Abstract

Abstrak: Membahas mengenai hukum darah perempuan yaitu haid, istihadhah, dan nifas adalah materi yang sangat perlu dibahas karena pembahasan ini sangat bermanfaat dan sering ditanyakan oleh kaum hawa. Pembahasan tentang darah perempuan ini pun, ada yang menganggap bahwa pembahasan yang paling sulit dalam hal fiqih. Haid, istihadhah, dan nifas adalah kodrat yang dianugerahkan kepada kaum hawa sehingga pembahasan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi kaum hawa, bahwa setiap perempuan tidak boleh bodoh dalam masalah ini. Perkara ini berpengaruh kepada sah tidaknya sebuah ibadah karena berhubungan dengan suci dari hadats dan najis. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keilmuan yang lebih luas kepada pembaca mengenai haid, istihadhah, dan nifas. Dalam penulisan artikel ini, penulis memaparkan dan menejelaskan hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan haid, istihadhah, dan nifas, secara sistematis yang akan memudahkan pembaca dalam memahaminya. Sehingga dapat mengimplementasikanya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Sehingga data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer yang didapat dari buku dan sumber data sekunder sebagai pelengkap dan penunjang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan kajian literatur mengenai haid, istihadhah, dan nifas.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is very important for every individual who is Muslim. Each madrasa teaches Islamic religious education to produce good and quality graduates. In memorizing al-Qur'an, a proper method is needed so that the memorizer is not only memorized but is able to recite verses with the correct machroj. The research was carried out by field research through interviews with the teachers of Tahfidz Qur'an and the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamiyah Blingoh. The research aims to determine how the learning process, the learning methods applied, and the factors that support and hinder students in carrying out the Tahfidz learning process. This can be seen from the attention and efforts of the ustadz who guide and guide students in memorizing the Qur'an. In the learning Tahfidz Qur'an, there are things that must be considered, namely arranging the intention to seek the pleasure of Allah SWT. The methods used in the Tahfidz Qur'an learning are Bin-Nadhar, talaqqi, tahfidz and murojaah. During the process of Tahfidz activities, there are supporting factors for students in the learning process, such as motivation, careful self-preparation, age factors, timing, potential for memory and intelligence as well as a comfortable place to memorize. In addition, it is a factor that hinders students from carrying out the learning process. Namely, lack of self-motivation to memorize, lack of interest in talents, commit actions that lead to sinful acts, and decreased physical health.

Abstract

In modern era, in line with the rapid development of astronomy, many new problems arise. For example, the issue in the Islamic calendar which has long been debated is the difference in determining the beginning of the month of Ramadan, Shawwal, and Zulhijjah or Arafat. From the above issue, what exactly the problem is the unification of the Islamic calendar and how the reckoning experts and astronomers in the effort to unify the Islamic calendar. To solve these problems requires the right way such as the infant method or textual analysis, the causation method, and the taufiki method. Abstract

This article aims to determine how to anticipate attitudes of intolerance and disintegration that occur in Indonesia. This article uses a descriptive research method. The data was collected by conducting a literature study with information from respondents. In the process, the writer uses a qualitative approach. The author found an effort to anticipate attitudes of intolerance and disintegration by planting Islamic character education with the habituation method in all spheres of life. The results obtained from this study are that intolerance and disintegration can be anticipated by planting Islamic character education with the method of habituation in all spheres of life, both family, school, and society.

Abstract

Problematika maraknya kasus-kasus moral di lingkungan sekitar yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini, baik dengan beredarnya kasus melalui media sosial maupun yang tampak langsung disekitar lingkungan. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka terjadi beberapa degradasi moral yang mengindikasikan kalangan remaja atau generasi milenial. Baik dari kasus kenakalan remaja, video peserta didik yang melakukan tindakan yang tidak semena-mena kepada pendidik, pelecehan seksual, dan sebagainya. Maka dari itu, lingkungan pendidikan harus mampu untuk merespons kasus tersebut, untuk meyiapkan generasi pembaharu di masa depan. Dengan adanya pendidikan karakter religius yang diaplikasikan sejak anak usia dini maka anak didik dapat menopang lebih awal problematika di masa depan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penanaman nilai karakter religius anak usia dini di lingkungan pendidikan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan berbagai penjelasan dari studi pustaka, dan informasi dari repondens. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, maka  penanaman pendidikan karakter bagi anak usia dini dapat didesain dan dipraktikkan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan mengintegrasikan proses belajar tersebut dengan nilai karakter religius. Diharapkan anak didik tersebut tidak hanya mampu memahami teori-teori saja, tapi juga mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata Kunci: Penanaman Karakter Religius, Anak Usia Dini, Lingkungan Pendidikan Sekolah. AbstractThe problem of rampant moral cases in the surrounding environment is the background of this research, both with the circulation of cases through social media and those that appear directly around the environment. In connection with this, there has been some moral degradation that indicates adolescents or the millennial generation. Both from cases of juvenile delinquency, videos of students committing arbitrary acts against educators, sexual harassment, and so on. Therefore, the educational environment must be able to respond to this case, to prepare future generations of reformers. With the existence of religious character education that is applied from early childhood, students can support earlier problems in the future. The purpose of this study was to determine how to instill the value of early childhood religious character in the school education environment. This research uses qualitative methods with various explanations from literature studies and information from respondents. Based on the results of the above research, character education for early childhood can be designed and practiced in the learning process by integrating the learning process with the values of a religious character. It is hoped that these students will not only be able to understand theories but also be able to apply these values in everyday life.Keywords: Religious Character Cultivation, Early Childhood, School Education Environment.

