Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to understand concepts in class V UPT SD Negeri 007 Bangkinang. The background of this research is the low ability to understand science subject concepts in class V. This research is a class follow-up research, which was carried out in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The subjects in this study were 1 teacher and 22 students, while the object was to use the POE (Predict, Observer, Explain) learning model to improve the ability to understand concepts. The research instrument consisted of teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, documentation sheets and learning test sheets during learning using the POE (Predict, Observer, Explain) learning model. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of research that has been carried out through 2 cycles, at the second meeting of cycle I the ability to understand the concept. The results of this study show that by using the animated video-assisted POE model in class V UPT SDN 007 Bangkinang there has been an increase, namely in cycle I meeting I students who completed 10 people or 45.46% with an average of 69.00, then in cycle I meeting II students who complete 13 people or 60% with an average value of 72.00. In cycle II meeting I, 15 students completed or 68.19% with an average score of 79.63, cycle II meeting II students completed 20 people or 90.10% with an average score of 87.55. By using the POE (Predict, Observer, Explain) learning model, it can improve the ability to understand the concepts of class V UPT SD Negeri 007 Bangkinang students. Abstract

This study aims to improve the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students of SDN 002 Langgini in the 2022/2023 school year, totaling 26 students. Critical thinking is an active consideration that is continuous and thorough about a belief or form of knowledge that is taken for granted by including supporting reasons and rational conclusions. This research method is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in 2 learning cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings and 4 stages of learning, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research time was carried out in May 2023. Data collection techniques in the form of documentation, observation and tests. The results of critical thinking skills of grade IV students of SDN 002 Langgini in cycle 1 meeting 1 with a percentage of learning completeness of 35% and in cycle 1 meeting 2 increased with a percentage of learning completeness of 46%. In cycle 2 meeting 1 also increased with a percentage of 61% learning completeness and in cycle 2 meeting 2 increased again with a percentage of 84% learning completeness. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Social Science Inquiry learning model can improve the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students of SDN 002 langgini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa di kelas III UPT SDN 013 Kumantan. Yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa di kelas III. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindalan kelas, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1 orang guru dan 11 orang siswa, sedangkan objeknya adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Aptitudetreatment Interactiaon (ATI) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar observasi aktivitas guru, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar dokumentasi dan lembar tes belajar selama pembelajaran berlangsung dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Aptitudetreatment Interactiaon (ATI). Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan melalui 2 siklus, pada pertemuan kedua siklus I kemampuan pemahaman konsep Hasil tes pada siklus I pertemuan 1 dan 2 menunjukkan ada 6 orang siswa (54, 55%) dari 11 siswa yang tuntas dengan kategori rendah (≤55%), sedangkan pada siklus 2 pertemuan 1 menunjukkan ada 7 orang siswa (64%) dari 11 orang siswa yang tuntas dengan kategori cukup (≤70%), dan pada siklus II pertemuan 2 menunjukkan ada 9 orang siswa (81%) dari 11 orang siswa yang tuntas dengan kategoti tinggi (≤85%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila menggunakan model pembelajaran Aptitudetreatment Interactiaon (ATI). Maka dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan pemahaman kosep matematika siswa kelas III UPT SDN 013 Kumantan.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low critical thinking skills of students in class V UPT SDN 013 Kumantan. Therefore the purpose of this research is to improve students' critical thinking skills in class V UPT SDN 013 Kumantan. This research is a class follow-up research, which was carried out in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The subjects in this study were 1 teacher and 12 students, while the object was to use the VCT learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills. The research instrument consisted of teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, documentation sheets and study test sheets during the learning process using the VCT learning model. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of research that has been carried out through 2 cycles, at the second meeting of cycle I critical thinking skills. The test results in cycle I meeting 1 showed that there were 5 students (42%) of the 12 students who were included in the less critical category (<69), and in cycle 1 meeting II showed that there were 3 students (25%) of the 12 students who included in the less critical category (<69), while in the second cycle meeting I showed that there were 8 students (67%) out of 12 students who were included in the very less critical category (<69), and in the second cycle the second meeting showed there were 9 students (92%) out of 12 students who were included in the very critical category (<100%). By using the VCT learning model, it can improve the critical thinking skills of class V UPT SDN 013 Kumantan students. Keywords: Critical Thinking Ability, Value Clarification Technique (VCT)

