Abstract

Abstract The educational process in the pandemic era requires it to be carried out online. This study aims to determine the learning process of Islamic religious education, either in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities or threats that occur in educational institutions that implement online learning. The research was conducted at Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Tirtayasa, Serang Regency, Banten. By using observation and interview techniques, it can be concluded that the strength of the online learning process is that it can be carried out with flexible time, does not require a special place to make it easier for students to have discussions with parents. The downsides are the unstable internet network and limited internet quota. Opportunities from online learning are to train students to be independent in learning, to train students’ skills and skills in the realm of device skills. Meanwhile, the threats identified included a decrease in students’ eyesight, absorption of understanding, and a decline in student’s moral due to a lack of supervision.Abstrak Proses pendidikan di era pandemic mengharuskan untuk dilakukan secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, baik dari aspek kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang hingga ancaman yang terjadi pada lembaga pendidikan yang menerapkan pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Negeri 1 Tirtayasa Kabupaten Serang, Banten.  Dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan dalam proses belajar secara daring yaitu dapat dilangsungkan dengan waktu yang fleksible, tidak membutuhkan tempat khusus hingga memudahkan siswa menjalin diskusi dengan orangtua. Kelemahannya yaitu jaringan internet yang tidak stabil dan kuota internet yang terbatas. Peluang dari pembelajaran daring yaitu melatih siswa agar mandiri dalam belajar, melatih skill dan keterampilan siswa pada ranah keterampilan perangkat. Sedangkan ancaman yang teridentifikasi di antaranya menurunnya daya penglihatan siswa, daya serap memahami, hingga merosotnya moral siswa karena minimnya pengawasan.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the learning rate of Islamic religious education in the new-normal era after the COVID-19 pandemic in the coastal areas of Serang Regency. The constantly growing use of information technology has made most students reluctant to go to school. Design/methods/approach – This study is qualitative research. This research approach is descriptive. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The number of informants in this study included students, teachers, and the community as parents of students. The respondent selection technique used purposive sampling, where the number of informants was 90% of the total sample. Findings - The findings in this study have included the use of a home visit strategy for post-pandemic learning continuity, where most students were reluctant to go to school and many students were contaminated with online games. The home visit method is a real form of visiting students one by one to provide understanding to parents and students about online learning, as well as a form of direct monitoring of the student learning process. Research implications/limitations – This research highlights how the educational process of the new normal era after the COVID-19 pandemic was in the coastal area of Serang Regency. Supposedly, the coastal area is a geographical location far from urban conditions, making the infrastructure aspect still very limited. Originality/value - This study presents the serious impact that occurred in the coastal area of Serang Regency when the learning process took place after the COVID-19 pandemic. Ranging from the personal pick-up strategy to numerous students who were reluctant to go to school to many students who were contaminated by online games.

