Kelompok Masyarakat Adat dan kader kesehatan Desa Lok Buntar merupakan mitra dalam program Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat. Kelompok masayarakat adat ini terdiri dari beberapa ahli pengobatan tradisional (BATTRA) untuk serangan jantung. Masyarakat desa, mayoritas petani, cenderung memilih pengobatan tradisional ini karena keterbatasan akses internet dan jarak tempuh ke rumah sakit. Namun, tingginya angka kematian menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan jantung. Dengan bantuan kader, mereka diharapkan dapat mengedukasi masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan Transcultural Nursing Care (TNC). Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader, serta memberdayakan masayarakat adat dalam mengatasi masalah kesehatan jantung. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian mengadopsi langkah-langkah action research yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi. Hasil rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan kader dari kategori tinggi (82,22%) menjadi lebih tinggi (93,33%). Masyarakat adat awalnya kategori rendah (43,33%) menjadi sedang (75%). Artinya Pendidikan dan keterampilan kesehatan memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap pengetahuan dan perubahan perilaku kader dan masyarakat. Pendekatan yang berbasis budaya dan dukungan yang berkelanjutan, diharapkan masyarakat desa akan mencapai kesehatan jantung yang lebih baik secara keseluruhan. Ini adalah langkah positif menuju pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan kualitas hidup yang berkelanjutan.

The aim of this research is to find out how big students' mathematical proof abilities are. Recently, we can see that many students majoring in mathematics are experiencing difficulties in proving mathematics, whether solved directly or indirectly. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review taken from several journals published 2018-2023. The results of the research show that students' mathematical proof has not been achieved as a whole. Because some students do not know the basics of mathematical concepts, the proof steps cannot be completed correctly. However, some of the students who have high abilities can complete it correctly, it's just that the work is not done systematically.

The purpose of this research is to determine the benefits of using the photomath application in learning. Nowadays, students can use media to help solve problems when working on math problems, including watching learning videos on YouTube, or even using math applications such as Photomath. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review method from journals published in 2022 & 2023. The results of this research are that the use of the photomath application can help the mathematics learning process in class. The photomath application is equipped with solution steps so that students can understand how to solve the given math problems.

In social aid distribution, the selection process of recipients is a critical aspect that determines the effectiveness and fairness of the program. However, subjective and unstructured decision-making often leads to inaccurate targeting. This study aims to develop and compare a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist the selection of social aid recipients using three Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods: Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), Weighted Product (WP), and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The evaluation is based on academic (exam scores), economic (parental income), and social criteria (number of dependents and student activity). The data were processed through normalization, weighting, and ranking stages. The results showed that each method produced different rankings, with the SAW method delivering the most consistent and easy-to-interpret outcomes. These findings are in line with previous studies by Rosyani and Maulana (2023) and Rosyani and Kursniadi (2023), who emphasized the importance of DSS in reducing subjectivity within social selection contexts.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong banyak perusahaan untuk beralih ke sistem digital, termasuk dalam hal pelayanan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pemesanan jasa las pada Mitra Cipta Group. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan metode prototyping dan diimplementasikan menggunakan teknologi web yang mendukung akses multi-level, yaitu Admin dan User. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pemesanan dan pelayanan, serta memudahkan pengelolaan data secara digital. Dengan adanya sistem ini, perusahaan mampu mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan manual dan meningkatkan transparansi terhadap pelanggan.

This research explores the principal's strategy in enhancing students' academic potential through extracurricular programs at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the principal implements a structured strategy comprising planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. In the planning stage, students' interests and talents are mapped through surveys and consultations. Extracurricular activities are integrated with academic objectives and supervised by competent instructors during implementation. The evaluation stage assesses the impact of extracurricular participation on students' academic performance. The study shows a positive correlation between active involvement in extracurricular activities and improved educational outcomes, particularly in language and the arts. Supporting programs, such as literacy movements and English speech sessions, further foster an academic environment conducive to learning. The findings underscore the importance of strategic leadership in maximizing student potential through formal instruction and well-managed extracurricular activities that holistically develop learners

