Abstract

AbstractDharma Kerti Hospital is one of the hospitals located in Tabanan Regency, Bali. The hospital has implemented SIMRS to support the service process. However, observations show that the system's performance is often slow, experiencing errors and exiting automatically. In addition, the system has never been evaluated since its implementation. This study aims to evaluate SIMRS using the Hot-Fit method at Dharma Kerti Hospital. The type of research is observational, using a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling research using a proportional random sampling technique, with a total sample of 61 people who operate SIMRS at Dharma Kerti Hospital. The evaluation results of the four components are classified as good categories, where the human component obtained a score of 3.04, the organization component obtained a score of 3.08, the technology component obtained a score of 3.00, and the net benefit component obtained a score of 3.07. It can be concluded that the evaluation of SIMRS using the Hot-Fit method is categorized as good from all aspects of the assessment. This shows that, overall, the performance of SIMRS supports the health service process and can increase the productivity and efficiency of patient services. The results of this study can be a reference for the development of studies and policies related to the evaluation and improvement of SIMRS performance to support the efficiency of health services.Keywords: Evaluation, SIMRS, Hot-Fit AbstrakRumah Sakit Dharma Kerti merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang terletak di Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali. Rumah sakit ini telah menerapkan SIMRS untuk mendukung proses pelayanan. Namun, hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sistem sering lambat, mengalami error, dan keluar secara otomatis. Selain itu, evaluasi sistem belum pernah dilakukan sejak penerapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi SIMRS dengan metode Hot-Fit di Rumah Sakit Dharma Kerti. Jenis penelitian adalah observasional menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 61 orang yang mengoperasikan SIMRS di Rumah Sakit Dharma Kerti. Hasil evaluasi keempat komponen tergolong kategori baik, dimana komponen human diperoleh skor 3,04, komponen organization diperoleh skor 3,08, komponen technology diperoleh skor 3,00 dan komponen net benefit diperoleh skor 3,07. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi SIMRS menggunakan metode Hot-Fit yang dilakukan dikategorikan sudah baik dari semua aspek penilaian. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, kinerja SIMRS sudah baik untuk mendukung proses pelayanan kesehatan serta dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan pasien. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan studi dan kebijakan terkait evaluasi serta peningkatan kinerja SIMRS untuk mendukung efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, SIMRS, Hot-Fit

Abstract

Aging is an inevitable natural process, and one of its impacts is the decline in the cardiorespiratory system. Preventive efforts can be made by increasing physical activity as early as possible during the pre-elderly phase (45-59 years). This study aimed to determine the effect of Healthy Heart Exercise Series-I on cardiorespiratory endurance in the elderly in Banjar Dakdakan, Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar District. This pre-experimental study used a pre-test and post-test one-group design conducted from April to May 2024, involving 15 research participants who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The instrument used to measure cardiorespiratory endurance was the six-minute walking test, which was then converted into VO2Max values. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test to determine the effect of Healthy Heart Exercise Series-I on cardiorespiratory endurance in the elderly. The analysis results showed a p-value of 0.001 (p<0.05), indicating a significant difference in the improvement of VO2Max before and after the intervention in the elderly group who received the treatment. It was concluded that Healthy Heart Exercise Series-I positively affects cardiorespiratory endurance in the elderly in Banjar Dakdakan, Peguyangan Village, North Denpasar District.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Program Studi Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan Universitas Bali Internasional bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di UKS SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar melalui perancangan formulir pemeriksaan kesehatan yang lebih sistematis. Kegiatan ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain formulir pemeriksaan, dan sosialisasi kepada petugas UKS. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa formulir yang dirancang dapat mempermudah pencatatan dan pemantauan kesehatan siswa dan guru di sekolah. Dengan diterapkannya formulir baru, proses pencatatan menjadi lebih efisien dan terstruktur, memungkinkan petugas UKS untuk melacak riwayat kesehatan dengan lebih baik. Namun, tantangan dalam adaptasi penggunaan formulir dan keterbatasan infrastruktur di UKS menjadi perhatian untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut. Penerapan formulir ini memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan di sekolah secara berkelanjutan.   Community service conducted by the Bali International University Health Information Management Study Program aims to improve the quality of health services at the UKS SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar through the design of a more systematic health examination form. This activity includes needs analysis, examination form design, and socialization to UKS officers. The results of this activity show that the designed form can facilitate recording and monitoring the health of students and teachers at school. With the implementation of the new form, the recording process becomes more efficient and structured, allowing UKS officers to better track health history. However, challenges in adapting the use of the form and limited infrastructure in the UKS are concerns for further development. The implementation of this form has the potential to sustainably improve the quality of health services in schools.