Abstract

Abstract: Character education is a demand in national education to build and cultivate good character in students. This research aims to find out the character values in the story of Muhammad Al-Fatih and how to implement the values of character education in the story of Muhammad Al-Fatih in today's education. This research uses qualitative methods which produce descriptive data through two types of approaches, namely library research and field research. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis technique this research uses thematic analysis techniques; because it can identify patterns in interview transcripts, field notes and other qualitative data sources Interviews were conducted with students and teaching staff. The results of the research show that there are character education values in Muhammad Al-Fatih that are relevant to the 18 character education values according to the Ministry of National Education. The results of field research at MTs Al-Khairiyah Pontang show that students' attitudes, manners and behavior are improving. This can be seen from students' daily attitudes, their attitudes towards their fellow students and their attitudes towards their teachers. The response of teachers in the Islamic Cultural History subject was very positive; Many students have developed positive values along with the implementation of character education which refers to the story of Muhammad al-Fatih. Learning the History of Islamic Culture through the exemplary story method of the character Muhammad Al-Fatih integrates 8 character education values, namely religious, discipline, curiosity, hard work, creativity, independence, democracy and responsibility.Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter merupakan tuntutan dalam pendidikan nasional untuk membangun dan menumbuhkan karakter yang baik pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai karakter dalam cerita Muhammad Al-Fatih dan bagaimana mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam cerita Muhammad Al-Fatih dalam pendidikan masa kini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif melalui dua jenis pendekatan, yaitu penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis tematik; Karena dapat mrngidentifikan pola transkip wawancara, catatan lapangan dan sumber data kualitatif lainya. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap siswa dan staf pengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam diri Muhammad Al-Fatih yang relevan dengan 18 nilai pendidikan karakter menurut Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional. Hasil penelitian lapangan di MTs Al-Khairiyah Pontang menunjukkan bahwa sikap, budi pekerti, dan perilaku siswa semakin membaik. Dapat terlihat dari sikap keseharian siswa, sikap dengan sesama temannya hingga sikap terhadap guru-gurunya. Respon guru mata pelajaran SKI sangat positif; banyak siswa yang melahirkan nilai-nilai positif seiring dengan diterapkannya pendidikan karakter yang merujuk pada kisah Muhammad al-Fatih. Pembelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam melalui metode cerita teladan tokoh Muhammad Al-Fatih mengintegrasikan 8 nilai pendidikan karakter yaitu religius, disiplin, rasa ingin tahu, kerja keras, kreativitas, kemandirian, demokrasi dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Educational management that is currently developing contains many crucial problems so that a reflection of ideal educational management is needed. This research aims to find out and understand how education was managed during the time of the Prophet to the Rasyidin Khulafau; and its application in the current era. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and documentation analysis which was not measured by numbers. This research was carried out over a period of 6 months; starting from January 2024 to June 2024. The subjects of this research include students, lecturers and religious figures. Data analysis techniques use the Miles & Huberman model; includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique used in this research is the triangulation technique.  The results of this research are that someone who is in charge of education must have the characteristics of analyzing, planning, problem solving, predicting.  Apart from that, you must also have good management characteristics, measurable targets, optimal processes and appropriate targets. The managerial reflection of the Prophet's time has been continued into the current millennial era; such as only a leader must have a good personality, understand the concept of Islamic education management, understand management strategies, have long-term Islamic education planning, have a strong determination in managing human resources, have the attitude of an educational organizer, have the qualities of a leader and education supervisor.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the use of the articulation learning model on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Pontang. This research method uses quantitative methods; using a descriptive approach. The research results explain that the articulation learning model helps teachers in the learning process. The stages of this learning model are very systematic; starting from delivering the material to delivering the material; Benefits of using articulation models; produce students who are independent, dare to appear independent. The advantages of the articulation learning model; all students are involved, train student readiness, train student understanding and increase student participation. Lack of model articulation; requires a lot of time, is suitable for certain materials, the material obtained is small. Analysis of the Articulation Model on Learning Outcomes shows that the coefficient index rxy = 0.44 is between (0.40-0.70). This means that the Articulation Model and learning outcomes have a moderate correlation. The results of the significance test show that tcount = 4.4389 > ttable = 9.48. This means there is a significant positive correlation between the articulation model and learning outcomes. The contribution of the articulation model to learning outcomes is 20.22%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur penggunaan model pembelajaran artikulasi pada hasil belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Pontang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif; dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa model pembelajaran artikulasi membantu guru dalam proses belajar. Tahapan model pembelaajran ini sangat sistematis; mulai dari penyampaian materi hingga penyimpulan materi; Manfaat penggunaan model artikulasi; menghasilkan siswa yang mandiri, berani tampil mandiri. Kelebihan model pembelajaran artikulasi; semua siswa terlibat, melatih kesiapan siswa, melatih daya serap pemahaman siswa dan meningkatkan partisipasi siswa. Kekurangan model artikulasi; membutuhkan waktu yang banyak, cocok untuk materi tertentu, materi yang didapat sedikit. Analisis Model Artikulasi pada Hasil Belajar menunjukan indeks koefesien rxy = 0,44 berada antara (0,40-0,70). Ini berati Model Artikulasi dengan hasil belajar terdapat korelasi yang sedang. Hasil uji signifikansi diketahui bahwa thitung = 4,4389 > ttabel = 9,48. Ini berati terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara model artikulasi dengan hasil belajar. Kontribusi model artikulasi pada hasil belajar adalah 20,22%.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of students' understanding of Surah Al-Isra, verse 79, on the habituation of the Sunnah prayer of Tahajjud and its impact on spiritual intelligence. This research primarily focuses on examining the impact of students' understanding of the verse on their behavior, specifically in relation to their habit of performing the tahajud prayer and their spiritual intelligence. This is important because there are still students who, despite understanding the verse and practicing the tahajud prayer, continue to engage in negative behaviors. Teachers, students, and community leaders participate in interviews and questionnaires as part of the quantitative descriptive research method. Slovin's formula, with a margin of error of 10%, selected a research sample of 69 students from a population of 698 individuals. The results indicate that 76.4% of the students' understanding of Surah Al-Isra, verse 79, influences their spiritual intelligence. Additionally, the habit of performing Tahajjud prayers contributes 43.4% to the enhancement of students' spiritual intelligence. Overall, the relationship between the understanding of the verse, the habit of Tahajjud prayers, and spiritual intelligence mutually influences each other with a value of 76.9%. The implications of this study highlight the importance of improving students' understanding of Surah Al-Isra, verse 79, to encourage consistency in the practice of Tahajjud prayers, which can ultimately enhance spiritual intelligence. Teachers, educators, and policymakers in the pesantren environment can use this as a guide to design more effective educational programs that enhance spiritual intelligence through a religious approach. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh pemahaman santri terhadap surah al-Isra ayat 79 dalam membiasakan salat sunnah tahajud serta dampaknya terhadap kecerdasan spiritual. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah meneliti bagaimana pemahaman terhadap ayat tersebut dapat memengaruhi perilaku santri, terutama terkait kebiasaan salat tahajud dan kecerdasan spiritual, mengingat masih adanya santri yang meskipun memahami ayat dan melaksanakan salat tahajud, namun tetap melakukan perilaku negatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang melibatkan guru, siswa, dan tokoh masyarakat. Dari populasi sebesar 698 orang, sampel penelitian dipilih sebanyak 69 siswa menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 76,4% pemahaman santri terhadap surah al-Isra ayat 79 berpengaruh pada kecerdasan spiritual mereka. Selain itu, pembiasaan salat tahajud berkontribusi sebesar 43,4% terhadap peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual siswa. Secara keseluruhan, hubungan antara pemahaman ayat, kebiasaan salat tahajud, dan kecerdasan spiritual saling mempengaruhi dengan nilai sebesar 76,9%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya meningkatkan pemahaman santri terhadap surah al-Isra ayat 79 untuk mendorong konsistensi dalam pelaksanaan salat tahajud, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual. Hal ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi guru, pendidik, dan pemangku kebijakan di lingkungan pesantren dalam merancang program pendidikan yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual melalui pendekatan keagamaan.

