Abstract

Having a Nationalism Value is a duty for every citizen. In other words, it is an unconditional value. At the same time, the issue of racial disunity has been grown lately. This issue is related to religion. Most compelling evidence, high school student’s Nationalism Value moreover theirs who follow spiritual organization has been descending due to the incorporation between religion and nationality. The scope of this field research is within SMA Negeri 1 Purworejo. Qualitative analysis method supported by descriptive statistical data is being used in this study. As a result, this research found that Nationalism Value can be instilled through classroom learning, recitation and activities in the spiritual program. The value of Unity and Patriotism, which constitutes for Nationalism Value, is invested through verbal and non verbal communication. For this reason, Islamic religion teacher is the most crucial agent in instilling Nationalism Values to spiritual activists. In the event that 57% of students have a high Unity Value and 68% of students have high Patriotism Value, henceforth the Nationalism's Value of spiritual activists tends to be high.

Abstract

The tradition of Manganan or also called Nyadran is a tradition that is still preserved and preserved until now by village community Bracelet, subdistrict keling, District Jepara. It is usually performed during the Earth's charity celebrations. This research uses qualitative description methods. The results of the interviews, as well as the study of libraries are then analyzed using qualitative methods of descriptive analysis. The results of this study explained that 1) the implementation of the tradition Manganan in Punden Mbah Rahmad aims as a media grateful to Allah for the abundance of the earth and as a prayer to be kept away from calamities and diseases 2) symbols and the meaning of the tradition of Manganan consisting of lined leaves that contain the meaning of the ordinance of Prayer in congregation, rice and side dishes , the white porridge represents the origin of a child, frankincense which contains the meaning of one's means to pray, 3) concerning the perspective of Islam to the tradition of Manganan, can be attributed to the rule of Imam Syafi'i who mentions that appreciate the idea that grows and made role model among the community is better, than to difference the Sunnah that still Ikhtilah.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk memaparkan bagaimana agama dan khususnya masyarakat memandang transgender. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian perpustakaan yang membahas suatu topik tentang respon masyarakat kepada pelaku transgender. Dalam hal ini transgender dianggap seperti gangguan pada mental seseorang, dimana tidak seperti halnya manusia pada umumnya yang terpikat dengan lawan jenis maupun tidak mampu bersanding dengan gender normal umumnya. Transgender. Dalam segi agama dianggap sebagai penyelewangan norma dalam agama. Dari segi hak asasi manusia transgender layak dilindungi seperti halnya manusia normal lainnya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tradisi merupakan sejarah peninggalan nenek moyang di masa lampau yang tetap lestarikan hingga detik ini. Sebagai contoh tradisi adalah Tradisi Pesta Baratan yang ada di desa Kriyan Kalinyamtan Jepara. Tradisi ini merupakan peninggalan Nyai Ratu Kalinyamat guna mengenang kematian suaminya yaitu sultan hadirin, yang terbunuh kala perang dengan Arya Penangsang. Tradisi ini di gelar pada bulan Nisfu Sya’ban atau lebih tepatnya pertengahan bulan sya’ban yang dilaksanakan secara meriah dengan berbagai macam rangkaian acara. Dalam prosesi tradisi ini, mengandung makna Religius yang berkaitan dengan bulan suci ramadhan. Penelitian ini menggunakn metode kualitatif melalui kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dalam penyajian data. Tradisi merupakan contoh sejarah kebudayaan yang harus terus dilestarikan sampai genarasi setrusnya. Kata kunci: Tradisi, Kebudayaan, Baratan, Jepara

Abstract

This report aims to determine the organization of Muhammadiyah in the view of the Nahdlatul Ulama Organization (NU). The issue of this report is how NU's view of Muhammadiyah is. The method used is the literacy method or library. The result of this report is that there is a long-term rise in relations, while both seem very familiar, but at other times a distant kinship. The current awareness that many of the issues of Muslims to be solved together should be a common thought material for both of them working together, such as quality issues of human resources, health, and economic welfare. This cooperation will increase the capacity of building Muslims in Indonesia on the issues. The closeness that arises because of involvement in these joint works will bring about a deeper personal and organizational relationship between Muhammadiyah and NU. This will improve one another's problems in looking at a problem or do a tabayyun when there is a thing that needs to be explained.