Abstract

Rekam medis adalah sebuah media sebagai tempat dalam menyimpan atau menuliskan hasil tindakan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh petugas kesehatan sebagai bukti pelayanan kesehatan kepada pasien. Formulir rekam medis memiliki fungsi sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang berhubungan dengan pasien di rumah sakit. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan perancangan yang baik terhadap formulir rekam medis. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah merancang desain formulir rekam medis yang sesuai dengan kaidah terbaru dari Kementerian Kesehatan dan mendukung integrasi antara formulir rekam medis cetak dan sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIMRS) yang sedang dikembangkan di RSU Payangan. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan petugas RSU Payangan untuk mendiskusikan kebutuhan dan tantangan terkait formulir rekam medis. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa formulir yang dirancang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pasien dan memudahkan petugas dalam mendokumentasikan layanan kesehatan. Kegiatan ini berhasil memberikan wawasan baru bagi peserta tentang pentingnya desain formulir yang tepat dan integrasi dengan sistem elektronik, meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam kesiapan teknis dan operasional dari SIMRS yang masih dalam tahap uji coba. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di RSU Payangan dan dapat diterapkan di rumah sakit lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa.   Medical records are a medium as a place to store or write down the results of service actions provided by health workers as proof of health services to patients. The medical record form functions as a data collection tool related to patients in the hospital. Therefore, good design of medical record forms is needed. The purpose of this community service activity is to design a medical record form that complies with the latest rules from the Ministry of Health and supports the integration between printed medical record forms and the hospital management information system (SIMRS) being developed at RSU Payangan. The method used involved a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with RSU Payangan staff to discuss the needs and challenges related to medical record forms. The results of this activity show that the designed form can improve the efficiency of patient data management and facilitate officers in documenting health services. This activity succeeded in providing new insights for participants on the importance of proper form design and integration with electronic systems, despite challenges in the technical and operational readiness of SIMRS which is still in the pilot stage. This service provides an important contribution to the improvement of service quality in Payangan General Hospital and can be applied in other hospitals that face similar challenges.

Abstract

Penyuluhan literasi eHealth bagi remaja bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengakses, menilai, dan menerapkan informasi kesehatan digital yang akurat. Remaja saat ini sangat bergantung pada informasi kesehatan dari internet, namun sering kali tidak dapat membedakan informasi yang benar dan salah. Program ini diselenggarakan di SMA Negeri 9 Denpasar menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan penyuluhan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan remaja terkait literasi kesehatan digital, yang tercermin dalam hasil pre-test dan post-test. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan perhatian peserta dan akses terhadap teknologi tetap menjadi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan. Kegiatan ini memberi wawasan baru kepada siswa mengenai pentingnya literasi kesehatan digital, dan diharapkan dapat berlanjut untuk membentuk kader peduli eHealth literacy di sekolah tersebut.   The eHealth literacy counseling for adolescents aims to improve their ability to access, assess and apply accurate digital health information. Adolescents today rely heavily on health information from the internet, but are often unable to distinguish between true and false information. This program was held at SMA Negeri 9 Denpasar using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and counseling methods. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in adolescents' knowledge related to digital health literacy, which was reflected in the pre-test and post-test results. However, challenges such as limited participant attention and access to technology remained barriers to implementation. This activity gave students new insights into the importance of digital health literacy, and is expected to continue to form eHealth literacy cadres in the school.

