Abstract

This study aims to analyze factors related to student achievement at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNESA). This study employed a quantitative method with factor analysis techniques, conducted using SPSS version 25 software. Data were obtained from distributing questionnaires to the study sample, namely FEB UNESA students. The results of this study, after factor rotation, yielded two factors: Learning Support Factors (Work Ethic, Family Environment, Learning Concentration, and Learning Independence), and Health Factors (Health).This research provides recommendations for future researchers, universities, students, and parents. It is particularly helpful for students, as internal factors must recognize the importance of academic achievement.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat pengangguran pada lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan kerja siswa masih menjadi tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan vokasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh praktik kerja industri (prakerin) terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada siswa kelas 12 SMK Labschool UNESA 1 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa yang telah melaksanakan prakerin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prakerin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Selain itu, prakerin juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy, serta self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Self-efficacy terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pelaksanaan prakerin yang efektif dan penguatan self-efficacy dalam mempersiapkan lulusan SMK yang lebih siap kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green marketing, green behavior, and consumer interest in users of Gojek's GoGreener Collective Tree Feature. The population in this study were all users who had used Gojek's GoGreener Collective Tree Feature. The sample consists of 120 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses an online questionnaire via the Google form. Data analysis used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) processed with SPSS 25. The results of this study prove that green marketing influences green behavior, and consumer interest can strengthen the influence of green marketing on green behavior. Abstract

Stronger entrepreneurship education is needed as an alternative job creation strategy given the high unemployment rate in Indonesia, especially among vocational high school (SMK) graduates. The purpose of this research is to examine how entrepreneurship education influences the entrepreneurial interest of eleventh-grade students at SMKN 1 Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach, and questionnaires are used to obtain data. The sample was selected using simple random sampling, totaling 187 students. Simple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The findings of this research indicate that entrepreneurial interest is significantly influenced by entrepreneurship education. This research highlights the importance of entrepreneurship education in shaping students' perspectives and preparing them for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Work readiness can be defined as the ability of students to enter the workforce immediately after graduating from school, equipped with the mental preparedness, knowledge, experience, and maturity they have acquired. Therefore, readiness is essential for employment. Work readiness is a crucial aspect that must be possessed by students of Vocational High Schools (SMK) in order to compete in the job market after graduation. Factors that may influence work readiness include internship experience and career guidance obtained by students during their education. This study aims to analyze the influence of internship experience and career guidance on the work readiness of XII grade students at SMKS NU Gresik in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses a quantitative method. The research was conducted at SMKS NU Gresik with XII grade students as the research population. The sampling technique used a census method, resulting in 129 students from all majors being selected as research samples, with the criteria that they had participated in internship programs and received career guidance at school. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results showed that internship experience and career guidance had an influence on the work readiness of XII grade students at SMKS NU Gresik in the 2024/2025 academic year. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Field Work Practice (PKL) experience on the work readiness of twelfth-grade students at SMKN 1 Lamongan with work motivation as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population consisted of 214 twelfth-grade students from the Business and Management program who had participated in PKL, with 139 respondents selected using proportionate random sampling. Data were collected through closed-ended questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that PKL experience had a positive and significant effect on work readiness. PKL experience also had a significant effect on work motivation. In addition, work motivation significantly influenced work readiness. The indirect effect test indicated that work motivation significantly mediated the relationship between PKL experience and work readiness. These findings indicate that better PKL experience supported by high work motivation can improve students’ work readiness in facing the business and industrial world.

Abstract

The internationalization of quality assurance systems is now a strategic agenda for Indonesian higher education institutions, particularly since Ministerial Regulation (Permendiktisaintek) No. 39 of 2025 pushed universities to move beyond national standards and toward global ones. Rather than reading as a standard training-evaluation report, this article frames the partnership between the Quality Assurance Agency (BPM) of Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) and Nakhon Phanom University (NPU), Thailand, as a form of academic diplomacy aimed at strengthening cross-border Internal Quality Assurance Systems (SPMI). The partnership unfolded in three stages, two online sessions followed by one in-person session, transferring Unesa's nationally proven practices in quality audit, monitoring, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA)-based survey analysis. The impact evaluation points to strong acceptance of both the program's substance and its facilitation: the average performance score (3.19) exceeded the average importance score (2.79), most indicators fell in the Maintain quadrant, and none landed in the Overinvest quadrant. These findings suggest that a staged online-offline collaboration model is an efficient, sustainable way to disseminate an international quality culture, and one worth replicating at other universities preparing for SPMI internationalization.