Abstract

This research raises a problem which is related to the character of children, especially in Indonesia in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. It must be realized that all parties, especially parents, play a role in creating a future generation of character or virtuous, religious, and good manners, to uphold civilized Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the basis for the development of character education and character education models in the family in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a literature study and the method used is literature study (library research). The results obtained from this study are that in character education in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, attention must be paid to the basics of character development consisting of cognitive development, social development, and moral development. These developments can be instilled in children through character education in the family. In the cultivation of character, of course, must use a model that can direct the child towards the desired character. The model is a family-based character education model of Islamic perspective. In the model, the goal of character education in the family, character education program in the family, character education process in the family, and evaluation of character education in the family.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat tentang historis dan eksistensi Mazhab Islam di Indonesia yang mayoritas muslim di Indonesia menganut Mazhab  Imam Syafi’i. Hal ini dikarenakan Islam yang masuk pertama kali ke Indonesia adalah Islam bermazhab Syafi’i sehingga mayoritas penyebaran Islam di Indonesia adalah Islam bermazhab Syafi’i. Eksistensi Mazhab Imam Syafi’i berlanjut ketika ‘ulama-‘ulama Islam bermazhab Syafi’iyyah menyebarkan Islam melalui berbagai jalur seperti kerajaan, kesenian, pendidikan yang menyesuaikan dengan kultur dan budaya Indonesia yang menyebabkan Islam melekat dan mengakar pada kehidupan masyarakat muslim Indonesia. Eksistensi Mazhab Imam Syafi’i beriringan dengan munculnya pemikiran pembaharuan Islam  Indonesia dan Mazhab lain, namun Mazhab Imam Syafi’i masih tetap berpengaruh pada keputusan pememrintah dalam menetapkan suatu hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana sejarah dan keberadaan Mazhab Imam Syafi’i yag berpengaruh terhadap keputusan hukum Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa historis dan eksistensi Mazhab Syafi’i  di Indonesia di pengaruhi oleh sejarah awal mula Islam masuk serta peran ‘ulama Mazhab Imam Syafi’i  Indonesia yang mengajarkan dan menyebarkan Islam di seluruh Indonesia, eksistensi Mazhab Imam Syafi’i sangat di pengaruhi terhadap dinamika perubahan pemikiran pembaharuan Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

The assembling of Islamic law in Indonesia has faced obstacles since it began to enter Western law into Indonesia. So that several legal theories were born in response to the friction between Western law and Islamic law. The recipe theory is one of the Dutch strategies to discredit and reduce Islamic law that has prevailed in Indonesia. Then, came the theory of Exept law Exit and Receptio a Contrario which is one form of resistance as proof that Islamic law still exists in Indonesia. There are two problems that greatly influence the application of Islamic law in Indonesia. This paper explains the problem of applying Islamic law in Indonesia. This discussion is focused on the entry of Western law into Indonesia and its contact with customary law that already applies to Indonesian society, and the second is the influence of political and cultural society. This paper is the result of literature research.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and produce valid information about the religious mental of students in the online learning process from home due to the COVID19 pandemic. The research method used are quantitative research method and case study approach to the activities of the teaching and learning process and its influence on the religious character of students in MA Negeri 01 Pati. The research results obtained some problems faced by students, teachers and guardians in online learning activities from home, including the lack of mastery of modern technology, additional expenses for buying internet quotas,  reduced interaction, communication and socialization between teachers, students, and students’ guardians. So it is very influential on the religious mental of students, among others, the prayers are not on time, the prayers are not complete for 5 times, the sunnah prayers, reading the Al-Quran is reduced, as well as their social attitudes. Because usually there are teachers who directly provide examples, guide and remind them, now the parents must replace them, teachers only remind and control through communication tools.Keywords: Mental Character, Learning From Home, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Hidayatul Mustafidin. The strategy used in implementing the learning evaluation and the results of the evaluation of learning Islamic Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Hidayatul Mustafidin. In the research process the author uses a qualitative approach. The data collection is done by means of obsevation, interviews, and literature studies. the results of the research in general can be obtained that application of the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Hidayatuk Mustafidin in addition to written methods such as daily test, midterm assessments, end of semester assessments, also seen the behavior of students so that when students behave less well, guidance will be given. It can be seen from the student activity forum such as tambourine, scouting, and student council activites. The impact obtained by students is expected to be able to behave well.
