Abstract

The strategic regional position makes Indonesia a world transportation crossing route with various modes of transportation through Indonesian territory to reach other islands, countries, or even continents. For this reason, a solution is needed to reduce the number of fatalities and injuries due to ship accidents that may occur. By reducing the evacuation time to a minimum, it will be possible to minimize the number of casualties and injuries if the ship has an accident. Considering that, in terms of usability and benefits, the Autonomous Surface Vehicle (ASV) can be an alternative as a form of Search and Rescue (SAR) ship. Based on the results of the ASV Ship design that suits these needs, a force and power analysis was carried out in accordance with the applicable theory. Of the 2 designs with a monohull shape and with different hull variations, with the main dimensions of the ASV Sang Nagari (LH=4.55 m, LWL=4.348 m, B=1.272 m, D=0.804 m T=0.45 m) and ASV Sang Nadibumi (LH=4.55 m, LWL=4.311 m, B=1.352 m, D= 0.802 m, T=0.4 m) obtained a displacement of 1.063 tons and a resistance of 1 kN for ASV Sang Nagari and 1.202 tons and a resistance of 2.6 kN for ASV Sang Nadibumi at a standard speed of 10 knots. Based on the results of the force analysis, it is concluded that the two ASVs have 2 forces in static conditions, that is, weight force and upward lift force (FBouyant). Based on the results of the efficiency of ASV Sang Nagari has a higher efficiency of 0.002% with 56.422% than ASV Sang Nadibumi with 56.420%.. The ASV linear model made from linearization has the properties of a controllable and observable, so this model can be applied to navigation and control systems.

Abstract

Underwater exploration activities always have their own charm, many exotic objects that exist in underwater ecosystems have not been mapped properly, due to the lack of related databases of the shapes and names of these underwater objects. Another factor that affects the visibility of objects related to the quantity of light intensity that enters under water, also not as much above the surface of the abundant water, especially during the day. This also hinders the process of documenting underwater objects. The main purpose of this study was to obtain the shape of underwater objects for several conditions of light intensity under water using a low cost digital image sensor camera. The method used in this research is to combine tonal distributions with object edge detection in digital image processing. The test results show that object detection tests in clear and turbid water can detect objects even though they are using a low-cost and low-resolution camera, but with the help of adequate lighting it can be done. From that it can be concluded that the detection of underwater objects is successful.

Abstract

Logistics distribution is a series of activities that are interconnected in each process. Therefore, an information system is necessary to record, report conditions, and display the current location of items directly. An Android-based application system is vulnerable to spoofing, such as fake GPS. The application is used to falsify the coordinates of digital map locations. This research aims to develop a common tracking system and prevent Fake GPS by employing the System Development Life Cycle method, consisting of several stages, i.e., planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In this research, a prototype of the tracker tool and its information system were made. It used an RFID Smart Card for courier identity authentication and a GPS module to track position information on a digital map. RFID and GPS were controlled using the ESP32. Furthermore, the Website served as an information system to read and create a QR Code to identify the goods carried. It received data from the RFID Smart Card and GPS, stored it in the Database, and displayed it online. The test results indicated that the tracker prototype succeeded in sending location data throughout the test and gained an average distance of 6.82 meters, which was different from a commercial GPS device. It had a delay of 268.5 seconds when the location was first read. The tracker prototype had an average power consumption of 1.5 watts, an average battery life of 2 hours, 28 minutes, and 40 seconds, as well as an average battery deficiency of 36.79%. In conclusion, the system test was successful.

Abstract

One of the technologies often used in material handling and material transport is forklift. Conventionally forklifts are operated by human operators. For efficiency, to improve security, safety, and occupational health and to minimize the risk of operators, forklifts can be automated. Therefore, the idea of unmanned autonomous forklift innovation was introduced. In this final project, a motion control system was designed for an unmanned autonomous forklift prototype both in simulation and hardware using PID control techniques, and the odometry system was equipped with a rotary encoder. In the simulation, the controlled variable was the distance and the manipulated variable was the force on the vehicle. Meanwhile, in the prototype, the controlled variable was distance and the manipulated variable was the motor pulse. In the simulation stage the PID control parameters were applied . with an error of 0.32% in the simulation. The PID control parameters were applied to the prototype, that is, . The distance tests were done with variation of 50 cm to 200 cm (25 cm intervals). One variation of the distance experiment was done 5 times. The average absolute error resulted was 2.36 cm.

Abstract

Indonesia will experience a demographic bonus in 2030, where the productive age group will dominate the population and become a buffer for the economy. However, this potential is in vain if human resources experience stunting. According to WHO (2015), stunting is a disorder of child growth and development due to chronic malnutrition and repeated infections, characterized by below-standard length or height. Based on the background of the problem, the author wants to compare the prediction of the prevalence of the highest stunting cases in East Java using the Naive Bayes method and the K-Nearest Neighbor method. The stages carried out in this study are data collection, initial data processing, advanced data processing using the Naïve Bayes Method and K-Nearest Neighbor, and comparative analysis. The results of the implementation of the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor methods are in the form of stunting prevalence prediction charts with variables that affect LBW and TTD. The results of simulations conducted in 6 regions, the Naive Bayes method gets the highest accuracy value of 83.33% in simulation one and 66.67%. The smallest RMSE value is 0.382 simulation 1 and 0.469 simulation 2. This shows that the Naive Bayes method can predict well.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the government's priority sectors for economic growth. East Java is one of Indonesia's provinces and is attractive to international visitors. International visitors will appreciate the natural beauty and multiculturalism offered by East Java. In this study, predictions of international visitor visits in East Java from the entrance of Juanda International Airport were carried out using k-NN (k-Nearest Neighbor) and a neural network. The dataset used is based on BPS statistics of Jawa Timur Province in the form of the number of international visitor arrivals from January 2000 to February 2024. The datasets were distributed by dividing the data into 70% for training data and 30% for testing data. The creation of the k-NN model is carried out using k-values 2 to 7. The creation of a modern neural network using hidden layers 1 to 3. The prediction results that were made using k-NN obtained optimal RMSE at k-values 2, resulting in an RMSE of 1594,674 or an error of 3,98%. Meanwhile, the prediction results that have been made using neural networks obtained optimal RMSE at two hidden layers, which resulted in an RMSE of 1873, 355 or an error of 4,68%. So, it is recommended that the k-NN algorithm be used to predict the number of international visitors in East Java. The results of this study can be used to provide quantitative information for the government and stakeholders in adjusting the program to the development of international visitors visiting East Java.

