rasionalitasnya 64,6%- 100%.

Abstract

To improve student learning outcomes, teachers should produce interesting Learning materials, such as interactive wordwall games, in response to the rapid advancements in technology during the 4.0 era. The objective of this research is to investigate strategies for enhancing the mathematical proficiency of fourth-grade students via the use of blocks and cubes. A total of 27 students from SDN Palebon 03 Semarang were included in this research, which used Classroom Action Research (PTK). PTK, or classroom action research, consists of two distinct stages. The researchers saw substantial gains in all areas when they used wordwall interactive media. The completion percentage for Cycle II was 92.59%, which is an increase over the 62.96% completion rate in Cycle I. Wordwall interactive media may enhance the learning outcomes of fourth graders in elementary school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and compensation on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Pamijahan sub-district bogor accredited B. This study used quantitative research. The collected data in the form of numbers are analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. This study used a questionnaire that was non-test. The questionnaire is systematically prepared by the researcher by submitting a written statement, answered by the respondent and returned to the researcher (Sugiyono, 2018). The questionnaire in this study was a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire in this study contained a series of statements, including five alternative answers to both positive and negative statements answered by teachers. Based on the regression test, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment, compensation on teacher performance.

Abstract

Pisang merupakan komoditas yang sangat mudah dijumpai terutama di Desa Sindang Jaya. Salah satu bagian pisang yang kerap tidak dimanfaatkan masyarakat dan sering menajadi sampah adalah pelepah pisang. Pelepah pisang dapat dimanfaatkan dan diolah menjadi olahan keripik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi masyarakat Desa Sindang Jaya dengan harapan mampu meningkatkan kapasitas dan keterampilan dalam menjalankan usaha berbasis potensi lokal. Pengabdian dilakukan pada hari Senin tanggal 03 Maret 2025. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sindang Jaya kecamatan sindang kelingi Kabupaten rejang lebong provinsi Bengkulu. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode observasi dan perencanaan, persiapan, pelatihan dan pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang sudah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan peningkatan nilai jual pelepah pisang menjadi olahan keripik pisang menjadi ilmu baru bagi masyarakat sindang jaya dan menjadi peluang usaha baru bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dengan memanfaatkan bahan yang melimpah dan sering tidak digunkan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Tangkal Furniture merupakan suatu bisnis yang tercipta melalui ide kreatif terhadap suatu inovasi mengenai konsep pembuatan furniture. Banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan furniture dengan pilihan bahan baku kayu. Begitupun dengan Tangkal memilih bahan baku kayu dengan jenis Trembesi. Tangkal Furniture ini berlokasi di Jalan Cisaranten Wetan Kecamatan Cinambo Kota Bandung. Lokasi ini kurang memadai karena tidak berada di pinggir jalan umum atau jalan besar dan sulit diakses oleh konsumen bila menggunakan kendaraan roda empat. Tempat produksi masih bergabung dengan rumah tinggal sehingga memiliki keterbatasan tempat. Masalah utama yang dialami oleh Tangkal Furniture adalah kurangnya peralatan untuk menunjang proses produksi, kesulitan dalam menggarap pemasaran melalui media sosial maupun direct marketing (pemasaaran langsung) dan menentukan segmentasi pasar, kurangngnya teknik pemasaran dalam menentukan segmen menengah ke atas dengan kualitas bahan baku trembesi, serta pencatatan keuangan yang belum memadai. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini fokus pada perapihan pencatatan keuangan melalui pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan berbasis EMKM dan melakukan pendampingan dalam menentukan segmentasi, target dan posisi pasar yang selanjutnya menentukan media promosi yang tepat untuk memasarkan produknya.Kata Kunci: omset; siApik; media sosial. Strategies to Increase Turnover Tangkal Furniture Through Utilization of Information Technology and Improvement Financial RecordsABSTRACTTangkal Furniture is a business that is created through creative ideas for an innovation regarding the concept of making furniture. Many people use furniture with a choice of wood raw materials. Likewise with Tangkal choosing wood raw materials with the Trembesi type. Tangkal Furniture is located on Jalan Cisaranten Wetan, Cinambo District, Bandung City. This location is inadequate because it is not on the side of a public road or big road and is difficult for consumers to access when using a four-wheeled vehicle. The production site is still joined by a residence so it has limited space. The main problems experienced by Tangkal Furniture are the lack of equipment to support the production process, difficulty in working on marketing through social media and direct marketing (direct marketing) and determining market segmentation, lack of marketing techniques in determining the middle to upper segment with quality raw materials of trembesi, and inadequate financial records. This method of implementing community service activities focuses on tidying up financial records through training in preparing EMKM-based financial reports and providing assistance in determining segmentation, targets and market positions which further determine the appropriate promotional media to market its products.Keyword: omzet, siApik, social media.
