Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Bagaimana efektivitas kinerja staf administrasi di sekolah MTsS Tarbiyah Auladil Muslimin Terkait Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis.Administrasi sebagai suatu kegiatan bersama terdapat dimana-mana selama ada manusia yang hidup dan bekerjasama dalam kelompok organisasi tertentu. Administrasi memegang peran penting dalam organisasi manapun hal ini karena sesungguhnya di kantor hanya ada dua urusan, administrasi terdapat peran penting baik itu formal maupun informal yang mempunyai proses kerjasama dua orang atau lebih dengan menggunakan sumber daya kependidikan yang tersedia dan yang dapat diakses untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara berdaya guna dan berhasil guna, MTsS Tarbiyah Auladil Muslimin baik khusus atau pun umum bidang administrasinya staf atau tenaga pendidikan selalu siap dan bisa menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang terjadi dengan cara memanajemen administrasi dengan baik didalam kegiatan nya dengan sebagaimana yang sudah direncanakan.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the teaching and learning process through an online system is one option that can deal with barriers to the teaching and learning process directly to avoid the spread of the virus. This study intends to analyze students’responses to the problems they face during the Covid-19 pandemic and how students deal with online learning during the pandemic. The background of this research is the experience of students with the problems they face during distance learning or online due to Covid-19 which requires students to follow government rules, namely doing distance learning or online. The informants or respondents in this study were several students majoring in . The data collected by the researcher was based on online interviews conducted with 15 students The data analysis used interactive analysis technique by Miles Hubberman. The researcher arranges several questions that must be asked of the participants to obtain the required information. In the online teaching and learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, various problems experienced by students are as follows, the most dominant problem when carrying out online learning is the limited internet network, especially for students who live in rural areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1) To find out the programs delivered by Madrasah Heads to educators in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan, 2) To find out the communication between Madrasah Heads and with the Curriculum Representative in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan, 3) To find out the communication between Madrasah Principals and educators in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan. This is qualitative research by using a phenomenological approach. The research findings show that the Head of Madrasah does carry out communication with the teachers and staff of Madrasah leaders in improving the quality of learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan. Whereas the form of communication carried out by the madrasa head with the educators and leadership staff through internal communication using two forms; first, the head of the madrasah carries out downward communication  that is the communication that comes from the madrasah’s head to the educators and leadership staff. Second, the headmaster also carries out upward communication, which is the communication that comes from the educators and leadership staff to the headmaster. Keywords: Head of Madrasa, Communication, Learning Quality Improvement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kondisi sarana dan prasarana di SMK Cerdas Murni, kegiatan minat dan bakat siswa di SMK Cerdas Murni, perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi , pemeliharaan dan pemanfaatan, penghapusan sarana dan prasarana dalam kegiatan minat dan bakat siswa di SMK Cerdas Murni, faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan minat dan bakat siswa di SMK Cerdas Murni, solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan minat dan bakat siswa di SMK Cerdas Murni. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  jenis penelitian  kualitatif,  dengan  pendekatan  naturalistik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun subjek penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru coordinator sarana dan prasarana, guru bidang minat dan bakat serta siswa-siswi SMK Cerdas Murni Tembung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam penjaminan keabsahan data digunakan teknik kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa (1) Kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang ada di SMK Cerdas Murni Tembung ini sudah cukup baik dan mendekati sempurna. Sarana yang ada dapat menunjang sesuai dengan jurusannya. (2)  Kegiatan minat dan bakat siswa dilihat dari kondisi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang diikuti siswa. (3) Dalam perencanaan sarana dan prasarana terdapat prosedur yang harus dilakukan terlebih dahulu. Pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan minat dan bakat siswa dengan terus memperhatikan apa-apa saja yang dibutuhkan oleh sekolah terutama siswa. Penghapusan sarana dan prasarana yang ada tidak bisa sembarangan jika ada barang yang rusak tidak langsung di buang tetapi disimpan di tempat penyimpanan barang yang rusak atau sudah tidak terpakai lagi yaitu di gudang yang telah disediakan. (4) Faktor pendukung yang mempengaruhi berupa sarana dan prasarana yang ada di sekolah tersebut. Faktor penghambat