Abstract

Era disrupsi memberi pengaruh terhadap perkembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam tingkat dasar. Lembaga pendidikan Islam tingkat dasar semakin banyak yang memasukkan program ibadah sebagai program unggulannya guna membentuk peserta didik yang Islami. Namun ini menimbulkan permasalahan tersendiri karena peserta didik tingkat dasar belum mampu berpikir abstrak sehingga sampai pada penghayatan. Padahal ibadah yang dilakukann harus dihayati. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman dan penghayatan peserta didik tentang ibadah di MI NU Manafiul Ulum Gebog Kudus. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja pengamalan ibadah peserta didik dan bagaimana pemahaman serta penghayatan peserta didik tentang ibadah yang dilaksanakannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ibadah yang diajarkan dan dibiasakan kepada peserta didik adalah salat, puasa, doa harian, membaca dan menghafal Al Quran. Pemahaman peserta didik tentang pengamalan ibadah sudah paham mengenai hukumnya seperti wajib, sunah, dosa, pahala, surga dan neraka. Namun peserta didik belum memahami tentang tujuan dan manfaat ibadah yang dilaksanakannya. Menariknya, pengamalan ibadah peserta didik tergolong taat dan sudah menjadi kebiasaan sehari-hari. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pengamalan ibadah peserta didik sudah menjadi kepribadian (being/tindakan moral) namun masih lemah dalam pemahaman (pengetahuan moral) dan belum mencapai kesadaran (perasaan moral).

Abstract

Like in general, Islamic boarding schools only provide education to students with religious knowledge and morals as the main substance but do not provide the students with skills. As a result, the Pondok Pesantren alumni arose in their hearts a feeling of not mastering their skills when they brought them to their hometowns. Given such a situation, providing life skills is expected to be an alternative to this problem. This study provides an overview of what strategies are applied in implementing life skills education at the Darussa'adah Jekulo Kudus Islamic boarding school. This research uses a field case study. The data collection technique was used by pins in the form of observation methods, interviews with informants, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. This research was conducted at the Darussa'adah Hadipolo Jekulo Kudus Islamic boarding school. The results showed that the strategies used in improving life skills education ran quite effectively and yielded results. These results can be seen from the material presented by the management and caregivers and the high enthusiasm of all students in carrying out gardening and entrepreneurship activities owned by the Islamic Boarding School. The strategies used in developing entrepreneurial skills at the Darussa'adah Islamic Boarding School were quite successful, as evidenced by the development of plantations and entrepreneurship belonging to the Islamic Boarding Schools.Keywords: Education, Life Skill, Islamic Boarding School

Abstract

Researchers conducted this research because they deperted from education to instill the concept of humanism in their daily lives so that a lot of the problems that occurred in real life began with the bullying case, disrespect for the differences that occur, blaspheming each other on social media. This study aim to determine how Islamic education views the concept of humanism. The method the author uses to make this research is to refer to pepper the method or library research. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that the concept of humanism in the view of Islamic education that humanism exists in the alquran and in Islamic education concept of humanism aims to seek the blessing of god with the feedom to develop religious knowledge and general knowledge for the benefit of the people

Abstract

Mawaris law is still used in midst of community life. The implementation of mawaris law in Indonesia is based on customary law and islamic law. Islamic law is used because the majority of the population in Indonesia is moslem, while customary law is used because the plurality of various region and another differs according to customary law in force in the community. One of them is in Perdopo village, Gunung Wungkal district, Pati regency, Central Java province. There are two forms of implementation of mawaris law in the village of Perdopo, namely the distribution of inheritance based on customary law and the distribution of inheritance based on islamic law. If in the implementation of the mawaris law conflict occurs then reconciliation is held. Local religious leaders consider that reconciliation is also justified in islamic sharia, because inheritance is still included in matters relating to muamalah whose implementation is left to the people, provided that in the case there is no dispute. In this case the implementation of the distribution of inheritance is based on what was agreed by the relevant parties and carried out for mutual benefit.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini membahas permasalahan mengenai praktik kebiasaan hutang piutang oleh sebagian warga desa Desa Daren Kecamatan Nalumsari Kabupaten Jepara. Dampak yang di timbulkan dari kebiasaan hutang piutang dengan tambahan sebagai syarat pengembalian hutang merupakan tindakan yang merugikan bagi masyarakat lain diantaranya menimbulkan kerusakan bagi kehidupan sosial ekonomi pihak lain. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan di desa Daren Kecamatan Nalumsaru Kabupaten Jepara. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini memperoleh temuan yang menunjukkan kebiasaan pada masyarakat dalam melakukan hutang piuang telah menjadi adat secara turun-menurun. Hasil wawancara dengan dua informan dari warga setempat menyatakan adanya kelebihan pelunasan hutang tersebut merupakan syarat kesepakatan ketika berhutang. Adanya tambahan saat pembayaran hutang dalam konsep fiqih muamalah termasuk riba.
