Abstract

In the modern business context, the urgency to integrate sustainability into the core of corporate strategy has increased significantly. This study aims to investigate how sustainable finance strategies can build stronger businesses, increase resilience, and ensure long-term development. The research method used in this study is literature by searching for references in accordance with the context of the research. The results show that sustainable finance strategies have significant positive impacts on various aspects of business performance. First, companies that adopt these strategies show greater resilience to economic fluctuations and environmental changes, thanks to better diversification and risk management. Second, sustainable finance strategies create better access to capital, both through green financial instruments and through enhanced corporate reputation. Thirdly, sustainability drives innovation and operational efficiency, resulting in cost reduction and improved profit margins. Finally, research shows a positive relationship between sustainable finance and regulatory compliance, as well as long-term value creation for all stakeholders.

Abstract

Pemuda Karang Taruna merupakan salah satu aset penting dalam pembangunan masyarakat dan ekonomi di tingkat lokal. Dalam era digital ini, pemahaman dan keahlian dalam bidang teknologi menjadi semakin penting, termasuk di sektor otomotif. Pelatihan sepeda motor full injeksi menjadi strategi yang relevan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan di kalangan pemuda Karang Taruna. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mendalam tentang sistem injeksi bahan bakar pada sepeda motor serta keterampilan praktis dalam perawatan dan perbaikan. Metode pelatihan motor full injeksi terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu, training kewirausahaan, tahapan training service berkala dan simulasi servis berkala. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan kesempatan dan peluang bagi para peserta pelatihan untuk memulai berwirausaha, dengan memfasilitasi pengembangan rencana bisnis yang berorientasi pada pasar lokal

Abstract

Torani fish eggs have become an important part of Takalar District's livelihoods and household economics. Mothers make up the vast majority of the Torani fish egg management workforce. Women's dual function in modern society has evolved significantly. The purpose of this study is to look into how female Torani fish egg workers allocate their time. The study employs a qualitative methodology. The study discovered that married female Torani fish egg workers split their time between housework and work outside the home. Although they work 8-10 hours every day, they spend most of their free time with their family. Economic circumstances, kid population, and educational level all contribute to this dual role. However, their public appearance contributes to the family's requirements. Despite this, social connection within the family is intact, and parents continue to instill values in their offspring.

Abstract

Understanding the impact of digital technology on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Makassar City is the aim of the research. The descriptive qualitative method used in this research is collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Research shows that this has a significant positive impact on the profits of UMKM in Makassar City from Digitalization. On the other hand, one of the factors that hinders UMKM actors in terms of the effectiveness of digitalization is the ability to utilize technological media as an indicator of digital economic performance.

Abstract

Learning media, as a medium for delivering content across various educational levels, comes in various forms that can be selected according to the specific and effective learning material needs. The use of the technology Canva as an example of an effective and innovative learning medium, particularly popular today, is visual-based media. Canva is an application that provides tools for creating engaging visual learning media, which can enhance the interest of its users, making it an effective and efficient learning tool. This research aims to explore the use of Canva in the creation of learning media. Based on an analysis of previous studies, Canva has proven capable of producing engaging and effective visual learning media designs. The method employed in this research is an exploratory approach, with qualitative methods as relevant scientific literature. Therefore, utilizing the Canva application as a digital learning platform is very appropriate.Keywords: Canva Application, Effective and Innovative, Learning Media.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para siswa tentang bahaya judi online melalui kegiatan sosialisasi Melindungi Generasi Muda Dari Jeratan Judi Online Melalui Kegiatan Edukasi Dan Solusi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yakni sosialisasi dipadukan dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab antara peserta dengan narasumber. Kegiatan sosialisasi “Melindungi Generasi Muda Dari Jeratan Judi Online Melalui Kegiatan Edukasi Dan Solusi.” dinilai berhasil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan motivasi peserta untuk menjauhi praktik judi digital. Edukasi terbukti sebagai salah satu intervensi paling efektif untuk mencegah ketergantungan terhadap judi online sejak dini. Diperlukan kesinambungan program serta dukungan dari seluruh pihak agar dampaknya semakin luas dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Community Service Activities aim to build the entrepreneurial spirit of young people in Pengkajoang Village through socialization at the Madani Vocational High School, Malangke. With this service, it is hoped that young people in Pengkajoang Village will be more interested in the world of entrepreneurship because of the abundant natural resources in the village while also overcoming the problem of poverty in the village. The method used in this service is to motivate young people related to fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of young people through socialization at the Madani Vocational High School, Pengkajoang Village, West Malangke. From the results of the service obtained, young people, especially at the Madani Vocational High School in Pengkajoang Village, have a high interest in entrepreneurship, as evidenced by the many questions submitted by students during the service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Makkawaru Village based on indicators in Permendagri Number 20 of 2018. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews and documentation with village officials and financial documents. The research results show that the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Makkawaru Village has gone through five stages: planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability, which have largely complied with regulations. However, deficiencies were still found at the reporting stage, such as incomplete documentation and incompletely detailed recording evidence. In terms of transparency, the village government has attempted to provide information through notice boards and realization banners. Overall, the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Makkawaru Village is fully compliant with regulations and still needs improvement in terms of administration, reporting, and information transparency.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran kooperatif di SMA dengan menganalisis masalah implementasi. Penelitian ini melakukan systematic review terhadap 15 artikel terindeks Scopus, SINTA, dan Google Scholar (2015-2025) untuk menganalisis masalah implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif di SMA dan merumuskan rekomendasi berbasis bukti. Hasil sintesis data kuantitatif menunjukkan tiga masalah dominan: (1) 73% studi (n=11) mengidentifikasi kurangnya pelatihan guru (effect size d=1.15; p<0.01), (2) 67% (n=10) menemukan kendala manajemen waktu (d=0.92; p<0.05), dan (3) 53% (n=8) melaporkan motivasi siswa rendah (d=0.75; p<0.05). Analisis meta-regresi mengungkapkan bahwa masalah pelatihan guru memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap kegagalan implementasi (β=0.48; R²=0.39). Berbasis temuan ini, penelitian merekomendasikan: (1) program pelatihan in-service berbasis microteaching dengan pendekatan lesson study, (2) pengembangan modul time management khusus model kooperatif, dan (3) integrasi sistem peer assessment digital untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas siswa. Rekomendasi ini didukung oleh konsistensi hasil lintas studi dan efektivitasnya yang teruji secara statistik dalam konteks pendidikan Indonesia.

Abstract

Budaya sekolah merupakan sistem nilai, keyakinan, dan kebiasaan yang hidup dalam lingkungan pendidikan serta berfungsi sebagai pedoman perilaku seluruh warga sekolah. Budaya sekolah yang baik dapat membentuk suasana belajar yang kondusif, memotivasi siswa, dan menumbuhkan kepribadian positif yang mendukung keberhasilan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak budaya sekolah terhadap perkembangan kepribadian peserta didik di SMA NEGERI 3 Bantaeng. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap guru dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya sekolah di SMA NEGERI 3 Bantaeng, seperti budaya disiplin, religius, gotong royong, dan tanggung jawab, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembentukan kepribadian siswa. Nilai-nilai tersebut diinternalisasikan melalui kegiatan rutin sekolah, pembiasaan, dan keteladanan guru. Budaya positif tersebut mampu meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab, sikap hormat, serta semangat belajar peserta didik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya sekolah memiliki dampak yang nyata terhadap perkembangan kepribadian siswa, baik dari aspek moral, sosial, maupun spiritual.