berupa pembiayaan serta kondisi minat dan bakat siswa yang kurang, dan perlu adanya motivasi dari para gurunya ditambah lagi pengelolaan terhadap sarana dan prasarana itu senidri. (5)  Solusi dari hambatan tersebut dengan membuat rincian pendanaan yang baik dari dana yang ada serta meminta dan berdiskusi kepada yayasan untuk membantu menyelesaikan hambatan tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership in decision-making curriculum development at Elementary School 101786 Helvetia Research includes principal leadership, decision-making, and curriculum development. This research uses qualitative research type with case study approach. The location of the research is Elementary School 101786 Helvetia District Labuhan Deli Deli Serdang Regency North Sumatra Province Source. The method according to the title of this study researchers using qualitative approach, the data in this study is, principals, teachers, school committee. The conclusions of this research are: 1. Leadership of principal in decision making of curriculum development at elementary school 101786 Helvetia "to make decision of curriculum development by making decision involving party, such as teacher, school committee, school supervisor, and decision making staff coordination meetings, in a participatory manner ".2. Leadership behavior, principals point to the style and strategy of a principal performing the principal's leadership task. Among the principal's effective leadership behaviors, although they still need to be improved for better, can be seen in the leadership style that always brings in coordination meetings with school committees, school supervisors, teachers and staff. 3. The principal's strategy in informing the decision-making result of curriculum development between headmaster and teacher is done directly in the form of face to face and indirectly in the form of telephone, sms, or letter.

Abstract

This research is a phenomenologicalin qualitative approach. The data collection methods usingthe observation,interview and documentation. In anal yzing the data the researcher used qualitativeanal ysis with steps of data exposure, data reduction and conclusion drawing. Theresults of his research founded that the function of the school principal incommunicating the vision and mission and goals of the school at SDIT Bina InsanBatang Kuis has been well implemented and the performance of teachers at SDITBina Insan Batang Kuis has not been implemented well enough and the form ofschool principal communication in improving teacher performance at SDIT BinaInsan Batang has not optimally.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the source of school income Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Foundation. This research seeks to explain how the source of school income for the Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Foundation is. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation study techniques to obtain valid data about the source of school income. This research was conducted at MTs Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah which is located on Jl. Sheikh M. Yusuf, Tanjung Pura District. The results of the study indicate that the sources of school income at the Jam'iyah Mahmudiyah Foundation are divided into three, namely school income from the government, school income from students' parents, and income from independent school businesses obtained from several activities such as the management of the school canteen so that the sales or rental income where the sale will be collected so that it becomes a source of income. Then the management of school cooperatives and the rental of school-owned buildings and facilities which of course can become income for the foundation itself.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education management in madrasas, from aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, to controlling/supervising. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive study method. The informants in the study included the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa, the teacher council, the madrasa administration section and students. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and document studies. Then, it is analyzed by sorting the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of character education management in madrasas has been carried out well in madrasas. This is a joint effort of the madrasa leadership in collaboration with the teacher council, homeroom teacher, guidance and counseling teachers in monitoring the development of student character. The concrete forms of implementation, namely (1) planning aspects, are implemented through the internalization of character values in the learning curriculum that refers to the vision, mission, and goals of the madrasa; (2) the organizing aspect, in the form of division of tasks and the provision of SK from the madrasa leadership to teachers and extracurricular trainers according to the development of students' interests and talents; (3) implementation aspects, in the form of learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom based on the integration of character values, as well as extracurricular activities in the form of developing the potential of students based on the madrasa climate with character and displaying the features of the teacher's role model for students; and (4) aspects of control/supervision, cooperation between internal and external parties of the madrasa (surrounding community) in monitoring the development of student character, both in class and outside the classroom.
