Abstract

Good Governance emphasizes attention to realize that there are some essential elements in good governance namely Accuntability, Participation, predictability, and Transparency. Another important thing is not to lose should be fulfilled in the realization of good governance is to honor law enforcement presence that is jointly supervised by public. This study aims to examine the reality of the phenomenon of conflict between the discourse of anti-corruption commission (KPK) with the Indonesian National Police (INP) related discourse “gecko versus crocodile”. This study will look at how the existence of Civil Society in conducting excitations to the creation of good governance in Indonesia, Study on chaotic discourse Versus the Police Commission. This research was descriptive qualitative method of data collection techniques using analytical approach to literature and media discourse. The results of this study indicate the presence of public power that collectively perform excitation in to the realization supermacy of law.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to Know and explain the results of the evaluation of the quality of housing conditions for low-income people (MBR) in Medan City, Know and explain the implementation of Law no. 1 of 2011 concerning Housing and Settlement Areas for MBR in Medan City, Knowing and explaining the supporting factors and obstacles to improving the quality of housing conditions for low-income people (MBR) in Medan City. This research is a qualitative design. The research approach is based on phenomenology and the constructivism paradigm in developing science. The results of the research are normatively Law no. 1 of 2011 has been quite effective in accommodating the provision of housing support for low-income families. Implementation of 1 Year 2011, there are still many problems, especially those related to the role and capacity of local governments, both in terms of commitment and funding, so it is necessary to develop derivative regulations related to local governments. There are still weaknesses in housing regulations, among others, related to the current income limit for MBR, which is relatively 35% higher than the average wage / salary income of people in Indonesia, as well as the benchmark for common house prices which are 44% lower in value than the market price in accordance with construction costs on the market.

Abstract

Indonesia to start the general election of regional heads (Election first implemented in 2005, from the results of research that has been done by M.Iksan in the know in generalelections in 2005 which carried on wel run, orderly, safe, smooth and democratic. Soebagio research results conducted in the year after the year 2004 and 2009 indicatethe occurrence of distortion in the transition to democracy in Indonesia with the mark of democracy is only able to move in a procedural-electora dimensions have not touched the substantial aspects. Journey's transition to democracy in Indonesia has a new persolan when the distortion is giving its implications for strengthening local democracy in Indonesia. This study uses descriptive evaluative. The results of this study found a strong relationship of understanding the implications of the distortion of democracy that is limited to the dimensions of proceduraldemocracy-electoral posed a serious threat to the strengthening of local democracy inIndonesia where the practice of transactional relationships between the contestants andkonsituen as the implications of procedural-electoral democracy.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reform requires the creation of good governance, namely the process of interaction between state institutions to the community derived from elements of civil society in order to perform the construction and establishment of good governance. In the practice to achieve Good Governance found "stagnation" due to the political culture of the organization and not show his support for a succession of bureaucratic reform. This study will look at organizational culture and political relations to the establishment of Good Governance in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive evaluative with the type of qualitative research. The results showed that organizational culture and politics play a major role in the"stagnant" succession of reforms would require strong leadership and visionary in order to oversee the achievement of a succession of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia.

Regional head candidates hoping to appear as an elected regional heads in local elections (Election) with regional heads so each candidate will do various forms of business activities in the market including their political ideas by Bashir-mate Alex the regional head election (Election) Pekalongan in 2010 The purpose of this study to determine the political marketing used in the election of Bashir Pekalongan. The method used qualitative descriptive type using interview techniques and literature. These results indicate that the figure Bashir has had since the beginning of social capital as a doctor and a social being so generous in the use of political marketing Bashir form no trouble.
