Abstract

Pada saat ini peningkatan teknologi komputer berkembang semakin pesat, peneliti menggunakan komputer dengan aplikasi maple untuk membelajarkan matematika sebagai media pembelajaran khususnya pada persoalan yang berhubungan dengan materi trigonometri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Maple terhadap hasil belajar materi Trigonometri kelas X. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategoru penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas XI di salah satu sekolah SMK swasta daerah Sidoarjo jurusan OTKP (Otomatisasi & Tata Kelola Perkantoran) yang berjumlah 29 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode pengamatan pada aktivitas guru dan aktivitas siswa serta metode tes untuk mengecek hasil belajar. Hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa dianalisis dengan mencari nilai rata-rata aktivitas untuk menentukan kategori keterlaksanaan pembenaran dan data hasil belajar dianalisis melalui ketercapaian KKM dan ketuntasan klasikal Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengamatan aktivitas guru ketika melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika dengan aplikasi maple memperoleh rata-rata nilai 3,75 termasuk kategori sangat baik dan aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran memperoleh rata-rata nilai 3,28  termasuk kategori sangat baik juga, sedangkan hasil tes belajar siswa diperoleh rata-rata kelas yaitu 79,922 atau dengan demikian nilai rata-rata sudah di atas KKM salah satu sekolah di Sidoarjo dan ketuntasan tes hasil belajar siswa adalah 100% atau seluruh siswa yang ada dikelas dinyatakan tuntas  mengikuti tes, maka pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi maple sangat baik digunakan untuk siswa kelas XI pada materi grafik fungsi Trigonometri.

Abstract

Pair Checks learning is group learning that can guide partners to think critivally. This research’s purpose is to knowing the effect of Pair Checks Learning to the critical thinking skills of students in solving the story task. This type of this research is the experiment using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the academic year 2019/2020 in SMK Informatika Sumber Ilmu Tulangan. The sample of this research were 26 students using purposive sampling technique. The result showed that there was an influence of the pair checks learning on the critical thinking ability of the student because tcount = 3,431 > ttable = 2.064 and supported by significant probability conditions of (0.002) < α (0.05). And because of the line of the regression equation Y = -15,479 + 1.743X which shows that if the learning of Pair checks is implemented better than the critical thinking skills of student will also be better. Pair Checks Learning has a contribution by 32.9% to the critical thinking ability of students. Applying pair check learning make students can argue or be more active in class and improve critical thinking skills that are good for solving mathematical story problems.

Abstract

To see the improvement of students in the learning process, one of which is the value of learning outcomes. To make students an active role in the learning process of rectangular trapezoidal material in class, a Brain Based Learning model can be applied in which students are asked to actively explore knowledge to improve learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the influence of the Brain Based Learning model on student learning outcomes in rectangular material. This research is an experiment using a quantitative approach, which was carried out in the 2020/2021 school year at SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 7 Porong with a sample of 29 students in class VII-A. The results of this study indicate that student learning outcomes on the material of the rectangular trapezoidal shape seen from the value of t = 2.797> t table = 2.051 with a significant probability condition (0.009) less than α (0.05). Also, it is shown by the linear regression equation, namely -253,494 + 3,808X which shows that if the Brain Based Learning model is implemented better with careful preparation so that student learning outcomes improve well. The Brain Based Learning model has a contribution/influence of 22.5% on the learning process of the rectangular material.

Abstract

Implementation is a way of activity which is planned orderly, carefully and specifically to gain the effective and efficient result which is reviewed from the teacher’s activity, students’ activity, study’s result and students’ responses in order to make the students actively act in the process of learning and the students will not confuse with many formulas found in the material of build space flat side, thus can implemented picture and picture model learning where this learning metode, the student must be active to use the picture and to be matched or sorted to be systematic sequence, such as arrange the picture orderly, appoint the picture, give information about the picture and explain the picture. This research was a descriptive quantitative research, the data gained from the research population sample which analyzed coincide with the statistic metode which was used then interpreted. Because of this research intended to know the implementation of learning mode of picture and picture in the VIII grade in Bilingual Terpadu Junior High School in the material of build space of flat side. In the implementation learning mode of picture and picture in this research, the score of teacher’s actixxity showed that 3,08 in the “good” category, in the part students’ activity from 12 indicator gained 8 very active and 4 active. In the part score of learning result classically gained 62,5%, this showed that classically can be said “incompleted” and from the students’ responses was positive stated because the response questionnaire in the “good” category.