Abstract: This research explores the implementation of student affairs management in supporting students’ achievements in non-academic domains at SMPN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. The study highlights how planning, execution, and evaluation of extracurricular activities are carried out to foster students' interests and talents. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the data were gathered through observations, interviews, and document analysis. The study found that planning takes place at the start of each academic term, beginning with identifying students’ preferences and abilities through an introductory orientation. Activities are then implemented based on coordinated schedules between students and activity coaches, with logistical and financial support provided by the school. Evaluations are conducted regularly during school coordination meetings to monitor progress and resolve implementation challenges. Although time constraints and overlapping with academic lessons are recurring issues, the school strives to maintain balance between formal and extracurricular learning. The findings also show that students have attained notable achievements in competitions across district, regional, and provincial levels. In summary, student management plays a vital role in advancing non-academic development. Key success factors include strategic planning, consistent coaching support, and continuous evaluation, all of which contribute to holistic student growth. Hasilnya, siswa berhasil meraih prestasi di berbagai kompetisi tingkat kecamatan, kabupaten, hingga provinsi. Secara keseluruhan, manajemen kesiswaan terbukti memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan potensi siswa secara non akademik. Faktor kunci keberhasilan mencakup perencanaan yang sistematis, dukungan pembina yang berkelanjutan, serta proses evaluasi yang konsisten dalam membina karakter dan kompetensi siswa secara menyeluruh. This study aims to determine: (1) The work culture of teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah Negeri Lama, Kec. District Downstream Labuhanbatu, (2) Discipline of teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah Negeri Lama, Kec. District Downstream Labuhanbatu, (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing Work Culture in improving teacher discipline at MAS Al-Washliyah Negeri Lama, Kec. District Downstream Labuhanbatu. The method used in this research is qualitative to understand the phenomenology experienced by the research subjects in the form of observations, interviews and documentation with an emphasis on information data sources, namely: principals, teachers, and school committees to strengthen the validity of the data obtained. From the results of this study using 3 findings, namely: (1) The work culture of teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah Negeri Lama, Kec. District Downstream Labuhanbatu culture has communicated smoothly between teachers and principals. the work culture applied at MAS Al-Washliyah has been going well, and its implementation can be beneficial for both teachers and students, (2) Discipline of teachers at MAS Al-Washliyah Negeri Lama, Kec. District Downstream Labuhanbatu good discipline means that employees and teachers are aware and willing to do all their duties well. The principal realizes that the essence of leadership lies in a clear relationship between the leader, who is led and understands leadership as an activity to achieve group goals, (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Work Culture in improving teacher discipline at MAS Al-Washliyah Negeri Lama, Kec. . District Downstream Labuhanbatu is the transportation used by teachers because the distance between the teacher's house and the school is far, causing the teacher's lack of discipline to arrive early before entering class, lack of funding for school administrators, and lack of school facilities.Work Culture, Teacher Discipline

This research aims 1). To find out the organizational culture applied at MTS AI Jumhuriyah Batang Kuis Medan. 2). To find out the mechanism of administrative services at MTS AI Jumhuriyah Batang Kuis Medan. 3). To find out the role of madrasah heads in supporting the implementation of organizational culture at Mts AI Jumhuriyah Batang Quiz Medan. 4). To find out the impact of implementing organizational culture in improving education administration services at Mts AI Jumhuriyah Batang Quiz Medan. In this research, qualitative research is used with a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at Mts AI Jumhuriyah Batang Quiz Medan. The techniques used in collecting data are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis in this research is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The guarantees for the validity of the data in this research are credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmation. The findings in this research indicate that the application of organizational culture in improving educational administration services at Mts AI Jumhuriyah Batang Quiz school has been implemented well, in which organizational culture is emphasized, namely on the values of discipline, cooperation, constancy of leadership and religious values. Each of these elements has contributed to the improvement of educational administration services at Mts AI Jumhuriyah. These cultures serve as a support to support in the smooth process of the entire performance system of each person so that all activities run well so that educational goals are achieved. When the organizational culture is successfully implemented, this HAI will certainly have an impact on improving educational administration services at Mts AI Jumhuriyah which has shown its quality, It can be seen from the harmonious relationship between fellow personnel, the smooth service communication system, the high sense of solidarity and the realization of both structural and cultural cooperation.Organizational Culture., Educational Administration