Abstract

Education is carried out to explore and then develop various competencies that already exist in each student. These competencies include abilities in the scientific field, attitudes, and skills. These three competency domains should be developed optimally and in a balanced way both in the learning process in class and in the implementation of assessments/evaluations. Facts on the ground show that the procedure for developing psychomotor evaluation of the prayer material at MTs Darunna'im using the R&D model has been able to produce a valid, reliable, objective, systematic, practical and effective assessment instrument. This study aims to develop a valid, reliable, objective, systematic, practical and effective psychomotor evaluation tool. The research activity consisted of two stages, namely development and limited trials. The development stage includes data analysis carried out in two stages, namely at the development stage and at the end of the limited trial. Analysis at the model development stage was carried out using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This means that the performance evaluation instrument is feasible to use.

Abstract

The sharia financial industry is in the main spotlight in economic development based on Islamic principles. One of the financial instruments that is widely used in this industry is musyarakah, which is a form of mixing contract. The concept of syirkah or partnership in Islam has a strong legal basis and is regulated in detail in sharia law. Therefore, the aim of this article is to conduct an in-depth analysis of mixed contracts in musyarakah, including the concept of syirkah, its types, and its implementation in the sharia financial industry. First of all, to understand the mixed contract in musyarakah, we need to explore the concept of syirkah itself. The research methodology used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study or study research approach. In conclusion, the analysis of mixed contracts in musyarakah is one form of cooperation contract that is important in the sharia financial industry. Through an in-depth understanding of the concept of syirkah and its various types, it can be concluded that musyarakah has unique characteristics that differentiate it from other cooperation contracts. One of the advantages of musyarakah is the principle of fair distribution of risks and profits between the parties involved. This illustrates the essence of the principles of justice and togetherness in Islam, which are the main foundations in sharia financial practices.

Abstract

Student discipline is influenced by internal factors, environment, religiosity, and effective teacher interpersonal communication, which fosters motivation, role modeling, and supports the development of students' character and spirituality. This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers’ interpersonal communication style on students' discipline and religious devotion, both simultaneously and partially. This quantitative research used total sampling involving 60 students, with data collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, validity, reliability, MANOVA, and t-tests. The analysis results show that teacher interpersonal communication significantly influences student discipline and religious devotion, with a contribution of 78.9%, while 21.1% is influenced by other factors. Based on the t-test (R²), the effect on discipline was 44.13%, while on religious devotion it was 23.45%. Conclusion: positive interpersonal communication also strengthens students' character and internalization of spiritual values through interactions with religious education teachers.