Abstract

AbstractEvaluation is one of the important aspects needed to determine the success of implementing a primary-care (P-Care) application. In the P-care application at the Jembrana District Health Center, several obstacles were found in its implementation, including frequent errors. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the P-Care application at the Jembrana District Health Center using the Hot-Fit method. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach with data collection techniques through interviews with questionnaires. The population in this study were all officers who used the P-Care application in 10 Jembrana Regency Health Centers with a total of 55 respondents. The results of the analysis obtained a score on the Human component of 3.06, which shows that users are satisfied with the performance of the P-Care application. In the Organizational component, a score of 2.9 was obtained, which shows that the community health center has an organizational structure that is able to support the P-Care application. In the Technology component, a score of 2.96 was obtained, which means that the existing technology is able to support the implementation of the application, and in the Net Benefit component, a score of 2.8 was obtained, which shows that the application provides good benefits for the organization. The implementation of P-Care in community health centers has gone well. There needs to be regular training for officers using the P-Care application to find out developments in the performance of the P-Care application.Keyword: P-Care, HOT-Fit, primary health care AbstrakEvaluasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang diperlukan untuk menentukan keberhasilan implementasi suatu aplikasi primary-care (P-Care). Pada aplikasi P-care di Puskesmas Kabupaten Jembrana ditemukan beberapa kendala dalam penerapannya diantaranya sering mengalami error. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi implementasi aplikasi P-Care di Puskesmas Kabupaten Jembrana dengan metode Hot-Fit. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas yang menggunakan aplikasi P-Care di 10 Puskesmas Kabupaten Jembrana dengan jumlah total responden sebanyak 55 orang. Hasil analisis diperoleh skor pada komponen Manusia adalah 3,06 yang menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasa puas dengan kinerja aplikasi P-Care. Pada komponen Organisasi diperoleh skor 2,9 yang menunjukkan puskesmas memiliki struktur organisasi yang mampu menunjang aplikasi P-Care. Pada komponen Teknologi diperoleh skor 2,96 yang berarti teknologi yang ada mampu mendukung penerapan aplikasi tersebut dan komponen Net Benefit diperoleh skor 2,8 yang menunjukkan aplikasi memberikan manfaat yang baik bagi organisasi. Penerapan P-Care di puskesmas telah berjalan dengan baik. Perlu adanya pelatihan kepada petugas pengguna aplikasi P-Care secara berkala untuk mengetahui perkembangan kinerja aplikasi P-Care.Kata Kunci: P-Care, HOT FIT, puskesmas

Abstract

Background: Telemedicine services are consultation services with doctors where patients and doctors do not have to meet face to face to communicate with each other to discuss the health problems they are experiencing. In some telemedicine services such as internal telemedicine service, pharmacists only play a role in preparing drugs that have been prescribed by doctors as a result of discussions with previous patients. So that the pharmaceutical services received by patients are considered less than optimal. So it is necessary to know how patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services has been received and how patients expect this service in the future Research Objectives: To determine patient satisfaction and expectations of pharmaceutical services in internal telemedicine services of pharmacy X. Method: This study uses a quantitative method, namely an observational with a cross-sectional . The measurement of the patient's expectations was carried out using a reality and expectation questionnaire that was given in pharmacy X Results: In the analysis of the gap between reality and expectations of 2 dimensions, namely: "Communication of Pharmacists and Patients" and "Medicine Management" the results obtained Gap on the dimension of "Communication of Pharmacists and Patients" of -0.84 and on the dimension of "Medication Management" of -1.38. Conclusion: The value of the gap on the communication dimension of Pharmacists with Patients is -0.84 categorized as negative gap (less satisfied) and on the Medical Management dimension of -1.38 categorized negative gap (less satisfied). Analysis of patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at pharmacy internal telemedicine services in the City of Denpasar with the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) method overall is 55.65% (not satisfied).