Abstract

Objective: Guided by Self-Determination Theory (SDT), this study investigates the effects of transformational leadership, corporate culture, and company values on intrinsic motivation and employee performance in the hospitality industry. Design/Methods/Approach: Data were collected from 277 hotel employees across multiple departments using structured surveys. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed to assess both direct and indirect effects among the variables. Findings: The results demonstrate that transformational leadership, corporate culture, and company values have a significant influence on intrinsic motivation, which in turn enhances employee performance. Intrinsic motivation acts as a key mediating mechanism linking organizational factors to performance outcomes. A strong organizational culture and value congruence emerge as critical drivers of employee motivation and effectiveness in the hospitality context. Originality/Value: This study contributes to the organizational behavior and human resource management literature by integrating multiple theoretical perspectives (SDT, Person–Organization Fit, and Full-Range Leadership Theory) into a unified model. The application of PLS-SEM provides robust insights into the psychological mechanisms that shape performance, particularly within service-intensive environments such as the hospitality sector. Practical/Policy implication: The study offers actionable insights for hospitality managers, including the design of leadership development programs, embedding organizational values into operational routines, and fostering cultures that meet employees' psychological needs. These interventions are essential for sustaining engagement and performance in dynamic service settings.

Abstract

Saham merupakan surat berharga sebagai bukti tanda penyertaan atau kepemilikan seseorang atau badan hukum dalam suatu perusahaan, khususnya perusahaan publik yang memperdagangkan sahamnya. Investasi dalam bentuk saham banyak dipilih para investor karena saham mampu memberikan keuntungan yang menarik. Dalam aktivitas perdagangan saham sehari-hari, harga-harga saham mengalami fluktuasi baik berupa kenaikan maupun penurunan. Dalam pemilihan investasi yang aman pada saham, investor memerlukan cara untuk menilai harga saham yang yang akan dibeli ataupun kemampuan saham tersebut memberikan deviden dimasa dating, sehingga bisa mengoptimalkan keuntungan. Cara yang benar dalam analisa akan mengurangi risiko bagi investor dalam berinvestasi adalah dapat mengestimasi harga saham. Salah satu metode untuk mengestimasi kenaikan dan penurunan harga saham, Estimasi dilakukan karena suatu masalah terkadang dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan informasi atau data sebelumnya yang berhubungan dengan masalah tersebut. Kalman filter merupakan suatu metode estimasi variabel keadaan dari sistem dinamik linear diskrit yang meminimumkan kovarian error estimasi. Maka dari itu pada penelitian ini diterapkan metode estmasi harga saham untuk high and low prize saham dengan metode Kalman Filter, sebagai bagan pertimbangan investor dalam berinvestasi.

Abstract

Saat ini di tempat Rulaku berdiri memiliki lokasi yang tidak strategis sehingga mengakibatkan terjadi penurunan penjualan. Pihak Rulaku sudah mengatasi permasalan tersebut dengan membuat akun sosial media dan website, yaitu Siruru (Situs Rumah Usaha Rumput Laut). Akan tetapi pada bagian website Siruru tidak ada perkembangan yang signifikan dikarenakan visibilitas website rendah dan traffic yang rendah. Implementasi search engine optimization (SEO) dilakukan untuk meningkatkan ranking Search Engine Result Page (SERP) website Siruru dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang telah ditentukan. Search engine optimization (SEO) yang digunakan adalah metode SEO on-page, dimana pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan melakukan pengamatan pada website Siruru menggunakan bantuan beberapa tools seperti Google Keyword Planner, SEO Site Checkup, dan SERPROBOT untuk mengukur hasil sebelum dan sesudah implementasi. Setelah melakukan implementasi SEO website mengalami peningkatan nilai SEO dari 76/100 menjadi 78/100, namun masih belum terjadi peningkatan ranking SERP pada website berdasarkan kata kunci tertentu. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah implementasi metode search engine optimization (SEO) on-page menjadikan website Siruru SEO friendly dari segi meningkatnya pengujung website dan meningkatnya score SEO.

Abstract

This PPM report aims to provide an effective solution in overcoming the main problems faced in the process of recording Infaq Reports and going in and out of the mosque treasury, namely the Al Khoiriyah Mosque. The manual recording process takes quite a lot of time and uses a ledger to write down incoming cash flows. Apart from that, the problem of conveying information is still simple. The specific goals and targets to be achieved in this community service activity are the Implementation of the Al Khoriyah Mosque Financial System: The Al Khoiriyah Mosque Financial System will be used by the Al Khoiriyah Mosque to record financial reports such as infaq reports and incoming and outgoing mosque cash funds. This system replaces the manual method of using the mosque cash book which is currently used. The methods that will be used to achieve goals and targets are information collection, financial system preparation, outreach or training, evaluation and system improvement.