Abstract

This qualitative descriptive study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the errors of vocational students in solving mathematical problems of the three-variable linear equation system. This research was conducted in SMK Persatuan 1 in Tulangan in the year of 2019/2020 in X grade of clothing class. Subjects were chosen based on the number of mistakes made in solving the problems. As for the technique of collecting data in this research were used test and interview method. The test was done to all of the students of the X grade of clothing class. From the outcome of the test was taken 3 subjects who has the most mistaken. Furthermore the chosen subject to be interviewed. The results of the test and interview were analyzed by using Newman error analysis that is reading error, understanding error, transform error, process skill error and final answer error. Based on the research by using Newman error analysis can be concluded that student did the reading error with the error form of unable to read the important words found in the question, students did the understanding error with the error form of unable to write what is known and what is asked and write it but wrong, student did the transform error with the error form of unable to make the mathematical model, students did the process skill with the error form of unable to to solve the problem and incompatible procedure, and student did the final answer error with error form of written error answer and did not write the answer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul pada pembelajaran matriks yang berkualitas dilihat dari kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah yakni belum adanya sumber belajar yang lain dan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika serta rendahnya kemandirian belajar siswa sehingga mengakibatkan hasil belajar yang dihasilkan siswa rendah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research dan Development). Langkah-langkah pada penelitian pengembangan ini adalah ( 1) menentukan potensi dan masalah, 2) mengumpulkan data, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, 5) perbaikan desain, 6) membuat produk, 7) uji coba produk, 8) revisi produk 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa e-modul matematika yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid,efektif, dan praktis. E-modul matematika dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil penelitian oleh para ahli menunjukkan angka 5,25 dengan kriteria "Sangat Valid". Untuk hasil ketergunaan e-modul pada siswa menunjukan angka 88,885% dengan kriteria "Sangat Praktis". Pada kemandirian belajar siswa dari 9 narasumber 5 narasumber diantaranya menunjukan angka 55,5% dengan kategori "Sangat tinggi" dan hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan angka 66,667% ketuntasan dengan kategori baik. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul matematika layak digunakan.

Abstract

Blended learning is a combination of face-to-face and online learning with the help of technology. In this study, using mixed learning between synchronous and asynchronous learning, the learning model applied is the flipped classroom. This study aims to determine the activities of teachers and students, achievement of learning outcomes and student responses to learning using the flipped classroom model. This research is in the form of quantitative descriptive with a sample of 7 students from class X IPS-1 SMA Persatuan Tulangan. The data collection technique used was learning observation, learning result test in the form of post test and giving student response questionnaire. The results of observations of teacher activity during learning obtained a percentage of 84.37%, student activity in asynchronous learning through LMS Kelase, students were active, namely obtaining 83%, but when learning synchronously in the WA group student activities only obtained a percentage of 66.1% with the criteria being quite active. From student learning outcomes using flipped classroom trigonometric material, completeness of classical learning outcomes obtained 71.43% and declared incomplete because ≤ 75%. From the implementation of this learning, students gave a positive response.

Abstract

The students must have numeracy skills because it is important to them. This study describes the differences in numeracy skills between male and female students; describe the correlation of numeracy skills with gender. The research subjects were 112 grade VIII junior high school students. Measurement of numeracy skills using a test instrument. The analysis was performed using the Mann Withney test and Pearson correlation. There is a significant difference between the numeracy abilities of male and female students. Correlation test obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050 so that there is a significant relationship between numeracy ability and gender. Correlation value indicates a low level of relationship.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah keterampilan guru dalam membuat soal tes online sederhana menggunkan Google Form. Hal ini untuk mempersiapkan guru dalam menghadapi kondisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring dan juga sebagai upaya penghematan kertas. Kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan penggunaan Google Form yang dihadiri oleh seluruh guru SMP PGRI 8 Sidoarjo. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan penyampaian materi sekaligus praktik langsung oleh para guru. Pada setiap step pelatihan, pemateri sekaligus memberikan kesempatan bertanya kepada peserta pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menjadikan para guru antusias dan memiliki keterampilan lebih dalam mebuat dan menilai tes secara online yang dapat diterapkan pada ulangan harian, PAS, dan juga PAT.

Abstract

This activity is a form of service that aims to improve teacher skills in developing or preparing interactive and fun learning media for students by utilizing the Pear–Deck application. This activity is carried out so that teachers are able to carry out learning both online and offline but still make students enthusiastic about participating in learning in the current situation due to COVID-19. The activities carried out are in the form of training and mentoring on the use of the Pear–Deck, combined with power points that are used during synchronous online or offline learning. The stages of the activity are the delivery of material, questions and answers, practice of making, and practice in the classroom by the teacher. This activity has a positive impact, namely that the teacher's skills in making interactive media increase and the teacher is able to apply interactive learning assisted by the Pear–Deck well.
