Abstract

Transformasi teknologi digital telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap sistem pendidikan, termasuk di Indonesia. Kehadiran kecerdasan buatan seperti ChatGPT mulai mengubah cara guru mengajar dan siswa belajar di berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Perubahan ini menimbulkan kebutuhan untuk memahami secara lebih dalam bagaimana AI memengaruhi praktik pembelajaran dan struktur pendidikan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak revolusi AI terhadap metode pengajaran di Indonesia, serta implikasinya terhadap peran guru, siswa, dan kebijakan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan untuk menggali dinamika penerapan AI dalam konteks pendidikan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran guru mengalami pergeseran dari penyampai materi menjadi fasilitator pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, sementara siswa menunjukkan peningkatan akses terhadap pengetahuan dan pola belajar yang lebih mandiri. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesenjangan literasi digital, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan tetap menjadi hambatan utama.

Abstract

Ekosistem pantai dan wilayah pesisir memiliki peranan penting bagi manusia. Kehadiran komunitas pesisir kemudian memiliki peran dan tugas yang cukup penting untuk dapat melakukan konservasi terhadap lingkungan pesisir. Penelitian ini kemudian berupaya untuk melihat mengenai bagaimana inisiatif berbasiskan masyarakat dapat membantu mendorong perilaku konservasi lingkungan di wilayah pesisir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa komunitas pesisir memiliki peran sentral sebagai agen konservasi lingkungan, didorong oleh keterhubungan mereka dengan ekosistem laut dan pantai serta budaya dan tradisi lokal yang mendukung pelestarian. Inisiatif berbasis masyarakat, seperti pengelolaan sumber daya perikanan, pelestarian habitat, dan pendidikan lingkungan, memiliki potensi besar untuk mengubah perilaku konservasi, tetapi keberhasilannya sangat tergantung pada partisipasi aktif masyarakat dan dukungan pemerintah. Transfer pengetahuan antar komunitas pesisir merupakan alat penting dalam meningkatkan kapasitas adaptasi dan konservasi.

Abstract

Pertanian yang berkelanjutan pada umumnya mulai diterapkan di berbagai wilayah-wilayah di banyak negara. Namun sering kali masyarakat desa tertinggal atas berbagai inovasi-inovasi terbaru ini, padahal komunitas desa sendiri merupakan salah satu komunitas yang umumnya memiliki banyak sekali petani. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan melibatkan masyarakat dan komunitas perdesaan untuk melakukan optimasi praktik pertanian melalui pengelolaan pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Pengabdian dapat dilalukan dengan identifikasi permasalahan pertanian di perdesaan, hingga melibatkan berbagai pihak-pihak terkait dan komunitas perdesaan di dalam praktik lapangannya. Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan praktik pertanian di komunitas perdesaan. Dengan masyarakat yang terlibat secara aktif, maka pelaksanaan dari pertanian yang berkelanjutan dapat memberikan manfaat dan kesejahteraan jangka Panjang, baik bagi masyarakat sekitar ataupun lingkungan.

Abstract

This study explores the intricate relationship between digital inclusion and governance equity amid rapid technological transformation. Through a comprehensive literature review, it synthesizes theoretical and empirical insights from recent scholarly works across global contexts. The analysis highlights how digital inclusion serves as both an enabler and a challenge to achieving equitable governance structures. Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain reshape institutional capacities and social participation mechanisms. However, disparities in digital literacy, access, and infrastructure continue to widen governance inequalities. The study identifies key policy frameworks promoting inclusive digital governance and evaluates their effectiveness in reducing social and economic disparities. It further discusses the ethical and regulatory implications of digital transformation in public administration. The review concludes that governance equity in the digital era demands multidimensional strategies integrating technology, policy, and social justice. These findings contribute to the broader discourse on sustainable digital governance and inclusive policymaking.

Abstract

The era of remote work has significantly changed the way companies operate, with a focus on flexibility and innovative use of technology. In this context, human resource management (HR) practices become critical in influencing employee engagement and productivity. The challenges arising from the transition to remote work demand innovation in management approaches, especially in terms of employee empowerment and development. The aim of this research is to explore the effectiveness of innovative HR management practices in empowering employees in the era of remote work. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with data obtained from literature studies and relevant previous research. Data analysis was carried out in depth to identify the impact of this practice on employee performance and satisfaction. The conclusion shows that adapting innovative HR management policies and practices can improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. The implementation of adaptive management strategies and the use of technology play an important role in ensuring effective communication and accurate performance monitoring in unconventional work environments. Additionally, increasing employee engagement and motivation can be achieved through reward and recognition initiatives and involving them in decision making. Employee skills development and well-being have also proven critical in maintaining and increasing productivity in remote work settings. This study confirms the need for organizations to continuously adapt and update their HR management practices to remain relevant and effective in the digital era.

Abstract

Supply chain management is a vital element in a company's overall operations, but is faced with complex challenges such as fluctuations in market demand, logistical complexity, resource limitations, and the risk of disruption. This research aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology in overcoming these challenges. This research will be carried out using a qualitative approach, collecting data from various relevant sources and then analyzing it systematically. Through this approach, this research aims to gain a deep understanding of the long-term impact of applying AI to the supply chain, including improving operational efficiency, competitive advantage, supporting sustainability, and the evolution of the human role. The research results show that AI makes a significant contribution to improving companies' operational efficiency, providing competitive advantage through enhanced responsiveness, supporting more sustainable business practices, and enabling the evolution of the role of humans in the supply chain. The practical implication of this research is that the application of AI technology can help companies achieve better performance and prepare for future challenges in an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment.