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning activity of fifth grade students at UPT SDN 005 Bukit Ranah. One of the solution to solve this problem is to use the small group discussion model. This study aims to improve the learning activity of fifth grade students at UPT SDN 005 Bukit Ranah with 34 students, with a of 18 male students ang 17 female students. The research method was classroom action research (PTK) implemented in two learning cycle consists of two meetings and four learning stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The time of the research was carried out in May 2023. Data collection technique using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the result of the learning activity of the fifth grade students at UPT SDN 005 Bukit Ranah in the pre-ativity with a learning mastery percentage of 41,17%. In the first n cycle I meeting I with a percentage of study completion of 44,11%, students who completed only 15 students and cycle I of meeting II increased with a percentage of learning completion of 52,94%, students who completed only 18 students. In cycle II meeting I also increased with a percentage of learning completion of 85,29%, students who completed only 29 students and cycle II of meeting II experienced another increase with a percentage of study completion of 91.17%, students who completed 31 students. So it can be concluded that by using the small group discussion model it can improve learning activity of fitft grade students at UPT SDN 005 Bukit Ranah. Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya hasil minat belajar pada muatan IPA siswa kelas III SDN 003 koto perambahan. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan hasil minat belajar siswa pada muatan IPA di kelas III SDN 003 koto perambahan. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek 22 orang siswa kelas III yang berlokasi di SDN 003 koto perambahan, kecamatan kampa, kabupaten kampar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi guru dan siswa, dokumentasi sedangkan teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian minat belajar melalui keterampilan proses pada siklus I pertemuan 1 memperoleh rata-rata 71,75% pada kategori cukup berminat, pertemuan 2 meningkat menjadi 78,75% pada kategori berminat. Siklus II pertemuan 1 memperoleh rata-rata 85% pada kategori berminat, pertemuan 2 meningkat menjadi 87,75% pada kategori sangat berminat. Sedangkan hasil lembar aktifitas guru siklus I memperoleh 75,9% pada kategori cukup baik. Siklus II pertemuan memperoleht 93,1% pada kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan hasil lembar aktifitas siswa siklus I memperoleh 72,4% pada kategori cukup baik. Siklus II memperoleh 87,75% pada kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat di simpulkan bahwa menggunakan pendekatan keterampilan proses dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas III SDN 003 koto perambahan.

Abstract

Penelitian Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) menawarkan peluang besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran matematika di tingkat sekolah dasar. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan mengembangkan pemanfaatan AI dalam proses pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kabupaten Kampar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan guru, pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis AI, serta evaluasi dampak terhadap kompetensi guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan teknologi AI sebesar 84,6%, serta peningkatan rata-rata nilai matematika siswa sebesar 20,6% setelah menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis AI. Selain itu, motivasi belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan signifikan. Meski terdapat tantangan terkait infrastruktur dan kesiapan guru, pelatihan intensif dan pendampingan berkelanjutan berhasil mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan AI dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar, sehingga memberikan kontribusi positif bagi peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan representasi matematis siswa kelas IV MI An-Nur Al Islami merupakan hal yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memaparkan peningkatan kemampuan representasi matematis  dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining, pada siswa kelas IV MI An-Nur Al Islami. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdapat dua pertemuan dan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi, dan waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei selama dua minggu dua ribu dua puluh tiga. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah dua puluh empat orang, dengan jumlah laki-laki sepuluh orang dan siswa perempuan berjumlah empat belas orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerpakan model pembelajaran student facilitator and explaining dapat meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa kelas IV MI An-Nur Al Islami.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemandirian belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS dikelas V SDN seratus sembilan puluh dua Pekanbaru. Salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning pada siswa kelas V SDN seratus sembilan puluh dua Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan dan empat tahap, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi, dan waktu penelitian dilaksanakan sampai bulan Agustus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN seratus sembilan puluh dua Pekanbaru berjumlah lima belas orang yang terdiri dari delapan siswa laki-laki dan tujuh siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran Discovery Learning harus terus dilakukan untuk meningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Guru perlu pendampingan berkelanjutan agar dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning sesuai langkah-langkah yang disarankan.

Abstract

This research aims to improve problem solving abilities and mathematical self-efficacy with volume material and spatial meshes using the SSCS (Search, Solve, Create and Share) model based on local wisdom. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle being held in 2 meetings. This research instrument consists of test sheets, teacher observations, student observations, questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the SSCS (Search, Solve, Create and Share) model based on local wisdom can improve students' problem-solving abilities and mathematical self-efficacy in the material of volume and building nets in class V UPT SDN 014 Kumantan.