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perkembangan teknologi, penggunaan LED (Light Emitting Diode) dalam fototerapi semakin populer. LED memiliki keunggulan dalam menghasilkan panas yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan lampu neon tradisional, sehingga lebih aman untuk digunakan pada bayi. Penelitian ini mengembangkan alat fototerapi menggunakan LED medical 42mil, dilengkapi sensor jarak dan sensor suhu untuk mengurangi kadar bilirubin. Alat ini menggunakan lampu LED medical 42mil untuk menghasilkan panas yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan lampu TL(thermo luminescence) yang lebih aman untuk bayi. Dilengkapi dengan sensor jarak dan sensor suhu untuk memastikan bayi selalu berada dalam keadaan aman selama terapi. Alat ini juga mudah digunakan dan dikontrol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan eksperimen. Observasi dilakukan untuk mempelajari alat fototerapi yang ada di pasaran dan wawancara dengan perawat. Eksperimen dilakukan untuk menguji akurasi sensor suhu, jarak, dan intensitas cahaya pada alat fototerapi. Hasil uji alat fototerapi ini menunjukan nilai presentase kesalahan dan keakurasian pada setiap parameter alat untuk suhu dengan nilai presentase kesalahan 0.11%, dengan nilai akurasi 99.89%, pada waktu diperoleh nilai presentase kesalahan 0.04%, dengan nilai akurasi 99.96%, dan untuk jarak nilai presentase kesalahan 1.16%, dengan nilai akurasi 98.84%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa alat fototerapi aman digunakan pada bayi dengan jarak 65-80 cm dengan intensitas cahaya 18 s/d 30 µW/cm2/nm.

Abstract

Self-medication (self-medication) is an effort made by ordinary people to overcome the disease or symptoms of a disease that is experienced by themselves. Analgesics or painkillers are drugs that can reduce pain without reducing consciousness. Knowledge about the use of drugs is low due to the limited knowledge of the community about drugs. Self-medication can be very risky, especially in cases of irresponsible self-medication. This behavior using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is the result of a modification and development of the previous theory, namely the theory of reasoned action.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge level and behavior level on analgesic self-medication.This research was conducted in an observational manner using a Cross Sectional design, in May-June 2023, using a validated questionnaire. A total of 96 respondents who participated, at the level of parental knowledge included in the Fairly Good category of 65.76%, at the level of parental behavior including the positive category of 54 (56.3%). There is a significant influence between the level of knowledge and the level of parental behavior, namely the calculated F value of 25.163 with a p value (0.000) from the Multiple Linear Regression Test Summary Model can explain the magnitude of the value (R) which is equal to 0.460 and obtained (R2) of 0.211 that the effect of the independent variable (Knowledge) on the dependent variable (Behavior) is 21.1%.There is a significant influence between knowledge and behavior in analgetic self-medication for parents of children in Denpasar City. There needs to be counseling and always providing information to the public about the importance of self-medication.

Tingginya kadar gula dalam darah adalah tanda penyakit metabolik yang disebut diabetes melitus (DM). Keberhasilan terapi DM bergantung pada kepatuhan pasien untuk mencapai kualitas hidup yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kewaspadaan diri terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan obat pada pasien DM tipe 2 (DM-2). Penelitian cross sectional dilakukan pada bulan Februari-April 2023. Sampel adalah pasien DM-2 di Puskesmas IV Denpasar Selatan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, direkrut secara purposive. Data dianalisis dengan Chi Square Test, dan disajikan secara deskriptif. Sejumlah 120 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Mayoritas responden berada pada rentang usia 48-58 tahun (44.2%); perempuan (63.3%); berpendidikan menengah (44.2%); ibu rumah tangga (29.2%); berpendapatan ≤2,5 juta per bulan, dan terdiagnosa DM-2 ≤10 tahun (75.9%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 35.0% memiliki kewaspadaan diri pada kategori baik, dan sejumlah 48.3% responden patuh pada pengobatan. Terdapat hubungan antara kewaspadaan diri terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan (P=0,002; α=0,05; coefficient kontigensi =0,350). Penelitian ini menunjukkan pasien DM-2 memiliki kewaspadaan diri yang kurang memadai dan kepatuhan yang rendah.  Oleh karena itu, program edukasi pasien harus ditingkatkan, terutama untuk pasien diabetes yang rentan dan anggota keluarganya. Apoteker diharapkan berperan aktif dalam memberikan edukasi kepada keluarga dan pasien terkait penyakit DM dan kompikasinya.
